Good day to you, dear. I have been following your thoughts for the past two days. So here is something that you may find helpful, as well as your readers. What is now going to happen, once we pass the Venus Transit? Well… to many of you, not much dare I say. At least not many will notice the subtle energy change within. You have to remember that all these changes are going to be smooth and hardly noticeable to the uninitiated mind.
All right, here goes. What is Ascension? Will all souls on Gaia ascend with her? Do you participate in elevating her vibrations, and if so, how will you help her? Is this more or less what is on your mind for today?
Laura: Precisely. Thank you my dear friend.
Laitonn: This is a smooth transition here, for you and Lady Gaia. The more spiritually attuned you are, the smoother and more peaceful a transition you will experience on a personal level, but also you will make events easier for Lady Gaia. So by striving to connect with your own spirit, you are connecting with Gaia’s own spirit and all other spirits on the 5th dimensional planes, such as myself. Not bad for a fish, indeed Laura! J
The more of you are ascending, the quicker and less painful Gaia’s transition. Yes, that is correct, without you and other consciousnesses living on your planet, Gaia could not ascend. So you, humans, as inhabitants of your local planet, Gaia, you are bringing her vibrations higher and higher, with your own vibrations.
Will all of the human souls ascend? Well, this will follow the path of each individual has programmed for himself or herself, and I am speaking of the pre-birth life contract to this life. In other words, yes, it is graduation time for Gaia, and many evolved souls have been sent here in order to help her. However nobody who is too young, or not ready for ascension will be forced to ascend. Of this you can remain assured. When you humans are going for a graduation, only those who have worked or know by instinct will be allowed to graduate. Yes? Ascension is similar to a graduation. Yes, it is graduation time, and no not all Diplomas are given for free to all the students. Doing so would go against Divine Order. All will graduate in time, when ready.
Venus Transit: it marks the second passing and portal opening into 5th dimension for more of you. In other words, those on their way to ascension are being brought even closer to it. It is a marker for a new area for you and Gaia. You will have to experience many of the coming events yourself. I am just a fish, you know… What would I know?
Laura: Ok, I know you are not just a fish, and I enjoy our joking about it. Could you tell us something more on Venus Transit please.
Laitonn: All right then. The portal of energy is now opening, access to higher consciousness is facilitated by this event. Venus is closer to the Sun than Gaia, Venus is an already ascended planet, dear. Yes? You understand the double impact of receiving the energy of your Sun combined with Ascended planet Venus? Venus is pre- chewing the Sun’s energies for Gaia if you like. Some of the Fun light particles are not presented to Gaia in a digestible form. Yes? Venus is in a way slowing those light particles emanating from your Sun and processing them, so that Gaia has a compatible resonance with the Sun’s particles. This constitutes a major leap for your Ascension.
You, as Gaia’s helping souls, will also receive this pre-chewed energy and will be able to integrate the light particles in order to further the transformation into light bodies. You will enjoy an expansion of your awareness, naturally coinciding with a greater understanding and a more conscious love. Now, my dear. I hope I have answered in a satisfactory manner? The time is fast approaching when all that was hidden will   be out in the open. You are being prepared for this eventuality. Many of the Dark Ones have already accepted defeat and they are looking for ways to escape having to face the judgement of humanity. They knew that this day would come, no matter what they did to try to postpone it. All it needed was a good percentage of humanity to wake up, thus casting a light on all that was evil and corrupt. Mankind has had to wake up to its own power and the realisation that you are not on Earth to serve the few. You are all powerful beings of light who were manipulated, through education and religion, into believing you had no power. I can assure you that the overall power is yours. This, you will realise as things unfold. Without you, those at the top of the pyramid could never have achieved their corrupt status. I have said many times, they need you and they cannot exist without you. That is a fact that you need to ponder on.
Because you are awake, we are able to intervene and give signs that you need to take note of. We are constantly watching every move that is being made to keep you in control in order to disrupt the Great Awakening. My dear, what you saw in the sky last evening, was showing you that the energy is being produced in order to speed things up. Be prepared to do whatever is asked of you. Some of you know already, what you must do. It depends on the agreements you made before you returned to Earth. Both sides of life are working on this. It will not require guns or bombs, just humanity taking back its power, peacefully and honourably. Everything that you had accepted as the norm, will change overnight. You will learn to view your world in a completely new light. All the corrupt structures will be removed and people will make their own decisions, based on love and respect for all mankind. You need to prepare your minds to welcome this. Give some thought to how each of you can benefit mankind as a whole. The production of food and energy is of paramount importance. When all the experts of the world come together, they will remove all the obstacles. They will solve any problems which the initial transition may produce. This is the greatest adventure of all time and you all have a part to play in it.
The Cabal will use everything and everyone it can, to try to delay the inevitable. Many of those that you trust may be “got at†and cause disruption and upset. It all depends on whether they are strong enough in their own beliefs to withstand the attacks. Such actions, though they may cause delay, will never be allowed to prevent the transition. Ask always, that your eyes be open to all such attacks, so that you may see them for what they are. Pray that you are assisted to remove all 3-dimensional thinking and actions. You are being bombarded on television, films and in the newspapers with 3-dimensional information. But once you step out of the 3D mode, they cannot control your mind anymore. Those who have tried to destroy your world, and humanity, will be exposed. Their plans will be laid bare and they will fall upon their swords.
By connecting with your own spirituality, you become strong. Be confident that you are on the right path and that you will be guided. You are never alone. Meditation enables you to learn who you are. This is important. Although it is not easy at first, persevere and you will find that it will come naturally to you in time. The more you learn now, the more prepared you will be, when the time of transition comes. We are leading you gradually into it. You are all aware of the fact that your bodies are changing. It is all part of the preparation for the new life you will enjoy on Earth. When all the corruption and the Cabal have been removed, and all their controls lifted, the portals will open once more and the connection with spirit will resume. Then, life on Earth will be peaceful, harmonious and joyful.
The light you saw last evening, my dear, was but a glimpse of what will be. Be confident that you are on the right path. The right people will come forward at the right time. All is in divine order. You will achieve everything through the power of love. It is your most powerful weapon. Fear is, of course, your greatest enemy. It is continually used to control you through money. It is their greatest tool and, my goodness, they are experts at manipulating it.
Health is also used to create fear. They create illnesses in their laboratories and it is then released upon the unsuspecting, trusting public. This, then creates more fear. But if you take control of your own health and research what is best for you, you will be amazed at the results you get. When you understand that fear is the weapon that is used against you, then you will take control and you will refuse to be a “victim†of fear. You need to make a conscious decision to take back control of your own lives.
See today as the first day of the rest of your lives. Those of you who are responsible for children, please ensure that their lives are open to truth, light and love. Prepare them for what is to come. This is your responsibility. With your love and guidance, they will be able to accept without question all that the transition will bring.
The next few months are important. You will be faced with changes that you need to accept and decisions that you need to make. This is, after all, what you have been waiting for. Light and love will guide you.

Love can be found in the eyes of child, alight with innocence and an unspoiled inner knowing. Learn from the child, as the child is wise. The child trusts. The same might be said for the sacred animals who rely on you to care for them, and provide them with the simplest of things; food, shelter and companionship. The animals know how to love unconditionally. Both these types of love are the purest kinds, because they have remained untainted by the harshness of duality. The children and the animals have much to offer you by way of comfort and healing, and they have the gift of turning even the most jaded heart joyous. Remember that the finest things are the simplest things. The path to Ascension is not at all complex, though many of you may choose to see it that way. In truth, there is nothing which could ever come to you more naturally, as what you are doing is only reclaiming what was rightfully yours to begin with. It is what lies within every atom, every cell, every fiber of your being. In remembering the truth about your Self, you climb out of the abyss of the 3rd dimension and catapult yourself high, to the 5th dimension and beyond. Oversimplify it, do! Love is simple. All there is and all there need ever be-that is love. It is everywhere and within everyone, and your job as the Leaders of the Way is to uncover and present to each person their own hidden Divinity.
Love is the currency of your New Earth. For those who share generously of themselves and their creations, there can be no greater recompense. Infuse all that you create and do with the essence of your heart, and with the unique tones and frequencies of your own special Light. Smile brightly at the ones you come in contact with throughout your day, and never forget to offer a friendly word or compliment. There is much beauty to be found in every single soul, so seek to find it and expose it to The Light. Love transforms everything. It is your greatest tool in bringing about your new reality. This reality is ready for you and for all the blessed children of Mother Earth, to reside within and enjoy in peace and prosperity. And know, without a shadow of a doubt, that we-your Star Brethren-excitedly look forward to enjoying it’s splendor with you.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. What we see in Earth’s energy field of potential can be likened to the excitement of unceasing fireworks. This is a reflection of activity on the planet as awakened souls are throwing off the yoke of millennia of dark domination.
The coronavirus and protest movements are primary in this activity, and first we shall address the virus. Factual information is coming from growing numbers of medical specialists who are speaking out about viruses, vaccines, masks, immune systems, treatment for covid-19 patients, and inflated statistics about cases and deaths attributed to the disease.
What we can tell you that they cannot, because they have no scientific evidence, is why the disease is surging in regions where it had notably decreased. The dark ones who released the virus in China several months ago have been releasing more; and people whose immune systems have been weakened due to stress caused by fear of getting the disease, confinement, financial burdens, unemployment and mask-wearing regulations now are susceptible whereas a few months ago they were not. Another source of stress is separation from family in hospitals or who died without the comfort of loved ones at their side.
It is not surprising that your mainstream media are crying “conspiracy theory” at the truths coming forth, but you may wonder why so many in the healthcare industry are advising adherence to “authorities’” guidelines for your and others’ “safety.” Some who know the truth are “in on” the lies, some are bribed to be silent, some are afraid to speak up, and a considerable number may not know what virologists, immunologists, epidemiologists and other scientific specialists know.
The Illuminati’s control of life on Earth includes education from first grade through university and doctorate degrees, and no information is in standard medical and pharmacological curricula that could interfere with that secret society’s adding to their fortunes via the medical establishment and Big Pharma. Those are part and parcel of their goal to eliminate most of the world’s population and be served by survivors.
They have been seeing their once powerful global network become tattered and world domination slipping farther and farther away. They desperately needed the coronavirus to get them back on track, but instead of dying by the millions daily, people around the world are raising a unified voice about the lack of proper healthcare that the poor and people of color have long endured.
And, the international group that has undertaken the monumental task of ridding your world of all dark activities is closing in on the Illuminati. We don’t know when arrests will be made, but as soon as they are, covid-19 will run out its course and never again will Earth’s peoples be subjected to such a scourge.
It is lamentable but not unexpected that troublemakers would infiltrate peaceful demonstrations against racism and its profound unjustness. Do not discount the handiwork of the Illuminati in this, too—they are subsidizing the rioters. This group of individuals who feel entitled to rule the world, who started two world wars and numerous civil wars and have controlled the global economy for a century have been reduced to paying low-level minions to destroy property and lash out at peaceful protestors and law enforcement. And even this is not working. It will not derail efforts from community to national levels to end inequities that have lasted far too long.
Change will come on many fronts, and in some countries sooner than in others. But the ever-rising vibrations that will ease bigotry out of your world also will fell tyrannical leaders and crumble male-dominated cultures wherein women are treated as possessions.
Now then, knowing what is transpiring on Earth is important, and so is knowing our universal family. Your questions and comments show misunderstandings, and we are happy to address these.
Yes, reptilians are residing on Earth and some are “dark,” but it is not true that the entire species is “dark.” Many reptilians, including some living among you, are in the light forces and so are reptilian-human hybrids there and elsewhere. Reptilian DNA has aspects human DNA does not, including greater ability to use brain power—one such use is shifting from one physical appearance to another. The beings you call “little greys” are not reptilians. They are a humanoid species of Zeta Reticuli, and they did not make a deal with the US government that permitted them to abduct humans for experimentation. Members of a specific civilization made pre-birth agreements with souls who would incarnate on Earth and would give them tissue samples, which have the capacity for emotions that those beings’ genetic makeup lacks. Extraterrestrial civilizations are not angels—the frequencies of souls in angelic realms are so high, they are pure energy. However, ones in the lower realms may choose to incarnate in an awakening world to exemplify the best qualities of humankind or to visit momentarily for a specific purpose, perhaps to lead a lost person to a familiar place. And, every person on Earth has a guardian angel, or gatekeeper, who is the person’s lifelong protector. [December 5, 2010 message has more information about angels.]
“Walk-ins” don’t come from another civilization. Nirvana’s soul transference program connects souls there who want to enter a body with souls on Earth who want to leave their bodies. When two souls agree to transfer, the one in the body enters spirit life and the one in Nirvana enters the body.
A large-scale example of souls helping souls is what you call “walk-ins,” which are far more prevalent than at any other period on the planet. The original souls that inhabit the bodies fulfill their contracts that call for turmoil or illness or severe deprivation, and the souls who agree to enter the bodies infuse them with light and the will to overcome the difficult conditions and proceed to accomplish their reasons for wanting to embody. The advantage to the latter souls is that in many cases, they enter adult bodies with academic and experiential learning, a running start so to say for succeeding in their chosen ways to help manifest the Golden Age. “Walk-ins” do not enter clones, which have no soul with which to make a transference agreement. However, an evolved soul may choose to enter a clone and in rare cases, has done so. A few souls were cloned against their will, then assassinated; and, contrary to the Illuminati’s expectations, the souls that entered the clones carried on the “real” persons’ good works insofar as they could. Some of your scientists conclude that if intelligent life does exist elsewhere in your galaxy or another, the distance prevents traveling to Earth. Perhaps they should contemplate the theory that life started in the sea. If so, from whence came the one-celled amoeba and paramecium to get things started? How did some of those most rudimentary life forms attain the consciousness to change into other forms, migrate onto land, and become lower simian species that evolved into humans?
Members of numerous civilizations have come to the planet throughout the ages. Many crafts are capable of traveling at ultrasonic speeds, some by means of their own consciousness, and advanced souls travel at the speed of thought. They can visit any world where the vibratory level is compatible with their own, and, if they wish, materialize a body that fits in with that civilization’s.
Beings who know their multidimensional abilities can materialize, dematerialize, levitate and manifest by visualization. Examples are statues on Easter Island, Stonehenge and elsewhere; geoglyphs in Peru’s Nazca desert; pyramids, which anchor energy in a global grid and serve as beacons for spacecraft; and ancient walls and buildings in many areas that are constructed of well-fitted mammoth boulders.
The negative effects of the planet’s first visitors, a group from Lyra who were searching for gold, remain to this day. In violation of universal laws, they went without obtaining permission of the Intergalactic Council and did not submit a mining petition because they didn’t want to share a gold discovery, and they mistreated the subhuman species they brought to do the mining. Their deception, greed and cruelty initiated low vibrations on the formerly pristine, radiant planet known then as Shan or Terra and was considered a jewel in the universe.
And that brings us to the dark forces, which is not a civilization. It is a massive force field of base thought forms that meanders throughout this universe wherever low vibrations attract it. Individuals in any civilization who tend to be greedy, deceptive, cruel or controlling emit the low vibrations that attract that powerful field. Its energy intensifies those traits until the individuals’ conscience ceases to function, their light dims to the spark that is their life force, and they become puppets of the darkness.
From antiquity onward, people from advanced worlds have visited or settled on the planet. Some of the early arrivals interbred with the primitive inhabitants, descendants of the species brought by the Lyrans. That gave the species a jumpstart in intelligence, and consciousness levels gradually increased in succeeding generations. Other seeding programs also were designed to genetically uplift the planet’s permanent inhabitants.
Members of “dark” civilizations came, too, and had malevolent influence, but none are in the current population. About fifty years ago in your concept of time, the light forces surrounded Earth with a protective grid of high vibrations. At the onset of the grid’s erection, the dark forces left your solar system because light is anathema to the composition of that force field, and the low vibrations of dark extraterrestrials cannot enter the brilliance of the grid. It is the low vibrations of free will choices of persons born on Earth that led to their becoming “dark ones.”
Visitors from other worlds during the past several years include St. Germain, who authored most of NESARA’s provisions. He, Ashtar and one of Sananda’s personages go occasionally to confer with principals in the international group working to rid the planet of all dark activities, and other extraterrestrials go to spend time with friends who live in the Himalayas or the Andes. All of those visitors have higher vibratory levels than prevail on Earth, and during their brief time there, they fortify themselves with light energy so they don’t become trapped in the planet’s density.
We wish we could give you a timeframe for Disclosure, but we can’t because nothing has changed since we spoke about this some time ago:
As we mentioned in previous messages, the highest universal council formerly was responsible for arrival and introduction timing and now God is in charge. God relieved the council of the heavy responsibility of deciding when Earth’s peoples are psychologically ready to see spacecraft landing in numbers and to greet unusual looking beings. Time for Change 20141104 A Mature Lightworker Community

Kathleen and I are driving up Whidbey Island tonight enroute to Bellingham, our last stop on the West Coast Express.
We’ve just had the pleasure of talking with members of a mature lightworker community and perhaps I can illustrate what I mean by discussing one project they engaged in.
Pushkara wanted to build a gypsy wagon that she could take to peace rallies and “Occupy†events. It was designed to serve as a focal point and could be lived in at the same time, as a home on wheels. (It may even have application as a model home for the homeless.)
She put out the invitation to help her build it and members of the Whidbey and Port Townsend communities responded, contributed their workmanship, donated pretty impressive materials and everything else that was needed and the gypsy wagon was built.
If the lightworker community was not mature, probably no one would have listened to the invitation, no one would have taken it up, no one would have contributed materials, and no one would have built it.
But the fact that such a project, which benefited no one but society, was built is testimony to the fact that this community of lightworkers know how to work together, are willing to sustain the effort, and and can be counted on to contribute what’s needed to complete the job. Ordoinarily we might pass by without noticing it. But noticing it reveals a community that is organized, mature and kind-hearted.
I was impressed to see the various communal projects they’d undertaken or were undertaking. One man planted hundreds of fruit trees on several acres which are destined for free community use.
Pushkara herself is working on the homeless situation in Whidbey. Over 400 people are homeless here.
The members of the group described numerous other projects that light workers on Whidbey had undertaken.
One homeless man joined the meet-up. I hope he’ll contribute an article on what his experience of homelessness has been like.
He isn’t out on the street. He lives in a van. He’s a very intelligent man (probably a polymath) and a committed lightworker. I can see him working to end homelessness once the Reval has occurred.
Some people reported difficulties creating the needed momentum for some projects. I’d like to repeat a comment I made on that subject.
If we want our project ideas to inspire people enough that they take committed action, the first thing we need to create is a global context for them that inspires. If we plant fruit trees to benefit the community and that’s the sole context we operate in, I’m not clear that we’d generate a great deal of enthusiasm for it. We might but it might not last past the duration of the actual planting.
But if we build it as the first step toward ending global hunger on the planet by 2017 by modeling planting for communal use, we may transform our idea from one of limited appeal to one of a much greater and deeper commitment – an idea whose time has come.
A truly global context is holistic, universal, and inclusive. It describes a whole. It applies everywhere. And it leaves no one out, unless they want to be left out or disqualify themselves by acting in ways that the society as a whole won’t tolerate or condone.
A truly global context calls us forth. Imagine a person sitting down and hearing an irresistible call, standing up, and even jumping up and down. Whatever the speaker said has greatly excited them and brought them to their feet. This is a metaphor for being called forth.
I don’t mean to say that we get up on our feet and jump up and down. But being called forth sees us reach a place where we’re ready to take committed action, with no reservations. It creates enthusiasm. It moves us to action. It inspires momentum.
So if we want to create a cooperative venture characterized by committed action from inspired and enthusiastic people, we need to start by creating one or more global contexts, such as an end to hunger on the planet by a certain date, an end to gender persecution, an end to homelessness, etc.
To allow for coordination of committed action, all our global projects should have a deadline attached. The end of homelessness by Jan. 1, 2016. The end of hunger by Jan. 1, 2017. The end of gender persecution by Jan. 1, 2018.
There is a technology for creating large-scale projects in the work of building Nova Earth. I’m not saying I know what it is. I’ve written one article speculating on some features of it, (1) but others more knowledgable than I will need to mine this field, organize it and apply it.
But we can and must, as a community of lightworkers, enunciate and develop the technology of running large-scale projects, given the work that lies ahead of us and the large contexts we’ll be operating in.

“Greetings. We are the High Council of Orion. Once again we come to you with a message that is always more than just a message. We want you to understand this about each and every one of our transmissions. For we are sharing words, we’re sharing ideas, and yet, at the same time, as we’ve said in previous messages, there is always an energy exchange that is happening within the course of your connection with our words. The energetic connection is made whether it’s heard through the ears, as you listen to the recording, or read with the eyes, or heard because somebody else has read it to you, or even as you might watch it through the sign language interpretation. Whatever way information comes to you there will always be an energetic transmission that will allow you to shift and change. Some of you will understand that there has been a shift. Some of you may not perceive it. Yet there will always be an energetic shifting; a loosening of the grid around you, within you that allows an easier flow of information.
Tonight we’d like to talk about light grids. Many of you are familiar with the idea of the Ley lines within the planet being an energetic system, a circulatory system if you will, of energy that supports the life of the planet and consequently supports all life within and on and around the planet. It’s a beautiful grid of light that pulses and breathes and lives and allows life to be sustained on that beautiful blue-green planet.
Above your planet there is an energetic grid system as well. Around the energy body, if you will, of the planet. Many of our transmissions are received by that grid in the space, if you will, beyond your planet, above your planet, surrounding your planet. They meet the grid there and our information is distributed out throughout this grid that surrounds your planet. There are many beings on your planet at this time, in both the human and animal realm, who are here assisting the dissemination of the information that we are sending down that is meeting your external grid, the one that’s off the planet and then bringing that information down onto the planet.
When we say “in the animal kingdom†that we have helpers, we mean that there are beings on the land and in the ocean who are assisting us. For as many of you know, it’s not just the human beings who are evolved on the planet. Many of your great beings on your planet are within the animal kingdom. For those of you who are animal communicators you know what we mean. You know the wisdom and the intelligence and the guidance that can be brought forth from some of the great beings in the animal kingdom on the planet at this time.
So why do we share this message with you this day? Because today we want to just shift your awareness. If your awareness has not included this concept that there is an energy grid surrounding your planet that is here in support: to support and nurture and sustain life, then it’s good to know that. For those of you who are hearing the messages from the star system Orion are those who have the ability to connect into and receive information from and work with us.
Many of you are lightworkers who are actively engaged in healing and transformational work, not just for oneself, but for the humans and the animal kingdom and the planetary body to uplift, support, move forward in this time of transition. So you are the ones who have this potential to connect into this grid and assist the download, if you will, of information from the High Council of Orion. As we’ve said before, you can receive our messages outside of the channelings by asking. Coming to that quiet space in your heart, allowing your otherworldly concerns to fall away, and literally imagine yourself, through your crown chakra, energy flowing from your heart, up through your crown chakra to connect into that grid.
See and feel and know our energetic transmissions that are infusing the grid, keeping it whole, strong, and our interconnection along that grid, allows the light within the grid, which contains the energy, which contains vast amounts of information, to flow freely. Some will be working with us to keep the grid healthy and strong; even repair places, junctures, that are not of the greatest integrity in terms of their connection. As you shift your awareness to the knowingness that we are here infusing greater levels of light energy into this external grid, as your awareness shifts, you have the ability to connect with it. As you do that knowledge in information can be brought down into your conscious awareness, sometimes your unconscious awareness, but it allows you to infuse more of these energies that are here in support of humanitarian evolution and ascension and transformation at this time.
As you connect with us, and as you connect with the planet by walking on the planet, interacting with the people who you see every day; connecting with family, friends; and as you connect with all those around you: whether they’re strangers or loved ones, from the place of the heart you are sharing that energy transmission. It takes no effort. It takes not even any conscious thought necessarily. All it takes is for you to be choosing to anchor your awareness in your heart. To see the world through the eyes of your heart; hear the word world through the ears of your heart; smell and taste and touch the world through your heart; and as you do so you will be sharing greater levels of light that will ease the pathway for many in ways that you cannot even understand. We ask you not to underestimate the power of a kind word, a caring glance, the smile, and the caring touch as many ways of altering the energetic body of anyone you come in contact with. We ask you not to underestimate the power of taking a moment and breathing and dropping into your heart and feeling that space before you respond, especially if it’s in an emotional or heated situation. As you take a moment to tune into your heart perhaps you feel the shift in your words, or in your level of stress or excitement or upset. As you connect with that ease, you energetically transform situations.
You are great and powerful beings of light and that is how we see you. And we endeavor to share messages with you, to help you connect more easily to that great being of light and love who you are at your core.

COMMUNIQUE ISSUED BY THE NATIONAL COORDINATION OF THE “NO TO WAR AND NO TO NATO†COMMITTEE We commit ourselves to ensure that Italy signs and ratifies the Prohibition on Nuclear Weapons Treaty, adopted by the United Nations
ICAN, the international coalition of non-governmental organizations honoured with the Nobel Peace Price for 2017, communicates that 243 Italian MPs have signed theICAN Parliamentary Pledge. By doing so, they undertake to push the Italian government to sign and ratify the Prohibition on Nuclear Arms Treaty adopted by the United Nations on 7 July 2017 [“the Treatyâ€]. Article 1 of Treaty provides that “Each State Party undertakes never under any circumstances to:
(a) Develop, test, produce, manufacture, otherwise acquire, possess or stockpile nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices;
(c) Receive the transfer of or control over nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices directly or indirectly;”
Article 4 of the Treaty establishes: “Each State Party that has any nuclear weapons in its territory, possessed or controlled by another State, shall ensure the prompt removal of such weaponsâ€. The undertaking to push the Italian government to sign and ratify the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons consequently entails, for those who signed the ICAN Parliamentary Pledge, the commitment to push for:
- Â Â Â Â Â The US B-61 nuclear bombs to be promptly removed from Italian territory and for no new US nuclear bombs nor any other nuclear arms to be stationed in Italy;
- Italy’s exit from the group of countries within NATO that, “provide the Alliance with aircrafts fitted out to transport nuclear bombs over which the United States maintains absolute control, and personnel trained to this endâ€;Â
-        Italy’s exit from NATO’s Nuclear Planning Group, the legal basis for which is article 18 of the UN Treaty which permits State Parties to preserve obligations under pre-existing international agreements provided such obligations are compatible with the Treaty.
We invite every single association and person committed to nuclear disarmament to contact each of the 243 MPs*,  and request them to explicitly confirm the commitments stated above (commitments that they have assumed by signing the ICAN Parliamentary Pledge); and to give  all the support they can to  anyone that responds positively. This goal here is to enable Parliament to pass a resolution for Italy to sign and ratify the Treaty. * This is the list published on ICAN’s website, of the Italian MPs that have signed the ICAN Parliamentary Pledge.  Their email addresses can be found in the list of MPs and Senators, on the websites of the House of Representatives and the Senate:

We greet you on this first day after your solstice. As always, many are wondering what all the fuss was about, while others are amazed at the new energies they find themselves in. You have entered a field of much increased frequencies of love. You are all in this field, my friends. Some can see a difference, some can feel it, some see new colors, some see energies that they have not seen before, and some do not yet notice any change. Do not judge yourselves for being where you are. You are exactly where you need to be at this moment. If you have chosen to be on the path to ascension, you are where you can be of the most benefit for yourselves and the all.
All around you now, you are seeing a crescendo of events that is leading to a massive change in your outside world. As above, so below, yes? As within, so without. What you are about to witness is the evidence of the massive change that has occurred, and continues to occur in the hearts of humanity.
Some of the persons who are experiencing these changes in themselves would amaze you. They reach far wider than you can yet see. And as you continue to bring your intentions to bear, continue to imagine and envision change, this is accelerating. We see that more and more of you are joining together in these efforts. Not only are you joining together on days such as your solstice, but now some are doing this daily.
Do not be surprised or rocked when the effects of all this multiply and spill into the limelight. It is already beginning and will build rapidly now. Be certain in your hearts that what you witness will be exactly what is necessary to accomplish what is needed. Your fondest dreams are becoming reality, and beyond that are things which you now would believe impossible. Things which are real now, but hidden from you, will spur such advances as will be difficult for some to come to grips with. But soon, as you know, everything which is new becomes commonplace.
Hold your vision of a peaceful and graceful transition into your new lives and these mammoth changes in your world can be accomplished with as little upheaval as possible. We would point out to you that even with hundreds of earthquakes happening daily, no major loss of life has occurred. You may also have noticed that some of your first typhoons and hurricanes have not produced any damage to speak of. You will one day come to understand the relationship between your state of mind and your environment. News on one side of your world. Old hat, as you say, on the other.
Our wish is that you continue on your present course. We believe you say, “Keep on keeping on.â€Â We are amazed at what you are accomplishing. Ask whenever you need comfort or aid. We are always here with you. Good day.
