Sundeelia: What is a Pleiadian High Council?
Quite often when reading or surveying an article or message for possible posting on Blue Dragon Journal I will notice the authors/channeler referencing the Pleiadian High Council or even ‘councils’. Perhaps this term is used to give some cache to the message, but in my experience, it is terminology that is highly misleading.
The Pleiades are actually an extremely vast Star Federation made up of sovereign isles (planets) each with their own High Council. For instance, one of our mid-size isles, the Isle of BerWare, has a High Council made up of local tribal leaders, chieftains from different tribes. The ‘Head’ of the BerWarian High Council is the Queen, Lady Claudine VaCoupe Vanairus. Men and women are selected by their local tribe to represent their people’s interests and affairs.
There is no centralized government within the vast Pleiadian Star Federation. Each isle is autonomous, independent, and maintains its own laws, customs, and traditions. Most isles are very traditional in nature as it is the Pleiadian way to not change things if what has been used for centuries is still effective. For example, on Serena, an isle dedicated to agriculture, the farmers still ship their crops to market via river barge rather than via ships or land vehicles. Every square inch of land is used to grow valuable crops that feed several isles, as well as the Pleiadian Fleet. There is no sense of competition between isles nor is there a need or desire to conquer other isles existent within the Pleiadian consciousness. We are, as a Pleiadian collective, a people who value freedom and respect sovereignty of the individual, each isle, and of our whole federation. We fought long and hard to overcome the depredations of dark low-frequency invaders hundreds of thousands of years ago; we would do it again if pressed.
Since the Pleiades are a federation of cooperative isles, the next level of government is the Pleiadian High Council. Traditionally, the High Council meetings have been held on the great solar isle of Alcyone, in the capital city of Alyona. However, since the Lord of the Pleiades, Lord Adrigon VaCoupe, lives abroad the Pleiadian flagship, The White Winds, council meetings are also held there. Leaders from each isle within the Pleiades (of which there are thousands) represent the wishes of the people from their isle. Leaders are typically lords and ladies, titles which are symbolic of a certain level of soul attainment. Usually two additional planetary representatives also attend high council. The representatives are temporary, usually having two-year commitments and all citizens upon any particular isle have input as to what their representatives present to the Council.
There are other councils. One in particular that has periodically come to the notice of some Earthlings (Terrans) through channeled material is the Council of Nine. This particular council is made up of several high frequency Beings, including several members of the VaCoupe Family.
The VaCoupe Family is traditionally the House of the Lord of the Pleiades. The House was started by Lord Metatron and His Divine Complement, Lady Nina, the First Shekinah and First Daughter of the Mother Goddess, Lady Isis. The Divine Complements descended in frequency to begin a family of physical angelic beings and still continues to this day holding the lordship of the Pleiadian Federation. Lord Adrigon is also the Head Commander of the Outer Pleiadian Fleet, although the latter position is not necessarily a hereditary one. Other highly respected and experienced Top Commanders have held the post in the past.
There is also a Pleiadian Council of Twelve. From what I can discern from this level, this Council is specifically designed to over-light Pleiadian starseeds and walk-ins, providing counseling and training prior of descending to the lower frequencies. The Pleiadian volunteers are counseled during sessions held while their Earth vessels are asleep. Coming to 3D from 6D is a huge sacrifice and much of what is encountered here on Terra is diametrically opposed to the values held by our own very traditional cultures. Any walk-in or starseed who incarnates here will be profoundly changed – which may or may not translate to changes in the future to some of our own cultures. Each star nation has their own Council of Twelve, made up of evolved beings elected by their world’s or system’s citizens.
The White Winds is not simply the Pleiadian Outer Fleet’s flagship; it also contains a huge University specifically designed to assist all Galactic Federation of Light star seeds, walk-ins and wayshowers. Due to the evolutionary time sequence we are within, all the High Councils from the participating star nations within the GFL agreed to the creation of the ascension/reblending program as directed by Lord Rananda Kumara. This is an ongoing massive program of which victorious ascended starseeds has been blessed to participate within… I know that all those who help have also earned their positions and collectively together with Lord Rananda (previously incarnated as Elijah and highly reputed Christed Wayshower) have developed in-depth supportive workings to ensure those starseeds who are scheduled to return home (reblend with Higher Self) can do so within a supportive loving system. So this program upon the great mothership is guided and overlighted by said councils of the collective star nations. Please note that ALL participating star nations have their own Council of Light and Council of Twelve.
During each potent gateway divined through dates of world-wide festivals or portals like the Solstices, Dwali (India’s Festival of Light), Easter, etc. there are now being held ascension ceremonies for those souls who have successfully completed their ascension programs and are ready to return Home by reblending with their Pleiadian (or other star race) Higher Selves. Each of these ceremonies are recorded and aired throughout the Multiverse for those families and friends who cannot attend the ceremonies in person. Each of these ceremonies is a celebration of great joy. The last ceremony had over 1,000 participants; the next will have over 1,500 victorious ascendees. Of course that is a wee drop in the bucket coming from a world with over 7 billion souls. The ones who are going Home have finished with their contributions to the Light frequency of this world. The ascendees are volunteers who came here from higher frequency worlds to assist Earth humanity from within by lending their light frequency to help raise up the frequency of the general population. The indigenous population is finally waking up en masse. The next few years will determine the future of this planet for at least the next two thousand years during the Age of Aquarius and beyond, so continue the good work.
Hopefully, I will be able to pull forward more information on various Pleiadian councils. Any of these councils are concerned with Pleiadian affairs including monitoring our own relatives, friends, and citizens who have volunteered to incarnate upon this world in order to lend their Light to the ascension process of the planet.
Pleiadian ascended masters, Lords and Ladies, including Archangelic Beings also participate in combined councils that oversee the great meditations that send Light and Love to the planet. Pleiadians do not interfere with the evolutions of your planet from the outside. We would never consider telling others how to live their lives. We believe that each individual and collective is responsible for their own evolutionary process. We are here to support but not to do the work for you.
One more thing – the Pleiadian fleet will not be landing any time soon on the surface. Your planet is highly polluted thanks to the machinations of your controllers, the globalist elites. It is the responsibility of the surface population to wake up and take back your personal and collective power. As human beings, you have tremendous potential. When you finally reconnect with Divine Intelligence, open your Heart Center, raise your frequency… your life will change… sometimes not in the manner you might expect! It’s not fairies and unicorns, people, it is common sense, learning discernment, being discriminating, and responsible for your own progression. And a using a BIG dose of humility – don’t assume you have made it when you haven’t.
Many are the false teachers and charlatans out there. It is your duty, if you are truly serious about ascension, to learn how to sort out the difference between the dark and light. Dark to Light… except the Light exists everywhere as it is the essential essence of Source Energy and the underlying essence of Creation. So if anyone tells you that the Light comes from the Dark, they are a false teacher. Light is. Darkness is turning away from the Light… away from Source, from an internal sense of honor, integrity, and balance.

As you well know – YES, you DO! – you are all dearly loved, so let go of your doubts, they are utterly and completely invalid. You are presently in human form, and you know, because Saul and I and various other channels keep telling you and reminding you, that every human without exception is a beloved child of God. Therefore stop trying to leave yourself out to remain alone and unloved, because to do so is impossible. OK?
All are Love incarnate because God creates only from Love, as there is only Love. However, as humans playing the game of separation from Source, it appears to you that you are alone, unseen, and unloved in a dangerous world where your physical survival is constantly under threat of destruction. It seems that you have to work very hard to earn your living and to avoid personal catastrophe and death. But after birth the only sure thing is death – Today? Tomorrow? Next week? Next year? In ten years? – while its timing remains unknowable. But the only thing that is born and dies is your human body, which you use like a chess piece on the board game of separation. YOU are an eternal and divine being, an essential, and irreplaceable part of the Oneness that is All That exists, that is God, that is Source, that is LOVE!
There is absolutely nothing to fear. Nothing can destroy you because there is only Love, and Love is eternally One with Itself, and therefore with You. And while still playing the game you can access the knowledge that you are infinitely more than your human body. You do this by spending time within, where all knowledge resides and is available to you if you choose to access it. All knowledge at once would utterly swamp or blow your human mind/brain. However, sections or aspects that are in harmony with your pre-planned life path as a human are readily accessible in the appropriate now moment should you choose to avail of them. All that you have to do is set the intent to be open to receive what you need now. And it is your heart that you need to open so that the knowledge you require and desire can flow in and inspire you.
Initially, when this happens, you will be amazed and wonder where the knowledge can possibly have come from, and then you will remember that you invited it in by asking a question that your human brain was unable to answer. Then your human brain/intelligence will instantly pick it up and run with it, building ideas and uses for it, and you may well forget that it came to you from the field of infinite knowledge to which you are always connected, and decide that it must have been your clever human intelligence that brought it to you.
There is infinite knowledge available, but mostly people are so bogged down in the trials and tribulations of life as a human in the illusion that you planned and constructed collectively, and which you continue to maintain, that they generally only access this infinite field momentarily and by “chance.” They then thank their good fortune and continue as before. Generally the geniuses that you honor and admire were more open to this extravagantly varied field of information, and have taken numerous creative ideas from it to use in their own spheres of interest and then share widely.
Information gathered in this way will insist on being freely shared, but sometimes those with whom it is first shared attempt and sometimes succeed in laying claim to it for their own personal benefit. Recently, as has been well reported, there have been a number of brilliant individuals who have most cheerfully and happily shared ideas that they have “uncovered” in this way so that all may benefit, and this trend is growing as awareness of your oneness and interdependence spreads far and wide.
Awareness of humanity’s interdependence on one another, and on Earth and her ecosystem, is intensifying as more and more choose to realize the insanity of conflict. Conflict is self-destruction. It has been endemic on Earth for eons, but over the last one hundred years the will to peace has been growing, and over the last two or three decades that growth has been exponential. Despite the areas of ongoing conflict, the vast majority of humans want peace. In truth the vast majority have always wanted peace, but the intense desire among a few to have and own power over others has prevailed, as those few have engaged in extremely emotional rhetoric to persuade others that conflict is essential. Now, however, the numbers who can be persuaded by that kind of rhetoric have decreased enormously, so although the rhetoric may continue for a while, very few will be persuaded by its transparently invalid arguments.
You are all beings of Love, and so Love is your nature. Conflict is unnatural, unnecessary, unsought, and unwanted by the vast majority of humans, although personal conflicts still arise due to the personal choice to identify with emotions and act on them. However, that method of self-identification, which is a powerful aspect of the illusion, especially for the young as they grow, but before they develop into mature adults and see for themselves that it is self-defeating, is rapidly being released as the awareness of humanity’s oneness with itself spreads to all corners of the Earth.
Humanity’s journey through the illusion has been long, arduous, and painful, but many lessons that were chosen as a syllabus for your educational journey have been well learnt and do not need to be repeated, hence the collective choice and decision to awaken. You are well on the way to that magnificent moment when all pain and suffering cease as you finally become aware that there is only Life, Love, Consciousness, Source, all of which are everlasting, never ending, eternal. There is nothing apart from This, and This is boundless, unlimited, inexhaustible, an ongoing creative endeavor of stunning beauty and complexity flowing constantly in a state of harmonious cooperation, and yet remaining beautifully simple.
A paradox indeed, but one that you will understand, wonder at, and delight in when you awaken as you inevitably will. There are no losers, no one will left behind, because what is One cannot be divided, separated, or dismembered, It just is, eternally, in the infinite field of divine Love that contains All in perfect concordance. This is where you are right now, in this present moment as you read or listen to this, and your full awareness of this will be uncovered.

It also became clear that all ancient cultures embraces a philosophy that was virtually identical in order to survive as isolated communities. This is the philosophy of UBUNTU, or what I originally called Contributionism.
It can be described as follow: “If it’s not good for everyone, it’s no good at all.†I urge you to read as much as you can on our website to inform yourself and realise how simple it really is. I urge you to set aside any pre-conceived ideas of how it may resemble other systems and jump to conclusions before you have absorbed the simple basic fundamentals of this beautiful way of life that is intended to allow every human being to thrive and enjoy life to their fullest potential. Greetings, we are the Arcturians and we greet you from our perspective of Being.  We flow forth as a collective form from Source and our essence is Love. From our perspective and point of view, all is forming the new wave of Being in all Light and Love of essence. This energy is hitting this planet and her reality in the most effective way, to bring all hearts into connection and into more self-awareness, for each and every one of you is a God Presence of Light in the heart.

Therefore it is our deepest wish to support you in this process of Self-awareness, for it is an important step in the Divine plan that is about to unfold. It is all about remembering who you are of essence and that you are more than Human, you are more than a soul and a heart; you, our dear ones, are in fact this giant source of All That Is. That is who you are, each and everyone of you in essence and you are birthed from it into who you are now in this incarnation as well as in all other forms in other parallel realities. Â
This rebirth, this realization of Self is now taking place all over this planet and in Dimensions, as well as in the other Dimensions where you are also existing simultaneously. All is forming into one consciousness once more and you are being activated to know and to remember this all again. You will be overwhelmed with all that you are, all that you represent and form. You will see, our dear ones, that all this is your truth and your reason of existence.

We realize what a giant process this will be for all of your incarnations, that is why we are present at this time, to give you support and help with this for it’s a big thing to realize and to accept it into your being after such a long time of separation from Truth and Source.

We shall lead this Process into steps and phases that are called transformations into this transfigurating Flame of Divine Love and the flame of Truth. You form this with every heartbeat and with each living cell inside of your precious physical form. You are at the pace of integrating this Christed Being that you are and you are more ready than ever to continue your paths into this Christed Light of Being.

There is a time where all of this will be looked back at with a great feeling of triumph and pride, for you are the pacekeepers and the masters of all of this on this beloved Planet. You are indeed forming this timeline into a great success and although there is still much to learn and to integrate, for although the process of transformation is endless, you are nevertheless at the perfect time and speed, processing this all into your own divine reality and time.

As Arcturian beings of Light, our civilization has integrated this all a very long time ago and we too do still remember this big achievement in our being as if it was yesterday so to speak. We take along in our being and journey what we have learned, achieved and become. This is what you, as human beings in this reality, are doing now and you are smack-dab in its full process.

We are now all starting to form one consciousness with your being as well, for all the Galactic civilizations, all beings and the collective are becoming this giant group of consciousness on a Solar and Universal level. Soon we, as this collective group of consciousness, will integrate and be this Solar and Universal energy, we will be the embodiment of this energy; altogether with you!

This process is in the making as we speak, and so are you : as the collective of humanity forming this new race of being that is also a part of us all. You are reforming things and yourselves and you are growing back to Source. We bow for your understanding of this and your willingness to integrate all of this, while being in human incarnation in the most challenging time ever. This is no piece of cake and it takes merely the bravest of the bravest to continue this under these current conditions.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been observing the ripple effect that humanity has started with your reaching out to help one another during this covid-19 crisis. And as we have indicated many times before, you all are at the heart of the expansion of consciousness throughout this entire universe. Therefore, when you are helping each other through the pandemic, there is a ripple effect that occurs, and beings throughout the galaxy begin to cooperate.
There have been several treaties signed since the outbreak of the virus on your world, and we can see how the dominoes fell. We can see how by helping other humans, that you will never meet in this lifetime, you are healing old galactic wounds. And beings on other planets in other star systems are benefitting from every act of kindness and compassion that is occurring on planet Earth right now.
When you stop arguing about who is right and who is wrong, when you let go of the attachment to being on one side or another, and you reach out to a fellow human in need of assistance, you are creating that reality throughout the galaxy and the universe. You are the changemakers. You are the ones that the rest of the galaxy has been looking to, as you represent so many different star systems.
Earth really is the melting pot of this galaxy, and you are making tremendous strides there within your human collective. But we also wanted you to know how much it means to all beings throughout this universe that you are helping each other get through the crisis, putting aside your differences, and seeing another human in need as enough of a reason for you to do what you can to help.
Remember that the next time you feel the urge to correct someone about something they are believing in regards to this virus. Put that argument aside for the sake of all beings, and just ask the person if they need anything. Know that many are suffering who do not know how to communicate the fact that they are suffering, that have never been taught to express their emotions. You, as the awakened collective, need to rise above petty arguments and to stand as the example to the rest of humanity of how to get through this and be the change that you want to experience at the same time.

HEALING OUR KARMA PT 1- FACING OUR EGO
Our spiritual journeys are wrought with hurdles. Along the way, we are confronted with many speed bumps, obstacles and ‘problems’. It seems that many have trouble letting go of attachment to that which they are battling. What many may not be conscious of is that each of us attracts each situation; speed bump, obstacle and problem, as learning experiences. Whereas in a linear sense, this law of attraction is obvious, what is often overlooked is the grander scheme of things: why each of us continues to attract the same situation time and time again. In the grander scheme of it all, we will continue to attract the same types of situations time and time again until we heal the aspect of ourselves that attracts it. This type of healing work is deep and intense. It is the type of healing that delves into karmic patterning that we have developed from a myriad of sources. And once we recognize its origin, we are one step closer to letting it go.
WHAT IS SPIRITUAL EGO?
Unlike the commonly known term (ego- narcissist), the spiritual ego is that which we, on our spiritual journey, must overcome in order to become in alignment with our dharma. Dharma is a Sanskrit word which loosely translated means: living in accordance with Divine will; a point at which our personal choices become synonymous with The Creator’s path for us. According to Hindu, Buddhist and Spiritualist philosophies, we are born with two aspects; One being the ego and the other, the self. The self is the aspect of our being that is directly in alignment with our Divine purpose (Dharma). This aspect of ourselves is considered to be the truest form of Divinity on Earth. The second aspect of our consciousness is the ego. The ego is the aspect of ourselves with which we were born- otherwise known as our ‘personality’. Given that, according to these philosophies, we were born with two sides, it is believed that our journey in human form on Earth is to learn to make peace between both of these aspects of ourselves. As we may imagine, this can prove challenging. The spiritual ego can be very manipulative. The ego will wish for us to react to situations and experiences in a negative way. The ego will wish for us to become angry, frightened and sad. The self, however, is always at peace. The self is the Divine aspect of our consciousness that reflects the pure, unconditional love that exists beyond the third and fourth dimensions. The self is a clear and perfect reflection of the true nature of the Divine Source Consciousness. And it is our “job” in each life to become as closely aligned with that Divine love as we can.

The ego feeds itself on our belief systems. Most of our belief systems have been handed to us by our genetic lineage, formative experiences as children and karmic patterning. Some of these belief systems run so deep that it takes many lifetimes to work through them. Belief systems often involve thought patterns respective to money, relationships, intimacy and body image issues. They involve phrases such as “all women are…”, “i am never going to”, “I am unattractive”, “life is hard”, “If I do this then this will happen!”, to name a very small few. Belief systems can be hazardous to our spiritual growth for many reasons. Belief systems often cause worry, fear, despair and frustration. These are the vibrations that feed the ego. These vibrations are out of alignment with Divine will. These vibrations are in alignment with the ego aspect of consciousness. All vibrations that arise from self (Divine Consciousness) are created through loving intention to create peace and harmony within one’s self and beyond.
There are also positive belief systems, of course, such as “I think I can”, or “all living beings deserve respect”. There are also belief systems that can heal our negative belief systems such as “I am beautiful just the way I am”. When we are working through ego based thoughts, we are working with the heavy, toxic, unpleasant vibrations. If we are falling subject to the lower vibration belief systems, this must bear examination. We must alter how we feel about ourselves, each other and the Divine Source Consciousness. The very first step to doing this is by using only positive, loving, reassuring words when we speak to ourselves and each other.
WHAT IS KARMA?
There are several types of karma with which we incarnate. Some of these include; genetic karma, gender karma, race karma, species karma or karma we have incurred from our current incarnation. However, the main type of karma focused in this article is the karma which is essentially the “stuff” we brought with us from previous incarnations. To use a specific example, if a person is addicted to alcohol and is unable to break the addiction completely, she or he will re-incarnate with the same predisposition to alcoholism. In fact, she or he will continue to re-incarnate this way until the addiction is completely healed.
Ideally, on our spiritual paths, we strive to eliminate all of our karmic patterning. Much of our karmic patterning hinges on belief systems- the same belief systems that are handed down to us in the above three ways.
Our karmic patterns manifest as unhealthy relationships, unresolved issues, addictions, body image issues and unfounded fears. It is our job to recognize our karma and heal it. And sometimes, recognizing the karmic pattern is half the battle. The other half is ego.
The ego can be very stubborn. The ego can want to attach itself to these negative belief systems and unhealthy situations to feed itself. It can often seem to “feel better” to be angry, depressed or hurt by external circumstances. The reality is, all of these “negative” external situations are happening to us because we are repeating the same karmic patterning that we have in previous incarnations. The reason is that it’s time for us to grow from them. The truth is, in the absolute depths of our despair, we are learning and healing the most. The truth is, we CHOSE to be born into and carry out all of the circumstances in this life that we currently are. The soul chooses to incarnate into whatever form and life it needs to in order to learn what it needs to learn. With this knowledge, we will be stronger. We will be able to overcome. Knowledge is power.
The ego never goes away for the duration of our human incarnations. We will always have that voice that wants to react negatively to something potentially upsetting. What we do learn, however, is to hear the ego voice in our minds, acknowledge it, and consciously effort to let it go. The sooner we let go of the power that our ego has over our emotions, outlook and choices, the sooner we can be free of karma.
LETTING GO
Letting go of the challenges we are faced with can be challenging. The ego can be reluctant to let go of relationships from which it feeds. To the ego, anger, resentment and fear based thoughts have power. They have a position and a place in your psyche and they make you who you are. This is incorrect. Who YOU are is NOT who your ego wants you to believe you are. You are a Divine, pure being whose innate nature is unconditional love. Your ego will tell you otherwise. Your ego will tell you that you are fear based and that you need these fears in order to protect yourself from being hurt, being financially poor, being alone or being unhappy with the way you look.
The reality is that the ego can be powerless over you if you let it go. Given that the ego feeds on the very same things that are holding you back, if you feed these problems to The Divine Creator instead of feeding them to your ego, you will never be alone. You will have a partner in healing. You will be removing the ego’s power over you and then it will starve and weaken. You will have healed.
THE GOOD NEWS
The good news is that we are not alone on our karmic healing journey. We are always surrounded by beings of Light who embody the unconditional Divine vibration. They may appear or sound to most like angelic beings, spirit animals, and other beings who exist in non Earthly realms. We will know it is they whom we are hearing and seeing as their messages and presence frequently bring tears of joy and love to our eyes.
HOW DO WE HEAL?
As walkers of spiritual paths, we are constantly becoming more self-aware. The more aware we become, the easier it is to identify where we are out of alignment with our Divine selves. Understanding our karma is a crucial part of spiritual growth. Taking the time to seek out and destroy our negative belief systems can take years of hard work. Though this work can be gruelling at times, once we are through we will be forever healed from those patterns. We will be completely free of those issues and perhaps be able to inspire and others to walk the path we have. We will walk in tandem with our dharma, at peace with ourselves and all that is.
