Our spiritual journeys are wrought with hurdles. Along the way, we are confronted with many speed bumps, obstacles and ‘problems’. It seems that many have trouble letting go of attachment to that which they are battling. What many may not be conscious of is that each of us attracts each situation; speed bump, obstacle and problem, as learning experiences. Whereas in a linear sense, this law of attraction is obvious, what is often overlooked is the grander scheme of things: why each of us continues to attract the same situation time and time again. In the grander scheme of it all, we will continue to attract the same types of situations time and time again until we heal the aspect of ourselves that attracts it. This type of healing work is deep and intense. It is the type of healing that delves into karmic patterning that we have developed from a myriad of sources. And once we recognize its origin, we are one step closer to letting it go.
WHAT IS SPIRITUAL EGO?
Unlike the commonly known term (ego- narcissist), the spiritual ego is that which we, on our spiritual journey, must overcome in order to become in alignment with our dharma. Dharma is a Sanskrit word which loosely translated means: living in accordance with Divine will; a point at which our personal choices become synonymous with The Creator’s path for us. According to Hindu, Buddhist and Spiritualist philosophies, we are born with two aspects; One being the ego and the other, the self. The self is the aspect of our being that is directly in alignment with our Divine purpose (Dharma). This aspect of ourselves is considered to be the truest form of Divinity on Earth. The second aspect of our consciousness is the ego. The ego is the aspect of ourselves with which we were born- otherwise known as our ‘personality’. Given that, according to these philosophies, we were born with two sides, it is believed that our journey in human form on Earth is to learn to make peace between both of these aspects of ourselves. As we may imagine, this can prove challenging. The spiritual ego can be very manipulative. The ego will wish for us to react to situations and experiences in a negative way. The ego will wish for us to become angry, frightened and sad. The self, however, is always at peace. The self is the Divine aspect of our consciousness that reflects the pure, unconditional love that exists beyond the third and fourth dimensions. The self is a clear and perfect reflection of the true nature of the Divine Source Consciousness. And it is our “job” in each life to become as closely aligned with that Divine love as we can.
WHAT IS A BELIEF SYSTEM?
The ego feeds itself on our belief systems. Most of our belief systems have been handed to us by our genetic lineage, formative experiences as children and karmic patterning. Some of these belief systems run so deep that it takes many lifetimes to work through them. Belief systems often involve thought patterns respective to money, relationships, intimacy and body image issues. They involve phrases such as “all women are…”, “i am never going to”, “I am unattractive”, “life is hard”, “If I do this then this will happen!”, to name a very small few. Belief systems can be hazardous to our spiritual growth for many reasons. Belief systems often cause worry, fear, despair and frustration. These are the vibrations that feed the ego. These vibrations are out of alignment with Divine will. These vibrations are in alignment with the ego aspect of consciousness. All vibrations that arise from self (Divine Consciousness) are created through loving intention to create peace and harmony within one’s self and beyond.
There are also positive belief systems, of course, such as “I think I can”, or “all living beings deserve respect”. There are also belief systems that can heal our negative belief systems such as “I am beautiful just the way I am”. When we are working through ego based thoughts, we are working with the heavy, toxic, unpleasant vibrations. If we are falling subject to the lower vibration belief systems, this must bear examination. We must alter how we feel about ourselves, each other and the Divine Source Consciousness. The very first step to doing this is by using only positive, loving, reassuring words when we speak to ourselves and each other.
WHAT IS KARMA?
There are several types of karma with which we incarnate. Some of these include; genetic karma, gender karma, race karma, species karma or karma we have incurred from our current incarnation. However, the main type of karma focused in this article is the karma which is essentially the “stuff” we brought with us from previous incarnations. To use a specific example, if a person is addicted to alcohol and is unable to break the addiction completely, she or he will re-incarnate with the same predisposition to alcoholism. In fact, she or he will continue to re-incarnate this way until the addiction is completely healed.
Ideally, on our spiritual paths, we strive to eliminate all of our karmic patterning. Much of our karmic patterning hinges on belief systems- the same belief systems that are handed down to us in the above three ways.
Our karmic patterns manifest as unhealthy relationships, unresolved issues, addictions, body image issues and unfounded fears. It is our job to recognize our karma and heal it. And sometimes, recognizing the karmic pattern is half the battle. The other half is ego.
The ego can be very stubborn. The ego can want to attach itself to these negative belief systems and unhealthy situations to feed itself. It can often seem to “feel better” to be angry, depressed or hurt by external circumstances. The reality is, all of these “negative” external situations are happening to us because we are repeating the same karmic patterning that we have in previous incarnations. The reason is that it’s time for us to grow from them. The truth is, in the absolute depths of our despair, we are learning and healing the most. The truth is, we CHOSE to be born into and carry out all of the circumstances in this life that we currently are. The soul chooses to incarnate into whatever form and life it needs to in order to learn what it needs to learn. With this knowledge, we will be stronger. We will be able to overcome. Knowledge is power.
The ego never goes away for the duration of our human incarnations. We will always have that voice that wants to react negatively to something potentially upsetting. What we do learn, however, is to hear the ego voice in our minds, acknowledge it, and consciously effort to let it go. The sooner we let go of the power that our ego has over our emotions, outlook and choices, the sooner we can be free of karma.
LETTING GO
Letting go of the challenges we are faced with can be challenging. The ego can be reluctant to let go of relationships from which it feeds. To the ego, anger, resentment and fear based thoughts have power. They have a position and a place in your psyche and they make you who you are. This is incorrect. Who YOU are is NOT who your ego wants you to believe you are. You are a Divine, pure being whose innate nature is unconditional love. Your ego will tell you otherwise. Your ego will tell you that you are fear based and that you need these fears in order to protect yourself from being hurt, being financially poor, being alone or being unhappy with the way you look.
The reality is that the ego can be powerless over you if you let it go. Given that the ego feeds on the very same things that are holding you back, if you feed these problems to The Divine Creator instead of feeding them to your ego, you will never be alone. You will have a partner in healing. You will be removing the ego’s power over you and then it will starve and weaken. You will have healed.
THE GOOD NEWS
The good news is that we are not alone on our karmic healing journey. We are always surrounded by beings of Light who embody the unconditional Divine vibration. They may appear or sound to most like angelic beings, spirit animals, and other beings who exist in non Earthly realms. We will know it is they whom we are hearing and seeing as their messages and presence frequently bring tears of joy and love to our eyes.
HOW DO WE HEAL?
As walkers of spiritual paths, we are constantly becoming more self-aware. The more aware we become, the easier it is to identify where we are out of alignment with our Divine selves. Understanding our karma is a crucial part of spiritual growth. Taking the time to seek out and destroy our negative belief systems can take years of hard work. Though this work can be gruelling at times, once we are through we will be forever healed from those patterns. We will be completely free of those issues and perhaps be able to inspire and others to walk the path we have. We will walk in tandem with our dharma, at peace with ourselves and all that is.

I also experienced this very distinct feeling on September 11th, 2001. During these brief windows in time, the grip of evil was gone.

While this sensing may seem counterintuitive, I was shown that these were openings, powerfully-present moments, whereby a completely neutral energetic space occurred. We all inhaled together, united in one breath of pure 100% potentiality. I have also come to understand that in order for those that we refer to as “dark forces” to collectively redirect human consciousness, a major interruption in the program must occur. And this is the point where we actually have a choice in what we imagine (image-in) for our own future trajectory. I was shown that these dark forces are quite aware of this, and that’s why the new psyops/mind-control programs are very quickly put into place following these events. Where there is human-generated fear, there is a continued payment to those who engage in these practices. Where there is Love, you are “in the know” and untouchable by these games. In fact, by activating our inner “eyes that see” and working in the imaginal realm, we can not only redirect our evolutionary trajectory, but we can also help others do the same – by demonstrating it.
The dramatic backstories are irrelevant in these events. The details, the characters, the whodunnit fascination only diverts our attention away from the opportunity. The point is, what will you do with this pure potential? Will you give the power of your attention and imagination to 5G towers frying your insides? Or secret rescues of the victims of child trafficking? I could go on and on. And I’m not saying there isn’t at least SOME truth embedded in these narratives, because in order for these mind games to fully engage our attention, there must be a thread of true-appearing things within the equation. So the real tragedy is, we are giving it our precious attention – that very same attention that could be raising our vibratory frequency and unlocking evolutionary codes. No one can do this for you.
Those who benefit from this sleeping population of humanity quite enjoy the immediate response into the unconscious, reactionary fear. It’s food for them. And it’s not just the clearly “evil” characters who are on the scene. Those who benefit from our fear come in the guise of both good and bad – the bad guys that perpetuate our victimhood, and the good-guy saviors that come along and claim to hold the hidden secrets that you will need. You already own the pathway to transcend this. It’s built into your design. And all we need do is claim it. However, the fear of the Light is so great, that the ego will continue to agree to the redirect of attention – at all cost.

I was shown last month that this energetic window would be accessible to all for a few months. As I shared both then and now in the messages I decode/translate, these are our global near-death experiences (NDEs). Indeed, many humans do leave their physical bodies through these portal openings. I learned from these dialogues over the years with angels-guides-Source, that souls who participate in mass-departure events help to break the hypnotic spell of human consciousness. And just like the “contact-with-More” events that thousands of experiencers report, it has the potential to restore our deeper sight while remaining in form. What will it take for humanity to recognize these transcendent opportunities and seize the moment to expand?

Symbolizes the eternal battle between ignorance and consciousness, and to understand the 2012 field-reversal, whereby the human spirit can emerge from unconscious patterns and rise into wholeness once again. In these larger-cycle crossroads, when the prison bars fly open, much of the population is unable to perceive this opening; an invitation through the grand portal that leads straight to the Center of the Universe and straight to the Center of you. In the Divine order of things, these center points are one and the same. Yet if one experiences the Greater Context of Light and chooses to ignore what is offered by seeking out a translation from the false reality, one will have “missed the mark.” One will have relinquished their spiritual sovereignty once again. Evil has no power over us unless we agree to it. In the absence of Light, and the sensory feeling and absolute “knowing of the Truth,” most people will agree to the alternative stories given to the ego, and then call it the truth. But this pattern needn’t be repeated.
If one cannot feel or know what Divine Love is in these times, you can count on receiving a few reality-show options from the false construct. They are only too happy to provide these wandering stories and narratives to you because of course, they know that it will soothe your ego and keep your attention away from your opportunity to reclaim your Divine Heritage. Actually, it’s their only game to keep you serving them: tricking you into believing that the “unknown” is filled with scary demons, and you are worthless, unsafe, and lost without their direction. Ironically, the Unknown is where you may fully remember who you are.
In these times, if the individual ego is still in its authoritarian mindset, refusing to relinquish its perceived control over the smaller-spectrum domain, it will create or seek out the stories and narratives that soothe or defend the unconscious fragments of the wounded self within. Why? Because it is more afraid of this direct, incoming Light than the cramped familiar boxes humanity has collectively adapted to. And those who continue to bow down to the false god, the ego-authority within, shall co-create the appearance of an authoritarian rule in their outer world. That is, until a future crossroads in these galactic cycles in time, whereby one might be offered this window-of-opportunity again.
I’ve been shown repeatedly that those who remember, restore, practice, and resonate with Love, will experience what the Christians like to call the second coming. However, this is simply the rejoining of aspects of Self that complete our original design or our natural state. This is the marriage of the Divine Feminine Mother within and the Divine Masculine Father that will occur if one is actually present in Love. The Maya refer to this as the bridge between the Heart of Heaven and the Heart of Earth. If one is practicing in the Presence of Love, this epic birth will take place within human consciousness and shift into a new cycle that is representative of the embodied sovereign soul, living in Home and harmony with Divine Law and Love. This is who we are.

Greetings, I am Mira.
As most of you know I am still serving full time on the Earth Council as the Earth moves closer to her Ascension. There is much at stake these days and there are frayed nerves. The events that are occurring are monumental and we believe it is imperative that tensions not be provoked in the Middle East.
We can tell you that as we survey the pulse of the American people as well as the rest of the world there is a desire for peace. We call forth laying down of arms and a cessation of assaults against the people and life itself. It is truly a time to step up for what the people want, not what those with military might want to invoke upon the populace for their own benefit. People must speak up loudly and begin to re-create the world in which they are choosing to live. The empowerment of the people is what is most important.
I am not advocating any type of uprising or tyranny. I am simply stating that if enough people make their wants known, those who rule with might and armaments will find themselves disarmed. It is time that the people have their word.
There are numerous stressors and tensions within and upon the Earth that we are monitoring closely. We go to places where help is needed and watch over humanity and the Earth. We have the resources to assist with a myriad of things. Our Galactic forces are numerous. We have only the welfare of the Earth and life on the Earth in our hearts.
We suggest you lend your support to us by praying and meditating. Be the new leaders that you are intended to become. Hold in your hearts the energy of Peace and Love. This is partly how you will go about creating Heaven on Earth.
We must instill the importance of you working together as part of the forces of the Legions of Light. You are the ground crew and we count on you. Even if you are personally challenged for one reason or the other, we seek your assistance and your wise counsel that we glean from your consciousness and from working with you in the dream state. We need to know what is in your hearts and in your mind. Trust that what is in our mind is only for the highest universal good.
We have a lot to accomplish together in the next few years. We will stay with you as we begin to communicate more in our own ways and rekindle our old friendships. Greetings, I AM Lord Adrigon, Commander of the Pleiadian fleet, part of the Ashtar Command of the Galactic Federation of Light.
Even now, we watch your world, monitor newscasts, and observe the rising levels of awareness amongst your populace.
As some of the readers of this messenger’s work know, our First Wave volunteers from the Galactic Federation of Light will be ascending soon. These volunteers came from an assortment of aligned worlds, all with a desire to see humanity and the planet Earth return into the higher dimensions from whence they fell so long ago.
Our writer has demonstrated, at least in part, the physical reasons for the decline in consciousness. Your planet circles a star, Helios, which in turn circles around an unknown companion, creating the phenomenon of precession of the Equinox.
Your scientists, working with limited consciousness and a reluctance to move beyond the limitations of Newtonian physics have refused to explore the reasons for this phenomenon, discounting it as little more than a wobble caused by local forces.
Nothing lives within a box without cause and effect emanating from far beyond that box. Thus, you find your lives changing rapidly now as your world moves swiftly from one age to another, from one paradigm to another.
Life for some is being turned upside down. Soon only the ability to arrive at and retain your center of neutral calm will aid those who intend to survive the chaotic nodes as they burst upon your awareness.
We watch over your world, yet cannot move to assist you in force until enough of your collective has risen to at least the fourth-dimensional level of consciousness. This is where the lowest rung of our own people live and work, in 4D physical and 5D etheric emotional/mental consciousness (these dynamics are united at this level). You can call us etheric humans.
Many of us have conscious awareness in higher levels and are able to function up to the ninth dimension while still maintaining physical form. Yet, to best assist those worlds such as your own to rise up in vibration, we remain in the lower vibration where we are most effective at reaching at least some of your people as your psychic abilities continue to expand.
We are here in response to your pleas for a world filled with peace and abundance for all. Why do we not land now upon the surface, is the cry taken up by some impatient voices. In reply, we say this: “We come in Peace.â€
As long as you remain in conflict with another portion of your collective, peace will not prevail upon your planet. As above, so below; in macrocosm, as in microcosm.
Arrive at a place of peace within your own heart and you will arise accordingly in vibration. Remove the log from your own eye before you seek to remove the mote from your brother’s. See that what one does reflects to everything in the world about him.
We discovered and embraced Peace long, long ago. We as a people from thousands of worlds know the fruits of war. Conflict will never create freedom or peace. The peace that you seek must come from within your own heart, by letting go of your own self-hatred and self-judgment.
What you project upon your brother comes from the fears that haunt your own center. Cast them out as the debris and detritus that has weighed you down for centuries through the past Dark Age.
Like those who have lived in caves for a long time, you are now emerging from an age-long plunge into darkness, partially as a result of the passage of your solar system through the heavens, and partially as a result of lower-density entities gaining an ill-advised entry into your dimension.
These entities are being collected up and removed by dedicated legions of angels. You can assist by calling on the Angels of Resurrection, calling up a Pillar of Resurrection to cleanse a particular area of the astral plane of your world.
In response, those soul fragments who have broken off of their soul aspect due to trauma will respond and begin to approach so that the Angels can take them Home. Those dark entities who have fed upon the desperate fear and trauma of these lost ones may resist the cleansing, but the legions of Archangel Michael will be at hand to lend support.
Few humans are aware of their own potential, so long has your race lived in darkness and despair. We tell you now: Look up and see the rising sun before you, beaming its eternal rays upon you. Allow the clouds of despair to dissipate.
Think not of the future, but concentrate on where you are now, in the moment. If you are in alignment with the Will of God, with the Light within your own heart, the future will take care of itself, unfolding in unexpected ways, allowing for more freedom of expression than you can now imagine.
Golden days are before you, but each of you must walk forward, washing your consciousness of fear, disappointment, and grief. Utilize the gift of the Violet Flame to assist in this cleansing.
You do not need to know any specific mantra, but this: “In the Name of the I AM THAT I AM I call forth the Violet Flame to cleanse and purify my body and auric field!†And believe that it is done according to your wishes and command. We remind you, again, gently… you ARE more powerful than you know.
As you connect with the powerful Light that emanates from the Center of your own Being, you will come naturally into alignment with your Higher Self and with those who have long guided you in the higher dimensions.
Just upon our own ship, we have sponsored an Earth University wherein we have taught millions of Earth citizens, and have prepared those who are our volunteers to Earth before they ventured forth into their incarnations upon your darkened world.
From your own experience, you have learned that life has not been easy or pleasant for the many who still struggle with war, poverty, disease, and lack. None of these things exist upon our worlds; we would have the same be true upon yours.
Free yourself from the conditioning and fear that has kept you from exploring the edges of what has become ‘acceptable’ by the authorities of your world. These same authorities work from a high degree of fear and wish to control all those who do not think and act as they do. Their methods can be both harsh and subtle, but today more and more humans are becoming aware of just how manipulated their lives and consciousness has been.
Nothing on your world is as you have been taught to think it is. We simply call your planet the Planet of Lies. Only you, the inhabitants of this world, can change this, and each of you must start by changing your own beliefs and consciousness.
We understand that this is a journey of some magnitude that we set before you, but also realize that in your dreamtime we are there assisting, guiding, and mentoring. And as you gain in your ability and desire to trust your own intuition, we can assist even more.
The gifts that you carry within are many, but only you have the key… and that key is coded to respond in your rising vibration. More and more awareness and gifts will come online as your consciousness ascends higher and higher. Only you can do this work for self… and ultimately for your work.
The job or assignment given to the Second Wave of Galactic Volunteers is one of familiarizing the population with the forces that have kept them down, systematically disclosing the tricks and feints of the dark ones who seek to reduce the population and keep the rest in fear and servitude. We know your hearts… you rebel at the very thought… so you will find ways to disclose all things and beings who seek to prevent the collective from rising in vibration.
However, and here comes the caveat, you must approach this disclosure not by seeking to punish those who have seemingly plunged your world into darkness. Remember that your world, as a result of your Solar System’s passage through the heavens, naturally undergoes cycles that allow consciousness to rise and fall in response to changes in the frequencies of the portion of heaven through which your world is passing.
The last Golden Age was 12,000 years ago, and your world fell into darkness. Now, it is beginning to gradually come out of this dark age and into the light. Can you take her farther and raise the entire human collective and your own planet into a dimension where she no longer has to endure these great cycles?
You can… and you will, as it is your destiny to join us as a true galactic civilization. But as you say in the military, you have to earn your stripes through experience and work. This goal – this permanent golden age – will not be handed to you on a platter.
The reason that we have sent thousands, if not millions of starseed volunteers into your world is to raise up your vibration and frequency levels from the inside.
By Cosmic Law, your world’s existence as a Free Will planet forbids us to interfere with the development of your planet UNTIL that time when the collective as a Whole decides that it wants the assistance.
Then we will come and come swiftly. Our volunteers are here to assist you; but until you realize the power that you hold in your own heart and hands, you will not believe that they alone can affect change in your world.
Have faith, dear ones, that miracles can happen. You, each one of you, is a miracle of creation. Each one of you was born with a purpose in mind, a goal that your Soul sent you forth to conquer.

 God said:
All is not lost. Nothing is all lost. Nothing is lost. This is hard to accept when you may see loss all around you. Loss of life, loss of limb, loss of love. What are all these but loss of illusion, a story told, and a story untold, a fiction related and unrelated, done and undone, flipped over to a new page. All that is owned only in order to be lost, beloveds? All of life in the world is a passage, a glimpse, a walking down a hall with certain sights and a banister your hand touches or you even hold onto.
It is that holding on that has to be let go of. Yes, that holding on. The hall you walk down is illusion. The banister is not real, yet you hang on to it as if it were, and you cry out when you no longer can feel your hand holding on to what is imagined. You feel cheated. You feel forlorn. And, yet, there are still more halls for you to walk down. There are more parks to visit and more people to meet and more people to say hello to, and more people to say good-by to. You are walking on a marathon, beloveds, and you brush by loved ones and sundry, and still you walk on the marathon.
When you mourn, you are mourning that a fire has now become cold embers. The campfire is out. It was only a campfire. There will be another by and by.
Life is current, not past, yet how you like to pull the past along with you. This is an illusion like any other. You don’t want to let go of it. Even when it was not all that it was cracked up to be, you don’t want to let go of it. Now find another dream to dream. You don’t have to latch on to it. A moment does not have to be locked in place.
You are in a library of love. There is always another book to browse through and to take out. All the books in the library of life have a return date, didn’t you know that? Impossible, but true. Every book of life is on loan. Every widget. Every occurrence or non-occurrence. Leave them all in the return slot and find some other books to take out. So many to choose from. Come right up. Books on loan.
Some return dates are open-ended, yet all books are returned.
The sun sets. Drapes are pulled. The stars come out. And tomorrow another sun rises, and you rise, and the stars go behind their curtains, and there is a new blue sky. Clouds pass. All passes before your very eyes. There is no holding life in place, for everything is moving, and you are moving, and you are flying and leaping, and all are dancing. You are dancing on the stars, beloveds. Wherever you may think your feet are, you are dancing on the stars, on the moon, on the sun, on the Milky Way. What a dancer of life you are. How long you steps are. How you pirouette, and how you do somersaults, and how you land and how you spin and how you take off and how you pick the flowers that tomorrow or the next day go back into the ground. You are a dancer of note.
You play the notes. There is no piper to pay. All is free exchange. You leap from freedom to freedom. You set sail for new lands. And you learn another dance, and you leap high, from underbrush to sky, from hill to dale, from one star to another and back again and off again. All this twirling is life. This is the light of life. Star-struck, and star-dust.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been observing the ripple effect that humanity has started with your reaching out to help one another during this covid-19 crisis. And as we have indicated many times before, you all are at the heart of the expansion of consciousness throughout this entire universe. Therefore, when you are helping each other through the pandemic, there is a ripple effect that occurs, and beings throughout the galaxy begin to cooperate.
There have been several treaties signed since the outbreak of the virus on your world, and we can see how the dominoes fell. We can see how by helping other humans, that you will never meet in this lifetime, you are healing old galactic wounds. And beings on other planets in other star systems are benefitting from every act of kindness and compassion that is occurring on planet Earth right now.
When you stop arguing about who is right and who is wrong, when you let go of the attachment to being on one side or another, and you reach out to a fellow human in need of assistance, you are creating that reality throughout the galaxy and the universe. You are the changemakers. You are the ones that the rest of the galaxy has been looking to, as you represent so many different star systems.
Earth really is the melting pot of this galaxy, and you are making tremendous strides there within your human collective. But we also wanted you to know how much it means to all beings throughout this universe that you are helping each other get through the crisis, putting aside your differences, and seeing another human in need as enough of a reason for you to do what you can to help.
Remember that the next time you feel the urge to correct someone about something they are believing in regards to this virus. Put that argument aside for the sake of all beings, and just ask the person if they need anything. Know that many are suffering who do not know how to communicate the fact that they are suffering, that have never been taught to express their emotions. You, as the awakened collective, need to rise above petty arguments and to stand as the example to the rest of humanity of how to get through this and be the change that you want to experience at the same time.
