This is a very important time, one that has been described by my team as the Time of Remembering. It began the 3rd week of November and will go into the 3rd week of January. This time will encompass the energetic gateways such as the 12:12, 1:1 and 1:11. While these gateways are important, I am told that the entire time has significance.

What the Time of Remembering means will differ for each person. For some it will be the embodiment of their higher aspect, for others, it will mean a redefining or who they are, and for some, this time will be a trigger for awakening even deeper. Regardless of where you are in this process, it is intense. There will be lessons, triggers and intense downloads. This is a marathon and not a sprint, as my team reminds me.

I sat down with my team to achieve greater clarity as these energies make it struggle to pull concepts together. So I decided it is time to ask questions (hopefully they do not seem random or out of order) and simply listen:

What does the Time of Remembering mean?

It means that all are being shown who they are and also who they are not. One will see what they need to, experience what they need to in order to step fully into their power and embody all that they are. Another will be shown very clearly where they have given away their power to institutions, beliefs, and other people. Most of you will experience a melding of both. As you embody all that you are in each moment, all that you are not must also come to light. Understand that in each moment you are being given a choice.

What type of choice?

You are being given a choice to push past all the doubt and disbelief and honor who you know that you are at your core. In order to do this, all the layers of the matrix must fall away. This can be liberating for some, but many experience deep discomfort as all that they know is being challenged.

Are all in the Soul embodiment phase?

Yes, at one stage or another. Even the beginning of one’s awakening, that initial trigger, can be seen as the beginning of the embodiment phase.

Are the first wavers, wayshowers and pioneers at the final stage of embodiment?

Yes, but understand that Soul embodiment takes place moment by moment. We prefer to use the term Anchoring in the Soul Source or what has been known as the I AM for those in these groupings. It is a particularly intense and physically demanding time for all undergoing this process and many are finding the need to withdraw completely from the collective energies.

Does this coincide with the timeline convergence taking place?

Yes and the positioning of the earth in the Galactic field. It is the time that many have been waiting for, yet not many understood what it would mean to live during this time.

Is this why anxiety feel heightened in many?

Yes, at this time much is collapsing within and without. Density is continuing to leave the human form, collapsing what once was, and allowing for the growth of greater activations. At the same time much is collapsing in your outer reality as more awaken.

It is resistance to this collapsing that creates much anxiety in the body. One must be aware that not all one is feeling is meant to be owned.

One of the main symptoms that are being reported and personally felt is anxiety. It seems to come in waves and a few of those waves really caught me off guard. I am finding myself asking a few times a day “Is this mine?” referring to the anxiety and most often the answer has been no. I then catalogue the emotion and release it. There has been an interesting feeling of “an elephant sitting on my chest” feeling to the point that I felt as if I could not take a deep breath. Under this feeling of anxiety – as this one was mine, was anger. I allowed myself to feel it and cry until there was nothing more to release and then the pressure on my chest left. Perspective helps, so keep in mind that none of these emotions or symptoms are here to harm you, but to assist you in moving more into all that we are.

You had mentioned before that we are at a choice point. Can you elaborate?

Your focus and participation is more important than ever. One cannot create the new when they still cling to the old. Yet, one can only create the new by observing what did not work in the old. There is a difference between observing and attaching to the energy. Everything that is given attention not only grows but is carried along into new timelines until it is fully released. One must choose what is worthy of their attention by simply asking themselves “Is this what I would like to carry with me as I evolve into higher timelines?”

Many believe that they must fight against what was in order to change; that they must rage. Yet, nothing can be further from the truth. When one understands fully the power of creation, they will see that by no longer being the voice or the alarm sounder, those frequencies will no longer be carried within.

I do get that, as I find that the less I focus on what is wrong with the world, the more my reality flows.

That is correct. However, this is a belief system that can be harmful as well. As you are becoming more of your authentic self, you will be shown what is no longer in alignment. At times this demonstration involves events that can be considered painful. Yet, even if there is pain and discomfort, one is in the flow if they use the opportunity to grow and move in another direction or heal where there is disharmony. Being in the spiritual flow does not mean that life is perfect at all times, this belief only brings expectations that cannot be met. It is this expectation that creates the most doubt within and hinders the growth process.

When we look at what is taking place in society regarding the uncovering of deep sexual abuse in our civilization, it seems huge.  How can one not bring this into a newer timeline?

With this and the many revelations to come, one can simply observe what is being revealed without attaching to it. It is first important to assess how these revelations make you feel. What emotions do you feel? How have you played a part in how out of balance your world has become? Where did you give away your power as a Sovereign being? Once this has been assessed, it is essential to then release the emotions with forgiveness of all, most importantly self. This will ensure that it is not taken into your higher timeline.

Many people equate forgiveness with not bringing to justice.

When one forgives themselves or another it creates space for healing to take place, for unconditional love to come in. This does not mean that one should not be held responsible. Think about how you have given your power away to another, did you not experience repercussions? This is no different than the repercussions one will experience when they are the ones to take power from another.

However, one will find that when justice without forgiveness is sought that it becomes a perpetuating cycle of guilt, blame, and anger. One that they are unable to detach from.

You mentioned that this is a choice point in regards to how we view the changes coming. Can you explain?

As each of you activates your crystalline form, it will help to activate others and this will bring forth the shadow even more. Your earth is also undergoing a similar process and in turn, this is helping to expose the shadow collectively. It can be thought of as a great purging.

While this may be uncomfortable, it is important to realize that it is not the world becoming darker, as all that is coming forth was already there, it was just hidden.

You told me to be observant of the ones wanting destruction and chaos. I felt it was an important thing to understand.

Yes, for there are those that want the destruction of all systems regardless of the impact. There is impatience with this belief and it is often one layered with the need to be proven right. There is great importance and care taken in the awakening process as the timing is essential to ensure it is as smooth as possible. The undoing of the veil, of the control programming in an instant would cause unrepairable damage to many.

It is essential that in all that is done to assist this process is done with the intention that the Highest Good of All is Done.

There are a number of people, animals and even plants that are leaving the earth at this time. There has been much written about those who cannot raise their light being forced to leave the earth. Is this accurate?

There is no right or wrong, good or bad; no higher or lower vibration. There is only choice and the desire for an experience. One must look at their need to create a hierarchy of self-validation.

What can people do to go through this Time of Remembering with Ease and Grace?

First one should look at their definition of ease and grace. As this too can be used as a gauge on which to find yourself lacking.  We would much rather you focus on your growth and the deep changes that are taking place within you. What is taking place has not been done before, therefore there is no barometer by which to judge one’s self or another.

It is important to set time aside time to allow for the integration of your soul to take place. It is for this reason that many have felt the call to simplify their lives. Listening to the body is of the utmost importance.

There are many activations and downloads occurring that will bring about greater understandings and even rememberings of all that you are. We suggest not dismissing these insights as they are helpful in reclaiming your power and clearing all that hinders this process.

As always, water, minerals, and spending time in nature will help to soothe the nervous system. We recommend group work with like souls as this helps the expansion and activation of all that you are. Obtaining assistance from your guidance team and the many modalities available is helpful as well.

Most important is self-love and the concentrated effort to release the fear and expectations that can become intertwined with this process.  All is proceeding as planned.

A client of mine was concerned that with her busy life caring for others that her lack of dedication to this process would mean that she “missed the boat”. Her team told her she would not “miss the boat” and that all that is taking place is “God’s Grace.”

Yes, every effort is being made to assist all souls through the upcoming changes so that the reach the goals their soul intended. One does not have to be aware of this assistance to receive it. Each of you falls under God’s Grace.

A big Thank You to Sheryl, our volunteer from the Gaia Scene forum, who wrote this summary for Matt Kahn’s one-hour video.

Matt’s message to lightworkers is a home run! Right off to bat, as he speaks to all lightworkers, he offers an alternative path to clearing karmic and cellular memories. As this piqued my interest, I listened and laughed aloud when Matt mentioned, “Just when you think you’ve cleared it all out, it seems when you look back it’s as though it was never touched.” Do we relate to this comment?

This is what he calls ‘phase one’ of healing and clearing of old debris. His question to us is, ‘Are we waiting for the universe to tell us when to move from this phase?’ The answer may surprise some.

We move ourselves through our own power of divine authority to yet another phase.

We are the universe waiting to tell ourselves, “I’ve had enough!” I’d like to move on to my next phase!”

What if we tune in more to playing this transition game? When we have cleared enough cellular debris, we become aware of higher-vibration choices that contain more of our power, courage, and consciousness, and then act upon these choices; choices to become more open, softer, receptive, and more conscious.

Participating in this phase-two game, the madness and craziness we once experienced stops. What say we team up with the heart to make the choices that are for our best interest!

Matt shares his personal journey and secret to success as a lightworker, and dares himself to do everything that the world inspired in him to tell us.

He asks the question, “What can I do to better myself, to become softer for the well-being of all and to self?

Using this second phase, he invites all to choose the most powerful reason for the choices we make, using the law of attention. We gain access to the new by bringing new reasons through our choices. In practicing this, Matt calls it, ‘The Road to Salvation’.

As we continue on with our lightworker team game play, Matt invites us to go easy on ourselves, using humor, especially towards our thoughts.  In an interesting comment he says,  “Remember, everything we do is alright, which in turn frees us from self-judgment of thought. It is all for fun when we play with the universe in full capacity.”

We do not have to painfully slide to home base unless, of course, the reasoning behind this choice is for the benefit of all concerned. We arrive when we accept that we are the power in our own reality in our own world.  Score! We move ourselves through our own power of divine authority to yet another phase.

I Am Melchizedek and I greet you. For thousands of years we follow your evolutionary process and that of Mother Earth argus-eyed. And in all that time we have been very busy helping and assisting you with this process by taking the necessary precautions on an Earthly as well as on a Heavenly plane. There is a feeling of Love and Enlightenment for you and your beloved planet in the Higher Realms. Gaia is our sister and Her Karma has now been fully cleared so that She is entitled to resume Her rightful path; I refer of course to Her Ascension.

 

Her crust shall open out and shall disappear together with countless illusions that were taken for granted so many thousands of years. She will again consist of Light, giving rise to Her True Appearance. The pure and Divine beauty of your beloved Gaia will become obvious again  for all to see. As She considers you all Her children, you too will travel along with Her in this grandest of adventures. She has chosen to experience this together with you ; never without you! I can inform you that the number of Awakened ones has dramatically increased since the beginning of this sacred year of 2012. And that is fantastic news to say the least. Nevertheless, we aspire to reach even more people. Lightworkers, Ascended Masters and Starseeded Ones have come on this Earth plane especially for that reason : to help enlighten the whole planet. So you are not alone in this : we are amongst you no matter what form we inhabit. 

You are endowed with an enormous potential and with a willingness to learn : you are Masters in evolution. As such you now have reached graduation point and you are allowed to leave this school of learning as you are now becoming Masters in your own right. Finish your last steps meticulously and hold on : the finish-line is in sight. The most astute student is endowed with patience, trust and perseverance. Don’t get discouraged if things don’t work out when you want them to or the way you want them to : the most beautiful surprise is always the unexpected one.

We create our realities from the inside-out. This means your predominant thoughts, feelings and beliefs (often referred to as “vibrations”) create your experiences in the outside world.Because of this, your beliefs about money create your reality with money. And most of those beliefs were formed in your past.

It’s crucial for you to understand your past precisely so that you can move beyond the limiting beliefs that are blocking you from wealth. From there, you create the possibility to form new beliefs that will free you from these blockages, and attract abundance into your life.

To give you a full picture of what’s going on, I’ll start at the beginning. When you were born, you were basically a blank slate. Think about it: newborn babies don’t have beliefs systems — they don’t think twice about skin color, religion, politics or money.

Yet you were born into a family that did have beliefs systems. Then you probably went to school, made friends, and generally surrounded yourself with people who expressed their ideas throughout your development. During these crucial years, you formed your own belief system: anyone who’s been alive for a significant amount of time has developed their own thoughts and feelings about how the world works.

Since money is such a significant part of life, your family probably had their own ingrained beliefs about money that you were exposed to early on. And it’s likely that their beliefs didn’t make you feel particularly empowered about money.

In general, money is a subject that most people feel a ton of fear about. Many of us constantly feel like we’re living in a state of lack, scarcity, powerlessness and anxiety when it comes to money. Maybe it’s because we grew up in a household infused with fear about money. But whatever the details of your family’s belief system were, it is pretty common to become infused with fear about money early on in life.

Now, before I go further, I want you to know that this isn’t actually a problem. Since you are here to evolve on your own path — to grow beyond the limiting beliefs of your past — you can reprogram your thoughts. And this process is easier than you think: it’s all about becoming conscious of your old thoughts, and intentionally creating a new belief system.

Below are four steps that will guide you to move beyond your past conditioning with money, so you can create a new, abundant belief system and reality.

Step 1: Examine the core fears your family had about money.

Here are some preliminary questions to ask yourself:

  • What did you witness in your household in regard to money?

  • What things did your parents say about money and wealth?

  • How did your parents feel about money?

By answering the three questions above, you’ll uncover some of the limiting beliefs and other “vibes” your family held about money. This simple exercise will expose your own baseline vibration when it comes to money, which is the key to moving into a new reality.

Step 2: Reflect on how you think, feel and act in a similar way as your family.

Now that you’ve discovered some of the fearful (or otherwise negative) beliefs you were exposed to, it’s time for you to examine how you’re currently living as if these beliefs are true.

For example, did you often hear your parents say things like, “Honey, we can’t afford that?” If so, do you find yourself saying similar things today? Was your family resentful of wealthy people, convincing you that money was bad? If so, think about how that attitude has made you feel about wealth and money today. Or perhaps your parents fought about money, instilling a fear that money causes problems in relationships. Is this dynamic something you fear today?

By uncovering how you’re playing out old beliefs in your life today, you will bring awareness to your current thoughts and feelings about money. Deepening and specifying this awareness is the next step to you changing your reality.

Step 3: Ask yourself if it’s possible that another reality exists.

This step is about actively choosing to believe in a new reality. The truth is, infinite possibilities exist. You don’t have to relate to money the same way your parents did. You can choose differently.

Now that you’re conscious of your conditioning, you’ll recognize these fears when they arise. This can feel uncomfortable at first, but trust me … it’s a good thing. Because when you catch yourself playing out old patterns, you can make a choice to act and think differently. You do this by asking yourself, “Is it possible that other options exist?”

For example, try asking yourself these more pointed questions:

  • Is it possible for me not to feel scarcity in this situation?

  • Is it possible for me to trust that I have enough money and believe I don’t need to feel anxious right now?

  • Is it possible that is this is limiting belief?

By tapping into the reality that other possibilities exist, your fears no longer have a hold over you. You — the witness — begin making choices. At this point, your fears start to loosen their grip.

Step 4: Reinforce your new belief system.

Once you get into the habit of opening up to new ways of thinking and feeling about money, your internal wealth vibration will start to shift. When that happens, your reality with money will shift automatically.

The more you practice a vibrant, wealthy, empowered vibration about money, the more this will become your reality. Voilà! Personal evolution at it’s finest.

You do not have to be defined by the beliefs you developed long ago; they are simply challenges for you to evolve beyond. By choosing to create a new beliefs about money, you’ll create a whole new reality with money. And that’s what you’re here to do.

The sacral chakra is all about trauma and pain from past relationships that keep us from fully loving ourselves. It could go all the way back to childhood and the relationship we had with our parents. Our relationship with our parents set the stage and cycles for relationships for the rest of our lives until we break the cycle and heal. 

The sacral chakra located above the pelvis to the navel affects all the organs in that area. Bladder, bowels, and the uterus can be affected when your sacral is blocked. Our sacral chakra contains repressed emotions from any trauma and pain from past relationships. Our higher chakra called the earthstar chakra  that mirrors our sacral located in our lower back on our spine, contains repressed thoughts about our abuse and/or trauma from the past.

Frequent urination from pressure on the bladder, feeling like you have a bladder infection, and bladder leakage is common. Constipation, cramps, and heavy irregular painful periods can be affected by a sacral blockage too. Low back pain behind the sacral chakra can be a sign of a blocked sacral chakra.

When emotions or thoughts about past trauma surface it is important to not repress them and let them go. Releasing them raises your vibration as that low vibe fear based energy has left your body and fear is what lowers our vibe. Your lightbody is being restored to what it once was free of fear and full of love. 

Mantra for the sacral “I release all past trauma, pain, and fear so I can fully love myself again”.

The miracle

You do your best work by allowing miracles. The power you are is the power all are. The power you are has no limits. It can accomplish anything. We invite you to use time for the purpose of seeing past all perceptual limits. See the flexibility and power of the miracle, and know that you all have the power to offer them to each other. You offer miracles naturally when you abide in happiness.

We say this to you to emphasize the power of the mind. You will serve yourself and others well when you focus upon seeing the power all are past all illusions. The ego is very much about getting you focused on the physical, on what the body can seem to accomplish in the physical, and on what you as a separate entity can seem to control. The miracle is not about control or about specific intention. It is merely allowed to flow though you as an expression of who you are. Miracles can flow through everyone else as easily as they can flow through you.

If you think of the service you do for others flowing mind-to-mind, you can see the unity you are. Think of this power just flowing and washing back and forth from mind to mind, healing all in your sight because all are worthy of healing. A miracle is not controlled by a separate one, not performed self-consciously by the separate intention of a separate one. A miracle is merely allowed as a celebration of the one unified Self you are.

If you think of the service you do for others flowing mind-to-mind, you can see your equality. All minds are capable of allowing miracles. All minds are equally worthy of miracles. Serving others by performing the miracle, you are served by the Love you allow to flow through you. You are served by what serves all equally.

Whatever you are inspired to do in the physical is fine and appropriate. You do not have to bother with that which does not come from inspiration. When you know and rely upon the power of the miracle, you do not concern yourself so much with what the body seems to be doing. Rather, there is a trust and a faith that you will know what to do and what to say. You don’t have to be in charge of controlling anything, but you can relax into the abundant flow of Love that is always there for you.

We celebrate as you discover the riches that can never leave you, the riches that only multiply when they are shared.

As I sat in the completely darkened holosuite, focusing on the void within my Core, I began to have sensations in my body. At first, my back and legs were stiff from sitting in the same position for an untold period of time. Then, my arms, shoulders and neck hurt, and my face twitched. Eventually, even my eyelashes and hair seemed to hurt.

Finally, the uncomfortable sensations ceased, and I began to experience my body as a flexible cord that was being stretched to its fullest length. At this point, the cord became increasingly warm and began to unravel. I was watching the imagistic language, trying to translate every image.

I believed that the pain and discomfort represented how my Soul felt while limited in the confines of this physical vehicle. Once I allowed that concept into my mind, my consciousness shifted to the perspective of being above my body.

At the same time that I was above my body, I also felt my form around me. Interestingly, I was having the sensation that I was wearing my body, rather than being in my body. In fact, I wondered if my body was flesh and blood or another creation of the holosuite. I then began to feel as though there was a third version of me who appeared as a cloud emanation who was floating far above me.

There was also a version of me that I could sense, but I could not see it. Nonetheless, I heard this me saying to an unseen friend, “I just had a very interesting dream. I was on a vessel in the sky. I was sitting alone in a dark room while this immense Being of Light watched over me”. I don’t know how I knew I was in a vessel. In fact, I didn’t know what that huge vehicle was or how ended up there.

Then, a curtain closed across my mind, and I saw my home on the Pleiades. I saw the beautiful green that covered our world. However, our homes were quite different from what I remembered. Each home was of living crystal, which could change shape and size with mere thought. Even though this world was different than mine, I felt very homesick when that image began to fade.

“Wait, I like this vision. I don’t want to leave here.”

“You never leave a reality” said the Arcturian “You just change your intention. All programs of reality are infinitely strung together. It is just that you can only take so much before your brain loses focus. It is best to paint your thoughts, so that you will not forget them.”

“Paint my thoughts” I began. I wanted to ask more, but when I looked at my body, I was a female from yet another reality. However, I was an artist and was using a small brush on a huge square of white material.

Unfortunately, I did not stay there either. Instead, my mind wandered around realities like it was shopping at a store. Just as I got used to visiting one reality, I was led to another. My awareness swept though reality after reality, as if I was searching for something, or someone.

I knew that I was creating these experiences, as I could hear the Arcturian reminding me that I was the creator of my life. At first I was a Pleiadian in all my realities, but when I surrendered to this process, I could experience myself as many other races.

I saw realities in which I was Antarian, Sirian, Tau Cetian, Andromedan, Lemurian and Atlantian. There it was. Atlantis was the reality I was searching for. However, that reality was in a time frame far in the future of my Pleiadian life.

It was then that I began to experience realities that were on totally different timelines than the one in which I thought I was living. With this realization, I began jumping through myriad timelines. I would settle into one time, then just an instant later, I was in a completely different reality in a totally different timeline. Then, I began randomly shifting through reality in times and places that I had never known existed.

I was wondering what the point was of this vision when I heard the Arcturian say, “BE Careful.” What was I to be careful about? Then I found out. The worlds began to course through my mind faster and faster until they all blended into a united flow of life.

The realities spun so fast that they started moving in inner, concentric circles as they traveled deeper and deeper into my Core. My dark Core was now filled with bright light and more activity than I could contain. I felt a sudden, upward force, as if a fountain had been turned on.

Suddenly, the many realities joined into one force of energy that rushed back up my core like an erupting volcano. The energy coursed out through my crown as a huge outward spray of light. I could see higher and higher frequencies of reality as the light was disseminated into the dark room, filling it with brilliant images of myriad realities.

Then, unexpectedly, everything stopped. The images froze in place and all the worlds ceased their rotation. Everything in the room became completely still, except for the image of myself. However, this image of myself was without a form. I was a swirling energy field, which was the only source of movement within the entire room. All the many worlds, which once revealed life, thought, movement and emotion were totally still.

I traveled from image to image observing the worlds that were stopped in mid-motions. Wars stopped with unexploded bombs in the air, parades halted with marchers holding one leg held in preparation for the next step and Starships hovered motionless in space. Every person, place and thing was totally still.

“What happened,” I asked the unseen Arcturian.

“You left time.”

Somehow, I totally understood that concept. I peeked into the many realities and realized that they were moving, but so slowly in comparison to me that they appeared to be still. I looked at my flowing form of pure energy surrounded by myriad bubbles of reality floating through silent, streams of light.

“What if I went backward, and instead of the realities flowing out from my core, they flowed back into my core? Would I travel back in time?” I telepathically asked the Arcturian.

“Try it and see,” was its response.

I thought about trying to get back in time by reversing the process that took me out of time, but wondered if I really wanted to do that. After pondering that question, I decided I wanted more freedom from time. Time had always been a bit of a burden.

Hence, I decided to experience more of my formless state. However, I did peek into several of the surrounding bubbles of reality to see if I had a body in any of them. I did this just in case I could not remember how to get back into form without joining a reality. Somewhere, in this room had to be the bubble of reality in which I was in a holosuite on an Arcturian Starship learning about time.

There were so many realities. I didn’t want to look into them all. Of course, I could find the Signature Frequency of that specific reality! But, in order to do that, I would have to remember how I was feeling, what I was thinking and who I was being so that I could recall the Signature Frequency.

I would like to say that I closed my eyes, but being a formless swirl of light, I had no eyes. Hence, I could only go into my imagistic memory. I remembered how I felt in the room when I entered the void of my core. I felt the total darkness of the void within and the dark room around me. The darkness actually brought a strange comfort. Yes, it was the comfort of having a form.

I was greatly enjoying being formless, but was also a bit concerned that I would not be able to return to a body, just in case I wanted to. I remembered the feel of my body after I had sat immobile for an unknown period of time. Time, it was already becoming a choice rather than a symbol for being alive.

I was not in time NOW, and I felt completely alive, vibrant and free. The juxtaposition of feeling in a body, which was cramped, tired and in pain, pulled my energy field toward a certain one of the many bubbles of reality. I did not resist and allowed the images and sensation to direct my flow. Then I found myself interfacing with one of the reality bubbles and decided to look inside.

Bad idea! I was instantly pulled into that reality. The room was dark, and I was inside of a dense form that hurt in every imaginable fashion. My mind was racing with undirected thoughts, my emotions were only dimly controlled and the body was so dense that it felt as though my energy had hit a dense wall.

I tried to pull back from the onrushing density, but it was too late. I was pulled into the darkness, into the thoughts, into the emotions and into the body. “Ouch!” was my first comment. I spoke? I had a voice and thoughts were in me rather than around me. I was no longer a flowing energy field and my body was the dense form with which I had just collided.

I tried to get out of that body, as it no longer felt like me. But it was too late. I was trapped in time once again. However, now that I had experienced the freedom of being in the NOW I was determined free myself again.
