ENERGY UPDATE: Today, all over the world there is a collective focus on anchoring in MASSIVE amounts of love energy into our planet. This is happening on a conscious, subconscious & cellular level for everyone. Days like today are simply anchor points creating ‘openings’ within the mind & heart so that they can reunite & work harmoniously together again. These openings are moving us towards a reality where the union of the heart & mind will be the core foundation. Many of us may feel a sense of heightened anticipation during these openings, so just know that it’s part of the process. Aligning ourselves with things that bring us a strong sense of joy & peace are highly recommended during these openings, as this joy & peace will magnify & multiply many fold over the coming days, weeks, & months ahead. Music, connecting with nature, treating ourselves, meditation, resting, being creative & connecting with soul family are some wonderful things we can do to awaken the joy & peace within.
