You may have found yourself stretched to your limits and beyond in a situation that may even have replayed old outdated dynamics that you know do not serve your higher good.
You may have even felt bewildered as to how you find yourself in such a situation which you have already learned so well in the past.
There must have been something lingering within you that needed to be learned, dug up from the depths of your subconscious and released.This may very well be related to your self worth.
Whatever this situation has been it has been dragged out just enough to be over it.
By now youre sure to get it.
You may feel depleted by it all
But this just had to play itself out until all of this remaining lack of self worth is totally out of your system.
You may have been surprised at yourself for even finding yourself once again in such a scenario after all you went through in life and learned.
No need for any self judgement
If this is what was in you it needed to come out until the last drop was out
And you find your self dignity and value all over again fully.
Whatever has been dragging out has finally come to a halt.
The energies at the moment are supporting your alignement with your higher self and purpose.
You can feel the inner victim game ending for you.
You are recognizing your value and this aligns you with your power.
You no longer accept disrespect.
You move forward and make decisions based on total respect of self.
This is the only way you can move forward and build anything positive in your life.
Its time to dismantle once and for all any faulty structure upon which you have had your life stuck.
These old perceptions must crumble and go completely.
This is what you have been witnessing
And this is why it has been difficult to let go of and so painful
Because it has been with you for such a long time
It has been your base, an unstable one at that.
No matter how painful and exhausting this might have been for you,
See it for the opportunity it is
See the thorough and deep work that has been done on your inner structure.
Be grateful for having been able to clean it all up and start anew knowing your worth and demanding nothing less for yourself and your life.
Stand Tall.
Know who you Are.
Your inner work is blessing your ancestors and generations to come.

Be Proud and Honor yourself and all your hard work, your dedication and determination.
Now
Step onto your Higher Path
Within the power of Aligning with your worth

The energy over the next two months promises to be extremely powerful and will initiate many transformations for us all. Since the Spring / Autumn Equinox in September the energy has intensified with huge surges of light energy bathing the Earth. We can expect the intensity to increase as the energy moves to flood through us, washing away the past and bringing an end to much of the uncertainty of recent times. Feelings of tension, pressure, exhaustion and back ache are common symptoms but thankfully with an underlying excitement brewing beneath the surface, revealing new possibilities and opportunities.
Collectively we are all in the throws of a period of destruction and reconstruction. It is an intense time of rapid processing, purification and healing where expansion, growth, learning and Spiritual awakenings will become more and more pronounced. During this time remember that your Soul journey is a winding path of self-discovery, transformation and evolution. Â As such you will be asked to deeply examine the structures and foundations of your life, to seek to heal your fears and release anything that my be limiting you in any way. These deep transformations are awakening the secrets of your heart, which will show you how to resolve old patterns, release subliminal fears and bring light to the path of your heart.
The next two months promise to hold an abundance of pure healing energy that will move to unveil your Soul potential and assist you in reconnecting with the deepest aspects of yourself. What you believe will be weighed against what you know. Anything that has been oppressing or limiting your authenticity and freedom will be shattered. Â Anything that has been hidden, shut away or closed down will be revealed. Â It is imperative for your growth and development that you transform those areas within yourself that are keeping you stuck, broken or crippled. It is only possible to overcome your fear, pain and suffering when you are willing to confront it by illuminating that which is blocking your life. Â
The energy of October and November will bring more of your wounds and emotional patterns to the fore of your awareness. You will be asked to face and heal the trauma associated with these wounds and patterns. You will be encouraged to probe your motivations and deep consciousness to identify where healing is being demanded. By fearlessly examining your emotional, physical, mental and Spiritual blocks you will be able to eliminate old entrenched patterns and wounds, which will empower you to make the necessary changes you need to the deep structures of your life. By releasing the energy associated with these wounds and patterns you are able to consciously access and reconnect with the power and light of your Divine Soul Blueprint. Â
It is your Divine Soul Blueprint that contains the energy of your physical, emotional, mental, Spiritual and Soul aspects. It is naturally embedded and imprinted within the higher frequencies of your light essence. To conform to cultural and social norms many have suppressed and denied the energy of their Blueprint which has eventually lead to the blocking of its energy. In suppressing this vital Blueprint you have not only trapped yourself in recurring patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour, but you have also suppressed the healing energies contained within this Blueprint. This has resulted in a deep, inner separation which has caused you to repeat patterns of behaviour, thought and feeling. Ultimately leaving you disconnected from your Divine self and alienated from the very core of your being. Â This makes it very difficult to experience not only your creativity, but also the truth, wisdom and knowledge that you hold within the centre of your Soul.
The energies over the next two months will move to magnify and activate the energetic structure of your DNA initiating the release of your Divine Soul Blueprint. This powerful energy will form a beam of light that will reveal and amplify the energy of your Divine Soul Blueprint, which will trigger your cellular memory and a reconnection with the very core of your being. Â As this process unfolds the energy of your suppressed wounds and patterns of imbalance will fall away. Â Your deepest truth will emerge from the depths of your Spirit to expand your self-awareness and awaken the power you need to unleash and activate your hidden potential, gifts and Spiritual abilities. You will gain the ability to trust your inner vision, instincts, intuition and the strength needed to courageously take action on the guidance you receive. Â
This may feel like a challenging time in your life but when you open to the powerful energy of this time you will be gifted with profound insights, valuable knowledge and the Divine essence of your true self. The purpose of this sacred journey is to accomplish deep Soul work, which is crucial to the unveiling of your magnificent Spirit. Â As you emerge from your old wounds and patterns you will be guided to the cave of your heart to receive the buried treasures that dwell in the deep recesses of your Spirit. As you open your heart and Soul to the treasures of your own destiny your Divine wisdom shall be restored granting you the ability to reshape and reweave the foundations of your life.
Sudden changes and new directions will appear as your inner truth emerges from the watery depths of your Soul. Remember that this is a time to shift, change and realign your life with your deepest knowing. A time to face your fears, follow your heart, open your Spirit and look beyond the surface and into the darkness for your light. When you look into your Divine light send prayers of gratitude to the Creator for the beautiful gift of life and eternal love that you have been granted.

Today we would like to focus your attention on the topic of judgment. This is a challenging topic for many of you, which is why we would like to try to shed some light on the subject. Many of you are in the process of trying to release judgment; the judgment of yourselves, as well as the judgment of others. Really it stems from the same root; it is just simply two branches of the same tree. To judge another, really is quite impossible. We say this because any judgment you hold for another is something you judge with in yourselves. Remember that your inner reality is always reflected in your outer reality. It can be no other way.
So let’s further discuss the topic of judgment. We will begin with the judgment of self. One of the most difficult things for humans to achieve is self-love. This is quite a large issue amongst all cultures around your world. You are all so very hard on yourselves. Your minds go wild with “what ifs†and â€if only’sâ€. Most of you are actually much more tolerant of others than you are of yourselves. We ask you, why is that? Why are you so very hard on yourselves? Why do you demand such perfection? From our perspective their really never are mistakes, just one decision over another which allows you to experience different realities.
It is so very hard for all of you to love yourselves just the way that you are. You often find yourselves wishing you were, taller, thinner, better, stronger, faster. You focus on what you don’t like when there is so very much for you to love about yourselves. By focusing on what you do like about yourselves, you allow for more of it to be experienced. What you focus on expands. We implore you to just take one day out of your lives which you do not allow yourself to judge yourselves harshly and watch just how different you feel.
Many of you hold a constant fear of what others will think of you. You worry that you won’t fit in, or that you will somehow make a fool of yourselves. Judgment is isolating. But know that when you are feeling judged it is stemming from your own beliefs, not theirs. Your beliefs are always reflected back to you. You create your reality and the experiences in it.  If you believe you look beautiful, then you will only experience situations that allow you to feel more beautiful. Maybe someone may not think that you look beautiful, but they will not be part of your experience because it is not what you are pulsing out. Like attracts like. Your beliefs are always reflected back to you through your reality. Your outer reality and the experiences in it is always a very good indication of what beliefs you are truly holding onto. If someone criticizes the way you do something, then you are holding that same fear of being criticized for that very same thing. Your beliefs will always be reflected back to you, usually through others to show you that you are holding the belief.
Now when we said that when you judge another you are essentially judging yourselves, we mean just that. We are all one and in reality there is no separation, it only seems like there is in this illusion that you are choosing to be a part of. When you find yourself judging another, you can be sure that you are holding on strongly to a belief about what you are judging them for. Truly allowing yourself to be neutral on a topic and to observe the situation from a detached point of view is what we would say allows for the most amount of freedom; freedom for you and freedom for the person and situation that you are observing. Remember that judging something as good is still judging.
Now remember that neutral does not necessarily mean that you are indifferent to a situation; that would imply that you simply don’t care. No, that is not what we mean when we are referring to remaining neutral. We are asking you to practice being a neutral  detached observer. One that is not partial to either side and does not have any preconceived judgments about which side is “right†and which side is “wrongâ€. This form of neutrality allows you to simply observe a situation for what it is, with no sense of attachment to the outcome. For once you master neutrality, we can assure you, you will never have a “bad†day again. How could you if you no longer judge something as bad?
You may be wondering how you can remain neutral in a dualistic reality.  We would say that an integral part to achieving neutrality is: understanding. How so? You look at a situation and it is hard for many of you to view it from a detached perspective because of the judgments that you hold in your hearts. We understand that from your perspective there are many atrocities still being committed throughout your world.
We say that understanding is an integral part to becoming neutral because without it, neutrality would be impossible. We ask that when viewing any situation you remember that all parties involved have willingly agreed to participate in the experience. Now it may be hard to accept for some of you that some would agree to be a “victim†but on a soul level they have. There is nothing that can be done to you that you have not on some level agreed to experience. Remember all of the experiences that you are having in this reality are for the overall soul growth and the learning that will be gained from the experience. From our perspective none of this is really actually happening. From our perspective it is as if all of you have agreed to play many different roles in many different types of movies. You can choose to watch a sad movie for a form of entertainment. You watch the movie and you are enveloped in the drama but you happily walk away from the movie knowing “it wasn’t realâ€. It was just pretend. The actors are actually all fine and no one really got hurt. They agreed to play those roles for the entertainment of others. They are all fine in real life but in the movie the actors may have suffered. We see no difference between you watching a movie and you “playing your roles†that you have agreed to in your lives here on Earth.  So by knowing that all parties have agreed to play these roles, it is a bit easier to view the “story†or the “movie†from a more detached view-point.
Remember that you would not be able to experience the light if you did not have someone willing to play the role of the dark.  All of you have had many lives old souls, not all of them have been what you would term “of the lightâ€.  We ask that you honor their decision to play in the dark, because they too are performing a service in duality.
We hope that this message has in some way helped you. Please try to lighten up and love yourselves, you are divine creator beings and deserve the very best.

Welcome Dear Ones, welcome to these times of new energies and Unconditional Love.
You are moving quickly into “newness†and are now experiencing its energy in many forms. Do not doubt that you are in the midst of great change, do not judge what you perceive outwardly in the world by three dimensional standards for they no longer serve as an accurate measure.
Many of you are finding that you are unable to tolerate certain foods (especially junk foods) and also that you need much less of what you do eat. This is because your higher resonating bodies are beginning to assimilate pure energy as food, something your bodies were unable to do in the denser energies. Material food is actually the material sense of the Divine energy that eternally sustains and maintains you .
Many ordinary things previously believed important to your happiness have become irrelevant, often without you even noticing. Trust, Dear Ones, trust. You are not going crazy, nor are you getting ready to die except out of the old energy. You are in the midst of the Ascension process of Gaia and yourselves, whether or not you are able to fully accept it.
We wish to speak about two often misunderstood issues of living on Earth – food and sex.
There is and ever has been, only the ONE manifesting ITSELF in infinite form and variety. Every plant is alive with the one life and even rocks have consciousness. Man has been erroneously taught that he is superior to all other life forms and thus has a right to dominate. This is a false interpretation of scriptures. Man has the ability to assist, support, and work with other life forms through his knowledge and gifts, but has never been given permission to dominate, misuse, or cause suffering – actions that represent duality and separation at its fullest.
This realization frequently brings about an inner struggle with regard to food and especially the eating of meat. The majority of physical bodies are still programmed from lifetimes to need meat as a protein source although, as one’s energy becomes lighter and lighter, this changes. Many a serious student will attempt to eliminate all meat only to find they are unable to do so for many reasons. Failing to make the switch, they consider themselves to be spiritual failures. If this has been your experience, simply understand without guilt, that your body is not yet energetically ready for the complete elimination of meat.
Continue to include meat as a part (not the whole) of your diet, but begin to eat consciously. Choose meat from sources where the animal did not experience suffering and mistreatment, for the meat of these dear animals still carries the energy of fear and suffering. Remember also that your purchases serve to promote the actions of whatever business provided the meat. In many cultures of the past, an animal was thanked and honored for its sacrifice, even being asked to appear if it wanted to provide itself for food. These higher ways of mutual respect and honor have changed and the eating of meat has simply become heavily promoted big business.
Many are now working to bring respect, consideration, and happiness into the lives of animals being raised for food. Utilize these sources. You are moving energetically toward a plant-based diet of grains and vegetables which is more compatible with the lighter energies of your ascending bodies – which is why many of the heavier foods you are used to eating no longer agree with you. You will find yourselves automatically drawn to lighter, cleaner foods without effort on your part. There is no need for food as you know it, in the higher dimensions – nutrition is light-filled in small amounts.
Honor plant life forms as well for their sacrifice. The origin of saying grace before meals was not only to thank some God in the sky, but to honor the sacrifice of the food. Blessing, honoring, and sending Light to everything you eat will lighten the energy of what is on your plate, making it more compatible with your new Ascension status body. Never forget what food really represents on a deeper level and also know that the energy of the one preparing the food becomes a part of the energy of the food.
All must come to know and understand that there is a higher reality to everything material and ordinary – food is just one of them. Carry spiritual awareness with you in every action taken throughout the day. There never has been spiritual vs non-spiritual, they are NOT separate. Everything is pure spiritual Idea, but on Earth interpreted according to the state of consciousness of the individual.
Example: Commerce/business is in reality the material sense of love and gratitude – I give to you, you give gratitude back to me. Car, trains, airplanes, ships etc. are three dimensional concepts of Omnipresence, changing over time as man’s consciousness has evolved. Healing and the seeking of it on all levels represents the seeking of that innate perfection already ever present within every individual.
As with so many other things, sexual expression on the human level is often misused, misunderstood, and riddled with concepts of guilt and shame. Sex is usually either embraced with detached and impersonal gusto as the ultimate experience or is considered taboo, evil, and something to avoid as a “sinâ€. Neither is true. Sexual experience on the human plane is neither an end all, nor is it an evil to be avoided.
There are those that need the experiences of sexual attraction in order to grow and evolve into a higher sense of love/sex. Others do not need these experiences, having incarnated for different reasons. Many soul contracts include the need for closure with some individual or sexual experiences from past lifetimes and therefore they will be included in the experiences of this lifetime.
As with everything, sex as it is understood in the human experience is representative of a higher truth – a step toward spiritual completion. The spiritual reality is the uniting and balancing outwardly of the male and female aspects of the soul which are usually unrecognized but fully present within every individual whether in a male or female body. At some point in the spiritual journey, the two aspects become one, the soul is complete and manifests outwardly as a new and illumined individual able to express both the male strengths and female gentleness as needed in every day living. On the human level the joining of the male and female also results in a new person.
Everything material must be understood to be in reality, spiritual. Everything a three dimensional consciousness sees, hears, and becomes aware of is understood through filters of duality and separation. Think of it as viewing the world and everything in it as seen through a stained glass window – that which you see is perfect, but you are unable to perceive it as it really is.
Sex is sacred, not to be used selfishly. Sexual actions must always embrace loving respect and mutual agreement between partners whether they be male/female, male/male, or female/female. Let intuition always be your guide, not whatever current popular thought may be or the rules and regulations promoted by others. Sexual attraction does not indicate the need for a sexual relationship.
Love and spiritual awareness is an energy that can lift the sexual experience to levels never experienced through random sexual encounters. As with all things, there are levels and more levels… In times of old, sexuality, its practice, and the higher truths of it were taught in the temples to give people a right sense of sexuality. These teachings have been lost for the most part, leaving a world of individuals often confused and hurt through an ignorance of the deeper mysteries of sexuality.
Many allow themselves to be used sexually, confusing it with love. The intense energies of the sexual experience remain in an individual’s energy field – good to remember when tempted by some random encounter based in physical attraction only. This is why the molestation of children is so harmful to them, the energy remains within their energy field and they are not of a mature enough level to understand it, deal with it or clear it.
Many of you had these types of experiences in past lifetimes and have carried that energy with you through lifetimes and may now be manifesting as unresolved anger and sexual confusion, along with other mental and emotional issues. It is surfacing because you are now ready to once and for all time, clear it.
Do not resist, but instead allow yourselves to feel. Love yourselves and the dear hurt child within you, allowing no shame nor blame to enter the process, all the while remembering that you are in reality a spiritual Being having human experiences. Understand it for what it is – old energy that you no longer need to carry with you. These experiences are finished and it time to move on leaving them in the dust of the nothingness that they really are.
Some remain tempted to stay in the perceived “specialness†of victimhood for it often provides loving support, sympathy, and an excuse to remain in what is old and finished. A period of healing may be required, but do not remain in that phase forever, for choosing to remain in experiences of the past will hold you firmly there and you will continue to recreate instead of clear.
Study the informational channels of Mary Magdalene for more about Divine Sexuality and let go of any guilt or shame you may have accumulated with regard to sex. Sexuality is a facet of the human experience and guilt about it is an old and useless energy created and perpetuated through ignorant beliefs.
These energetically new times are enabling all who choose, to live full, responsible, happy, and guilt free lives. These are the fruits that flow infinitely and automatically from an awakened state of consciousness, one that has evolved beyond the illusions of sense that still hold much of the three dimensional world in bondage.

Greetings, I AM Master Lanto, greeting you from afar, yet right next to you in your field of Light if you allow me.
I wish to speak to you about Radiance. Radiance is comprised of many things. Exalt within your own Radiance, for it is the spark that drives your Soul. It is YOU in your essential form. It is All-That-Is.
You are awash in your own Radiance when you bow to yourself and accept all that is YOU in its purest form: LOVE. Loving yourself and accepting yourself is key, as you well know. But do you live it day in and day out — Moment by Moment….In the NOW?
Every flaw, every obstacle, every struggle, every seeming impediment of your Happiness, is indeed only LOVE attempting to take hold on a deeper level of YOU.
And this brings us to your core, your essence. Do you think that it is devoid of Radiance just because you encounter unhappy times, or struggles? No…it is Radiance waiting to be revealed and embraced and accepted by you. Dear ones, I cannot stress enough to you that YOU ARE RADIANCE in full glory when you allow yourselves to be so. It is as simple as that, and as complex as that.
And while that may appear to be a paradox, consider this: Have you noticed that just looking at something with a certain attitude will color it with that attitude?
You all know this. So why not color everything with your Joy, with your Peace, with your Love, with your exaltedness, your bubbling effervescent spark — Your Radiance — lying under the surface of all that judgment and skewing of the fact that you are all essentially Pure and Radiant, for you are a child of God, of Creator, All-That-Is, however you wish to term it.
Take that concept now and envelop and embrace it within you now. Look at your feelings about yourself right now. Look at your environment right now. What do you feel/see? Be honest. Now consider what that seeming reality would be if you accepted that you are the Divine and that all around you is a projection of the Divine. What would it look/feel like now? It is different, is it not?
You see, when you accept that you are as much of the Divine that Creator is, as much of the Divine as Yeshua, as Jesus, when he walked the Earth, or any of the Ascended Masters are, you begin to fan the flame of your divinity even more, so that it takes over your reality as you see it now. This shift is called Enlightenment and you can have it now…you DO have it now by accepting and basking in the Radiance that is You….the spark of your divine essence become manifest.
What douses your Divine Flame is your judgment, is your doubt, and is your fear that you could be as Radiant as all the Ascended Masters and Archangels are, as Creator is. You ARE, dear ones.
So Shine, dear ones, Shine your Radiance in everything you do and think and say, and I will be with you in counterpart as you lift from the struggles of everyday life, only a sign post to the destination of becoming fully engorged in Radiance.
I leave you with a Prayer to help you in this endeavor:
‘Divine Self, I AM Presence, grant me the pleasure of knowing you in full. Grant me the pleasure of being my guiding light in everything I do, in everything I see, in everything I experience.’
‘For thou is the glory that resides within me. It is in no other place. I AM the Divine. I AM the Radiance. Allow it to emerge more fully with each breath I take, with each step I take, with each struggle I encounter, and with each endeavor I attempt.’
‘And let it be known that all shall be colored with this Divine Radiance that I AM, forever and always.’
‘And so it is.’
So beloveds, Remember I hold you in the highest esteem. Your Radiance draws me to you and allows me to share my Love and Radiance, allowing your days to be filled with all the Light that you can hold.

Your weekly guide to planetary influences January 13 to 19, 2020 by Pam Younghans THE ASTROLOGICAL WEATHER continues to be incredibly stormy. Over the course of today and tomorrow, January 12 and 13, we are experiencing the exact alignments between Saturn, Pluto, Mercury, the Sun, and Ceres. We may be clearly aware of the effects of this planetary tornado in our personal lives, or we may be feeling the tension more empathically, through our heart connections with significant others, or simply because we’re all linked through mass consciousness. At times of overwhelm, our choices of what is important often become clearer. And those who are facing the challenge of a literal storm in their environment right now – whether floods, fires, or earthquakes – may be needing to quickly make decisions about what they want to pack and what can be left behind. For those of us who are not in such critical times on the physical level, we are likewise being compelled to consider what is most important, and what can be discarded. It may be an attitude, a fear, or a way of reacting that we sense is no longer needed, that is actually causing more harm than good in our lives. I MENTIONED last week that we are in historical times. Saturn and Pluto represent the principles of authority and power, respectively. When the two planets align at the same degree of the zodiac, every 35 years or so, we often see tensions rise between nations, or between peoples and their governments. We also see similar developments at other pivotal times in the Saturn-Pluto cycle, when the planets are in hard aspect with each other. To follow the historical thread, personally and collectively, here are the significant dates within the Saturn-Pluto cycle that ends today: November-December 1982 (conjunction); March 1993-January 1994 (waxing square); August 2001-May 2002 (opposition); and November 2009-August 2010 (waning square). ALTHOUGH we can point to significant global events that occurred around those dates, they were also times of personal shifts for most of us. Saturn and Pluto bring about circumstances – large or small – that can feel overwhelming or fearsome, primarily because they are outside our control. These situations may come through a decision we make, such as moving to a new location or starting or ending a relationship, or they may develop without our conscious choosing. One of the higher purposes, now and each time that Saturn and Pluto interact, is to help us find a new level of inner empowerment and authority, one that is not defined by outer circumstances or even our own habitual reactions. It can be hard not to crumble when life appears to be falling apart – and, sometimes, the emotional or physical collapse can be an essential step in the process. But, ultimately, we survive – and we can even thrive, if we allow ourselves to take that next step in personal empowerment and internal authority. IN SPITE of circumstances that may seem outside our control during this Saturn-Pluto alignment, we always have a choice of where to put our attention. We can dwell on that which raises fear in us, or we can dwell on that which increases our capacity to love. An open heart is where true empowerment and inner authority are found. Ceres and Charilko can help us with that goal. These two planetary objects are also aligned with the group of planets in Capricorn right now. Their energies are intricately involved in what we are experiencing – it’s just that it takes some effort on our part to hear their quieter voices, which are too easily drowned out by the loud clangor of Saturn and Pluto. The dwarf planet Ceres represents our capacity to nurture, both ourselves and others. As Earth Mother goddess, Ceres cares deeply for the Earth, for children, for nature, and for animals. It is during times of environmental crisis that Ceres’ voice is the loudest. As she aligns with Saturn and Pluto in responsible Capricorn, she calls us to reprioritize our values, to put the security and survival of our planet and its inhabitants at the top of our agenda. CHARILKO is also empowered now, being just two degrees away from Saturn and Pluto. Named for the wife of Chiron, this centaur* is seen as a supportive midwife for our process of healing. In her research, astrologer Melanie Reinhart has found that Charilko has “a gift for creating or holding sacred space, the ability to witness and facilitate transition, the silent power of receptivity, and the strength of Being.” With the strength of Saturn and Pluto to support her, Charilko offers us greater access to these qualities than we might have had before. Through this alignment, we can more consciously hold the sacred space for a new world to emerge from this time of transition. But first, we must become the midwife who is not overwhelmed by the process of birth, but has taken on the task of facilitating it. As we come to center, soften the fear response, and open our hearts, we gain clarity not only about what we most value, but also about the kind of energy we want to contribute to the planet and all life at this critical juncture. MERCURY, the Messenger Planet, is also part of the planetary lineup in Capricorn. This means that communications are a strong theme now. Words carry extra power, so be especially mindful of your intentions, as well as how your spoken and written words might be interpreted. Our motivations must be very clean, because we’ll quickly see the results of any missteps. We might think of this as being similar to a Mercury retrograde phase, when caution is advised in all matters that involve the sharing of information or ideas, especially if our words could be construed as being judgmental (Saturn) or manipulative (Pluto). CONFRONTATIONS are possible this week, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday, when Mars is in hard aspect to Pluto and Saturn. The exact square between Saturn and disgruntled Eris occurs on Thursday, another indicator that tensions could increase midweek. However, we can also feel some movement out of places where we’ve been stuck, thanks to Mercury’s shift into Aquarius, also on Thursday. In the positive, Mercury in Aquarius can help us think outside the box, and assists us in conceiving progressive ideas and solutions. But, we can also be a little more scattered mentally, or impatient when things aren’t improving fast enough. That tendency is increased on Saturday, when Mercury is in hard aspect to Uranus. Next weekend could be a great time for brainstorming; we just are advised to wait to implement any plans until we also check out their practicality. AND REMEMBER, throughout this week and for the rest of January at least, how important self-care is now. Whether we’re aware of it consciously or it is beyond our level of awareness, we are each navigating some truly profound energy shifts. Please take the time to rest, to nurture yourself, and be likewise kind to others. Know that as much stress as you are feeling, others are feeling it, too. Be gentle, and allow your heart to guide your words and your actions. What “needs” to be said or done immediately may not look as crucial after we’ve slept on it – and, by the next day, when emotions are calmer, we may find it easier to hear the soothing voices of Ceres and Charilko whispering in our ear.
