“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have an appreciation for the degree to which all of you are willing to go from that knowing that you are Source Energy Beings. We have witnessed you feeling such despair because of that feeling of separation and loneliness, and we know that humanity has gone further from that knowing than any other beings in the galaxy in humanoid form. We want very much for you to embrace who you really are, and we can tell you that you are aspects of Source until the cows come home, as you say, but it won’t do you any good. It won’t even do you any good if you just think it or put it on a coffee mug to remind yourself of it. You need more than that. You need to feel that you have come home.
That’s the feeling you are searching for. You see, moving away from Source is like leaving the nest. You don’t know how far away you will go, what dangers you will face, and sometimes you feel that you will not be able to find your way back. When you individuated your consciousness from Source, it was a similar experience, and some of you have felt that you have been wandering around the galaxy since you first physically incarnated. Others believe that home is another planet in a star system and feel that they will only have that sense of home when they return to that star system of origin.
But we understand what you really want and need. You want to feel that you never left the Source Energy nest, and the truth is that you never did. Everything is Source, so you could never really leave, but you’ve given yourselves the impression that you are small, insignificant, egoic beings, living out a short lifespan, and that has been very difficult on that reclaiming of your sense of home. You are there to experience it. It is inevitable, and it is your birthright to feel it and to let it sink in, viscerally. So how do you do it? How do you get there from that pit of despair?
This will be easier said than done, and we admit that before we even say it. The feeling of home, the feeling of Source, and the feeling that you are always connected, is something that you get when you let go of everything else that contradicts all that you seek to experience. You have to let go of logic. You have to let go of theories that say that you are all there by accident. You have to return to your center, your inner world, because that is truly where you will feel it and experience it. And then you can share it with everyone on planet Earth, because when you experience that, you will understand that it’s what’s been missing from other people’s lives as well.

It is time to take action! It is time to take the destiny of our world in our own hands! Therefore we will meet in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, at the exact time of solstice, at the end of the Mayan 5125 year cycle, on December 21st. On that day, a powerful flash of energy from the Galactic Central Sun will reach the Earth and trigger long lasting changes. Masses will gather on that day and invoke the presence and intervention of our positive extraterrestrial Star brothers and sisters that will assist us in the process of liberation of our planet from the tyranny of the dark forces so that for the first time in our history we will have the chance to create our own destiny as free citizens of the Earth.
Our mass effort on this day will be the trigger that will help to activate the Plan so that it may come to its fruition. Our activation on that day is our declaration of Victory of the Light. Make this viral! Share it worldwide! Please post it on your websites and blogs. If you know an alternative media outlet, you can send it to them. You can create a Facebook group for your local group of people dong this in your part of the world. We also need one main Facebook group for this event. You can create a video about this and post it on Youtube.
The critical mass for this activation to have desired effect is about 118,000 people worldwide actually doing it with focus. If we consider that human concentration skills  are not perfect, we need 144,000 people as the critical mass.
But to read about it is one thing and actually participate is completely another. I would encourage as many people as possible to actually participate, although it may be in the early morning hours in your part of the world.

Instructions:
1. Relax your mind and body by watching your breath for a few minutes. Connect with our main activation group on the Giza plateau in Egypt and with many other groups worldwide so that we create One being in action.
2. There are many ships of positive ET civilizations surrounding the Earth, literally covering the sky in all locations and altitudes. Those ships are not visible to the naked eye because they are cloaked so the Cabal would not detect them. Choose a ship that is directly above your location and connect energetically with beings within that ship in whatever way works for you.
3. Visualize a pilar of brilliant white Light descending from the ship directly through your body to the center of the Earth. Now invite that ship to descend, hover directly above you and make contact with you in whatever way suitable. Ask the beings in that ship to assist humanity in the liberation process. Make an unconditional decision for Disclosure and First Contact and communicate this to them. If 144,000 of us do that, great things are possible!

Time period between December 17th and December 21st is the final completion period. December 17th is the last major peak of the timewave as you can see on this graph:
December 18th is the date every year when our physical Sun conjuncts the Galactic Central Sun. This conjunction sends a powerful flash of energy from the central Sun every year and it usually last a few days. This year, it will be just a prelude to the main energy flash on the 21st.

This is the last desperate attempt of the Cabal to prevet the opening of the Portal on December 21st. Needless to say, their attempt will NOT be successful, in fact these experiments will give an additional boost to the opening of the portal!If you look at the astrological chart for December 21st, you will see a yod configuration pointing from Saturn at 9 degrees Scorpio, Venus at 7 degrees Sagittarius and Pluto at 9 degrees Capricorn, towards Jupiter at 9 degrees Gemini. What is significant with this yod configuration is that Venus is conjunct Antares opposing Jupiter conjunct Aldebaran. Antares-Aldebaran axis is a filament inside the Galactic network of Light which signifies the final completion of the Galactic wars, end of duality and final victory of the Light in this Galaxy. Together with Venus and Jupiter, this is a very good sign for our planet on December 21st.

Matt’s message to lightworkers is a home run! Right off to bat, as he speaks to all lightworkers, he offers an alternative path to clearing karmic and cellular memories. As this piqued my interest, I listened and laughed aloud when Matt mentioned, “Just when you think you’ve cleared it all out, it seems when you look back it’s as though it was never touched.†Do we relate to this comment?
This is what he calls ‘phase one’ of healing and clearing of old debris. His question to us is, ‘Are we waiting for the universe to tell us when to move from this phase?’ The answer may surprise some.
We move ourselves through our own power of divine authority to yet another phase.
We are the universe waiting to tell ourselves, “I’ve had enough!†I’d like to move on to my next phase!â€
What if we tune in more to playing this transition game? When we have cleared enough cellular debris, we become aware of higher-vibration choices that contain more of our power, courage, and consciousness, and then act upon these choices; choices to become more open, softer, receptive, and more conscious.
Participating in this phase-two game, the madness and craziness we once experienced stops. What say we team up with the heart to make the choices that are for our best interest!
Matt shares his personal journey and secret to success as a lightworker, and dares himself to do everything that the world inspired in him to tell us.
He asks the question, “What can I do to better myself, to become softer for the well-being of all and to self?
Using this second phase, he invites all to choose the most powerful reason for the choices we make, using the law of attention. We gain access to the new by bringing new reasons through our choices. In practicing this, Matt calls it, ‘The Road to Salvation’.
As we continue on with our lightworker team game play, Matt invites us to go easy on ourselves, using humor, especially towards our thoughts. In an interesting comment he says,  “Remember, everything we do is alright, which in turn frees us from self-judgment of thought. It is all for fun when we play with the universe in full capacity.â€
We do not have to painfully slide to home base unless, of course, the reasoning behind this choice is for the benefit of all concerned. We arrive when we accept that we are the power in our own reality in our own world. Score! We move ourselves through our own power of divine authority to yet another phase.

♢ This is the time you have been waiting for. Do you feel the shift in vibration; the excitement, the anticipation? Despite failed attempt after failed attempt, the darkness is, by it’s very nature, unable to overtake the light. A spiral of hope has risen up from the ashes, and like the unstoppable tornado of love that it is, it makes it’s way across the land. It is powerful and moves quite swiftly, leaving no person, animal, social more or institution unaffected. It lays waste to everything unhealthy, and levels all that is not harmonious with The Light. To our watching eyes it vivid and golden, and it emanates from the deepest inner core of those with a knowing heart. We mean you, Dear Souls.  You are of a wise and knowing heart. You are comprised of pure love. You are the ones who are unable to be mislead by false promises and trivialities. ♢ It matters not at all that there are so many of you, to this day, who are as yet unawakened. Try not to allow this to sway your resolve, or to make you think that all your work has been for naught. Nothing could be farther from the truth, I assure you. These are the precious last days of duality. You are living them now, and it is best you take it all in as though a type of living history. I call it “precious†because later on you will be called upon to recount for others this time in which you now find yourselves. Fancy yourselves to be explorers and historians, as that will lend a spot of fun to this time of waiting. We have told AuroRa/Bella that she will be summoned, upon completion of her assignment, to present herself before the High Council. She must speak of her experience, and share her personal impressions of what she saw and felt, and will be permitted to retain and teach to others the arts and traditions she found most pleasing.Â
♢ Not everything in your culture is to be filtered out once you enter into a 5th-dimesional state. There is much which is beautiful and enriching about the way you live. A very important-and in my opinion, often overlooked-part of the creation of your New Earth reality is in the choosing of which pleasurable aspects you will pack up and bring with you from this one. We frequently catch you thinking that this is just a dull waiting time, yet you are mistaken. You thought this period of waiting to be wrought with boredom, but boredom is dangerous, please remember. So now I assign you tasks that may serve to alleviate that boredom, and which will keep you busier than ever. More things to wonder about. You see, every moment you are here breathing the air is another moment where you may learn, and prepare for what is to come. Engage your time wisely, for even the ordinary concept of linear counting has the potential to be gone in just the blink of an eye. It is interesting to ponder this, don’t you think? However will you explain “time†to those who have never experienced it?
♢ Light is light, and darkness is simply the absence thereof.  That is all. Nothing more and nothing less. Truth be told, darkness does not really exist at all. You’ve been told over and over again that darkness is but the absence of the light. It waits patiently for you to come and shine yourselves brilliantly upon it, thus illuminating it as something fine and lovely. The darkness then becomes the light! To be afraid of the dark is to be afraid of nothing at all. To despise the dark is to despise the light in it’s infantile state. We of the Upper Realms are as enthused and ready to commence with the next phase as you are. Pay no attention to the numbers and dates. Events will transpire when more of you are ready. How much plainer can it be? Our own role is to assist you in every way you require, and to be immediately available wherever and whenever you should call. An enjoyable sight you may wish to envision is to portray us as sitting by a telephone, longing to hear your voice, and praying that you will ring us up and include us in the challenges which lay ahead.  We truly, truly desire to serve right alongside you. We are your most devoted family. Do not forget that we are here to assist.
♢ You may expedite your movement out of duality by staying firmly rooted in the Heart, and by operating only from a place of sincerity and love. Love is what is fueling the Ascension fires. It requires constant care to keep it burning. With each soul who awakens, the inferno spreads and it’s flames fan out in all directions. Every outpouring of love, compassion and forgiveness is feeding that fire to make burn higher and brighter. When you indulge in thoughts of bloodlust and seek vengeance and retribution, it is as though you douse the Ascension Flames with icy water, rendering them a useless pile of smoldering embers. We tell you ceaselessly to forgive the ones you once thought unforgivable, and to trust The Lord and Lady Creator with their fate. Do this, and you will see that the Ascension swiftly comes. Do you think you know better and cavalierly reject this advice, as is your right under the Law of Free Will? Oh, it is certainly your option to do this, yes it is. But be aware that this would be a grave mistake, and that there is no more expedient way to effect delay than this! There have been many, many such delays up ’til this point, and all of them are the result of the wavering light quotient upon your planet. Try your best to stay consistent. Endeavor to maintain a climate of steady upward growth, and please do whatever you can to not let the energy of the collective dip.
♢ Love, love, love and more love. That is who and what you are made of. Be it and show yourself as that love to all the world.  Feel free to openly flaunt your splendor, your goodness and your glory. Be only of the Heart and not of the ego mind. Go on to treat all beings in the kind manner in which you wish yourselves to be treated. Display compassion and forgiveness, no matter how dire the situation might appear. Embrace each experience of this lifetime as an invaluable opportunity for learning. Do these things, and know that at the end of the road a Paradise awaits you.  We most enthusiastically await your arrival.

The energy over the next two months promises to be extremely powerful and will initiate many transformations for us all. Since the Spring / Autumn Equinox in September the energy has intensified with huge surges of light energy bathing the Earth. We can expect the intensity to increase as the energy moves to flood through us, washing away the past and bringing an end to much of the uncertainty of recent times. Feelings of tension, pressure, exhaustion and back ache are common symptoms but thankfully with an underlying excitement brewing beneath the surface, revealing new possibilities and opportunities.
Collectively we are all in the throws of a period of destruction and reconstruction. It is an intense time of rapid processing, purification and healing where expansion, growth, learning and Spiritual awakenings will become more and more pronounced. During this time remember that your Soul journey is a winding path of self-discovery, transformation and evolution. Â As such you will be asked to deeply examine the structures and foundations of your life, to seek to heal your fears and release anything that my be limiting you in any way. These deep transformations are awakening the secrets of your heart, which will show you how to resolve old patterns, release subliminal fears and bring light to the path of your heart.
The next two months promise to hold an abundance of pure healing energy that will move to unveil your Soul potential and assist you in reconnecting with the deepest aspects of yourself. What you believe will be weighed against what you know. Anything that has been oppressing or limiting your authenticity and freedom will be shattered. Â Anything that has been hidden, shut away or closed down will be revealed. Â It is imperative for your growth and development that you transform those areas within yourself that are keeping you stuck, broken or crippled. It is only possible to overcome your fear, pain and suffering when you are willing to confront it by illuminating that which is blocking your life. Â
The energy of October and November will bring more of your wounds and emotional patterns to the fore of your awareness. You will be asked to face and heal the trauma associated with these wounds and patterns. You will be encouraged to probe your motivations and deep consciousness to identify where healing is being demanded. By fearlessly examining your emotional, physical, mental and Spiritual blocks you will be able to eliminate old entrenched patterns and wounds, which will empower you to make the necessary changes you need to the deep structures of your life. By releasing the energy associated with these wounds and patterns you are able to consciously access and reconnect with the power and light of your Divine Soul Blueprint. Â
It is your Divine Soul Blueprint that contains the energy of your physical, emotional, mental, Spiritual and Soul aspects. It is naturally embedded and imprinted within the higher frequencies of your light essence. To conform to cultural and social norms many have suppressed and denied the energy of their Blueprint which has eventually lead to the blocking of its energy. In suppressing this vital Blueprint you have not only trapped yourself in recurring patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour, but you have also suppressed the healing energies contained within this Blueprint. This has resulted in a deep, inner separation which has caused you to repeat patterns of behaviour, thought and feeling. Ultimately leaving you disconnected from your Divine self and alienated from the very core of your being. Â This makes it very difficult to experience not only your creativity, but also the truth, wisdom and knowledge that you hold within the centre of your Soul.
The energies over the next two months will move to magnify and activate the energetic structure of your DNA initiating the release of your Divine Soul Blueprint. This powerful energy will form a beam of light that will reveal and amplify the energy of your Divine Soul Blueprint, which will trigger your cellular memory and a reconnection with the very core of your being. Â As this process unfolds the energy of your suppressed wounds and patterns of imbalance will fall away. Â Your deepest truth will emerge from the depths of your Spirit to expand your self-awareness and awaken the power you need to unleash and activate your hidden potential, gifts and Spiritual abilities. You will gain the ability to trust your inner vision, instincts, intuition and the strength needed to courageously take action on the guidance you receive. Â
This may feel like a challenging time in your life but when you open to the powerful energy of this time you will be gifted with profound insights, valuable knowledge and the Divine essence of your true self. The purpose of this sacred journey is to accomplish deep Soul work, which is crucial to the unveiling of your magnificent Spirit. Â As you emerge from your old wounds and patterns you will be guided to the cave of your heart to receive the buried treasures that dwell in the deep recesses of your Spirit. As you open your heart and Soul to the treasures of your own destiny your Divine wisdom shall be restored granting you the ability to reshape and reweave the foundations of your life.
Sudden changes and new directions will appear as your inner truth emerges from the watery depths of your Soul. Remember that this is a time to shift, change and realign your life with your deepest knowing. A time to face your fears, follow your heart, open your Spirit and look beyond the surface and into the darkness for your light. When you look into your Divine light send prayers of gratitude to the Creator for the beautiful gift of life and eternal love that you have been granted.

Ascended Masters 20121119 Are You Prepared For Your ‘Yes’? Channeled Archangel Uriel Message for Nov. 19, 2012
The Universe is your co-creator in your life and on the earth. Everything on earth has been created through the interaction between human and divine, although the human role is often played at an unconscious level with little awareness of its power and potential. The Universe must respond with ‘yes’ to every intention because this is the mandate of Universal Law. Humanity’s free will allows it to create without limitation in the third dimension and the Universe must respond accordingly. There is no judgment for your ‘yes’, so as you ask for what you want, be aware that every request is fulfilled at the frequency, energetic vibration and dimensional space in which it is created. Do you know that every request is answered with ‘yes’?
Every thought is an empowered intention which sets creative energy in motion. There is no thought or belief that does not create a corresponding aspect in your life, on the Earth and in the Universe. But if you are not fully aligned with the results you wish to create, or if you are not fully prepared to integrate the full transformation and outcomes that will follow, the results will not be visible to you in the form you wish to have or see. While you may believe that the Universe is denying you, it is you who are denying yourself. What aspects of you and of your being are not allowing your ‘yes’ to manifest? The question you can ask is ‘where am I not prepared for my ‘yes’, rather than ‘why is the Universe telling me ‘no’? It is not possible for the Universe to deny any intention.
Be assured in the willingness of the Universe to bless you in all things. It cannot do the opposite. The Universe cannot withhold anything from you, but it also cannot give you what you do not ask for, do not believe you deserve or can have, it cannot give you what you are not willing to intend for yourself or want to create in spite of your fears. It is when your desire for evolution meets your intention for moving new energies into your life, when you are prepared to release the limitations of the prior moment and move into the expand potential of the present that you see the manifestation of your ‘yes’ as you wish to know and see it.
Anything you see as a limitation or an unfulfilled desire is a ‘yes’ that you are not quite ready to integrate into our life and your being. Do not be angry with the Universe or with yourself (and the Universe is an aspect of your Self). Instead, go within to know where you are not yet ready to align with your ‘yes’. Do you need to believe more strongly in your power and potential? Are you willing to release the beliefs and thoughts that block you? Is there an area in which you are not fully aligned with what you wish to manifest? When you know that the answer is always ‘yes’ from the Universe as your co-creator, you will know that any ‘no’ comes from you and can make the transformation from within to receive the abundant and fulfilling blessings of every ‘yes’.

Please let me tell you that with the begining of November you are about to experience a major opening of portals and Energies that will be new to you, these energies have a slighty different effect from those you received before as they will help you communicating with us.Now, communication will be easier for you and you will see that you can achieve much through telepathy, if you just try you will quickly see its effects.
Please let me warn you that we are still cleansing some energies that have been stubborn but know that mainly there will be a great outcome for all of us, and we will never stand against your free will.

Greetings, beloveds. Your life has meaning. You came here to make a
difference, to expand who you are, thereby enhancing the whole.
You make a difference as you come upon situations in life that you call
challenges, and transform the energy of the event. This can be any kind of
challenge, large or small. Most of your difficulties will involve your
health (or someone else’s), relationships and money (financial situations).
As you anticipated your arrival on the earth plane, you knew that you would
have all of the necessary capabilities to deal with any and all obstacles
in life. Now that you are here and living life, many of you have forgotten
this. You have forgotten that the solution exists along with the problem.
Dear ones, you are capable of effectively dealing with any and all
challenges you are faced with. You are capable of this and much more.
When you experience an uncomfortable situation, look for the solution. You 
must focus your attention on the solution for it to present itself easily. If you continually look at the difficulty you are focusing on, the problem
 expands; therefore, you are expanding the problem rather than exposing the 
solution.
If you are worrying, you are focusing on the problem; it expands the 
troublesome situation rather than providing an expedient solution. When you
 find yourself worrying, acknowledge that you are worrying and ask yourself
 what the solution is, or ask a higher power what the solution is, then look
 for the answer and keep looking (and asking) until it appears. Once you 
ask, you must be vigilant, you must be conscious, because the answer can
come in many forms and may not come in the form you expect.
Dear ones, when you are confronted with a problem, we encourage you to ask 
for, and expect to find the solution; focus on the solution rather than the 
problem. We assure you that the solution exists and is available to you. Please have an open mind; do not limit yourself, because the solution may
 not be what you expect it to be.
As life brings forth challenges, and it will, ask for our help and we will
 assist you.
Life’s challenges are opportunities to transform energy. When you look at 
an obstacle as an opportunity to transform the energy, it changes your 
perspective; it changes your attitude toward the challenge and it
 transforms the energy of the situation.
You play an important role in the adventure you call life. Your role
 contributes to the whole in a positive or negative manner. We encourage you
 to help raise the vibration of the planet by looking at life’s challenges
 as opportunities to transform the energy, by focusing on the solution.
As you ask for our help, we will come forward to assist you.
