“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very excited to tell you about the energies that we and others like us have prepared for you for your month of July, there in the year 2025. The energies that we are sending at this time are all about preparing you for extra-terrestrial contact. These are energies that are designed to prepare you physically, emotionally, energetically, and mentally for that experience of standing in front of an extraterrestrial being. These energies are also designed to co create with you more experiences with the ships that are in your skies. We are talking about the spaceships, of course. We don’t need to call them UFOs or UAPs, because you know and we know exactly what they are.

They carry extra-terrestrial beings on board, and those beings want to gradually make themselves known to as many human beings who are ready for that experience. That is why there are so many sightings happening at this time. You are being readied. You are also going to have more experiences in the astral plane that you can remember when you wake up. When you are analyzing your dreams, make sure you recognize that you may be experiencing an extraterrestrial being in that dream, and that the extraterrestrial may actually be disguised as a person you don’t know or as an animal.

If you find yourself dreaming that you are in an airplane, you may, in fact, have had an experience of being on a spaceship. These astral travels are actual experiences that you are having in your astral bodies, and when you are ready to remember more of those experiences, you will. Please do not lament the fact that you are not remembering all of them yet. Everything is happening in Divine perfect timing for each and every one of you. You want to prepare yourself for the eventual experience of face to face e.t. contact, but you don’t want to be desperately seeking it. You don’t want to wait around for the ships to land.

There is still plenty of life to be lived between now and that moment, and they are more interested in connecting with those of you who are doing something with your lives. They are not interested in rescuing anyone, saving anyone from the tyranny of your world. They are interested in connecting with the thought leaders, the humans of the highest vibration, and those who are in pursuit of changing yourselves and your world for the better. The energies that are coming in throughout the month of July are meant to nudge you and encourage you to be that highest self that you can be right now.

And they’re also going to be warming you up to the experience of e.t. contact so that you can handle it, so that you can withstand the energies of the e.t. beings that you will be standing directly across from. Now, all you have to do to prepare yourself is to hydrate, ground yourself, be heart centered, and pay attention to what you are thinking and feeling. Do the work, in other words, of releasing that which is lower vibrational in nature so that you can be in contact with beings who are higher vibrational in nature. This is your destiny, and it is only a matter of time before you have that experience. So do not fret. Do not worry about it, But do your best to prepare yourselves and to open yourselves up to these July energies, which are very supportive and very encouraging to each and every one of you.

We have begun to discover new ways of reaching out to you as individuals and as a collective, and we are excited to witness where you go with the energies that we are doling out at this time. We are interested in how the energies of your solar system blend with the energies of the Arcturian star system. We want to see what new hybrid energies can be created through our working with you.

As we send you these clusters, these packets of energy, and you take your innate desires and mix them together with what we have to offer, something brand new is created in this galaxy and in this universe. This is why collaboration is such a big part of moving into your fifth-dimensional higher selves. You are moving beyond the survival-at-all-costs model, which means there’s less of a need for competition. Competition can bring the best out of someone, but it can also bring the worst out of that same person. When you set your ego aside and collaborate, not needing or wanting the credit for the desired outcome, that’s when you know you’ve grown.

And we want to grow with you and to see what happens when you grow from what we offer energetically. So these energetic downloads that you can co-create with will be coming to you from the air that you breathe. You can sit and set the intention to breathe in the energies that we are offering, and you will. And in so doing, you will receive more than just what we have been offering. You will receive what other beings have been offering as well. Whenever you sit and hold that intention to receive something of a high vibration, and then breathe consciously, you get so much out of that experience.

And as we have said, we are eager to see what you will do in this next decade with all that you are being given and all that you are training yourselves to receive. We are excited to partner more concretely with humanity in this way, because we know our energy blends well with yours. We just don’t know what will be created from the blending of such beautiful energies.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

There has been enough suffering on planet Earth to bring you all a gigantic response from the higher realms. There is no need for further suffering to create a stream of energy that will flow to all of you and give you exactly what you need. Suffering, like everything else, has a purpose, plays a role, and in some way serves you to a point. But you have far surpassed that point where suffering is bringing you something that is needed on planet Earth.

Now is the time to let in the energy that has been summoned. Now is the time to let go of that which is causing you to choose the experience of suffering. When you let go, you are not giving up. You can never truly give up on something that you desire. You can never become disconnected from someone that you have lost to death, but you can let go of the suffering and let in the response to that suffering.

When you are expecting to receive relief, you subconsciously lay down your guard and you let in that which you have been asking for. We desire for this message to reach enough of you who are looking for something to cling to so that you can grant yourselves that reprieve and let in all that you’ve been asking for.

Now, of course, there is personal suffering, and then there is collective suffering. There is the oppression of the human race that you also have in your human history. You’ve all been oppressed, and you’ve all felt oppressed, and the collective’s asking is enormous. Therefore, whether you are suffering personally or not, you can be a part of the opening of the floodgates for the collective, so that everyone who is asking can receive the energy they have summoned and can build a new life with that energy.

There is so much for all of you to create, and by letting in the help that you’ve been asking for, you are going to make that process so much easier on yourselves.

Let us explain to you dear ones, that in order for your world to change, you are not to wait for anything but to look deep within your hearts. Yes indeed it is so that we are standing by you. Yes awe are in the sky, yes we are circling the globe and yes indeed we are ready to swoop in and assist you in any way that we possibly can, as we have already done numerous times. However, please understand, even if we rush to your aid, we will not be helping you quickly reach ascension just by seeing us, for the process of ascension is called a process for a reason.

It matters not which planet you reside in, it matters not which physicality you find yourselves in. For the soul goes through many stages of ascension process, and the point for you to understand is not to rush into it.

The reason that we are all here now, is to guide you.. but YOU are the ones that are sitting behind the controls of your destiny and your light and your s ascension process.

What we are trying to explain to you here today, is that the masses of you the ones that come from “heave to hearth” so to speak the ones that are here to anchor in the new light , are also bound by the rules of the planet earth.. for yes indeed dear children of the light, you are still bound by the rules of the planet earth.

When we say this what we mean is that you are still finding yourself having to work on your ascension process even though you have already gone through this process before! You find yourself having to work on your ego, having to work on your dark thoughts as you perceive them to be, and the reason? The reason for all this is because you are to go through each and every step with the rest of humanity to make it easier for them to relate to you… you are the leaders and you are leading them by example… that is why if sometimes it seems that time is standing still and you know in your hearts that by now you should already have ascended… you are still walking hand in hand and foot in foot with humanity.. for you have chosen to do so.

And yes indeed the point of you being here at this present moment is to assist humanity in any way shape and form that you possibly can.. However, it does not make you immune to all the ways of the human life and existence.

You are fast rememberants dear ones, and by that we mean that you remember how to go about ascension, and you lead the others.. lead the others through your doing and the way that you live your life.. for only when you have mastered yourself, will you be able to master the world around you, and by mastering we mean understanding, understand that there is always going to be black and white, dark and light, for none can exist without the other.. to be in balance always.

Beloved Ones,

Lightworkers around the world are holding and anchoring the Light like never before!

Each person is endeavoring to nurture themselves each day by doing kindnesses unto themselves – little rewards that make them feel acknowledged and seen.

You are all learning that self-love is a necessity in order to move forward on your spiritual path. Love of self is a vital component in one’s overall spiritual development, and it keeps a person in balance and in harmony, both within themselves and in the world around them.

As the distractions of the outer world continue to bombard the senses, this practice keeps one steady and grounded. Never forget how wonderful you are and that you are deserving of all the good in the world. Most of you have been receiving more downloads from the cosmos, and this will require the usual integration and assimilation.

There is more focus now on moving forward by contemplating that which brings you joy and that which brings out your passion. Much of this has been contemplated upon for many months, and now it shall become much easier to implement.

Through your alchemical work, you have been learning how to wield your power in loving and constructive ways, and this will only improve in the days ahead. You will feel a renewed sense of peace, joy, and creativity, and [appreciation] for the wonders of life here on Earth. You will be putting your skills, wisdom and knowledge to good use in ways that expand the possibilities in your lives.

You have all been letting go of past regrets, sorrows, and patterns which are no longer useful on your spiritual journeys. Some of these have been deeply ingrained in your subconscious, and these new energy downloads are allowing the final release, bringing a sense of renewal and of new beginnings.

Life is always changing and unfolding in alignment with the higher will of your soul. Everything that you experience is designed to help you expand your awareness, in order that you can embrace greater levels of love and wisdom.

Every experience you have had has lead you to become the wise, loving and compassionate person that you are in this moment of now. It was and is all good, for it is now the time for positive transformation and profound changes to occur.

You all have the ability to materialize your dreams, both for your personal world and for the greater world around you. You are asked to believe in yourselves, to have confidence and not let anything stand in your way. See every experience as a learning experience, and that each one adds to your mastery of self.

There are exciting new pathways opening for you, and it is your time now to shine. This requires an open heart, so that you will see the unlimited potential that resides within you.

All that you would love to create, manifest and achieve is now within the realm of possibility; all that is required is to remain true to yourself and to trust that your ideas and inspirations are divinely guided.

You have the ability to mentally and emotionally rise above all that you encounter in life. From a spiritual perspective, there are no mistakes in life. By accepting all of who you are, exactly as you are, you will see your life magically and wonderfully transform in divine synchronicity and order.

The strength and commitment you have shown for so long will serve you well. Continue to listen to the guidance which comes from your own soul. By focusing on your goals with determination, skill and steadfastness, you will reach them.

You are truly becoming the clearest and brightest light that you can be. Appreciate all that you have already manifested into your life. You are on the right track, and all will work out well.

It is well understood dear ones, while you are in the presence of God there is no evil. When you make the choice to blame God for any harm you or others have caused it is the same if you pass the blame to math for your errors, or you blame the music if you are unable to play an instrument with considerable skill. When you look at the world and see only what is not beautiful or what you think as being not the ideal world which you wish to live upon, think dear ones to ask yourself what can be done, for these answers lies within each of you. Each person has a responsibility for the conditions that are apparent on your Earth. God does not just respect one kind of people; He is in all of you and knowing this dear ones it is still you making the choices that progress you from one day to the next. You are never a victim of anything that is outside of yourself and if you wish to improve what you see as an imperfect earth and the conditions that’s included then you must go inward and learn what to do to improve yourself and bring those actions outward with heart-ful purpose that is endorsed by love. 

When you make the motion to go within for your answers do not struggle dear ones, if you fight then you begin losing before you really set out to try. Your energy flows to what you struggling against making whatever the opposition is stronger. When you choose to strive forward for something you are directing your energy towards something that holds an order of perfection you are then on a good start. Every time you move forward never forget to move with pure loving intentions. If you forget to add love into your intentions you will be unable to cultivate, as much good because you will discover there is still much struggle and disorder to contend with. Understand dear ones that all your struggles and challenges that are faced without love are considered to be self-righteous, they are rigid and have a habit of unraveling. Develop a warrior-like nature when you are heading into difficult challenges, become keenly observant yet open-minded at the same time. We have seen many people’s enthusiasm pick up only when they are faced with the hardest of circumstances. The path of peace is a much gentler route to travel, it requires less discipline but even within this mode of traveling you must be able to comprehend that as your knowledge grows through each step so does your responsibility. If you truly wish dear ones to discover the spirit of love, you first must reach its source and this source is found within each of you – there are no exceptions. Even if the feeling is minute of someone that is soul-weary within the person, on the inner level is the great principle of creation and that dear ones you know is LOVE. Love is the heart, the source and the center point from which the world as a global community flows from.

We have encouraged each of you for decades to love your neighbour as you love yourself. This concept can be extremely difficult if you do not have love for yourself. If you do not yet flow from the love for your Self, you may still begin to build this by being compassionate to others through charitable actions and kindness. Even though for the time being these actions are not demonstrated by the spirit of love it is the beginning of peace and through the building of peace you will discover a vast sea of life that will create tranquility and harmony that will help forge love through all your efforts. Sometimes it takes weathering certain trials and tribulations before you are able to see the love that has been flowing through you and when realization finally hits you then come to the conclusion that true peace cannot be attained without true love of the Self and for others. When you are able to accept your reality you are able to bring in peace and you also conclude that when you choose to hurt someone through your actions, you are also hurting yourself. Within the life you are in now, each of you are the ones who make the conditions which you live. You have the choice to change them or stay as you are. We encourage you to always find ways of bringing positive change into your life, even if it’s just subtle colours, a vase of fresh flowers, maybe a new colourful wall-hanging or maybe you have adopted a new meditation technique – what matters dear ones that is you chose to add something new that was different into your daily routine and that dear ones helps to facilitated great change in all areas. 

When you make a point to always work from your heart, from where your Divine Spark resides you are demonstrating your natural source of love from the inside out. It has been well understood dear ones that this Divine Spark that resides in your heart has been there since you were developing within your mother’s womb. This Divine Spark is nourished by the Divine Light of God that moves with infinite loving intention into each of you. Even if people reject God, they are still provided His Love and His Light at every moment of their life and His own vital energy feeds this spark that resides within their beautiful heart. Knowing that this Divine Spark was created by God with the understanding that it has its own purpose to become something great, will expand into being a powerful flame as each of you spiritually mature. As your heart is powered by the Divine Energy of God, incredible energy flows as a result that is felt by the physical body. This Divine Spark that resides within your heart is the life force of your body dear ones. 

When this Divine Spark becomes small it is feeling the troubles of the world because you become unsynchronized with yourself and the world; what is a common outcome of this occurrence dear ones is illness,  sometimes harder life challenges and the feeling of depravity. Then the magic happens and brings great change as soon as you are able to harmonize your thoughts and emotions once again and exhibit your loving sincerity with more verve that is represented by your spiritually loving life. This Divine Spark does expand and grow as you develop. Just think dear ones, if you choose to rest in the tranquility, in the peace of your Self and allow yourself to be enveloped by your heart through loving thoughts you are quite simply identifying with an echo – and yes it may be small at first, but it is there. 

Think of your body in this Light, you already know your body as the Temple, then how about your heart being the Tabernacle? Think of yourself as being a purposeful cell within the body of God because dear ones each of you are a part of God as He is a part of you. Each of you demonstrates the Spirit of God every time you choose to live through your heart in all you do. And it is well understood that the Divine Trinity is also consistent as a Heavenly Family that is not mainly male dominated. Within the Divine Spark lies a greater flame, one we spoke of very briefly in an earlier paragraph. We may look at this flame in this creative method; God as the Father, God as the Mother and the Christ child. God relates to the Will which is represented by the Blue Flame of Power; God as the Mother relates to loving wisdom as well as enlightenment which is represented by the Golden Flame; the Christ child relates to love which represents the Pink Flame. Power, Wisdom and Love are the greatest characteristics of the divinity that rests within each of your hearts that is known and taught by many masters as the Threefold Flame.  And it is within this sacred flame that your Divine Spark wakes into. 

As you fan this Divine Flame to grow in size you will bring more Light energy into your body. Understandably your body’s vibration also increases at a faster rate as you vibrate higher within the Light of the Divine – you begin to bring your whole body, your entire being into resonance with what is divinely perfect and this will be shown in your personal life. You will be able to look at the recession of the world, and not be affected because you have raised your vibrations to such a high degree that these fears no longer reach you – you resonate through higher levels of awareness and consciousness that provides you with incredible spiritual security. You have reached an inner knowing that your life, which includes your inner self and the world, is ONE. 

Ultimate freedom is derived when you have come into harmony with the creative energies and understand their purpose with each of you; they are a part of your inner self that allows you to remain grounded through many of your hardships. We urge you to comprehend dear ones that the path to your personal liberation and to a life that is abundantly rich with joy and happiness rests within each of you. If you can greet every person and everything with unconditional love, unconditional compassion and whole-bodied peace – without the added stress of wondering if any specific person is worth your energy and effort; then dear ones you are on the threshold of unlocking the massive Divine Power that held within this Divine gateway. Time is always what determines when this door will be accessed and for the brilliant light that is found behind that gate can flood and enter your entire life. This light force is your Holy Grail and this allows perfection to enter your own personal world in all its forms. Through your Divine Spark all this can be discovered – deep profound bliss is available for each of you. You become true to your Self when you open this door dear ones. It is part of your mission to love all of creation and to be free. Until you open the gate of your heart you must release all your shadows, let them go through the cleansing Light of God. 

As you consciously cleanse yourself from all karmic debts you are at the same time redeeming yourself to God. Your redemption will always include experiences which you are to learn and gain valuable knowledge from, and from situations where you have to overcome your Ego which is part of your lower human personality traits. We encourage you to be wise, loving and represent yourself through the inner-power that is within each of you at all times. Learn to control your thoughts and emotions and apply your great wisdom when are to think and bring in your love when you are to feel which direction you are to go. 

All the good that you know of yourself and of the world has all come from God. When you are able to accept this consciously and when you are able to express this in all your actions through all conscious motion at every moment of your day you will be able to apply and bring this to all people the expression of perfect freedom and of your mastery over all human things – you are the I AM – you are the consciousness and the vibration of God. And it is well understood dear ones that there is only consciousness and vibration throughout our divine Universe. 

Joyfully give your dedication to the fullness of the powerful omnipresence of God and feel His brilliant light cascade around you and strengthen every cell of your body. Recognize dear ones and feel the connection of your Divine Spark to the Heart of God and give your attention to center point of this Divine Spark and see this light as the Golden Sun of Christ that we know you have always had. 

Each of you are children of Light, you are learning to serve this light and to live within this light that is an intricate part of your heart. Know without a doubt that you are divinely protected, lit and given support by this great light and know how blessed you truly are.

When Kathleen and I had a conversation recently with Matthew Ward through his mother, Suzy, he stated that I was not one of the past-life characters I thought I was. Not because I wasn’t, but because I was mis-interpreting the notion of reincarnation.

I of course was using it in the same commonsensical way we all use it so I had no idea what his precise meaning was. I asked Suzy to help me understand what Matthew might be saying and she sent me this excerpt from Matthew’s Message of February 3, 2014:

I never believed Jesus was going to return as the same person he was 2000 years ago, but has he reincarnated on Earth?

No, but the love-light essence of Jesus always is on Earth and everywhere else in this universe.

Because the timeless continuum, where multiple multidimensional lifetimes are happening simultaneously and everything affects everything else, is a nebulous concept almost impossible to grasp, reincarnation is the closest that messengers from the light could describe a process that fits into your linear timeframe. But it is not that Albert Einstein, say, reincarnates as this or that person, and I’ll do my best to explain the reality.

Every one of the countless souls throughout the cosmos is a unique, independent, inviolate eternal being at the same time it is energetically interconnected with all others. The Beginning of every soul was the instant Creator let burst forth Its love-light Self—“the big bang”—and everything in existence is co-created by souls using Creator’s energy to put their ideas into motion and form.

Soul A, let us say, wants to incarnate for the first time. After putting its ideas into a soul contract, it enters into an agreement—we call it pre-birth agreement—with other souls that want to share the lifetime. Then it designs and co-creates a body for its personage that fits what it wants to experience as a mortal. Thereupon Soul A becomes a cumulative soul while remaining its unique eternal self, and it shares all of its knowledge with the soul of the new personage. The term cumulative is applied to Soul A because it initiated the physical lifetime of another soul, but as you shall see, that is the start of cumulative experiencing.

Let us call that first personage Soul B. All of Soul B’s characteristics endowed by Soul A and all experiences throughout the lifetime—intelligence, talents, body form and features, personality, ideas, relationships, education, habits, plans, accomplishments, disappointments, heartaches, joys, doubts, failures, interests, fears—are added to Soul A’s “database” as Soul B has each experience, and everything is retained by Soul B when its body dies.

When Soul A wants to embark upon a different kind of physical life, it goes through the same process; now it has not only its original knowledge, but also the lifetime experiencing of Soul B to share with its second personage. When Soul B wants to put into motion its own ideas, it makes a soul contract and so forth. Like Soul A, it remains a unique soul-self while sharing its knowledge, from personal experiencing and that which was endowed by Soul A, with the soul of its first personage.

Soul A and Soul B grow in experience, knowledge and wisdom with each of their personages, each of whom is a unique, independent, inviolate eternal soul; and the composite is a force field of diverse, interconnected lifetimes that grows with new personages wherever they are throughout the universe. Souls choose contract provisions to fill gaps or strengthen areas of cumulative experiencing to balance all of the lifetimes; thus, an ever-expanding storehouse of awareness is available to all souls in the lineage.

Evolvement comes as personages consciously tap into that storehouse, so it’s not learning anew, but rather a process of self-discovery, remembering what is known at soul level from The Beginning. And, just as you are living in this moment, so are all the beings you think of as your past or future lives—you and all of those other unique souls are living in the NOW of the continuum.

From my lifetimes in third density civilizations, I know how difficult it is trying to understand something for which there is no conscious frame of reference, and my explanation may have added confusion rather than clarification about multiple multidimensional lifetimes. So, please know that everything I described happens simply and divinely, as someday you shall see for yourselves—again!

By 2012: What’s the ‘real’ truth? 

The announcement last week that Queen “Bilderberg” Beatrix of the Netherlands was abdicating the throne is but a visible sign of some fundamental changes in the secret power structure of the West. In a yet to be publicly confirmed move, David and J. Rockefeller have fled to an Island near Fiji, according to a CIA source. The Bush family, for its part, tried to flee via an airport in Arkansas but were prevented from doing so by the FBI, the same source says.

This source, who correctly predicted the resignation of Queen Beatrix is also saying that Queen Elizabeth will resign in favour of her grandson in the near future.

These moves are all connected to the ongoing counter-attack against the genocidal Western elitists affiliated with the Bilderberg group, the Council on Foreign Relations and other related organizations. As will be described below, there is a lot more to come.

Also, at the time of this writing Lord James Sassoon has not responded to a hand-written letter delivered to him last week at the House of Lords in England asking for comment on the allegations that he bribed 82 politicians (actually paid actors) affiliated with Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party.

There are also plenty of indications of escalating infighting within the financial elite. The SWIFT international banking transfer system, for example, is becoming dysfunctional because large money transfers are being intercepted and diverted to unknown destinations before the intended recipients get their money, according to both MI5 and CIA sources. “The SWIFT system has several operational and procedural features that allow anyone with big computing power, i.e. cabal controlled bank servers, to spot and arrest large transactions, especially over $50 million,” the MI5 source says. “SWIFT has in the past been temporarily disabled to allow Bush 41 to steal large transactions,” he adds. The lack of trust between different cabal factions has meant that opposing factions have been regularly hijacking each other’s bank transfers, the CIA source corroborates.

The recent shouting match between Christine Lagarde, the head of the IMF, and Deutsche Bank CEO Jurgen Fitschen, reported by Tom Heneghan, was almost certainly related to one such major hijacking of funds.

Also, more and more gold plated tungsten bars are being found in bank storage vaults worldwide. So far it can be confirmed that the IMF, The Bank of China, the Bundesbank and the Bank of England have all had some or all of their gold replaced with tungsten. This is leading to a frantic search for the missing gold by various governments. Perhaps they should follow Richard Armitage, who is now taking global collateral accounts gold from Indonesia and gold from royal vaults in Thailand, refining it in Hong Kong and taking it to parts unknown (Paraguay, the Antarctic?), according to a CIA source.

Two separate US sources, one FBI and one CIA, have both contacted this writer and said that a lady by the name of “Madame Wong” has been installed as Empress in China and placed in charge of the 85% of the world’s gold whose last legitimate owner was the Qing dynasty. This is strange to hear because my Chinese sources tell me the current heir to the Qing dynasty is a man by the name of Dr. Yi. Perhaps this is an attempt by certain parties to claim rights to the world’s treasure by using a proxy.

In any case, you cannot eat gold and technically owning 85% of the world’s gold does not automatically give a person the right to decide the future of humanity. That right belongs to the people of the world.

On that front, there seems to be a major power struggle coming to a head in the US. As mentioned above the founding families of the Federal Reserve Board in the US have either fled or are trying to flee in order to avoid imminent arrest, according to the CIA. There is also apparently some complicated plot brewing in which the Congress and the Senate will trigger their own demise by impeaching Obama, at least so the CIA is saying. After Obama is impeached, he will announce that he is just a spokesperson and the Vice-President Biden was actually sworn in as is actually President. Following that, the members of the Congress and Senate will be arrested and Obama will be formally reinstated as President, the CIA says. At this point a systematic purge of traitors will begin and no more dual Israeli/US citizens will be allowed in government. Once that is done, the newly restored US Republic will legally and rightfully renounce debt owed by the private Federal Reserve Board consortium to the rest of the world, or so the story goes. Believe it when you see it.

What is real though is that top Bilderberger Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands has resigned. The CIA source in Europe who correctly predicted this says Queen Elizabeth will also resign soon in favour of her grandson William. MI5 could not confirm this. A Dutch intelligence source says Beatrix’s resignation was planned long in advance and was connected to the fact that she turned 75.

Here is what an Italian royal family member had to say about Queen Beatrix: “I know she has been part of a ‘consortium’ with the Pope, Queen Elizabeth, the Yamato Dynasty and Adam Hapsburg that has been and is still fighting the evil so called Illuminati.” A gnostic Illuminati source responds by saying they are not evil, just opposed to dynastic rule by Satanic bloodlines.

Speaking about Satan, there has been new intrigue in the Vatican. A certain Monsignor Egidio Vagnozzi died suddenly near the Vatican recently and was buried without an autopsy, according to an Italian aristocrat. Vagnozzi was pressing for a full investigation of the IOR – Instituto di Opere Religiose –Institute for Religious Works, i.e. the Vatican Bank. The “dark soul” behind the Vatican Bank is a Monsignor Donato de Bonis, the Italian aristocrat says. The Vatican Bank has been without a president for the past 8 months after a reformist president Ettori Gotti was controversially dismissed. Recently, credit card payments and ATMs in the Vatican have stopped because the Vatican bank is not complying with international money laundering regulations.

The Vatican Bank is reluctant to open its books to international scrutiny because massive bribes paid to senior politicians around the world would be exposed, according to several sources. The terms of the members of the oversight committee for the bank will expire on February 23rd. Let us see if the Vatican finally comes clean after that date.

One final note, a White Dragon Society member in Europe was attacked by two men with knives last week. The two men were beaten up and then arrested. They claimed they were paid $15,000 each by “Bilderbergers from Holland,” to kill that WDS member. They were amateurs, indicating the Bilderbergers are running out of professional talent.

It is I, Ashtar. I have breaking news, and I have chosen this channel because I know the good people will pass it on and assure great distribution to the many readers you serve.

First, I will inform you of the state of the Disclosure plans. Barack Obama is fully aware of the growing impatience on the part of Lightworkers, and also aware of the slanderous comments about his dear Michelle being the reason for the hold-up. This is absolutely not true. He has not been dragging his feet. He has been following orders from the Council which oversees the Ascension process of Planet Earth, which we are all pledged to abide by. This process is difficult enough without having rumors flying around which insult the integrity of our Ascended Masters.

Next, let me update you on the progress. As you might have suspected, this is a multi-pronged effort, including not only the spectacular celebration of welcoming your Brother and Sisters. It is far more complex than that. It involved the complete overhaul of your financial, legal and social systems. That cannot be done without complete chaos unless the work has been done by our representatives on the ground to have the following things in place:

An alternate financial system through which everyone can access funds to continue their lives in an orderly fashion, including being able to access food and basic necessities for the interim.

Systems of distribution for food, medical care and other necessities outside the usual profiteering channels which have held poor countries and their people hostage.

Organizations which are capable of identifying, pursuing and prosecuting the Dark Ones who have created hardship for all of you over the eons. This is an especially important and difficult part of the procedure, since the present systems of courts and prisons are completely riddled with corruption and greed. We cannot permit the criminals who have misused their power so viciously to continue, or to disappear into the population to begin their destructive work again, as they have done in the past.

New social organizations which can provide shelter for those who need it and emotional support during the massive changes. Many who have not been reading these messages as you have will be frightened and confused by the sudden Shift to the Light.

Educational structures to help explain and teach The True Way, and to help usher in the New Golden Age by teaching the children the glorious ways of the New Era. This is made much easier by the internet – this wonderful resource which allows you to talk across the planet with no time lapse. It will be used extensively to keep all of you ACCURATELY informed. Deceptive information and misinformation will no longer be permitted within this medium.

Media. Your television stations will be removed from the control of profit-oriented companies and returned to the people. You will no longer see violence, mind-twisting “entertainment” or bogus news reports from the Powers That Be who have used these outlets for the purpose of mind-control and massive theft of the planet’s resources.

Spiritual resources for people who have relied on the traditional Church settings for their sense of community, solace and connection with God. You will all be called upon to help replace the rigid doctrinaire practices of the present religions with the kind and loving teachings of The True Way. This will be an ongoing process. As you have seen, our dear St. Germain has been doing an admirable job as “the Pope,” gently modeling new behaviors and attitudes which will fairly quickly be shifted to teaching The True Way. Of course, we ask that you keep this information “under your hats.” For the time being it will just be thought of as an unfounded and impossible rumor, but we did want you to be in on the wonderful joke so that you can watch carefully and smile with us each time he presents a new and radical break with tradition, smiling sweetly as he dismantles thousands of years of enslavement of the poor and women.

Technological advancements, which we will be introducing quickly and efficiently to take the place of your current primitive sources of power. We do not wish for millions of people to freeze or swelter as we make the shift to efficient sources. We are making every effort to provide an orderly transition.

So you see, it is a massively complex undertaking. Every one of these elements are nearing the stage of completion – that is, they are organizing organically to the point where they will be in place and viable when they are needed.

Those of you who are asking what you path is – come forward to join one of these categories of transition work. Rather than ask when it will all be done, join in the work to make it happen. Set up groups so that you have contact and frequent communication with your neighbors and friends. Be a resource for information in your community by letting people know you are available to help out whenever needed. Your assignments will come thick and fast, and you will be instrumental in making the Ascension plans come to fruition.

Many of you have heard of the Transition Movement which was begun in the UK and has spread around the world. Contact these folks to become part of their network. They are already organizing to help one another for the Change. You can begin with www.TransitionUS.org, and go on from there to contact people in your area. They are good people who are already philosophically and emotionally aligned with the coming Shift.

I absolutely will not give you a fixed date for the Disclosure Moment. It will depend upon how many of you mobilize to take positive action. Follow the guidelines I have given you here. Reach out to offer yourself as a resource and you will find fulfilling work which will lift you spiritually, which is the goal of all this to begin with, isn’t it? Lifting yourself spiritually does not involve being given something from On High. It is an individual process of learning to breathe, think and feel in the Light. Concentrate on learning to be in complete command of your every thought, feeling and action so that you never do anything you will regret, and so that you are always acting as a Beacon of Light.

You are all apostles, Dear Children, as we are. You are the bearers of the good news and the Light of the Central Sun, which you have known as the Godhead. It is you who will usher in the New Golden Age of Gaia. We will be there with you, celebrating and offering our gifts just as you offer yours. This is a joint project, as you have been told. Be yourself – our brilliant, radiant Self. Do not be afraid to speak out, to tell what you know, what you have read in these pages. Anyone who scoffs and refuses to believe you will learn soon enough that you are a leader of the New Age and will come to you for answers when the time comes.

Announce yourselves. Declare your intention to be of service. Tell your Guides and Helpers. Tell Mother/Father God to place your name on the roster of Lightworkers who can be counted on to work for the Ascension cause. Then begin. You know what your talents and abilities are. You can look around you and see what others are in need of. Begin your Ascension now, by dedicating yourself to the fulfillment of the Great Dream of Gaia and her people.

We are here with you, at the ready. We have developed a plan for the Disclosure process which is dramatic, flexible, and fast-moving. We are, literally, on our toes, in high anticipation of the Great Unfolding. What a glorious time it is to be here with you.
