Beloved masters, as we monitor your progress, measure the “Light Quotient” of your thought patterns, and observe how valiant and stalwart you are in your endeavors to integrate the wondrous energies of Creator-consciousness, we are most gratified, as well as amazed, at your astounding progress. The maelstrom of negative thought forms that have swirled throughout the three lower astral planes, and which have affected humanity for eons of time, are gradually being replaced by uplifting thought forms of hope, inspiration, joy. This will allow the reality that scarcity is only an imbalanced, negative thought form, which can be replaced with an assurance that abundance is everyone’s Divine birthright. All you have to do in order to claim your heritage is to accept as your truth that you are worthy, and then to solidify that reality via your positive thoughts, deeds and actions. A wondrous new vision, a powerful probable future for humanity and the Earth, is awaiting your entrance into a Fifth-Dimensional environment. It is being strengthened and magnified moment by moment. Have we not told you over and over again, “your thoughts have energy – positive or negative – and what you focus on, you magnify”? Many of you are so caught up in the desire to ascend, and to live in a perceived paradise of the higher dimensions, you are forgetting and neglecting the beauty, joy and the benefits of experiencing the magnificence and wonder of the journey. Each phase of new awareness or expanded consciousness has its special miracles and benefits, which are to be savored and enjoyed. Each time you release some old self-limiting, painful thought form, habit or discordant energies within, you are transformed, and you remove a small (or large) part of your disguise, which allows you to integrate another Facet of your wondrous God Self. In doing so, you are gradually creating a new empowered you, and a new reality opens to you whereby you have access to many new concepts, as well as many new talents, and your sensitivity to the exquisite nuances of Spirit miraculously unfolds around you. Those of you who have followed our teachings over the years are aware that the major theme for the Spirit/human experience on planet Earth has been separation, duality and polarity, with an ultimate goal of returning to balance, harmony and oneness with your multi-dimensional Self, and unity consciousness with ALL. Each of you fragmented your Divine Self into hundreds of individual Sparks of consciousness as you ventured forth to fulfill the Divine Mandate of the Creator, “Go forth and create new worlds without end in my name.” Along the way many of you forgot that there is a Universal Law that states, “You must experience that which you have created.” The great multitude of seekers who have moved back onto the path, which leads to harmony and a reunion with Spirit, have primarily done so because each of you were tired of the pain and suffering of the past. And so, your Soul-self finally got your attention so that you were ready to listen to the whisperings of Spirit. Those of you who have diligently sought your higher truth, and have striven to live and exemplify that truth, are now reaping the rewards. You are learning that you are in control, and you are not being tossed around by the whims of fate. You are not being punished or rewarded by anyone, for you have realized that you are responsible for your thoughts and actions, and you create your own reality – ALL OF IT! – via the harmonious or discordant frequency patterns you emit. You have finally realized that you are not surrendering anything, but when you align your will with the Creator’s Will, you make way for unlimited miracles and possibilities to enter your life. We have discussed in depth about bringing all the Facets of your multiple chakra system back into harmony, and the importance of integrating and balancing the virtues, qualities and attributes of the Rays of God-Consciousness. If any one Facet of your Being is out of balance, none of the others can function at its maximum potential. You are meant to be a composite Spiritual/human being with a unified consciousness. In most human beings, the physical senses and desires of the body have overridden the more subtle senses of their spiritual nature. A person who lives mostly in a mental world is lacking or missing out on the wonders, strength and delight of the heart, refined emotions and the Soul. A person who is driven by his/her emotions is living in an unstable world, which has no foundation or structure, and is susceptible to the emotional highs and lows of everyday occurrences and those around him/her. A person who has disconnected from Spirit lives a life without hope, and no matter what he/she may attain or accumulate in the physical world, he/she lives an existence that does not sustain the Soul, a life without the luster of lasting, heart-felt gratification. Humanity has focused on the emotions of spirit for thousands of years, and has neglected the science or mental aspects of spirituality. The Universe and all creation function under the immutable Universal Laws as decreed by the Supreme Creator. Know the laws and live in harmony with them, and you will exist in alignment with Creator Will. As a result, you may be assured that all the beauty, bounty and abundance of the Universe will be yours for the taking. Returning to harmony and balance within what we call the four lower bodily systems, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, is the next vital step after coming to an understanding about the energies, qualities and attributes of each chakra and how they affect the four bodily systems. It is imperative that you stimulate and work on your emotional intelligence and your mental intuition. You need to redefine your altered ego-desire body, and re-establish the proper relationship between your ego and your Soul-self. The ego was designed to function under the direction of the Soul, not the other way around, whereby you are to focus your attention on your inner world of reality instead of the illusion of the outer world. You will no longer look for some event, some person or some thing to give you a moment’s satisfaction or happiness – things that are usually fleeting, and often fall short of your expectations. When you turn inward to validate your self-worth and to feed your emotional and spiritual yearnings, you will tap into that wellspring of unlimited sustenance. Many of you have chosen to experience strong First, Third or Fifth Ray energies, which often lead to a tendency to function almost exclusively within the left (mental) hemisphere of the brain structure, with a linear, outward focused, analytical mind-set. A major focus of your life’s lessons is to learn to use the abstract / emotional right brain structure, and to explore and integrate the emotional facets of your nature. Second Ray people are apt to be more balanced in their bodily nature, whereby they explore and use both the right and left hemispheres of the brain, but this is not always the case. However, those who have chosen to experience and balance the Fourth, Sixth and Seventh Rays during this lifetime are inclined to function mostly within the right brain structure, and they tend to be very emotional in nature. Their world is often perceived as an emotional roller coaster, and it is very difficult to find a balance or to live a harmonious existence. Your goal is to blend and harmonize the major bodily chakras of your physical being– to balance your mental and emotional energy fields and OverLight them with your Spiritual Essence. We will define each category so that you may quickly identify what you need to focus on and rectify. MENTAL BODY FOCUS * When the mental body is the major focus, your beliefs, attitudes, and knowledge are derived from text book and historical/traditional facts without the benefit of emotional or spiritual validation. You tend to be very analytical, often rigid, judgmental, and you must maintain intellectual control. You have limited visionary abilities, and you only believe what is tangible and what can be proven scientifically. EMOTIONAL BODY FOCUS * When the emotional body is the driving force within you, you are vulnerable to the strong emotional tide of the mass consciousness and your altered ego. You must examine and discover how your emotions drive and control you through your desires and wants, and you must closely examine your motives. MENTAL BODY with SPIRITUAL BODY OVERLIGHT * You have learned to utilize the wisdom of your superconscious mind as you integrate all the attributes, qualities and virtues of your God Ray and Soul Ray, and you have learned to focus on the Still Point of the NOW. You have perfected the process of healing the past, scripting the future, and living in the power of the moment. EMOTIONAL BODY with SPIRITUAL BODY OVERLIGHT * As the mental and emotional bodies are harmonized, you will have learned to rely on your mental intuition as you seek to validate and integrate the higher truths you are accessing in your never-ending quest for en-Lighten-ment. You validate your truths through your heart/Soul monitor, and then you live by those truths to the best of your ability. New expanded thoughts and concepts become the norm. EMOTIONAL/MENTAL BODY UNITY = EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE * The emotional energetics you radiate along with your focused intent are some of the most important components in the creation process. When there is a balance of power between your emotional and mental bodies, you begin the process of understanding yourself, and you learn to identify the driving force behind your actions. You learn to harmonize your will with God’s Will as you begin to understand the workings of the Universal Laws. The desired mode is emotional detachment, as you move gracefully and surely toward your desired goal. SPIRITUAL/MENTAL BODY CONSCIOUSNESS * When you begin to use the intelligence of your Soul-Self, you tap into the unlimited possibilities of the Cosmic Stream of Divine Light. You learn how to bypass the distortions of the Third/Fourth Dimensions as you create and use your Pyramid of Power/Light in the Fifth Dimension. That is when the miracles truly begin to happen, and you will know without any doubt that you are partnering with Spirit in all your endeavors. SPIRITUAL/EMOTIONAL BODY CONSCIOUSNESS * Love tempers your emotions, and although you still have a human nature, you have learned discernment, and you become detached from all the negative life drama going on around you. You now view the events in your life from a higher vantage point – that of a Self-master. HARMONIZED SPIRITUAL/MENTAL/EMOTIONAL/PHY
ETHERIC BODY:
The golden etheric web contains the perfect blueprint for the human body – it is the invisible replica of the physical body, which is also known as the astral body or etheric body. It contains the perfect blueprint for our three lower physical bodies. It sustains and vitalizes the material form, and it controls the digestive and assimilation processes. It also repairs the damages in the physical form caused by the “wear and tear” of living. The etheric body is the memory body, and it is susceptible to our thoughts and emotions – both positive and negative. Disease or debilitation occurs first in the etheric body, and then gradually infiltrates into the physical vessel. It is also true that the balancing and harmonizing of the physical vessel begins within the etheric body, and then gradually manifest in the physical body.
OUR MENTAL BODY IS A TRINITY OF CONSCIOUSNESS CONSISTING OF:
The conscious mind, which is composed of the intuitive right brain hemisphere, and the linear thinking, reasoning, analytical left brain hemisphere. The mind controls the brain, which was designed to be an extension of the superconscious mind and our OverSoul/Higher Self.
The subconscious mind or our subjective mind records and stores everything we experience: what we see, hear, think and feel emotionally. The subconscious mind takes everything literally. It does not matter if we have experienced an event or just imagined it vividly; the subconscious mind registers it as a fact. That is why it is so important to change negative, debilitating past memories into positive memories. Our thoughts and intent resonate to specific frequencies, and by changing the frequency patterns we project through the use of will power and conscious effort, we can create the life, physical health and circumstances we desire.
The superconscious mind: As we raise our frequency patterns and vibrational field of consciousness, we are able to tap into higher and higher levels of Creator-consciousness. The superconscious mind has a direct flow of wisdom from the Divine Mind, once we have cleared the static and distortions from the column of Light that connects us to our Higher Self and to our OverSoul / Higher Self and our Fifth-Dimensional Sacred Triad.
Beloved friends: During these stressful times of dramatic change, chaos and turmoil, it is more important than ever that we stay HEART CENTERED AND SOUL FOCUSED. The thoughts we think and the emotions we feel create the cause and effect or karmic reactions in our worldly experience. When we raise our vibrational patterns and return to harmony within our emotional and mental bodies, we step off the wheel of karma and move into a State of Grace Over the years, I have integrated more and more of beloved AA Michael’s words of wisdom into my “memory bank of knowledge.” This has helped me tremendously in understanding my own “idiosyncracies and dis-empowering habits” so that I now have the wisdom and tools to gradually become the “master of my destiny.” My fervent wish is that these “wisdom teachings” will assist you to move forward gracefully on the path of en-Lighten-ment. Feel through the FeelingsÂ
 There is a reason why your are having your feelings. Anytime you are having a feeling, especially a negative one, there is something important there for you to understand on a deeper level. When this happens, stop and ask what this feeling is trying to show you. If it is a negative feeling, look at what you really want and then focus your energy on that instead of what doesn’t feel good.Â
Your feelings help you sense the world. Not every feeling is a negative one, especially if they are deep, and even unknown. While it is important to you in some way, the best thing you can do is ask questions and then listen back for the responses from spirit and then act from there.Â
Thought for today: Become aware of the subtle energies and what they have to teach you. Your feelings are a way to sense the world, embrace them, don’t resist them for they have much to teach you about the way the world works and your role within it.Â

This does not mean that you make light of other people’s seriousness. You are not to be the court jester. Take others seriously, yet yourself, not so much. Be light-hearted. On Earth, life is a game, after all. It is a game you keep playing. Engage in the sport. It is your occupation. It does not have to be your preoccupation. Playing the game does not have to overtake your whole sense of Being. How you seemingly do in the game of life is not who you are. That you enjoy is more like who you are.
You certainly are not the worry-wart you make yourself out to be. Of course, that may be part of your game, and you observe yourself worrying and racing and tripping all over yourself in your eagerness to make a home-run, or, at least, to stave off the lions and tigers that you feel surrounded with. Stave off your thoughts that see wild animals chasing you or lying in wait for you. Make your thoughts more like loving stuffed animals that are eager to have you pick them up.
Turn the game of life into a friendly game. Be at home in this game. You play it in your own front yard, or forehead, shall We say. Playing well does not have to mean being fraught. It is, after all, only a game. You do not have only one attempt at it. The game starts over every moment. Play the odds, beloveds.
Take your own life with a bit of salt. No need to look so askance at your own life. It is in process anyway. It will run its course. You have no way of knowing what that course will be, and that may well be why you hold your breath, waiting for something you don’t want to befall. You imagine scenarios, often the worst scenarios you can imagine. Imagine better ones. Consider other possibilities, and pick your favorites.
What if your scattered happy dreams would come true? Think about them. Think about what you desire to have happen, and let the fear thoughts go. They don’t belong with you. They incapacitate you. Your choice of thoughts can put you in a dungeon. Your choice of thoughts can just as well put you in a gladed valley or on the moon. Thoughts can do anything. You can rewire your thoughts. You can make your thoughts like Christmas lights, even like the sun.
Your calling in life is not named worry, fear, or doubt. They are not your friends. They are out to get you. Worry, fear, and doubt would have you lie on a bed of nails. In the actuality of life on Earth, you lie on a couch, or a bed, or a futon, or on the floor, or on the Good Earth outside with the stars to look up to.
You have right now all you require. You say otherwise. You may say you are lacking. That is your first mistake. You are not lacking. Go in a different direction as you like, yet leave the concept of lack behind.
Earth is the Land of Plenty, beloveds. You don’t have to scavenge your life. Live it. Pick the grapes from the vines that grow. Enter the fields you choose. The real fences are your thoughts.

Based on the information that I have received from Andromeda and Pleiades, the visions that I was pulled into and the channeling that I have received, a major wave of new information and the destruction of the matrix energies in those who are still sleeping is about to occur which will allow for major intergalactic events to take place.
We are asked to once again regroup. What this means is to enter a meditative state for the next 72 hours. This means not to actually sit in the meditation, but become completely balanced and completely aware of every single second, to fully and completely be in the NOW as each and every single one of you will be receiving information from your respective galactic links. This energy influx is to come from those stationed above GAIA, the planetary alignments and the energies from our divine higher selves.
Many of key ground crew light workers are going to be tested. Pay attention and know that no matter what is happening, you are NOT to react. Do not allow yourself to react in the negative way. Keep your vibrations high, as hard as it might be for you, you must remove yourself psychologically from the negative situations and rise above.
You need to keep your tranquility and balance and light, and unconditional love for the next 72 hours.
Please understand and remember that you as light workers hold tremendous powers and sphere of influence. You are here to anchor the light and it’s incredibly important to do so in the next 72 hours.
The reason is as I’ve mentioned above, much cleansing energy is about to enter our planet yet again. And as you all already know that awaking to the truth of who we are is not an easy thing. Many people get scared when they begin to experience ascension symptoms, they begin to panic and that energy of fear is exactly the energy that we are trying to transform into a light and love.
Please pay attention to everything that goes on around you, as most of you will be visited, and you will need to discern whom you are visited by. That is why it’s important to keep your vibrations high. If you begin to feel anything but love or density in the air around you which is not coming from love, instead of getting frightened, think love, and only love. Activate the ultraviolet light all around you, and your whole area of influence.
I was told that 1 light worker, has the influence of at least 18 miles radius around them. When you walk around, you are influencing at least 18 miles in any direction.
Since the energies are going to hit people once again and awaken them from deep sleep, much chaos may unfold. Our light is going to be needed by those who are awakening, by keeping our vibrations high whomever will awaken in our vicinity will not be hit as hard, and the fear will automatically be transformed and leave them faster allowing them to peacefully resolve their awakening instead of trying to hurt themselves or others around them. Thereby influencing you in the process in a negative way. Just think of this like this, when you are walking down the street and you see other people smiling you can’t help but smile yourself. If you see everyone frowning you are going to frown too. So be the one that is smiling as you are walking around your day, and I mean INTERNALLY, ENERGETICALLY, spreading love to ALL who are on your path.
I know it might not be easy, once again I understand that we are living in a demanding world, BUT I know that we can do it! If we couldn’t we wouldn’t be here! So it’s time for every single one of you reading this message to ACTIVATE YOURSELVES, LIGHT UP THOSE INTERNAL FLAMES. YOU ARE GRATELY NEEDED!
Please do everything possible to keep your energy in balance, in peace, in harmony, in light, in unconditional love. I As soon as you begin to feel that you are shifting out of balance please find a way to re balance yourself, do whatever works for you.
A really good way that works for many instantaneously because what it does is aligns every single chakra energy point in your body, is the following:

→Stand up straight and put your palms together in a “prayer†position with your feet and legs touching each other.

→Close your eyes and begin to SLOWLY breath in and out, 7 times.

→As you breath in you are to think of each of the Chakra colors, and breath into the chakra corresponding to each color. So if you begin with your crown chakra breathe in the violet/purple color and feel your chakra activate by fully focusing on it, completely feeling the tingling sensation of activation and peace spread throughout that area of your body, as you breathe out think of everything that is not working for your highest good leaving your body.

So for many (myself included), 12/21/2012 didn’t bring the explosive and sudden changes we might have anticipated. And as we crossed through this temporal point, many felt let down when comparing what “actually†happened to what we “expected†would happen. But for those who have experienced fallen hearts and disappointments in this disparity – I urge you to take a closer look.
Because of the convergence of scientific and spiritual events piecing together the puzzle of Truth, we can simply look to nature as our guide. When a bud flowers into a blossom, does it happen “instantaneously†– or does it unfold into its self-actualized beingness slowly and gradually?
When the essence of life merges sperm with egg, does it produce a completed and finished new entity in the wink of an eye? No. It takes time to gestate and slowly emerge into its perfect and holistic form. Does the acorn become the mighty oak right before our eyes, or does it undergo its process of transformation according to the laws of nature?
In this same way, I don’t sense that we can expect instantaneous results from our newly Ascended existence. Rather, just like the acorn, the blueprint for our destiny as Ascended beings has been activated.
Now is the time to assimilate our new energies and potentialities. Now is the time to allow it to grow and manifest within us and around us and between us. Just because we did not experience a “dramatic and noticeable†shift – does not mean that it has not taken place. After all, how often will a woman carrying a newly fertilized egg not recognize the event that has, indeed, taken place within her for at least a month’s time?
It is wise to remember that we are moving out of a 3D paradigm where most, if not all, of our attention and resources have been devoted to experiences within a 3D density. For this reason, it is still far easier to recognize the same, old familiar aspects that have governed our current lifetimes than it is to hone in on the newly forming manifestations within and around us. But don’t think for a moment that the change did not – and is not – and will not take its rightful place in this next Divine stage of our evolution.
The seed has been planted. With the new energies now enveloping us, it will be nourished – but we too must take responsibility for nurturing this seedling as it expands into its full glory.

Let me begin by stating that you are delivering quite astonishing performances ; I like to keep on saying this and I feel how your Love rises ever higher, far above the level of what is needed on the average! We are there, we have made it, we have reached the limit and even outstripped it. I express my gratitude for this ; your enlightenment has shaped your new world and I can honestly relay to you that this shape really is a beautiful form made out of purity itself. Just a little while longer before this new world will be presented to you.

My dearest hearts, you only have the last sprint in front of you, leading up to the finishing line, the biggest one ever. Admittedly, this last sprint can require lots of energy and perseverance, that’s why it is of the utmost importance to give you and your physical vessel more rest than usual. Your physical vessel has undergone many transformations lately and it now contains more and more Light and Love. Adapting to those higher frequencies of Light and Love goes more smoothly now and becomes increasingly tolerable for you as you are really getting used to those adjustments.Â
The difficulty you are experiencing now lies in the fact that your physical bodies have reached such a degree of enlightenment that the current vibrations in which you dwell are so low in comparison, that your enlightened vessel can no longer function properly at a certain point. It distances itself increasingly from these lower vibrations to reach the state of perfection, as a forming lightbody.
All in all, you have to adapt constantly between the two different worlds in which you alternately dwell, namely the still existing, but crumbling 3 D vibration, also known as duality and illusion on the one hand and the innovative world of 5D vibration in which you just entered on the other hand. The ongoing duelling with each other and the travelling, back and forth in both of those worlds, makes it extremely difficult for you. You have arrived at the most active point where everything is activated simultaneously inside yourself as well as outside yourself.

One moment you feel yourself adapting to the enlightened higher energy of the 5D vibration, a process that now goes much more smoothly after a long period of adjustments. The next moment you seem compelled to lower your energy arriving again in the old 3D vibration in which you have spent so many lifetimes. This is what is so difficult to experience for the Lightworker community. A feeling of struggle predominates in order to again adjust yourself to these lower energies, it is quite obvious that you can no longer cope with these lower vibrations, let alone tolerate them, as you increasingly distance yourself from them to reach the higher vibrations. This results in extreme fatigue, this gives way to a sense of depression and to moodswings between being lighthearted and being heavyhearted. Be aware, my lovely ones, that you are amidst this “swinging†phase between two worlds, to afterwards, definitely be dwelling in the world of your choosing, the world of your creation.

Your astral travels and the active duties you perform during your sleeping hours have in themselves also reached a pinnacle which corroborates the fact that much is achieved by you as well as by the Higher and the Galactic Worlds. Let this be a confirmation that a lot is unfolding in and around your planet leading up to enormous transformations. You have now arrived at a specific Galactic level which induces a very close cooperation, a fact that has already started on the astral level. Dreams and memories appear to take on their forms and are turning to you. Progressively they are duly noticed and experienced in an increasingly conscious manner. These are the many changes that will appear in front of you, whose manifestations are taking on specific forms. For that you rejoice and with reason, for it is the first icing on the cake; many more will follow, up until the end of the ride!

Let’s all take good care of ourselves and taking lots of naps whenever possible, as the hard work performed at this high level interdimensionally is a work of gigantic proportions. Since we are all increasingly becoming one with our Higher Selves, we also experience our other embodiments who find themselves simultaneously on other timelines, in other dimensions, spread throughout the whole Galaxy and far beyond.
