Naturally, some people are still unsure of the reason why the 21st. December was a relatively quiet affair, but we would emphasize that as a civilization you took a great step forward. What is now important is that you continue to focus on all that you wish to be manifested, and you will see it gradually take place. Now that you have left the lower energies behind it will be easier to achieve results, as you will no longer be impeded or held back. Progress as we measure it is the level to which you can raise your consciousness, and it did not reach the expected or desired level before Ascension date. If your intent had been more powerful the result may have been more successful, but you did bring success much nearer than previously. Dear Ones, 21.12. was a success for many individuals, and be assured each soul will have received the higher energies. That can only have been good news because it means that the vibrations upon Earth have risen up, and you have moved that much further into the New Age.

In respect of the many changes that are needed to finally put an end to duality, we along with our allies have never let up in our efforts to bring them in to being. Consequently, they are getting ever nearer to manifestation. As you will know we must carry out the changes with your approval and not impose our will upon you. We are therefore careful to ensure that our allies keep everything above board and within your legal system. However, you do have laws that were not made for the betterment of people or in Love and Light. Those will not be allowed to stop progress and in any event will eventually be removed, as will all those laws that are used to falsely imprison people. In the future all laws will be reviewed. and only those that are fair and just and maintain your freedom and sovereignty will be retained. It also means that any person falsely imprisoned will be released, and we know that there are many in this situation.

In time your levels of consciousness will be such that criminal actions will be far from your thoughts, and eventually there will be no crime and therefore no need for prisons at all. Minor indiscretions will be considered by higher Beings, who will decide if any action needs to be taken. Often it is unnecessary as in recognizing their mistake, the answer is already apparent to the soul involved. You presently have the Ten Commandments that have served you very well, except that they are set aside and ignored by those who only care and serve Self. Such souls cannot continue in this way, and will find themselves unable to advance with those who do accept the Oneness of All That Is. They will seal their own fate, and stay within the lower vibrations by their own choice. They will have no one else to blame for their situation, as so often they have been warned of the need to change their ways.

As time passes you will begin to notice more and more, that all types of corrupt practices are being investigated and the culprits are being revealed. It is the result of the upliftment in your levels of consciousness, that desires a return to honesty in all dealings and transactions. There will be no hiding place as the facts will come out as part of the cleansing that is taking place. Anything that still remains of the lower energies is being purged, as you prepare to introduce the changes taking you into the New Age. The media is still largely in the hands of those who hide the truth, but they cannot prevent other mediums such as the Internet revealing the facts.

The whole process of bringing the changes in is not easy, as there are so many people with vested interests in preventing them. However, progress cannot be stopped, and much still happens to move matters on until they reach a point when action can be taken. At this time you have what may be called a “bottleneck” because so many aspects of the changes are verging on completion together. Once what is happening becomes apparent, there will be a whole series of events following in quick succession. Having stepped onto a new pathway there will be changes at various times in the future, over some years before you finally become fully fledged Galactic Beings. These will be most enjoyable experiences, particularly as you will be beyond any interference that presently originates from the lower dimensions.

Disclosure is such an important factor in your evolution that nothing will be left to chance where it is concerned. From our point of view there are still too many people that hold some measure of fear at the prospect of us openly coming to Earth. We are therefore looking for better coverage of our presence from your media, but it must be done correctly and not for sensationalism. There is no doubt whatsoever that we must go ahead soon, and we cannot wait indefinitely. So you may be sure we are doing all we can to create the right setting for disclosure to go ahead. It will be a most momentous occasion and celebrations will be in order for such an historic event.

Time continues to go faster and as it does you will likely lose track of it as it does not dominate your life as previously. This will go along with forgetfulness and a tendency to live in the now. It is bringing you to a point where you will find that life becomes easier by simply going with the flow. We know some people cannot exist without having everything planned, but you will all adapt to the changes and find life is so much more enjoyable taking it as it comes. It will help inasmuch that as you go further into the New Age you will have much more time to yourself, and few if any worries. You have not really experienced what it is like to be free, because you have been imprisoned on your own planet. It has become accepted as normal, and this is why we of the Galactic Federation of Light and others have spent so much time trying to get you to awake to the truth.

This has fulfilled our belief that given more time, more souls would respond to the increasing levels of Light reaching your Earth. The Dragon family and governments of the non-Western world acted decisively to get Barak Obama re-elected as president because a Romney victory would have meant World War 3, according to multiple sources.
Obama was cut off of his election finances by the Pope and the Queen three weeks before the election and would have lost if the Dragon family and others did not step in and finance him, according to CIA and Asian government sources. Obama returned the favor by complying to a request to purge Bush/Nazi operatives from the government and the military, the sources say.
That is why Timothy Geithner, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder and other bush operatives were fired. The purge at the pentagon and agencies included CIA Chief David Petraeus, Rear Admiral Charles M.

The voting patterns for Obama reflected the fact that he was elected thanks to non-Europeans. There was also massive support from the 180 nations of the world that are sick and tired of never ending American and European war-mongering.
Obama is now a high priority assassination target of the Nazi/Bush faction, according various sources.
The situation may actually lead to civil war against the Bush Texas stronghold. Since Obama got only a bit more than 30% of the European American male vote you can be sure there are lot of upset white men, many of whom belong to militias, who might fight with the Nazis, creating a potentially volatile situation.
The White Dragon Society was not involved in the decision to back Obama but agrees with it, with some reservation, because the alternative was WW3.
The overwhelming Jewish support for Obama, despite Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s support for Romney, makes it pretty clear the Jews are sick and tired of being manipulated into fear and war by neo-Nazi Zionist thugs. The Israeli military and intelligence establishment has also finally figured out that they have been fooled into working as proxies for Nazi American and European tycoons and are no longer following the program. Netanyahu, who had his psychiatrist murdered, and was part of the 311 nuclear terror attack on Japan, will probably end up in jail when this is all over.
The Bush faction CIA agent “ambassador Stevens†was definitely behind the nuclear and tsunami mass terror attack against Japan on 311, according to MI6 and gnostic illuminati sources. He was tortured for 8 hours after his capture in Libya and spilled the beans on the plot to start WW3 with a false flag attack against US forces in the Persian Gulf. While he was hung out like a worm on a hook he reached out to various places asking for help which also helped reveal the network he was working for, they say.
Admiral Gaoutte, who wanted to help Stevens, was taken away in handcuffs and has not appeared in public since his arrest, meaning he is probably undergoing intense interrogation, pentagon sources say. Gaouette was planning to attack his own fleet and blame it on Iran in order to start a war, according to these sources.
The White Dragon Society also received a direct call from a senior pentagon general warning that Hurricane Sandy was just a foretaste of what would happen in Romney was not elected. Now we shall see what retaliation the Bush Nazi faction carries out now that their people are being purged following Obama’s victory.
There are also mass clouds of disinformation being put out now and it will take some time for it to clear up and reveal more about what is really going on.
For example many sources say George Bush Senior is senile and in a wheel chair and that Jeb Bush now runs the clan. However, Neil Keenan says Bush recently got a $5 million rejuvenation treatment in Hong Kong and is still fully in control.
This sounds far-fetched but Japanese military intelligence sources say former Japanese Prime Minister Nakasone recently appeared at a funeral looking far younger than his 94 years making many speculate he had been “replaced.†Other well-known gerontocrats like David Rockefeller also occasionally appear rejuvenated as if they had undergone some sort of treatment.
The other disinformation surrounds what CIA Chief Petraeus was up to. Some pentagon sources say he was planning to install himself as a Roman style emperor after killing Obama and staging a coup.
Others say he was a patriot who was fired to prevent him from testifying about what really happened to Stevens.
What is clear though is that the mass firings announced by Obama mark a major change in the US power structure.
A lot of Japanese power-brokers have been deeply upset by the Romney defeat, notably Junichiro Koizumi’s and Yasuhiro Nakasone’s people. That means that well-financed attempts to set up a new Nazi puppet regime in Japan are now doomed.
This is already becoming visible. Tokyo Governor and well-known China baiter Shintaro Ishihara resigned to start a new national political party after his son was defeated in his effort to take over the resurgent Liberal Democratic Party. However, Ishihara is not finding any followers and has committed political suicide. The moves to place charismatic Osaka major Toru Hashimoto, an Ishihara friend, as a new leader of Japan are also now being put to an end.
Instead it is now looking likely that the Liberal Democratic Party and ruling Democratic parties will merge and choose a new leader through an open and fair election.
The Chinese leadership transition is also still underway but the emerging consensus is that democratic and other reforms that the new generation carry out will resemble the Singapore model more than they resemble the US or European models.
The Europeans, for their part, still do not have access to printing presses for new money and the result is a slow implosion of government function and society in many of their countries. Money will flow again when the wars and terror are stopped.

Much has transpired over the past few months that can finally permit us to start the final moves toward new governance and a formal disclosure announcement. Here it is important to note that disclosure will allow us to address you directly for the very first time. Once we can speak directly with you, we intent to deal with various vital subjects right from the outset. Your world has been run for millennia by a group of ultra-wealthy and very powerful men and women whose sole concern was for themselves alone. It is now time for your interests to be fully represented and this we intend to secure! Your present economic and societal predicaments need to be looked after properly by those who are about to take the helms of your new governments and new financial institutions. You also must be informed about what has been happening over the last decade to prevent all this from manifesting as was originally planned.

The sun shines today, and so must you. This is your privilege, this is your joy, and this is your destiny. You are to shine the world in all its glory. You are to reveal the world in all its splendor. We can say that you are the chosen human being whose job is to polish the world’s windows. The world’s windows are other people’s eyes. And so you shine the world so that others may see as I do see.
And, so, this is the way you reveal the world to yourself, and, then, as easily as you say, “Jiminy Cricket,†the world goes up in golden light. You are the revealer of the world to the world. You are the One I have sent.
Although it is true that you are an onlooker on the world, you are not a spectator. True, you are an observer of the world, a witness to the world and, yet, you are, further, the lifter of the veil that seems to cover the goldenness of the world. Yes, you want to see the world as I do see the world, and, yet, your purpose in seeing the splendor of the world is so that you may shine it on others. What good is it to you to see a beautiful world unless you reveal it to others? Who wants a beautiful world except to share it? A beautiful world for you alone, what good is it to anyone? What good is it even to you? There is no first and there is no last in all of Heaven. There is the One, the One of you.
What star in the firmament wants to be the only one shining? What fun is it? What is the use of it?
You may say in rebuttal: “What then is the use, God, of Oneness in the first place? What good is it in my being One with You? I know this Oneness is valuable, and yet I also know myself as one of many personalities on Earth.â€
Well, now I must say that on the level of Oneness that you doubt — on this level — you and I and the stars are also One. This is the magnificence of Creation. One looks like two. So, speaking on the level of Earth, while you play on it, there is good value in your knowing your Oneness. Oneness isn’t even an attribute, you understand. It is the One Truth. It is the basis of the whole Creation. It is your basis. In Truth, you are One, not many ones.
So I, in courtesy, rephrase My question:
On the level of Earth, what good is there in being the only star in the firmament? The Truth is that stars are a reflection of something greater than themselves. The many ones of you living on the Earth level alone would be bereft to be the only ones. The many ones appearing to live on Earth would be bereft if the One Big Sun in the Sky did not have other suns to shine when the One Big Sun is hidden by the presumption of the Earth.
In other words, during the span of your belief in the collective illusion, you want company, and you want light shining always. I am telling you that you, under the illusion of many, you, would weep to be what you call alone. On this level, One is rich and full. Alone is empty.
So, yes, One is the most wonderful Reality, and, yes, when I say One, it is from where I live, and when I bring up your sentiment of loneliness, I switch levels at will to make a point. Yes, you and I are True Oneness, while you are under the guise that you are a seeming spattering of individuals on Earth who require other bodies to keep each other company. I do more often than not speak to your human consciousness even as I encourage your allegiance to Oneness. Yes, of course, to Me this is something like the Battle of Jericho as I wish to knock down the walls that block your vision and acceptance of Oneness, the True Reality.
I juggle the two seeming realities to make My point.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very capable of sensing when humanity is making giant steps towards the next level of your consciousness. We can tell when you are on a greater trajectory of that upward spiral that we sometimes talk to you about, and now is one of those times. There has been a lot of despair, sadness, anger, frustration, and fear on planet Earth for quite some time now, but those of you who are awake and who are sensitive to energies have picked up on what the rest of the collective has been offering, and you have taken a stance. You have been more determined than ever to be in and of the light. You have been more determined than ever to radiate love, peace, and joy, and you have gone back to the drawing board, so to speak, and have activated all of your skills as creator beings.
You are doing it with the help of all of the beings and collectives from the higher-dimensional planes, and that is also noteworthy. It is important for you to recognize that you have help, because you can sometimes feel overwhelmed by all that you have taken on in this single lifetime. You are dealing with your own stuff, your own issues, and you are helping humanity to raise their level of consciousness so that they can shift out of the old 3D paradigm, the old matrix, and into the new fifth-dimensional Earth, the plane of existence that you’ve been hearing about for so long and that you have been actively participating in bringing to fruition.
You are about to get more help from above, not only from your e.t. friends and nonphysical collectives from other star systems, like ourselves, but we can also sense an amplification of the energies coming from the archangels and the ascended masters. If you have a relationship with one of these archangels, or one of these ascended masters, like Buddha, Yeshua, St. Germain, Quan Yin, and so on, then use that connection that you feel is already present and turn on more of your receptors to receive the help that is coming in from above because it is tremendous.
It is yours to receive, and when you help others with your prayers, your meditations, your intentions, you get more attention from the helpers of the universe that are all around. You light up, and you show yourself as one of the ground crew members who is there to be a changemaker and to bring the peace, unity, and harmony to your world that you want to see so much. And that is being amplified right now, of course, and you are responding. We can feel it. We see the lightworkers lighting up, and we notice how you are attracting a lot of attention from the higher-dimensional beings as a result. This leaves us feeling quite optimistic about what is to come for humanity, and we suggest that you join us in our optimism, as we know so many of you already have.
