Ascension Earth 2012 20121204 Ascension Symptoms – Experiencing the Higher Realms –
Rising in Consciousness
Like this tree, we are all moving through a transformative process whether we are aware of it or not. This  tree is literally bursting out of its old skin – and so are we. The template of what we knew to be ‘human’ is rapidly changing into a much lighter vibrational version.
The individual is becoming more heart centred, compassionate and creative, and is also opening to greater cosmic consciousness as long constricted glands including the pituitary and pineal open naturally and fully to function as they were designed to do.
I found it useful to highlight the symptoms I’ve been experiencing and readers may similarly find comfort in understanding and tracking their own progress. At all times seek the medical and healing modalities to support your comfort and progress. ~ Cedar Rivers
The Spiritual Awakening Symptoms
1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the “Christ seed” awakens within. More important, your Merkabah, energetic transportal Body, has/is being upgraded and made new. This will be explained and understood more fully as you progress. Suffice to say, ageing, dis-ease, and limitations are freed with-in this New Experiencing Device.
2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. Literally… pieces, parts… “aspects” of YOU are being seen and released/transmuted appropriately. Although, many may not seem difficult to release, others are comfortable personalities that must be reconciled. Say, “good bye,” I love you. You have served me well. I no longer need you.”
3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It’s good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. There’s a multitude of emotional energies within you now… try not to focus on the “why” and just feel, allow..
4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things around you will change as well. Don’t worry about finding the “perfect” job or career right now. You’re in transition and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion.
5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released. After a period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new energy. This period is often times referred to as “The Fall,” or “The Separation.” Do not worry, as there is no separation that is valid. Only the “feeling,seeming, illusion” of such.
6. Unusual sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights between 2:00 and 4:00 AM. There’s a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a “breather.” Not to worry. If you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This is also due to the New Body being acclimated to its new environment, which requires no sleep (meditation) and little to no nourishment.
7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within. Plus, you are remembering and connecting with past lives, memories, experiences and knowledge. These dreams, if “scarey” in nature, cannot harm you. Although, they may be pleasant in nature, as well. If so, enjoy, and either way, don’t worry or over-analyze.
8. Physical disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded. You’ll be “spatially challenged” with the feeling like you can’t put two feet on the ground, or that you’re walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy within.
9. Increased “self talk.” You’ll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You’ll suddenly realize you’ve been chattering away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being, and you’re experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more insightful. You’re not going crazy, you’re just Shaumbra moving into the new energy.
10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to “flee” groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time. And, others may find much difficulty in their relation to you, mostly due to your over-powering energetic force. The void within will be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.
11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally dis-impassioned, with little or no desire to do anything. That’s OK, and it’s just part of the process. Take this time to “do no-thing.” Don’t fight yourself on this. It’s similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy.
12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a “suicidal” feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You don’t want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root cause for this is quite simple……You are ready to begin a new lifetime while still in this physical body.
During this transition process, you have an inner remembrance of what it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy?
Yes, indeed you could go Home right now. But you’ve come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie.
Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path you’re walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human.
As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.

The Spiritual Ascension Symptoms
1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher vibration and you will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviours and beliefs are also being pushed to the surface. There is a lot going on inside of you.
2. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a sense of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you have moved or in the process of moving into the higher realms.
3. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. You are purifying and releasing blocked energy vibrating at 3D, while you are vibrating in a higher dimension.
4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream state. You can’t be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is also the ‘cleansing and releasing’ hour.
5. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only vague remembrances of your past. You are in more than one dimension at a time, and going back and forth as part of the transition, you are experiencing a ‘disconnect’. Also, your past is part of the Old, and the Old is forever gone. Being in the Now is the way of the New World.
6. ‘Seeing’ and ‘hearing’ things. You are experiencing different dimensions as you transition, all according to how sensitive you are and how you are wired.
7. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror. You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much more light and a simpler, more purified divine you. All is in order, You are okay.
8. Feeling ‘out of body’. You may feel as though someone is talking, but it is not you. This is our natural defence mechanism of survival when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatised or out of control. Your body is going through a lot and you may not want to be in it. My ascension guide told me that this was a way of easing the transition process, and that I did not need to experience what my body was going through. This only lasted a short time. It passes.
9. Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase. Or, Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through intense restructuring.
10. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily overstimulated. You are tuning up. Know that this will eventually pass.
11. You don’t feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period, ‘rebooting’. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when you begin reaching the higher realms, ‘doing’ and ‘making things happen’ becomes obsolete as the New energies support the feminine of basking, receiving, creating, self-care and nurturing. Ask the Universe to ‘bring’ you what you want while you are enjoying yourself and having fun.
12. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D, reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities, etc. They literally make you feel ‘sick’ inside. You are in a higher vibration and your energies are no longer in alignment. You are being ‘pushed, to move forward; to ‘be’ and create the New. One basic law of Quantum physics states that two vibrations of different speeds cannot occupy the same space at the same time. This is and has been True on this dimensional level of Truth. However, this “Law” Is currently being ” broken.” (thorough explanation of this is found in the up coming book, “Hidden Truth(s)…”
13. A loss of desire for food, and/or sleep. Your body is adjusting to a new, higher state of existence. Your New body is slowly learning and adapting to the Truth of its superiority of the old body. You require little to no sustenance, (although drink much Water) and you need not sleep much… soon to be none. The body’s need for “sleep” is acquired through meditative practices, and is sated within a fraction of your past body’s requirement of “sleep.”
And, Or… A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. A craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences. Trust that your body knows what it is doing.
14. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.
15. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.
16. Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our emotions are our outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot.
17. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don’t belong here anymore. We are returning to Source. Everything is over, but many of us are staying to experience and create the New World. Also, our old plans for coming have been completed.
18. Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental illness of some sort. You are rapidly experiencing several dimensions and greatly opening. Much is available to you now. You are just not used to it. Your awareness has been heightened and your barriers are gone. This will pass and you will eventually feel very at Home like you have never felt before, as Home is now here.
19. Anxiety and panic. Your ego is losing much of itself and is afraid. Your system is also on overload. Things are happening to you that you may not understand. You are also losing behaviour patterns of a lower vibration that you developed for survival in 3D. This may make you feel vulnerable and powerless. These patterns and behaviours you are losing are not needed in the higher realms. This will pass and you will eventually feel so much love, safety and unity. Just wait.
20. Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with the New, higher vibrational you. It doesn’t feel so good out there. You are also releasing lower, darker energies and you are ‘seeing’ through them. Hang in there.
21. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing many, many lifetimes of lower vibrational energy. Many are now reporting that they are experiencing beautiful dreams. Your dream state will eventually improve and you will enjoy it again. Some experience this releasing while awake. My mother commented one day that she believed I was having nightmares in the daytime.
22. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is ‘heating’ up as it burns off residue.
23. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely different direction. Your soul is balancing out your energy. It usually feels great in this new direction, as your soul knows more than you do. It is breaking your ‘rut’ choices and vibration.
24. You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare, with many ‘worst nightmare’ aspects to it. Your soul is guiding you into ‘stretching’ into aspects of yourself where you were lacking, or into ‘toning down’ aspects where you had an overabundance. Your energy is just balancing itself. Finding your way to peace through this situation is the test you have set up for yourself. This is your journey, and your soul would not have set it up if you weren’t ready. You are the one who finds your way out and you will. Looking back, you will have gratitude for the experience and be a different person.

The 12 Levels of Ascension
We are all evolving and absorbing Light at our own pace. Some are consciously working with these changes and so their transmutation is quicker, some are unaware and are absorbing this Light and change in direct relation to planetary change. However, one can classify this creation into levels …
1 FIRST LEVEL
– when the body drops density it commonly displays mutational symptoms of flu, headaches, diarrhoea, rashes, muscle and joint aches. Most flu epidemics are actually Light epidemics! Brain chemistry changes, right and left brain functions blend and the pituitary and pineal glands begin to change in size.u The DNA structure and chemical components begin to change and pick up extra hydrogen atoms and chemicals that the cells need to take undifferentiated higher Light and break it down into useable Light encodements for the DNA.

2 SECOND LEVEL
– the etheric blueprint floods with light and releases karmic experiences, individuals may feel disoriented as well as experience of ’bouts of flu’. Many begin to question “why am I here”. Light in the etheric blueprint releases 4th dimensional structure and causes spins in the geometries of the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Change is rapid and many feel tired.

3 THIRD LEVEL
– physical senses become much stronger. Your bodies not only absorb Light for its own change but also acts as a transducer- decoder of higher light energies to the planet as a whole. The process of the in-breath is now irreversible, like an elastic band that has been stretched to maximum capacity, been let go of and will return to its natural state.

4 FOURTH LEVEL
– major changes are in the brain and its chemistry and electromagnetic energies – symptoms are often headaches, blurry vision, loss of hearing and sometimes chest pains. Crystal regulators in the etheric body keep lines of light within the 5th dimensional blueprint from connecting again until you are ready. Chest pains are due to the expanding energies of the heart as it opens to deeper levels. Vision and hearing are being realigned to function differently.
The mental body begins to wonder if it really is in charge and individuals get strong unexplainable and undeniable urges to follow spirit without hesitation. Individuals may get lashes of telepathy, clairvoyance and nearly all begin to experience empathy. This is a time of feeling, of honouring and accepting and validating the emotional body and learning to control it.

5 FIFTH LEVEL
– the mental body decides to tune to spirit, dreams change and may become more ‘lucid’, you get feelings of de ja vu. Thought processes become non linear. Being’s oscillate between knowing and doubt. We realise the habitual nature of thinking and behaviour and look at de-programming and re-programming to create the “I” we wish to be, not the “I” we thought we were from our interaction with parents, peers and society etc. Change seems to be constant and we consciously begin to discern from our heart rather than judge from ‘conditioned responses’.

6 SIXTH LEVEL
– we draw to us others for mutual support and stimulation of growth. We question what is real, our mental process and how we identify with others and ourselves changes rapidly. Re-evaluation may be uncomfortable but we feel it must be done – we look at our relationships, jobs, home environment, living styles, it is a time of letting go, of moving on. We change our friends, everything feels to be in a state of flux but we feel lighter, vaster, freer somehow. By this stage the Light quotient in our being is 33% – we feel as though we are opening up our inner senses and clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. seem normal and natural to us.

7 SEVENTH LEVEL
– the heart chakra opens more, we become more ‘real’ with other emotions, we just have to be ourselves! We release blocks and old patterns – it is a time of great emotional clearing and great intensity as we seek to rid ourselves of emotional baggage. We feel more in tune with each moment, feeling very present and flowing with life.
Often old relationships end or change rapidly as Being’s dig deep and honour their feelings – there is simply no room for denial on any level. We begin to lose emotional attachment to others. Chest pains (angina) are more common as the heart continues to open its energy fields. (Doing the Unified chakra meditation will assist in the heart opening).
Fear at this time is released as the energy fields of all the bodies are realigned through the heart and when aligned, fear drops away. Pressure at the forehead or back or the head is due to the opening of the pituitary and pineal glands as they absorb more light, when these glands are fully open, activated and functioning at the highest level, ageing and death cease. When the pineal gland is fully open we experience multi-dimensionality yet duality seems to increase as we leave it behind.
Some days we feel connected and joyous, others we are in fear and caught up in survival issues. Many wish to ‘ascend’ and leave the planet as we sense the very real possibility of ascension through our deepening connection with spirit. As we learn to follow our joy, we may then want to ‘save the planet’ and have everyone follow their joy.
ALL are stages of progression and reflect our changing perception. Dietary wise, you feel to eat less, more light, live food – many at this stage have ceased to eat meat, sugar and drink alcohol as they ‘feel’ the effects of these substances on the vibrational fields of the body.

8 EIGHTH LEVEL
– we leave the ‘saving and rescuing’ mode behind . The pineal and pituitary glands change shape, if headaches persist ask the Being’s who are working with you to simply ‘tone it down’ for they don’t feel pain, or ask them to release endorphin’s – the brains natural opiate. The brain is being activated – particularly the cerebrum, the ‘sleeping giant’. Cranial expansion is common; triangular ‘seed crystals’ in the brow and recorder crystals in the right side of the brain are activated along with the 8th, 9th and 10th chakras. We begin to be hooked into the languages of Light.
The pituitary and pineal glands are opened fully and work together to create the ‘Arc of the Covenant’, a rainbow light that arcs over the top of the head to the third eye that is a decoding mechanism for higher dimensional language. You may find it hard to find words to express yourself as you may think in geometries and tones. If confused do the unified chakra meditation and ask for messages to be decoded and translated. Again you become much more aware of the vastness and multi-dimensionality of your nature, that you can be anything that you want to be, you cease to operate from obligation and relationships become transpersonal.
You share words from your heart and soul and others may feel disorientated when dealing with you as they no longer have ‘hooks’ into you to link with. You operate from a deep level of serenity with heightened sensitivity and awareness yet feel grounded and transformed. By this stage, it is possible to be sustained purely by Light and prana, to take no nourishment from the atmospheric realms and to be healthily sustained by the etheric.

9 NINTH LEVEL
– decoding geometries and toning is easier, spirit is using the languages of light which shift the 6th dimensional blueprint into a new template for your 5th dimensional Lightbody. Your body may change shape as the energy fields shift. You feel interconnected to all Being’s everywhere and less connected to the opinions of others. You release the desire for and the energy to sustain the ‘game of separation and limitation’ and feel truly free. The 9th level sees a mass descension of the Lightbody into physical form. As with the 3rd and 6th, this level sees a strong re-evaluation as we begin the final surrender to Spirit and we truly become the Divine instrument. Here Spirit determines our income, our work, other being’s in our lives, everything.
This is the dissolution of the ego-self and while ecstatic, it can be most painful. Making the leap can be fearful even though we have evolved through eons of time to reach this point. We may go back and forth, clinging to old comfort zones before completely letting go – there is no turning back and all must be released. 9th level is surrender and then ecstasy; the letting go of the “I” – we realise that while free will is real it is also an illusion as it only there to guide us and to empower us to be One with Spirit. Survival fears leave – focus in on the Now at one-at-ment. Though fears may surface, they seem unreal and are easily put aside.
We tend to disconnect from consensus reality and our choices and reality seem unreal to others. From the 7th, 8th and 9th the inner light noticeably radiates out and by now you feel unbelievably grounded, connected, centred, filled with purpose and desiring only to serve. For awhile you may slip between the 8th and 9th, from feeling complete at-one-ment to being ‘ a limited human being’ again, this settles down by the end of the 9th level. You then continually feel connected and operate from your Christ level and your intention and motivation is always for the highest, although others, due to their own inner triggers and issues, may not always choose to see that. The 9th is where we begin to hook up to our
Know that although our evolutionary process is rapidly accelerating, along with the new higher vibrational energies we have not created Heaven yet. So, thought you may be struggling and confused at this time, Know that your future holds the following in Your Heaven on Earth, maybe even before the final push. Just have Faith: I AM.
The last three levels unify all energy fields, all chakras are unified and you become totally connected to your I AM.

10 TENTH LEVEL
– you are one with Source consciousness and know all is possible. DNA is no longer 2 strand but 12 strand; teleportation, manifestation etc. are instantaneous. The Merkabah (another name for our Lightbody) has been built and allows you to pass through space, time and dimensions complete in your totality. It has its own consciousness to be directed by you.

THE 11th LEVEL
– all levels of the lightbody have been constructed and activated and are connected to your physical body via ‘spin points’. These light matrix’s lie along the physical acupuncture meridians and are lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries – a new 5th dimensional circulatory system of Light. Cellular regeneration has been accomplished. Time is no longer linear but simultaneous – past, present and future co-exist – all exist in parallels. There is no separation and you will fully manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth and express the ecstasy of Spirit. In this ‘frame’ of conscious awareness many now access and create new types of Light based technologies, new community living, new systems of government and equitable food and resource distribution systems. All have received specialist training and skills to help create and manifest the New World – the ‘Golden Age’.

12. THE 12th LEVEL
– the continuation of the Creation and implementation of the New World systems – hook up with other 12th level initiates who bring into existence new governments, new financial and educational systems, better system of food and resource allocation etc. as all will be redefined in the final stages of Earth’s ascension so that all may exist in joy, equality and harmony. By this time the planet and her inhabitants will have been ‘rewoven’ into Light to shine in their full glory as the final stages of this Divine Plan unfolds. The planet goes to Light, shifts out of this dimension and is brought into a multi-star system where everyone is a lightbody and follows Spirit in total Mastery. All parallel realities are rewoven and absorbed back to Spirit and all have aligned their will to the Divine.

What Can I Expect… Beginning Experiences In The Higher Realms
1) Moving into a better job that supports the expression of who you are, your passion or your mission, which are basically the same.
2) Greater financial abundance as you’ve never quite experienced before.
3) Most of your dreams come true and easily
4) You attract a new mate/partner or you and your current partner have a relationship revolving around companionship with no issue related “hooks.” You love, admire and adore each other for who you are with no dependencies.
5) As you further evolve, you re-unite with your “twin†who is a total reflection of you.
Being together is like being with yourself and you feel a unity to Source as never before.
6) You don’t seem to care much about anything and nothing seems to matter anymore.
You have evolved out of the Old way of being of drama and emotions.
7) You have lost your interest in the “New Age†arena.
8) You KNOW that all your needs are met, and always will be.
9) You no longer have the desire or need to make things happen, “to try,†or “to fix†anything. You understand and practice “allowingâ€, “acceptanceâ€, “being†and “intentâ€.
10) You can no longer relate to mental and analytical processes.
You now relate to “feelingâ€.
11) You no longer care what anyone thinks about you or anything else.
12) You understand that there is no right or wrong, good or bad, black or white.
Everything just IS. In fact, you realise up is down, left is right and right is wrong!
13) You finally realise that there is no dark, only Light. The appearance of lack of Light is simply to provide a contrast to spur us on to creating what really feels good. All energy is always going in the same direction, supporting the Light.
14) You have lost your desire to read books or gather any more new information as you are now much more connected to Source, and can gather it “directly†by being, feeling and “knowing.â€
15) Your health improves and/or you experience a miracle-like healing of a long-standing physical ailment.
16) You crave a simplicity in all things and require and thrive on simple processes, simple desires and a very simple lifestyle.
17) You begin to experience a flow to life at a slow leisurely pace, where you need not do anything you do not really wish to. Everything falls into your lap. You experience much basking, savouring and gratitude for the simple things in life.
18) You only desire to do what is yours to do and no longer have a life full of mundane “responsibilitiesâ€. When much releasing has been completed you are then left with a purified you… a gold nugget of your Divine expression. This is your contribution to the New World.
19) You easily pick up the thoughts, feelings, desires and needs of others, as you are becoming empathetic/telepathic.
20) You can control your emotions, your experiences and create your world with your mind and intent without doubt or fear, as you have Purified Yourself of all Human illusions, possessing nothing but Pure Intentions for the Highest Good of All.
21) Your surrounding environment has little effect on you. You don’t take things personally. Nothing is really worth getting that upset about.
22) You have an unquenchable thirst for creativity. The enormous amount of energy running through you demands an outlet. You feel most as home and in alignment with Source when you are in your passion and creating.
23) You laugh a lot and find many things amusing and funny.
24) You have a heightened love and compassion for all living things. You are also experiencing higher states and more frequent state of love and joy.
25) You live in the moment without a “day plannerâ€. Things just naturally unfold day-by-day and moment-by-moment. All stress is gone.
26) You feel incredible peace. There is a distinct absence of fear and you feel safe.
27) Your inner child seems to have disappeared (relating to issues and wounds),
although you love to play and frolic. Much of the time you just want to play, play and play!
28) You begin to have an understanding about how everything is connected. You understand that there are no mistakes.

What energy and experiences can we expect this month?
There is a feeling this month of being suspended, like everything becomes very light. For some of you, this will feel easy and relieving. You will feel like you are floating balloon, like things are easy. For others of you, this feeling of lightness will be disorienting. Some of you may feel like there is nothing to grab onto or that it is difficult to make sense of things.Â
Just as if you were floating in a hot air balloon, you cannot act as if you are still on the ground or things will go poorly for you. This month, it is a time to let go of your everyday expectations. It is a time to release your need for order and go with the flow. The best thing you can do this month is to keep things simple. Be very simple and plain in your language. Do not overcomplicate a situation. Try to avoid assumptions. Do not make assumptions about how other people feel or what they mean. If you are unsure, just ask them directly. Be as uncomplicated and straightforward as you can possibly be this month in order to help you move with lightness and freedom through the energy of the month.Â
That need for simplicity is especially strong this month because many new ideas are flying around. People have more expectations about what the year 2012 was supposed to mean, and many people have not yet come to terms with their feelings about those ideas or their feelings about the recent elections or other big changes happening. Many people just have not yet found their own footing. You will find people being too dramatic or making assumptions that are incorrect. You will find that situations become more complicated than they need to be. It will be important for you to counteract that dynamic by being very, very simple and plain in your words and actions. Do not rush into anything; try to be gentle with yourself and easygoing with people around you.Â

Are there any particular activities we can engage in to help us work best with the energy this month?
Yes. It is a very important to spend with friends and family. It is a good time to connect with the people that you love and to engage in community activities and communal efforts, because you can have a really profound effect on how things go for other people. Your ability to be at peace, to use humor and kindness, and to be easy with yourself will help other people find ease with themselves.Â
Do not isolate yourself this month. Do not make things simple by being alone — make things simple by being clear and easygoing when you engage with others. Do engage with others. It is important that you be connected. Part of the meaning of the year 2012 was always based on the fact that you are going through evolution as a human family, and the primary aspect of that evolution is that you are coming to realize that you are completely connected to one another. Everything you do affects everyone else.Â
This month, it will serve you to avoid isolation in order to foster that sense of connection. Spending time with people, working through conflicts, coming to a new understanding — doing all those things you have to do to build relationships – is the very heart of what the Year 2012 represents. You are evolving toward being a more communal people, more interconnected, recognizing that you are indeed One.Â
Is there anything we can know about the day of December 21st? What can we expect on that day based on previous prophesies and based on what is actually happening now?
This day does have a unique and powerful energy. This is the solstice. In the Northern Hemisphere it is the Winter Solstice, in the Southern Hemisphere it is the Summer Solstice. This is a major turning point for the year, and because this year is a major turning point for humanity, this is the day that represents that shift. But the entire shift does not happen on one single day. The entire shift is already underway and you will continue to adjust to it in the years to come.Â
It is important on this day that you honor the shifts in your life, but do not expect that everything will shift and change all by itself. Unless you are involved in a group who creates a shift, for instance by acting as if it is the end of the world, then this day will likely unfold like any other. Resist the temptation to make something big happen, or to create a problem where none really exists. The shift is real, but it has already begun and you are already in the middle of adjusting to it. Everything about life on Planet Earth is changing in the ways that were prophesied, and this day is simply the central moment, like the eye of the storm…

Is the place where the Egyptian Pyramids are a sacred or power spot on Earth and why?
First, we will start with a history of this place. An overall understanding of the relationship between the planet and Source at any given time is necessary to put into context the Egyptian Pyramids. The biological and geological history of the planet as we know through our sciences offers a physical explanation for the facts that when the planet was first formed, humans couldn’t exist here. The physical environment was not sufficient for humans. At a spiritual level, this is because there was a huge amount of light; Earth wasn’t a fully differential place yet and could not support the separateness that humans embody. The Earth then became more and more dense both physically and spiritually, making it possible for many beings to arrive. The densest point was around the year 1000 AD, and since then it has been coming back into light. At the present moment, we are at a place of being more open to Source than we have for a long time. Our receptivity to Divine Light allows the possibility for the illusion of time and space to be completed, making it possible for us to be in 5th dimension. Where it took millions of years to get to the point of density, it has only taken 1000 years to return to the point of Light.
With this understanding of the progression of the relationship between Earth with Divine Light, we can place any given event into that progression of Light entering Earth. Within that history, there have been gateways, including the civilizations of Atlantis, Lemuria, the ancient Egyptians, and the Aztecs. They all found different ways to return en masse to Source and break through whatever the limitations existent in their time in order to challenge the illusions of limitation developing on Earth. The ancient Egyptians channeled a huge amount of Divine Light in the form of information. Some of this they translated into language and other symbols, and most they stored energetically for a time when Earth would again be ready for it. While some beings use Light Source energy to work with love, healing, or other formats of energy, the ancient Egyptians made pure information. This is the point in the history of Earth at which the Akashic Records were stored. The Akashic Records, before they became purely energetic and held by energetic beings, were brought into physicality and modified by the ancient Egyptians. This gives us an idea of how we can work with energetic information like the Akashic Records. The ancient Egyptians figured out a way to contain this information in 3rd dimension. They were held in a physical form (which eventually became purely energetic) called the Hall of Records, offering a metaphor for the way we each can access them energetically. The ancient Egyptians were gifted with information that they manifested directly from the Source, creating a specific and important bridge between Earth and extra-3rd dimensional work.Is the Earth on a faster path to being a Light Body?

The Earth is ascending regardless of the ascension timelines of other beings, including humans. Each being in the Earth plane has its own timeline for ascension. Even if all of humanity decided to stay in 3rd dimension, and not a single human were planning to shift into 5th dimension, the Earth would still shift into 5th dimension. Her contract in 3rd dimension is finished, and so she is shifting. Because many beings are ascending during this time, there is a reciprocal relationship between some beings and the Earth. However, other humans are not going to the same dimensional space as the Earth. They are not moving to fifth dimension anytime soon, so they are not relating to the ascension process of the Earth. Also, it is impossible to catch a free ride on the ascension path of Earth, not even for someone who is very, very connected to the Earth. Each being will shift on their own and in their own way. Some beings will end up working with Earth in 5th dimension, although not in the same ways that they do in 3rd dimension. There is no way to love the Earth enough to catch a ride with her. Everyone has her or his own individual ascension process and that is important to know. Even those who are very connected with Earth and are making big personal shifts and feel the big pendulum swings of moving between dimensions. And it really is a pendulum swing. Some humans are using the swinging to play leapfrog and accelerate one another, but none of you would get very far if you were not doing something on your own.

We have instructed our earthly allies to set deadlines and personally supervise the last steps in this process. In addition, our allies tell us that a whole slew of new wealth managers need to be prepared for you.
We are disgusted at these revelations and have instructed our allies to be very strict and demand that they be permitted to appoint personnel as needed to ensure this process can go as smoothly as possible. We are ready to use our technology to ensure that this set of final procedures is completed without further delay.
We have also been overseeing the coming dismantling of a number of major governments. Your world has been under the thumb of a number of super-wealthy and well-situated dark individuals ever since the Anunnaki left this reality nearly 20 years ago. Our efforts are currently set on preparing this reality to finally rid it of these powerful dark emissaries.
We are carefully working with your various common-law agencies to arrest these extremely powerful individuals at the right time. The dark, after all, has been in charge of this reality for nearly 13 millennia. When these various individuals are arrested, the last controller of this reality will be out of business.

Once you have accepted all of this, we need to use our abilities to prepare you to learn intimately about who you were and what your present lifetime is really all about. Our friends in Agartha have likewise provided us with sacred resources. These are to permit this world to oust these scalawags from power and permit the re-instituting of both common and constitutional law in America.

As I write this, I’m sitting outside with my laptop and enjoying the wonderful weather we’re having here in Illinois. I’ve been caught in quite a conundrum lately, because I’m starting to have a lot of different interests and I just don’t feel like I have time for them all.
I’ve always been interested in channeling, but lately, my interests have expanded to include writing, music and getting outside as much and as often as I can. Some of these interests are obviously conflicting, and I’m learning that the only real way for me to merge all of them is to start taking my work outside.
That’s exactly what I’ve decided to do today. Nature provides such a wonderfully uplifting vibration, and I notice a huge difference every time I walk outside from the energy I feel in the house.
The house is obviously great, and my family and I are nothing less than blessed to finally have our own space, but I notice that getting outside and enjoying the good vibration that permeates everything out here feels a lot better than staying inside all of the time.
Gaia has so much to teach each of her receptive children, and all we need to do is be as open as possible to her wisdom and energy to begin receiving it in immensely pure ways.
Even though I’ve already digressed pretty far from the point I wanted to make in this article, I’m writing it to say that from my perspective, hard work is very important – especially right now.
I gave my opinion in a previous article that we’re the light; we’re the heavenly higher realms, and we’re here to share our upliftment with the rest of humanity. In order to do this, I think we’ll have to be willing to work very hard when we could otherwise lazily waste the precious time we’re being given to make all of the changes that need made to this once lost planet.
I think it’s very important to get active with the awareness we carry within and awaken as many others to the reality of spirit and the existence of the higher realms as we can, because nobody else is taking up this mission. Even if millions of us have awakened by this point, we’re still outnumbered in terms of those who don’t believe or advocate the same things we do.
This makes our willingness to work more important, and the sooner we realize that we’ve each been put in an extraordinarily unique position to create real and lasting change, the sooner we can start getting to work and doing what we came here to do.
Even though our respective missions are obviously different, we each came to this little blue world to use our unique perspectives to help uplift humanity.
We’re here to bring everyone back into the higher realms by using our perspective to show the world that spirit does exist and can be tapped into, and with the extent to which our consciousness and awareness have already grown, we aren’t about to be stopped anytime soon.
In fact, as long as we’re willing to strengthen them, our missions will strengthen exponentially from here on out.
We’re in the driver’s seat in terms of what we decide to do and who we decide to be, and if we feel motivated or inspired enough, we can increase our work more than we would’ve ever thought possible and use the upliftment that results to increase it even more.
I can say from experience that this work feels wonderful. It feels better than I can express to get into a good meditation and let the words and sentences you read here come flowing out, and those of you who are also involved in various creative works can probably say the same.
Like I also said in a previous article, I’ll faithfully do this work until the day I leave this earth, for whatever reason I happen to leave it.
I’m always going to do everything I can to help myself and everyone around me become aware of spirit in a greater and purer way than we have so far, and I’ll always appreciate the love, support and assistance each of you gives to my various creative endeavors.
I’ll always channel energy and information from my higher self and guides, even though I recently decided to channel every other day instead of every day so I have time for other creative and progressive pursuits.
I’ll always do everything I can to help raise the planetary vibration – even if it means working away and enjoying my creativity until, again, I’m no longer on earth.
I don’t know about any of you, but personally, I feel more inspired than ever to work hard and encourage everyone else to work hard. We’re infinite, and we’re capable of excelling at any spiritual or creative pursuit we decide to embrace. Isn’t that incredibly liberating to think about?
We’re only as limited as we let ourselves be, and in this blossoming new age, I think we’re intended to use the good vibration we can now access and feel to help others find the sacred upliftment we’ve just started to find. We’re here to let our creativity flow in an unprecedented way, and it’d be silly to cease our work at this stage of the game.
Even though some people who’ve been waiting and waiting for certain bold events and manifestations are feeling very disappointed and maybe even depressed right now, I’m starting to recognize that the heavenly reality we’ve waited so long for is right here, at our fingertips.
It’s up to us whether we willingly reach out our arms and grab it, but if we don’t, we’ll always be given the opportunity to at a later date.
Beyond working hard, I also wanted to say that it’s important to get out and enjoy ourselves; to have fun instead of working so hard that we forget to spend time with our family or enjoy certain activities that our work might keep us from participating in.
I do think our work should be at the front of our minds, second only to spending time with family, but we have no reason not to enjoy ourselves while we’re on earth.
Yes, we have a lot of work to do and our creativity is as infinite as we let it be, but this doesn’t necessarily mean we should constantly work without playing sometimes too. I’m sure you’ve all heard the phrase ‘all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’, and it’s even relevant to our meditative and spiritual work.
Personally, my meditation and creativity go hand in hand lately, and as I write, channel or do anything else that’s inspired by spirit, I try to go as deep into the self as possible and enjoy the flowing perceptual and creative bounties that result.
I’ve noticed that the deeper I go, the purer the flowing creative expressions become, and this can be said for channeling, writing, music and every other creative act.
The Source of our existence is also the source of the greatest and purest creativity we could hope to find, and when we’re back in the higher realms, we’ll see that all creativity and creative/meditative inspiration come from the Source.
I’m actually starting to realize that in a sense, creativity and meditation are one. There’s no difference between finding a higher vibration and expressing a higher vibration, and I’m sure a lot of seekers who are heavily involved in spiritual work are realizing that there’s little difference between the two.
The lines are certainly starting to blur for me, and I recognize that in any given moment, I can sit down and enjoy a very deep meditation while I pull the energies, insights and expressions that result into an article or channeled message.
It really is an interesting thing, and I look forward to seeing how pure I can take this meditative creativity and how much I can help those of you who are interested in it in the process.
We have the potential to do a lot of amazing and miraculous things, but we can only do them if we’re willing and enthusiastic about doing them. It’s time to transcend the ego and all of its distractions and subversions, because we’re here for a far greater reason that we’re just beginning to consciously access.
Let the love and creativity flow, and let everyone see that spirit’s very real and that our higher selves, guides, etc. wait for us to recognize the reality of their existence and pick up on the endless energies and impressions they’re sending us.

We have been noticing that when you raise your vibration as a collective, there is a certain amount of excitement that is generating for you throughout the entire galaxy. Every time we feel an uptick in the overall vibration of the human collective consciousness, we then feel the ripple effect, and it is inspiring. You are there to elevate the consciousness of your fellow humans. That is why you chose to go against the grain in this lifetime and be a part of a minority. The minority we are talking about here is the awakened collective.
You wanted to feel yourselves as the ones who would initiate that ripple effect throughout your human collective consciousness, so that you could then experience what it is like to have such a huge positive impact on the entire galaxy. We are very proud to be a part of your spiritual evolution, because we know how significant your ascension and awakening of consciousness is. We are happy to be here for you and to see you taking such tremendous strides forward. You do so because not only did you choose to be awake in this lifetime, but you also chose to be sensitive to your feelings.
You chose to value your feelings. You knew that you would choose love over fear. You knew that you would choose unity over separation and segregation. You knew that you would choose what resonated over what made logical sense, and you knew that because of all that you feel, you would be the perfect ones to lead humankind into the fifth dimension.
You also knew that you would take an interest in extra-terrestrial beings. You knew that you would awaken to the truth that you have been in other star systems and that you have incarnated in very different bodies than the ones you have now. You knew that making those connections to other beings in other star systems, other dimensions, and other lifetimes would give you a sense of who you really are as a whole and complete being, and you knew that nothing else would do.
Everything else, you have already done. And so, in this lifetime, you wanted to not only be a part of something huge, but you also wanted to be the ones who would initiate the progress, the evolution, the expansion, the growth, and ultimately, the connecting of all beings to one another, consciously, so that you can feel something you’ve never felt before. When you do, you always recognize that the feeling is the point. It is the mission. It is the purpose. It is what you went there to experience.

Messages of Light 20121129 Preparing for 12/21 ​Solstice – Understan​ding the Energies & ​Your Role – by Selac​ia​
With the end of 2012 and the 12/21 Solstice just around the corner, you will benefit from taking some time daily to slow down and reflect.
As you know, these are unusual times, with unique potentials for mega shifts in consciousness. Knowing the importance of these final weeks of 2012, therefore, give yourself the gift of deep reflection and an active participation in cocreating the world you want.
That new Earth will not magically appear – your light-filled efforts are required.
Invite your Higher Self to help guide you in reflecting, setting your intention to look beneath the surface of what you typically perceive. Consider your response to questions like the following, giving some serious thought to each one.
There is added benefit, too, when you write down your responses or even speak them out loud. Visualizing helps as well, holding a picture in your mind of what you are imagining in response to the questions.

Come back to these questions over the coming days, updating your responses and receiving a fresh view of what’s important for you personally. In the end, your own truth is what counts and you certainly want to be in touch with that truth.
Managing Your Fear
Do not be afraid of fear if you feel it over the coming days. Do question the real basis of what scares you, though. As you allow for a thorough investigation into the fear, you are well positioned to see it for what it is and let it go. The only thing worse than fear is being afraid of a fear that’s based on no real evidence.
Ironically, just as you are becoming more sensitive by the day – feeling more and more and sensing things way before they happen – your conditioned fears can be catalyzed big time. This can occur without your conscious knowing as you tap into the current plethora of prophecies and world instabilities. The fear-based conditioning, held within human DNA, can surface when you least expect it, causing you to doubt yourself and making you wonder how humanity can avoid destroying itself. If you are afraid enough, your subconscious will try to convince you to go along with all kinds of unproven theories.
Example: you hear that the 12/21 Solstice could be the end of the world or at least a day of high drama, and you decide it’s best to stay close to home and avoid groups celebrating the occasion. Your Role as Divine Changemaker
As a divine changemaker, you are alive now to be at the forefront of positive changes for a more loving world. You cannot do this from the sidelines; you must jump in with both feet. Choose your direction and your activities with care, checking in with your heart. Each moment you have the potential to progress spiritually, decided in part by the choices you make in present time.
Trust that the Solstice is not the end of the world, but that it is a key culmination point in humanity’s long history of awakening. No one really knows what will happen on 12/21, and you can’t truly know either. The best way to prepare, therefore, is to stay present and conscious and awake between now and Solstice. Check in with your heart and intuitive guidance to know how you will participate on 12/21. Then trust what you receive and act on it.
One of the biggest pitfalls on the spiritual path is the habitual pattern of not following through with one’s own inner wisdom. Action, based on your intuitively guided reason, is the key.
Planetary Movements of 2012
The planetary movements of 2012 – including some that are unprecedented for any generation – carry the potential for both a massive awakening and a major stirring of old fear-based patterns. That’s because this year’s planetary alignments are catalyzing revolutionary changes and stirring up humanity’s unfinished business, on both a personal and a collective level.
All sorts of grievances are coming to light, leading to family squabbles and wars between countries. For the everyday person, it’s common to have very old DNA-level patterns triggered in this cycle. This is happening for both neophyte and advanced spiritual practitioner, both needing to clear the past before ascending into the higher-frequency energies.
People everywhere are being impacted by this year’s planetary lineups – regardless of whether they believe in astrology. Some people have begun a rapid study of spiritual concepts like you have likely studied for a long time – reading everything that they can get their hands on.
These people are being nudged to look at why things are the way they are, and they are awakening to a keen desire for something radically different. Sometimes the anger you feel from people is due to their inner conflict about these things – they cannot understand or resolve how they feel, and they don’t know that there are indeed answers.

Because of the emotional content of such days, your patience may be tested and your boiling point may be higher than usual. This is occurring for people you interact with, too, so walk gently. If you remember to come back to the love and be kind, things will go much more smoothly.
Between now and the end of this year, you can discover countless opportunities to master the love you want to see in the world.
Time will continue in an accelerated momentum. On some days, you may feel a bit dizzy from the pace. You may get so busy with everyday life that you even forget what year it is. Certainly, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture of why you are alive.
That bigger picture has everything to do with these unique moments and the planet’s mega shift into higher consciousness. It’s humanity’s mega shift and it’s also YOURS.
You came not for just one date, but to participate in the great awakening of humanity. Solstice is a significant marker of that process. The beneficial energy of it is here right now!

“The last year has been a challenge for almost everyone. It has been a tough year. It has been a year of cleansing and of shedding the old. Many fought the changes. Some are still fighting them, but know that you will lose the fight for you are meant to shed the old and embrace the glory of the new. You have been preparing for the new. There isn’t one of you who hasn’t been doing that.
There are a few months of preparation left for most, but know the worst is over. Yes, there will be challenges yet to come but now you will be living as you were meant to live without being affected by the energy that was affecting you over the last few years. You were all affected. You all felt it in some way.
You are all learning to live differently and though those changes may be subtle, you will notice them. You will continue to release the old and invite the new for it is what must be.
You are being handed the reins to your life. You can make it what you want it to be as long as you are living your truth. That is most important.
In doing so, remember to spread kindness and love for that is the truth of who you are. That is what will heal the planet. You will share your truth with others in different ways.
Don’t expect others to live as you live for they are also living their truth.They will take what they need from you and move on or they will give what you need and then move on. Yes, there will be those that will walk the path with you but it is no longer a life of holding onto the old, but releasing as needed and embracing the new.
It will be done in joy as you accept it. You will no longer feel weighed down by the burdens you might have been carrying for lifetimes.
Freedom is yours for the taking – you need not ask for it. It is being handed to you freely.
How you share your truth is unique to you and does not have to be what others believe or want. If you are being true to yourself and are also being kind to yourself and others, you will see life change for the better.
Don’t mistake being kind to others to mean doing things to make others happy. There are many things you will do that are meant to be for your life path that will not make others happy for it is not what they want. They must learn to accept and release just as you are doing the same.
You will be a bringer of harmony and that will change the world as you know it.
Live your life to fulfill your dreams and allow others to do the same. Do not compare your life to another for you are unique. Your inner gifts are unique. Your spiritual goals are unique. Your life path is unique.
Expect 2020 to give you many opportunities to fulfill your dreams. Know that you are being guided every step of the way. Trust yourself. Trust your intuition.
You are a healer for your own life now. Every decision you make, every thought you have can now heal you on a very deep level. The energy that surrounds you now is very powerful. Changes come quickly. Remember this as you step into the new year.” Live in the Light,
