Dear readers, welcome to our message.

All is proceeding according to plan although it may not seem that way when observed with three dimensional eyes and through concepts about how a spiritually evolving universe should look.

Over eons of time, dark energies became deeply embedded allowing them to penetrate every aspect of life on earth. Generation after generation has been and still is being taught that duality and separation are the reality. These energies are gradually surfacing in order to be recognized for what they represent and eventually clear as people cease energetically feeding, maintaining, and sustaining them for this is all that holds them in place.

Most people are experiencing high levels of anxiety at this time. Do not resist these feelings in the false belief that as an awakened person you shouldn’t have these types of emotions. Simply acknowledge them, remember that they are always impersonal, and then move on. Worry and anxiety are not qualities of Source and therefore have no law to support them.

As you evolve, your energy changes and begins to vibrate at a higher frequency causing you to automatically be more sensitive to the energy of people, places, and things. This can result in experiencing emotions like fear, anger, anxiety, etc. that are not yours. Be alert not claim them as yours, but simply allow them to pass through and out with out giving them power.

We are aware of what most of you are feeling during these times and we say to you that all is proceeding according to plan. Do not get involved in the energy of outer appearances but rather stand back as an observer, not denying or trying to change, heal, and correct appearances but rather as a watcher watching from a place of detached awareness, conscious of the reality underlying all things.

Earth is a spiritual universe peopled with children of God and governed by Love. However, the majority are still hypnotized by appearances to the contrary. Try to remember always that everything you see, hear, taste, touch, and smell are concepts of a spiritual reality that is being translated by the hypnotized collective mind as being good or bad according to current duality and separation belief. . When you find yourself reacting to some thing or some person in a negative way use the occasion to honestly examine your beliefs. Accumulated obsolete three dimensional beliefs often remain unknown and deeply hidden in consciousness until something occurs to activate and bring awareness to them. It is at this point that you simply and with no guilt or resistance, ask yourself; “What am I believing that is making me feel this way?”

There are no pairs of opposites in Reality, good appearances are just as illusory as the bad ones. Reality is spiritual but most have not yet attained a level of energetic resonance capable of aligning with higher resonating frequencies and so believes they do not exist. This is why a great deal of trust is necessary during these present times. Not a continuing trust in government, organized religion, friends, family, or the so called experts, but a trust in truth, that the reality is and always has been One omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent Divine Consciousness manifesting ITself as all that is.

Since God/Divine Consciousness is all that is, IT is and always has been the only cause and therefore the only effect. Ponder this.

Awakening to truth does not mean you suddenly stop living your life. You are on earth at this time to evolve into enlightenment while in physical form, not to deny, hate, or try and avoid humanhood as some religions teach. The days of convents and monasteries with rigid rules and regulations regarding spirituality are long past. Mankind is ready to learn how to be in the world, but not of it.

Enlightenment simply means living each day from your highest attained level of awareness which then allows more truth to unfold. Do what needs to be done–go to work, cook dinner, wash dishes, mow the lawn, perform surgery, teach, repair cars or do absolutely nothing…but do it conscious of the fact that all activity is spiritual, with none being more spiritual than another. Yes, we realize that many activities have become perverted by human minds, but the reality is that activity is how individuals express the innate qualities of Source that lie within them.

There will always be some people you dislike which frequently comes as the result of some past life interaction having nothing to do with the present. Other times it is because certain individuals seem totally out of sync with your belief system. Do not judge yourself or them as bad or un-spiritual but rather bring to mind that no one is good or evil in and of themselves since God is the reality of every individual. Know that they are hypnotized and acting out from impersonal false beliefs based in duality and separation regarding themselves and others.

This does not mean you try to be best friends, or ignore what may be troublesome or hurtful actions on their part but rather means that after you remember the truth about them, you then take whatever human footsteps may be required. Being a loving and spiritually empowered person never means being another’s doormat, nor does it mean “walking on eggs” in order to keep a false sense of peace. Silently greet every person you meet as the Christ, and send Light to those far or near in the realization that they “know not what they do”.

The need for laws and jails will exist for awhile yet, but the collective is becoming increasingly aware that actions and solutions based in unconditional love serve to rehabilitate and heal better than force and aggression.

It is a powerful time to be on earth because the ascension process now taking place is allowing souls to heal and complete issues that they may have been carrying though lifetimes. Many wanted to come but were not permitted for some reason or another. Much is yet to come that will awaken increasingly more individuals and give credence to what we are saying.

Many are and more will yet suffer and even die during this process, but know that most are volunteers who lovingly chose to assist in awakening the people of earth. For some, their experiences were karmic completions chosen to be done publicly for others to see and learn from. For others it is a personal choice as to how they can best serve the ascension process, but all are helping in their way to bring universal consciousness out of the dark ages and into the Light.

Those in the higher dimensions are observing and sending high fives to all even as appearances on earth would testify to total failure. Know that things are not as they appear to be. All is proceeding according to plan. Rejoice even in the midst of dark events for these things reflect earth’s journey out of density and the processes bringing change.

Many continue to awaken out of the hypnotized sleep of erroneous belief in spite of continuing attempts by some to keep mankind locked in old energy. Remain alert and aligned with your intuition when you read channels, watch the news, or observe the actions of others for much of it is not what it seems to be.

Opening to higher levels of awareness is inevitable and cannot be avoided. Put off yes, but never avoided for every person is a Divine Being, an expression of God whether they like it or not. This is a fact that can never change regardless of how many lifetimes a person spends in denial.

Be at peace dear ones, rest in your heart, and meditate often. Meditation need not be the rigid structured process that most of you were taught when learning to meditate. These methods were and are necessary for those unable to relax or allow themselves to be silent without the help of structure. The purpose of meditation is nothing more than to reach a place of silent and secret alignment with the “still small voice” within. The process of getting there is what all the structured guidelines have been about.

Resting in “I and the father are one” can be done anyplace and at any time with eyes open or shut–a pause at your desk, a trip to the bathroom, stopping for a red light, sitting under a tree, walking down a busy street, or being at the bedside of someone who is ill. Every activity of daily living offers an opportunity to center, align with, and silently realize; “I am Divine Consciousness”. Eventually and without conscious effort, you begin to live meditation 24/7 and it becomes no longer something you do, but something you are.

Be not afraid dear ones, for you are exactly where you planned to be before incarnating. The planet is becoming increasingly filled with awakened souls who have chosen to assist in earth’s transition to a higher frequency. What you are witnessing is a world that is experiencing the strong and painful labor pains necessary for birthing a new world consciousness based in love and truth.

Allow the process dear ones. Allow the process and hold your Light in spite of any and all personal or global appearances for Light is the only reality.

This is your “Inner Whispers” – Special Edition

During the course of our regular work we sometimes receive messages and accounts literally written by those currently on the “other side”.  They want to tell their individual stories for their own reasons whether anyone reads them or not. Perhaps it is cathartic.  We have received hundreds of these over the years.  To say they are quite varied is a material understatement. Most have never been published. This one has never been published.  It is presented here as written in a single session: In first, final, and only draft. Zero editing.

When we first received this one, it immediately reminded me of 9/11.  It is shared here for those who may be moved by it, as we were.    ~ Allen, Facilitator for April Crawford

The View After The Flash Only Memories, But I Saw The Following Things
.
“Dear friend,
.
      I saw it all happen like a slow motion thrill scene from a movie.  In fact in the confusion I forgot for a moment that it was actually real.  Sound was muffled, or was it because the slow movement of the time that I was not used to? My thoughts progressed as usual but the physical moments so slow I was able to memorize every detail.
.
      It was a bomb, at least that’s what my mind registered.  There was a brief bright light like someone taking a flash photo too close to your eyes.  It knocked me backwards into the wall behind my desk.  The clunk of my head against it sent tingles down my spine.  The view after the flash only memories now, but I saw the following things…..
.
      My favorite plant danced to the now gone ceiling, disappearing into oblivion.  I wanted to reach up to pull it back.  We had a history, that plant and I.  It was given to me my first day in the office. Together we had unearthed a few dry spells….. now it was gone, bringing me close to tears. 
.
     I saw furniture blow by me completely out of control.  If they hit anyone they were sure to be killed.  What kind of power did it take an office chair with wheels through the air?
.
      My head snapped back as it hit on the wall.  I wondered where my purse was.  There was Tylenol in there.  My temples were pounding as I scrunched my toes trying to keep my shoes on.  I had just bought them the previous week and was absolutely in with them.  The debate within about the price gnawing at me again because to lose them would be devastating.
.
      The dirt in my eyes blinding me momentarily to the sight of Charles dissolving like a Star Trek character, interesting.  I wonder where he was beaming up to?  He would be a reluctant candidate for such an endeavor.  Perhaps it’s best that the choice was random, he did not have time to think about it.
.
      I felt an intake of air that did not feel like oxygen.  There was a burning sensation at the back of my throat.  As I turned my head the idea of a cold bottle of water filled me.  There was a mini refrigerator near the coffeemaker.  I made the decision to get a bottle but found the journey impossible. So forceful the energy pushing me away, the searing burn growing larger down my throat.  My stomach burned as did my lungs.  The art of breathing painful beyond words.
.
      I feel lifeless.  My arms heavy with a burden I cannot identify.  All I know is that it is heavy.
.
      I strain to see if there is anything left of the place I knew.  In my head it’s all still there.  The sameness of it and its occupants give me comfort in the chaos. I hear screaming in the distance.  Am I screaming too?  If I am does anyone hear me?
.
      I remember my purse, thinking that I should call home to tell my husband that there may be a delay.  Was there any mention of this on the news?  No need to worry, I am all right.  My greatest concern is my plant that disappeared a while back.  What will I defrost for supper?  There was a lamb stew I made a few Sundays back.  That would be great after a day like today. Hopefully we won’t be asked to stay overtime to clean up this mess.  I haven’t been this tired in a longtime.  Part of me is wishing I had stayed home today.  I believe it would have been better that I did.
.
      I feel myself afloat on a raft in a large swimming pool.  The bobbing of my body against the wall almost a lullaby for my stressed thought process.  The sun beats down upon me and I wonder if I put enough sunscreen on.  If I stay in the sun there could be a nasty burn.
.
        My mother calls me for supper.  Her voice exactly the same tone and pitch it was twenty years ago.  I sigh a disappointed breath a little frustrated that she called me so soon.  She knows how I hate to end my day at the pool.
.
      Paddling to the side I pull myself up.  Dinner is waiting but I can’t resist one more dive off the diving board.  The water wraps itself around me. The heat of the sun dulled by the water and its reflection.  I dry myself quickly because I hear the impatience in Mom’s voice.  I take one more look at the pool knowing I will return for a dip another time.  It does not dull the disappointment, but the anticipation of another day soothing.
.
      I remember something about a plant lost in the subtle moments of daydreaming. Another thought released to the sky only to return when I choose to remember.  I hear her voice again, a little more agitated this time, calling me to dinner.  The explosion now only a depression in a timeline unrelated.
.
     Did I die? 
.
     I am not certain.
.
      I don’t remember.
.
      Did I cry out in pain?
.
      I don’t remember.
.
     Was I dreaming of an office that exploded?
.
     I don’t know.
.
      Do I remember the details?
.
      Yes.
.
      Does it make a difference now?
.  
    No.
.
      All I know is that my mother is calling me to dinner and I better move quickly.  She hates to be kept waiting.
.
      A flutter of ash glides slowly through the pockets of air on its way to the ground. All that’s left of a physical form once known as Marcy.  Is that all there is of a woman who was a vice president of a company?  Is there such little meaning in the physical that it cannot translate beyond this vibration?  Is she annihilated?
.
      All that the universe can tell you is that Marcy is on her way to dinner with her mother.
.
      The remnants of this life dissolved into the most important moment….. my mother.
.
      On my way to meet her I feel excitement.  Perhaps together we can move on to new experience.  Nothing is ever lost, only translated to another frequency.”

How long is it before you advance into the promised future and experience the many benefits that have been spoken about, it depends very much on you. At present the conditions upon Earth are deteriorating and a solution does not seem to be coming. Yet the answers are known, and it is only a matter of time before a wave of expectation resulting from what is approaching lifts up the people. Certainly many sources have been tirelessly working to get things moving, so that an announcement can be made to keep you in the picture, and encourage a more acceptable outlook.
You are still experiencing the result of the old energies, but they are slowly being dispersed and the souls involved are being lifted up in consciousness. It is no longer necessary to dwell upon past events that have proved to be negative, and it is far better to enjoy the thoughts of coming changes that will prove to be far more beneficial than previously. No one wishes you to continue experiencing the troubles and traumas of the past, and in fact it is essential that you help the new energy to be fully established upon Earth. You will find it hard to make visible progress but by persevering you will eventually see results.
There are no shortcuts to success but hard work will undoubtedly bring you results. All around you there is an awakening to the responsibilities that you have to look after the Earth. In many respects the problems have reached dangerous levels, and the need for correcting them is yours to work out. However, once you indicate your intention to put things right there are legions of helpers waiting to assist you, but you must make the initial move to change things before help can be given. Certainly there is a movement amongst you to create groups capable of initiating moves towards putting things into good order. Whilst they will improve with the upliftment of the vibrations, you must start to think “New Age” and help the upliftment of Humanity.
Movements in the right direction will come with the acceptance of all other Human Beings regardless of colour or religion, and the creation of a worldwide network of help. There are currently too many differences between you all, and it is time to set them apart and encourage all that is beneficial to the whole. Help will come to you from some surprising sources and it will help speed up the changes. In the meantime there are inventions about to be released that will enhance your quality of life. In real terms you have been held back for such a long time and almost been stuck in a time warp. However, everything is slowly changing and you have yet to see the beneficial changes that are ready to be introduced that will greatly lift you up.
The major changes that are needed relate to the appointment of those who have the experience and right intentions to move Humanity into a new era. It will be one of fairness, charity and consideration for all those who have suffered under the old regime. What was acceptable previously has no place with the new ways of cooperation and sympathy that will address the inequality that exists at present. You are One Human Race and working together will achieve great things that will speedily lift you into the New Age.
There are suggestions that the timing of events is at hand, and as things are developing, the time for Ascension is drawing nearer and ready to bring in an instant change. It is possible because as soon as the “old” is cleared away the “New” is ready to be manifested, and with help it can be established in a relatively short time. There are certainly mammoth tasks involved, but with ET technology and assistance, advancement will be miraculous as judged by your existing abilities. The size of the tasks may appear very daunting and overwhelming, but with help you will be surprised if not amazed at how quickly they can be carried out. So do not allow yourselves to become morose or disheartened, as on a higher level all is proceeding well.
There are many of you who subconsciously sense that great and welcome changes are coming, and instead of spreading gloom are as you would say “upbeat and confident” where the future is concerned. For eons of time it has been known that the last Age would most likely end in success instead of failure as has occurred for the previous end of cycles. Be assured that you have earned the success that is coming to you, and you will not have to wait too long to begin to see the first signs of it. Project positive vibrations for the future and the sooner it will come into being.
You could say that having reached rock bottom, there is nowhere to go now except back up again. However, having dropped to the depths of darkness that are holding you back it will nevertheless become apparent to you, that it is now time to rebel against that which is not of the Light. Not only that, turf out those who have assisted the dark Ones for personal benefit, as they in no way represent the people or their ambitions for freedom, and free speech. You are not exceptional in your needs, but the United States as a very large country of huge wealth and potential you should be able to ensure that your monies are well spent on you, and not to further the causes of the dark Ones, who have redirected your wealth to cover their covert activities. Once the truth is really recognised there will be a great uprising and the people will demand and obtain the changes they need. Remember, that your thoughts are powerful and collectively you can get things done. Do not be swayed by false promises and question whatever is placed before you, and bear in mind that the whole world is in the process of change and it is all leading to Ascension.
As you rise up into the higher vibrations you will find less and less disharmony, and eventually that it cannot exist at all. The new energy is powerful and of a high vibration and in the course of time souls of a lower vibration will be unable to exist in it. So automatically you will find yourselves with like souls, and it is such conditions that have often been described as Paradise. It is your future to continue evolving, and move into the higher levels of Light whilst at the same time raising your own levels of awareness. Eventually you will become a totally evolved soul with a full set of chakras. You will have powers beyond your present imagination and also have the power of creation, but through your evolution will be able to handle them correctly along with the attributes of Universal Love. This is what to expect way into your future, and as each lesson is learnt you grow more in spirituality and understanding.
I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. This message comes through my Higher Self, my God Self, and every soul has the same internal connection with God.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very excited about the progress that we see you making there on Earth with the expansion of your consciousness. We know that we sound like a broken record, telling you this, day after day, but you must remember that we are non-physical beings who are tracking your progress through feeling into the overall vibration of humanity as a collective consciousness. And as such, your spiritual evolution is what we are focused upon. We want to say to you that there were bigger catastrophes that you all could have chosen for yourselves as a collective. There were more immediate cataclysms that you could have chosen.

But if you look at your situation logically, and you see how this pandemic has been affecting humanity as a collective, this was in fact the choice that gave you the biggest opportunity to heal from past life trauma and to come together as a collective through your love and compassion for your fellow humans. You are being given an opportunity to have your hearts opened, and a big part of the shift in consciousness is to stop operating from the consciousness level of your mind and to start operating from the consciousness level of your heart. And so, that is also why we keep telling you to stop looking for answers.

We want you to remember that addressing this crisis from a mental approach is going to leave you in that same vibration that you were in prior to it. But if instead of looking for the who and the why, you allow yourselves to feel what you need to feel and to get heart-centered, you will take all of the expansion that is available to you right now, and you will carry the rest of humanity into that higher frequency range that you all want to be living in.

The path to the fifth dimension was always going to be one that involved individuals going within and finding what was present inside of them. It was always going to be a journey of feeling, a journey that allowed you to notice an uptick in your personal vibration. And we have also told you time and time again that those of you who are awake would be leading humanity in the ascension journey that you are all on. You lead through your example, and you lead by holding a high enough vibration to affect those who are operating from fear, anger, and hate.

You present those individuals with an alternative by approaching the situation you are in and all of humanity with open hearts, with compassion, and with unconditional love. This is what you’ve been waiting for. This is your moment to shine, and the light that you have within you because of all of the clearing, all of the processing, all of the meditating, is brighter and stronger than it has ever been. And so, we invite you to use the light that you have within you to guide humanity into the higher frequency range that is the fifth dimension.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very pleased with the way humanity has been allowing for an upgrade that has been a long time in coming to you. You have had your central channels upgraded so that you can run more energy through your physical bodies and through your seven main chakras without overtaxing any aspect of you. This was a planned upgrade that was finalized on 11/11, due in large part to the expectation that you all have for change to occur on that particular date. There was an opening, and those of us in the higher realms saw it and took advantage of it to grant you this very timely upgrade. It is very timely because so many more higher-dimensional beings are reaching out at this time to humans, even ones who have never channeled before.

There is a need for more energy to be grounded in your physical bodies and into Mother Earth at this time as well. So you see, you can use these central channels even if you have no intention, or no desire, to channel other beings. You can just channel higher-dimensional energies into your bodies and into Mother Earth’s grid system.

There are always many ways to be of service and many ways to use your many parts. Your central channel is not talked about enough; it’s not even known about by most. But it is that tubing of sorts that stretches from the top of your crown to the base of your spine, and you all have the ability to tune to in to it and feel for the upgrades we are talking about right now. In fact, we urge you to do so. We want you to do more than just walk away from this transmission feeling that something has happened to you that is a good thing

We encourage you to use your newly upgraded central channels to access more energy and information, more healing, more love, more of everything that is higher dimensional. You have the ability to do so much good on Earth at this time, just by sitting at home alone and participating in the running of energy through your central channel. This lifetime is not about what you do; it’s about who you are becoming. And the best way for you to evolve is for you to feel.

If you can feel higher-dimensional energy moving through your physical body, then you will want to continue to have that experience, and you can become an instrument of this benevolent universe that is looking for more of you who are looking those of you who are ready to take in more of its love and light. And in the higher-dimensional planes there are so many beings and collectives who want to connect with those like you who are awake and who are ready to make the big changes on your world that you all want to see, changes that include full and open extra-terrestrial contact. You are the ones who are being invited to being about those changes with more ease and more joy.

Beloved Ones,

Many people are opening to deeper levels of love within all areas of their consciousness, and this can be a difficult process for some.

The needs of others can compete with your own intentions to move forwards in your life, and it is important that you keep on track on your own personal journey.

You need to stay connected to your higher promptings and to follow your own star. Each person on Earth is experiencing the higher influx of energies in their own way at the level of their personal awareness.

It is difficult to stay on the sidelines and be a witness for those you care for as they experience the consequences of their choices. Each soul has an individual soul plan and the free will to follow it or not. Difficult as it may be to accept, each person has chosen to follow certain paths in order to gain knowledge and personal experience from them.

Be available to your loved ones if and when they need you and love them without judgement. It takes great courage to experience life in the physical. Many shifts have and will continue to occur within each individual and within the movements of the Earth. The effects of these are far reaching in their impacts.

The Earth is surrounded by a golden light and this will assist in helping with the changes that have been wrought. Many areas of the world are in need of your loving compassion and energetic intent of healing and support. Send your love and healing energies to those areas that are in the throes of difficult change.

The citizens of those areas are in need of love, compassion, and practical support. The changes that occur in each area of the world are felt energetically around the world.

The loving hearts of humanity are joined together in the heartbeat of the world they live on and it is important to stay aware and attuned to it. Take a moment often throughout each day to put a hand to your heart and feel this connection.

Within each soul, the truth of the oneness with all is known, acknowledged, and honoured. You are all sisters and brothers and it has always been so. Turn away from anything that would tell you otherwise.

Throughout Earth’s history, its surface crust has been altered many times and this is a process that is more prevalent at the end of certain cosmic cycles. The cosmic alignments create changes which open the doorways to new beginnings and such is the time that is now upon you.

You are here now and were deemed capable of going through this process by utilizing the wisdom and knowledge you have accumulated and gained throughout the ages to aid you in riding through it. You have within you all that you need to emerge victorious.

Place a star of love over each of these areas and set the intention that the love and healing this star radiates will be maintained and sustained at all times to offer healing and balancing to everyone within its radius. Your strong and focused intention will make it so.

The inner metamorphosis that each of you is going through can leave you feeling and looking drawn and haggard. It is another sign that the downloaded energies that you have received are being assimilated and integrated.

It is once again imperative that you ingest more water than usual in order to assist your physical body to cope. More rest and nurturance of self is in order as this process continues.

As each person’s heart chakra is opened more fully, there is more sensitivity and empathy becoming evident in the outward expressions of the people around you. Allow yourselves to feel into this experience without resistance to it.

Keep the events of your life simplified and this will create the balance that is necessary. There are many activities that can be curtailed without missing their presence in your lives. Simplify, simplify, simplify!

By creating order within your homes and eliminating clutter, it creates a more conducive atmosphere which sets the stage for new beginnings.

By repeating the words, ‘divine order’ many times during the day, you will keep yourselves on task and will not be as likely to lose your focus.

This activity also helps you to feel good about yourselves as you experience success in each of the goals that you have accomplished.

Stopping often just to look around you and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you is also helpful as you create your new beginnings.

We hasten to remind you that each new dawn also brings a new beginning, so be kind to yourselves and more heart-centered in your interactions with others around you. By keeping things as simple as possible, you will get through this.

Here in the spiritual realms we are delighted to watch humanity’s amazing progress as you move rapidly and inexorably towards awakening.  You need to awaken, and increasing numbers of you are doing so, one at a time, but that one by one, “left lane closed ahead” method is coming to an end because the new Super Highway to awakening will shortly be brought into operation.

Everyone will awaken because it is God’s Will, and as there is only God there is only His Will.  Therefore there is nothing to fear, even though the mainstream news is mostly reporting on fearful events to encourage you to live in fear, and pointing out large numbers of things and events of a fearful nature to justify this encouragement.

Love is free, open, undemanding, unconditional, utterly gentle, and infinitely powerful!  As humans it is very difficult for you to see or believe that because you are so caught up in the seeming reality of the illusion where your very survival seems always to be under threat, and the evidence of that threat is seen in storms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, wars, and sickness, which results in a constant and ongoing sense that “I need to defend and protect myself and my loved ones from all these horrors.”  But engaging with that thought, or any similar one, and holding it in the forefront of awareness closes down your hearts and shuts out of your awareness the Love, the infinite field of Love, in which all of creation, including each one of you, is eternally present.

You are each eternal and immortal beings created for joy in the Presence of God.  There is only God, and so you are always in that Presence, but because you chose to play the game of separation, and because when you were created you were given the Power of God, you were able to construct an unreal but seemingly very real physical environment that you have named the universe, sometimes even “the multiverse.”  It seems vast, especially when compared to your physical form, nevertheless it is contained within You.  Within you is the brilliant flame of divine Love, which is your eternal essence, and which is therefore You.  It is Reality, It is You, and therefore all that exists does so within You.  You are One with Source, Mother/Father/God, which by Its very nature is the infinite creative potential from which all arises.

However, while playing the separation game, you have chosen to be unaware of Reality in order to make the game seem totally real, which, you must admit, it does.  To awaken is to make the choice to know Reality again by dissolving or disassembling the illusion, and you, humanity, the collective have made that choice along with a most powerful intent to make it happen NOW!  Of course, as you have often been told, there is only Now, and so you ask: “WHEN!!!!!!!!!!!”

That is the paradox, you are awake, wakefulness is all around you, but you have individually chosen to continue engaging with the dream, with the illusion, and you do not want to let go of it because it is so familiar, and because you are afraid that it is all that there is.  But Reality is all that there is, Reality is far vaster than you can possibly imagine, and herein lies the paradox.

Most of you have at least once, and probably many times, become so engaged with a play or a movie that you are watching, or a novel you are reading, that when it finishes the experience of it, the memories, hang on and continue to play out in your minds for quite a long time afterwards.  Eventually, of course, the memory of the story fades, and you forget about it, except when someone mentions it in conversation and you revisit it as you discuss it.

Well, the illusion is gone, BUT you keep on conversing about it and re-engaging with it, making it seem very real.  This is why your daily visits to your holy inner sanctuary are so important, because it is there that you can release your tightly held grip on unreality and awaken.

You have all heard of people who have done this and experienced a moment of WOW!  Maybe you have even met one of them and conversed with them, or heard talks they have given, but you remain skeptical about what they tell you, and for fear of something worse – death and termination of consciousness, perhaps – you choose to continue to cling tightly to unreality.  Remember, you always have a choice, you can always change your mind, which is an extremely limiting device, and then open to the infinite vastness of Reality, of God, of Love.

As an allegory, you could imagine having been shipwrecked and escaped from the wreck in a life boat in which you have spent weeks lost at sea and struggling to survive.  There you are all alone in a vast ocean of nothingness, except for the life boat which is deteriorating beneath you.  A very frightening situation.  You probably shut down your awareness of the seemingly endless and unfriendly expanse of water surrounding you, and hunker down into dreams and memories of happier times, as one day rolls seamlessly into the next with nothing to differentiate them.

Then, seemingly out of nowhere, a ship appears and offers you a life line.  But you have become so accustomed to being utterly alone and lost that you cannot believe that rescue is at hand, you think you are dreaming.  Eventually the persistence of the rescue crew persuades you that you are not dreaming, that they are with you to rescue you, and they help you climb aboard the ship, into reality where the physical presence and experience of a hot bath, warm food, and a comfortable bed finally convinces you that you are indeed rescued, that you are safe, and then your joy knows no bounds.

So, to repeat yet again: Go within daily, allow your hearts to open to the Love that envelops and embraces you in every moment, and feel the warmth and the Love.  That is Reality.  And know that you cannot avoid awakening because dreams – the illusion – are ephemeral and do not last.

The ‘political party face’ is simply a front to be able to make statements to the media so that the message can reach more people and make the crooked politicians think about their actions and responsibility to the people whom they serve.

The concept of Contributionism first emerged in 2005 out of the research into ancient human history and how civilisation has morphed over thousands of years. It also became clear that all ancient cultures embraces a philosophy that was virtually identical in order to survive as isolated communities. This is the philosophy of UBUNTU, or what I originally called Contributionism.

It can be described as follow: “If it’s not good for everyone, it’s no good at all.” I urge you to read as much as you can on our website to inform yourself and realise how simple it really is. I urge you to set aside any pre-conceived ideas of how it may resemble other systems and jump to conclusions before you have absorbed the simple basic fundamentals of this beautiful way of life that is intended to allow every human being to thrive and enjoy life to their fullest potential. Without the draconian rules and restrictions that have been imposed on humanity everywhere today by those that are supposed to serve us – the people.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been doing our part to encourage you to seek within yourselves what you must know intellectually is within you. We have told you time and time again that you are Source Energy Beings, that you are all-that-is, and that all dimensions and vibrations exist within you. We will continue to point you towards that truth, and we will not be alone in this endeavor. Your spirit guides, your higher self, and the entire universe will always be co-conspiring to get you to go within to find something that you’ve been seeking outside of yourself, in some cases, for your entire lives.

That means that when you experience disappointment, loss, or you do not manifest what you have sought to manifest, you are being nudged ever so gently to that inner world, that realm, that contains it all. We want you to experience a taste of what we are talking about right now, because words are one thing, but experience is so much more. Close your eyes, quiet your mind, and before you take a very deep breath, we invite you to consider how you want to feel. And with that intention, that focus, and that deep breath in, we know that you can find that feeling. Go ahead and do it.

Now, some of you are bound to be closer to that feeling going into this little exercise, and therefore, will have found more success. For others, it will take more than one breath, but we know that you can get to that place of inner bliss, inner love, inner excitement, and inner everything. When you demonstrate to yourself that you have this power, you become less attached to what’s happening out there in the real world.

And when the real world has less of a hold over you, that’s when you know you are free. And when you are free, you are free to create. When you are dependent on circumstances being a certain way, you are in bondage, even when you have everything that you want, because then you have to keep it. You have to maintain it. You have to make sure it doesn’t run away or get stolen. We want you to feel this freedom because we know that it is the path to feeling the way that you want to feel regardless of the circumstances of your life, and we also just want you to be happy and to live the life that you want to live.

And this is the path to creating that life. This is such a simple and easy-to-follow exercise that we know your minds will doubt its effectiveness. We also know that it can be more interesting to a mind to go out and do something to get what you want or to feel how you want to feel. And so, you will do those things, and all of the entities that we have mentioned that are co-conspiring will notice that you do not feel satisfied, and they will use that lack of satisfaction as an opportunity to nudge you back within, again.

We have had four Class X solar flares in a couple of short days. These are powerful very flares. (for the basics about solar flares, google it, or go to www.spaceweather.com) We feel solar flares just as they burst from the sun. Our technology feels the magnetic pulse about 48 hours after the solar explosion. This is so, because humanity is connected to everyone and everything in the universe, and our technology is not. As above, so is below. Humanity is ONE.

Today my heart is racing, my head is aching, and I am writing this from my cozy, pillow filled bed with my iPad. Many of you out there are having a huge range of odd symptoms, that by now I am sure you are all painfully aware of. But read on…. There is a reason for these events and our reactions to them. Remember . . . you are a spiritual being in an all too HUMAN body that is evolving and ascending.

The Star Elders say that these pulses of light (that we feel instantly), which are also infused with magnetic energy (that we feel 48 hours later), are part of the divine plan. With these multiple, layered flares, we are being infused and saturated with new light from a new paradigm. At least for now, we are not getting a break as this is the final stretch of a very long journey. These solar pulses stretch us beyond the form we are familiar or comfortable with. This is a part of the ascension process. When we can hold no more light, we feel like we are pushed to the very edge and feel like we could explode. These pulses of light are the framework for the new world we building. Only then, the following magnetic pulse helps us release all that is not needed for our future. The magnetic pulses bring up to the surface everything that does not fit within the collective divine plan. We purge, detox, and let go and surrender from our body, mind and spirit. This purging creates more space for more light. 

Now the odd thing is that we are going through this ascension process all the while the outer world seems to be clicking along like business as usual. We didn’t expect this. Yet inside our hearts, we feel like something big has changed within us, and the world feels very surreal. But if you look closely, you will see this shift in nearly everyone’s eyes. You might see people with the subtle stunned look, with eyes like a deer caught in the head lights. Others will over compensate by being overly happy and enthusiastic, because they can’t admit they are feeling strange to say the least. Then there are those that are agitated and rushing around like they can outrun this wave of light. Then there are those that are still in full on denial. Don’t worry . . . they will catch up quickly. And lastly there is the rare few that have already arrived at the finish line, and the rest are only a heart beat behind them. 

The Star Elders say it does not matter what you do now. You can try out all of the avoidances above, but you can not avoid, deny or out run this rush of light that we are in now. At least for now, we have no space in between flares to ground ourselves and rebalance. We planned it this way, because we knew our body (that holds history and memory) would run the other way like our life depended on it. This is the old fight or flight memory that we will no longer need in the new world. Just when we have a bit of space to begin to face our purging shadow side, another pulse of light (solar flare) slams into us, thus not allowing us to retract back into a more comfortable and familiar territory. 

How to deal with pulses… Simple… Let GO and let GOD emerge from inside of you. I laugh now as the Star Elders show me that old gory scene from the movie Aliens. Yeah… Their sense of humor keeps me going, along with the support of all of you out there. The world is pretty strange right now. We don’t know which way is up and its ok. We are being called back to basics, the core of spiritual truths and crave a return to a simple life. And what we thought the ascension might be is not quite how it is showing up. The Star Elders have always told me that when we arrive, there are going to be some great surprises. Well… “Surprise!” 

So just breathe and know that we are being protected and fiercely guarded by a divine plan set into action. Our star family is watching over us, as we transform quickly into something we can’t even envision now. So breathe, get yourself grounded as much as possible, and hang out with like frequency soul family. We are going to survive, there is no doubt, and we will have the surprised of a life time together.
