Playing the part of a human in a healing drama, you’re going to run into situations in which answers or responses are called for. Remember this: The answer is always simple. Your answer, in any situation that seems to require one, can come from illusion or from Truth. Ask to be guided toward Truth in every moment today.
Whenever anything requires an answer during your day, get in the habit of regarding all answers as given. All answers are already queued up for you, already delivered. Stop and think of yourself as very loved. Think of all others in the situation as very loved, very supported. Ask what Love would have you do or say. If a situation seems difficult and an answer seems difficult, rejoice. Why should you rejoice?
In these moments of difficulty, you are looking at a past attachment to illusions. When you see this attachment and experience it as difficulty of one sort or another, now is the time to declare that you are willing to have these past attachments taken away from you. In this moment of difficulty, you can see clearly that your past attachment to untruth has never served you. You can tell by how it feels. You can agree to release it and to have it removed. This is a moment for healing and for celebrating.
A moment of difficulty means that you are looking at a manacle of your choosing, a manacle to which you have decided to remain tethered again and again, seeing it as safety and security. In this moment of seeing, you can notice that now is the time to agree to have it removed. It can only go if you agree to let go of it. In a moment of difficulty, ego will tempt you to blame another, the world, or yourself. Ego will tempt you to see yourself as a sufferer. We tell you to talk to us. Acknowledge that you can only experience moments of difficulty due to a habit of blocking Love, which can solve everything. Simply agree to allow Love to do what it will. It is always very simple.
Whenever any question arises, ask for Love’s answer. By whom are Love’s answers given? They are always given by your True Self. The answers and responses to which you are accustomed come from a false you. They are supplied by the ego you made. Learn to tell the difference between ego’s answer and Love’s answer. When you value how you feel, you will know the difference instantly.
Only God exists. This is another way of saying that only Love exists. All loving answers spring from that Source you are–from what is Real. When you know how you feel, you can judge the source of an answer. Ego will encourage you to ignore how you feel and put your attention on the logic of the unreal. Pay attention. If you make how you feel primary, you will always know when ego is attempting to influence you.
Ego has no power of its own. It must use yours. It will become easier and easier to ignore ego’s suggestions and to wait in confidence for Love’s answer to every question. As you allow Love to answer all questions, you enter a divine Flow in which all questions disappear. You are fully worthy of the ease of this flow, as are all you perceive to be other.
Whenever anything is unanswered today, turn toward that which is and always has been undivided, and ask for your answer from that Source. Ask and it is given. Love’s answer is always given, so wait after ego’s answer has been offered. Love’s answer will come, and you will feel the certainty of it. Wait for Love’s answer, and each day will be rooted in certainty and joy.

Greetings, those of Athabantian with whom you have communicated over the past months are all present this day: Justine, Moraine, Bren-Ton, Ro-Tan, Adrial, and Taugth. We come to you with a message of great joy for you and for us. Today’s message supersedes some of what we have communicated previously.
A radical new way of being is now emerging. This near-term destination for all on and of planet Earth is just now coming into awareness. This transformation of Earth and her human inhabitants will spearhead a radical transformation of all 3rd Dimension within all creation. There is no doubt that it will occur, and there is no doubt it will affect us aboard Athabantian. It is for these reasons that we all are present this day to speak with you.
Please understand, your planet and all of its inhabitants are transforming into higher vibrations. The rigidness of physical form you now experience is going away. All associated with the fear-based 3rd Dimension is going away. (Note: We distinguish between physical form and fear-based 3rd Dimension interaction.) In its new vibration Earth will be the Creator’s Christed planet where all will desire to visit and/or reside. In this new 5th Dimension you will be completely transformed into beings of light with fluidness to your physical form.
We will now address the interim months between now and when you achieve this lighter form, and reside upon an Earth of lighter form. In this interim you will experience the demise of all that was created according to the rigidness of the fear-based 3rd Dimension. Such things as governments, monetary systems, corporations, legal systems, medical systems, and religions will pass away. Their demise will be the first factor leading to a time of chaos and uncertainty, and moving you away from focusing on your own personal advancement.
During the interim months the physical form of Earth will be transformed into a lighter way of being. What surrounds you today, and indeed your own physical forms, will not be merely transitioned — for to do so would be an extrapolation of the old ways. New ways of being will emerge, ways befitting your lighter way of being. The higher vibrations of the 5th Dimension will integrate into your new physical forms creating a new type of human.
For many years the people of Earth have known that a great transformation was to come. They felt it, but did not know the specifics. In their search to know more they sought out ancient writings such as the Mayan calendar and the forecasts of wise men and women.
In true fashion of the 3rd Dimension many saw the worst possible scenarios. Some that received messages from non-humans painted predictions of massive earth changes. All of these were based on the fear inherent in the 3rd Dimension, fear in which they were immersed. Even predictions that were well intended predicted severe reorganizations of Earth’s physical form. These fear-based predictions are the second factor pointing to 2012 as a time of radical transition, and making it more difficult for you to focus on what is important.
Now that the year 2012 is almost completed with no dramatic earth changes, many aware people are saying that nothing is happening, that the predicted transformation of Earth is another false alarm. “Life goes on as it always has.â€
Looking deeper, you will find changes occurring: Changes in the basic makeup of mankind. Individual changes in those who have come to be know as lightworkers. Changes in relationships. A polarization of those who would continue in the old ways versus those who seek a new path for humanity.
The buildup for a 2012 transformation was based on a fear-based interpretation of messages, and a misinterpretation of the presence of your space brothers and sisters as saviors. Much of this was guided by the dark energy, so that when it did not happen they could once again assert control of peoples’ minds. As we have said before, we are not coming to save you. Waiting for this to happen is a third factor that will make your transformation into a 5th Dimension being more difficult for you.
The reality is that physical change will be more gradual and the results may be nothing like the forecasts that were based on extrapolating from the 3rdDimension. This should not be unexpected as almost all channelers, despite their best intentions, are unconsciously immersed in the 3rd Dimension. In reality little of what is about you will remain as it is, because it has been so heavily influenced by the 3rd Dimension energies of mankind’s collective.
Other channelings were directly influenced by the dark energy. This is true of earlier messages as well as more recent ones. This accounts for the emphasis on the predicted short-term dramatic nature of changes during 2012, and the magical solutions presented. As the light has elevated on your planet, so have the efforts of the dark. They are in vain, but that does not lessen their impact.
We are most pleased that you are now pulling 5th Dimension into your physical body, Mark. We are most appreciative of your dedication to this endeavor, and are most happy to call you, “brother.†It is for this reason that we recommended that you undertake the Mastering Alchemy training, and its results have been even better than we had hoped. Recall your time with Matrix Energetics when you were told that what you did was being done for all on the planet. We wish to expand this and inform you that what you are doing now is for all creation in physical form.
During this time, one of the most important things to do is to avoid unnecessary interaction with things associated with the 3rd Dimension. The movie you saw recently was a good example of emersion in the 3rdDimension. Almost all of the action and plot were of the 3rd Dimension. Nothing was resolved without violence. Avoid such situations. On the opposite hand you did well to re-immerse yourself in the 5th Dimension, and to blank out memories of the movie.
Let us now move forward to discussing other ways in which the 3rdDimension impinges upon you. Recognize that you are totally immersed in a soup of the 3rd Dimension. Recognize that most people about you operate from the fear-based 3rd Dimension. Recognize that all of your human structures – economy, government, etc. – operate based from a 3rdDimension framework. It is fine to discuss and analyze things of the 3rdDimension with others who are enlightened; however wallowing in this type of discussion does not serve you. Minimize the use of your rational mind; empower your heart energy. Be discerning with what you allow into your consciousness.
Recognize also that all lightworkers are immersed in the 3rd Dimension. All rely on the structures of the 3rd Dimension to some degree. All are unconsciously influenced by their experiences with religion, career, childhood, and those around them. This inevitably causes some distortion in the communications they receive from those of a higher vibration. Some channels have been attacked by the agents of darkness, and do not recognize that their message has been corrupted.
Find a place in your heart where you resonate with what is true for you. Quiet your rational mind and listen with your heart. Find those messages that speak to your deepest knowingness. If parts of the message do not appeal allow that which does to come into your awareness. Put aside that which does not support your advancement to the higher vibrations, and to maintaining these higher vibrations.
This latter is most important during these times of the transformation. Focus your energies on that which will elevate your consciousness. Step away from all that does not support your quest to remain at the highest possible vibration. Do not dabble in the things of lower vibration because they are habits or because you are curious. Maintain your center. Maintain your physical health. Find other humans who will support you in this quest. Find a connection to us of the higher vibrations.
Know that all aboard Athabantian honor what you are doing. You are truly making a difference. Walk in Christed consciousness. Assume a new demeanor so that all will know that you have enveloped a new way of being. Walk and talk from your new center, your new knowingness, and your new energy.

Here in the spiritual realms we are observing with joy your excellent progress towards your awakening. Â Your task remains to focus on holding the intent for humanity to awaken as divinely planned and intended. Â You can really have no idea how effective you have all become at holding that intent, and because of that it is going to happen. Â Remember, Love, God does not impose, does not override your free will, but It embraces you joyously when you open yourselves to receive what is always on offer.
Your collective separation induced and constant fear has become deeply ingrained, and that is why, now that you have chosen to leave the illusion behind you, it appears to you that your awakening is taking so long to achieve.  That fear is the fear of abandonment, by God!  You, as humanity, attempted to separate yourselves from Him, thought that you could and did, then presumed that He must have also abandoned you.  That concept is indeed terrifying.  Without Him, your eternal connection to Him, and the state of being in love with Him and being loved by Him, then there is nothing, not nothing as experienced as a lack of something, but nothing – no people, no world, nowhere, no God – and that possibility is what terrifies you.  How could it be otherwise?
However, the ascended masters, prophets, guides, and mystics who have incarnated among you over the eons and shown you, each in their own way, how God’s Love for you is eternal, have assisted you in moving back from the brink of self-abandonment that kept tempting you to engage in self-destruction.  That is what all your conflicts, wars, judgments and condemnations at the deepest level are all about – self-destruction – you see yourselves as not good enough, unable ever to be good enough because you made the insane choice to separate from your divine Source.  But your perception has changed, judgment is falling away, and you are realizing that God is Love and that His Love for you is unchangeable.  Truly your progress is rapid and accelerating, so keep intensifying your intent to complete the journey and be welcomed Home by the enthusiastic and loving community that is expectantly awaiting your arrival.
The welcome that awaits you is unprecedented, utterly magnificent, and it is there for you, every single one of you without any exceptions, to experience as though you were the absolute center of creation on which all Love is eternally focused.  And because all are One, each one of you is the center of creation, and the joy of experiencing the Love that flows to that point is beyond any meaningful description.
Often you note that others, with big egos, seem to imagine that they are the center of the universe, and you find that offensive as it is frequently accompanied by a powerful sense of personal grandiosity. Â But that sense of being the absolute center is what you are all seeking because it is your heritage, your destiny, it is where you were created, and without it, because of your sense of separation, you feel lost, alone, isolated and abandoned, and to relieve the pain of that your egos attack other egos to try and improve your standing, your status in the hierarchy of humanity. Well, your status within the egocentric boundaries that the illusion provides, however elevated it becomes will never satisfy you. Â The illusion cannot provide satisfaction because it is unreal.
True satisfaction, eternal satisfaction will greet you when you awaken, and you areapproaching the moment when all will fall divinely into place as the illusion dissolves and the mist or fog in which it appears to enfold you clears allowing you to see the wonder that is Reality.  You cannot and will not fail to arrive Home because, as you well know, there is nowhere else.  To arrive Home is to awaken from the illusion, and most certainly eternal sleep is impossible.
You are stirring towards awakening, as you have so often been told, and then you snuggle down again, fearful that you might be re-entering the nightmare that has been so much a part of your life experience for so long. Â We are all assisting you as you strive towards awakening, reassuring you that it is full wakefulness that you are approaching and not another fearful nightmare. Â Listen to us, hear us, and be comforted and encouraged in the knowledge that what we keep telling you is what you need to know so that you can move forwards into wakefulness.
The field of Love, in which you are so gently and lovingly enveloped, is feeding you with irresistible sensations of which you can no longer remain unaware and enticing you onwards, upwards from the depths of your sleep, and towards the brilliant Light of eternal day. Â Shake off all the accoutrements of the illusion that are not in alignment and harmony with Love, and allow your awakening.

It is now obvious to those who are awakening that there have been great changes made by the rising energies within this last month, so much so that many are not only noticing the changes within themselves and each other, but are communicating this. There are, for some, even glimmerings of psychic openings where none were before. Almost all of you in this awakening state are feeling yourselves primed and ready for you know not what.
Our message to you today is that you do know what. It is the manifestation of your heart’s deepest urgings. There has always been a time for this to happen. That time is now. The conditions in which you find yourselves at this point are best described as release. You are being released. What do you do now?
We suggest that your hearts and your highest selves know the answer to that and are much better prepared to handle it than you are. They have worked long and diligently getting you to this point, answering each intent and desire in your heart. So what we would recommend for those who have done their clearing and learned to spend time in their heart space is, throw the reins up onto the neck of your horse and hang on. Release.
Do today what is given you to do today. You need only concern yourselves with staying in alignment, keeping your state of joy and love alive. There is no reason to worry, no gain comes of it. Only keep your focus on that which brings you joy. Your Creator, your higher selves, and your angels need only your request that they steer the ship. Once you have been able to do that, you will find it much easier to spend time sharing the love and peace you find within with all others. And that, dear ones, is the place to be. But if you are in constant struggle to answer your own needs and wants, it is very difficult to truly devote yourself to others, is not true?
Yes, you can make an effort to do so, but you always find yourself falling back. Find the place of knowing that you are worthy, loved, and provided for. Then you will find that your heart readily begins to wish the same for all other beings.
We understand that a very great number of you have understood much of what we are saying now for a while, but those to whom that applies will please understand that there are now numbers awakening for whom these concepts are just being discovered. There are still more than a few who consider themselves lightworkers who struggle daily with the same old problems. Let us, we on this side and you on that, help them free themselves from those old situations and feel the freedom of this new energy, this new world. Their contributions are going to be needed as we move ahead now.

Contentment is a great place to me. Many people spend their entire lives seeking to be there. And when–or if–they reach a place of “contentmentâ€, they are willing to let things rest right there. Getting to Contentment is enough for one lifetime. It is more than enough. It is truly an extraordinary achievement, and, truth be told, most people do not make it.
So why go on? Why–in a sense–not be “content†with Contentment?
Well, of course, you can’t go on if you are “not content†with Contentment, because that means, by definition that you have not reached Contentment. So the first thing we can understand about the reason to go on is that it has nothing to do with the state of Contentment somehow not being “enough.†It has nothing to do with need, or frustration, or dissatisfaction with Whom or What we are.
If our desire to move forward with our own evolution springs from one of those feelings, then we may have actually moved backward. Or, perhaps, we never arrived, after all, at the place where we imagined ourselves to be.
So the first message we receive when we reach the place on the Evolutionary Journey called Contentment is that–as Conversations with God says so perfectly, “there is nowhere we have to go, nothing we have to do, and no way we have to be, except exactly the way we are being right now.â€
Boiled down to its essence, this translates into a simple matter of Self Acceptance. Yet, for most people, Self Acceptance is not such a simple matter. Indeed, it may be the hardest thing in life to achieve. That is why it is such a wonderful accomplishment for a Being to reach a state of Contentment. And to be able to sustain such an experience is a sign of beginning mastery.
Yet there are grander places to which a soul may travel. There are grander experiences within the framework of human life which may be had. And the state of Contentment is by no means a state of total wakefulness. Or, to put it in other words, Self Acceptance does not equal Self-Awareness.
To accept your Self as you presently are does not mean that there is no greater version of your Self that you can experience.
It simply means that you are satisfied with your Self and that you have no need to go further, no need to be “more,†no self-imposed or other-imposed requirement to be somehow even “better.â€
It means that you have understood the Ninth Illusion of Humans: Superiority Exists.
(You will remember The Ten Illusions of Humans from the extraordinary book,Communion with God:
1. Need Exists 2. Failure Exists 3. Disunity Exists 4. Insufficiency Exists 5. Requirement Exists 6. Judgment Exists 7. Condemnation Exists 8. Conditionality Exists 9. Superiority Exists 10. Ignorance Exists
The first five of these are The Physical Illusions, having to do with life in your physical body. The second five are the Metaphysical Illusions, having to do with non-physical realities, or ideas held in your mind.)
The idea that Superiority Exists can create a “need†within the mind to experience something other than what we are experiencing right now. This need, too, is an illusion. It is the First Illusion of Humans, and the false idea upon which all other false ideas regarding Life are based. It is the First Mistake. It is the Prime Misunderstanding. It is, in a sense, the Original Sin. (There is no such thing as “sin,†of course. The term is used here as a figure of speech.)
So, Contentment is a State of Being in which we realize that Superiority is an illusion. It is impossible to be superior to exactly what you are being right now. This is another way of saying that all things are perfect in God’s world. God needs nothing to be any different than the way it is being right now.
Why, then, bother to change? Why bother to change anything, much less our very selves?
The reason to change
The reason to change is the same as the reason to do anything. Conversations with God tells us that there is only one reason to do anything at all: to announce and declare, become and fulfill, express and experience the next grandest version of the greatest vision ever we held about Who We Are.
CwG puts this succinctly in the following phrase:
Every act is an act of self definition.This is profoundly true–and it is understood by very few people. It is embraced by even fewer.
It is important to realize here that “grander†does not in any way mean “better.†A thing being bigger does not equate to a thing being superior. “Grander†means simply that: larger. Within the context of the statement above from CwG , it means “a larger version†of the greatest vision we ever held about ourselves.
A tree is not “better†because it is larger today than it was fifteen years ago. It has simply grown. It has become no “better†than it was before. It is in no way “nicer†or “wiser†than it was when it was a seedling. The tree knows nothing more now than it knew then. But it has GROWN. It has become more of what it always was, from the very beginning. It is simply exhibiting more “treeness.†It hasn’t become something other than what it was, but it has become more of what it was.
The reason for a human to change is not to become “better,†but simply to become a larger version of what that Being already is. This process of becoming larger is the process of growth–and growth is the process of Life itself. Therefore, you could not stop the process if you wanted to, without stopping Life itself, and that is something you cannot do.
You can, however, slow it down.
(Not in real terms, but in terms of the Illusion you are living, which you call human life. In real terms, you always were, are now, and always will be, exactly what you are right now: Divinity, to the max. You cannot be “partly†Divine, for Divinity is a State of Being that is indivisible. It is non-reducible. It is Wholeness itself. It is the All In All being All In All. Yet, inside of the illusion that the All In All has created, called Time and Space and Physical Life, you can slow down your experience of Who You Are, and you do…in order that you may “experience the experience†more completely, more fully, more long-lastingly, more “divinely,†than you could if you experienced it All At Once. When you understand this, you understand the reason that you created all of the illusions, including the Illusion of Time.)
When you “slow down Life†you do not actually slow down Life at all, but merely your experience of it. It is like running a DVD in slow motion. Every picture is already on the DVD. You are simply telling your playback machine to run them past the scanner more slowly.
Consciousness is the playback machine of your mind.
The higher your consciousness, the more pictures you see at once. It’s like looking at a film strip, laid out on a light table before you. You can look at the film one frame at a time, with a magnifying glass, or you can look at the whole strip and see all the frames at once. The frames exist simultaneously, but you can, if you wish, view them sequentially. Thus, the reality on the table before you is sequentaneous.

Ascension Earth 2012 Greg Giles: 20120808 Message from the Galactic Federation of Light 8/7/12 ‘Fulfilling Your Assignments’
It is time to now put aside all the limiting distractions and confusions that are keeping you from reaching your goals and fulfilling your assignments at this time. We would like to see more of you participating in the events that you had shown such great interest in before you headed this way so long ago. Many of you were very interested in participating in these world changing plans and could not wait to get here and begin. What has changed for you? What has changed in your life that is now keeping you from doing what it is you so wanted to do?
We are here just as we had planned and had promised you. We did not forget our end of the bargain. Now that we are here we ask you to now participate and uphold your end of the bargain, but many of you do not heed this call and respond to your sworn duties, to your responsibilities to your mission in the name of your Creator, to your universe and to yourselves. Why is this so? What is it that is so interesting, so distracting, so mesmerizing, so time consuming that keeps you from fulfilling your oath to perform your duties to the best of your abilities at all times once you had been reminded or awakened to your divine mission in service to your planet, each other and to all of us throughout our universe? This is what we ask you today. We ask you, our brothers and sisters, could you explain to us just what it is that busies you so that keeps you from fulfilling the duties of your mission. We would like for those of you who are not participating either fully or partly to leave your comments beneath our message and tell us why it is that you are too busy, have changed your mind or are unwilling on any level to participate in our mission to restore love and light to this world that has fallen so deeply into darkness, a mission that’s success or failure will reverberate throughout this entire universe.
We will be reading all the comments beneath today’s message throughout your online communities. We are greatly interested in your responses, as we do not know and we cannot figure out why there are so few of you involved completely or even partially in our mission. There are so many more of you who have signed up for this mission than have responded. We cannot give you precise statistics on this, as many of you are participating fractionally or on a part time level and it is difficult to measure exactly how much these beings are participating and how much they are not participating. We do keep tabs on who it is that are doing what, please do not get us wrong. We clearly see and have taken note of all the work that each and every one of you are doing. What we are simply saying is it is difficult to surmise an exact figure in regards to how much work each of you are doing. We will just say that it is clear that some of you are doing far more work than others and some of you are doing none at all.
What we would like to see, of course, is all of you who have signed up for this mission to do a great deal of work, for that was the original contract that you agreed to. This is your mission, this is your only mission at this time, this is your only purpose, and we ask those of you who have a feeling that they are part of this mission, that they are part of us, the Galactic Federation of Light or one of the other galactic commands to drop what it is you’re doing and find out by emerging yourself in our lightwork, in our efforts to alter the present course of this planet and her people. That is our task; that is our solemn oath that we all took before we said goodbye to each other and journeyed here in many different ways. Â
We see that many of you have found hobbies and interests that consume a great deal of your free time, and we do understand that many of you do not have a great deal of free time to begin with as so many of you must work so many hours to support yourselves and your families. We completely understand this, however, we wish to point out that the hours that you are working come as no surprise to you, as all of you had some sort of idea what you would be doing for a living. All of you had a peek, if you will, at the lives you would be living. This was part of the deal, and all of you were blessed with that opportunity, allowing you to choose just what kind of life would be most beneficial to you in many different ways, most importantly, what kind of life you would be living that would allow you to do the work that you signed up to do and what kind of experiences you would live through to strengthen your being and that would reward you with so much once your work here was done.
We see that many of you have learned many lessons throughout this lifetime and you are on the road to receiving many of the gifts and blessings that were possible for you at the end of this, your current incarnation. What is missing in this equation is the work that you assured us you would do throughout this lifetime, especially here at the very end when your participation is so greatly needed. We ask those of you who are reading these words and who feel we are speaking to you personally today to drop whatever it is that consumes your time, your interest, your focus and your energy and get to work. You all should know by now what it is you could or should be doing. There should be no mystery any longer.
 You are Lightworkers. Light is information. You are information workers. Now is the time to get to work and create, share and make easily assessable information regarding the great Earth changes that are occurring and that are scheduled that will affect every man, woman and child on this planet. These changes are so large in scope and there are so many of them that you may begin, if you have not already, almost anywhere. You can begin by discussing with others at home, work, or throughout your online communities our seawall project that will safeguard many areas of coastline around the world in preparation for what will be, at least in some areas, rising sea levels due to earthquakes centered deep below the surface of your planet. This is not a very difficult task, is it dear ones? And it is very easy to get started.
You may also choose to assist us share the information of the presence of your star and soul families, your guides, your protectors and your friends of the Galactic Federation of Light and our brothers and sisters of the Ashtar Command who are also here, who are also your friends, soul families, star families, neighbors and guides. This is a very important assignment, as much depends upon the reception we receive from the people of this planet. We cannot force ourselves upon them, and although many of you reading these words are not only prepared but are very eager for our reunion and the day we walk your Earth amongst you, we say to you that you are a rarity indeed, you are the exception to the rule. There are many millions of people at this time on your planet who are not prepared at all, not only for our arrival, but even to learn that we exist, and for them to learn that we are here and in such large numbers with our large numbers of spacecraft is too much for many of these beings to handle.
What is called for, what is very much needed is a breaking of the ice time period, where this kind of information is made available to them in small increments. Landing our ships on the centerfield at your summer Olympic Games would be an incredible miscalculation of human nature and consciousness at this time. This was never part of our plan and never would be. Our plan has been and continues to be a plan where very small but increasing increments of information were to be made available to the people of your world, starting with a very small grassroots effort where our Lightworkers, small in numbers in the beginning as well, began to discuss openly and post through your online communities information about our existence, our presence here and our honorable intentions in love and service to our Creator and to you, who are our own brothers and sisters.
This was the plan many eons ago and remains firm the plan today. Having the news of our presence here in your skies broadcast through media outlets around your world all at the same time would cause havoc, would cause chaos. We can state this so confidently because we have been engaging in tests of the levels of human consciousness and their ability to accept the information about our presence here for quite some time and these tests continue to this very day, and we will report to you that the people of your planet are not ready for this kind of life shattering news. Please do not take this as bad news, for we will very shortly be making our presence known, but not globally through one great announcement or event, we wish to make this perfectly clear. For those of you waiting for one great Earth changing ‘shot heard round the world’ event, you will be greatly disappointed, as it is very clear this would shatter the fragile infrastructure of not only a world, but many of the beings within.
Please be patient with us as we are patient with you. We will, in time, slowly reveal ourselves and introduce ourselves to the people of your world, but this will be a slow and gradual process just as it has been. We must be very careful not to disturb too greatly the fragile human psyche that many of the people of this planet possess. This is all we will say about this matter today, but we will add that we have many projects planned with you and as many of you are beginning to surmise by now these projects cannot be concealed from the public of your world, at least in some cases, for very long. Many of you have begun to figure out that these projects will lead to a disclosure that will grow in size fairly quickly compared to the speed at which our mission in this regard has been moving up to this point. This would be accurate to say, and this will amount to the disclosure that so many of you seek, look forward to and work so hard on accomplishing today.
We say to those of you who are participating in your mission of light that your work is tremendously appreciated. We know who each and every one of you are and your work is not, and will never be, overlooked in any way. For all of you who have yet to begin your work, we say to you it is never too late to get in the game and all of the work that you will do will be greatly appreciated and will benefit our mission tremendously, and we say to you is it now the time that you began what it is you took an oath to do?
We look forward to reading your comments today, reminding you that what we are asking is what is it that interferes with your work, what is it that is consuming all of your free time, your energy and your focus, and acts as an obstacle to you in the fulfilling of the duties of your mission here in this world. We look forward to reading your responses, and we look so forward to speaking with you again very shortly. Until then, it is time for all of you to get in the game as the game is reaching its final period.

Yes indeed you are connected with KRYON, .. do not worry about the intricacies of the name and do not worry about anything dear child for I come to you with love and devotion, for I come to you with love and understanding, for I am you and you are me and together we shall be always.. What is your questions dear child?…. (the question is about what else could we do in order to facilitate our ascension beyond what we are doing_).. ahh dear child that is a great question that you have brought forth and I will try and give you a most elaborate and yet straight to the point answer.

What you as humanity light workers are currently doing is letting go of the past. I will only speak to the light workers at the moment, for the majority of humanity sadly has not yet awakened, but do not worry dear child for there will come a day and there will come a time and there will come a minute and a there will come a moment, that is NOW, that happening within your sphere, when everyone on earth plane will rejoice with love and devotion to each other, and from where I am looking at you, from where we are standing currently, and showing the light, we are seeing that indeed it is true, that such a process has already occurred. For as you already know that everything is indeed in the NOW, we are here in the now and in the present and there is no duality, there is no duality of time and space and matter.
I have spoken about this previously before, but I will repeat it here again for those that may have not understood, for what is duality dear child…, what you perceive duality to be is not as it is. For what you believe it is to be, is being in two worlds simultaneously, that is not so, for what duality represents is seeing separation, separation of one being into two, separation of each of you from each other, separation of anything into the dark and into the light.
And so we will speak to you about a very important aspect of your ascension.. the none duality approach and the reason it is so important is because, if you do not embrace the idea that duality does not exist… if you believe something to be either black or either white, then you are going to miss out on the most important point in the ascension and in your life and in your understanding of life, for duality does not occur anywhere but in your made up worlds, for it is indeed not as it should be, and then again you may argue with me and say how should it be, or should it not be, aren’t you the one to speak to me about none judgment?
And I will say onto you that it is true and it is correct that there is no duality and there is no such thing as “should or should notâ€, but from our perspective and most importantly from the perspective of YOUR HIGHER SELF of your true soul… the desire of unity is unfolding, the desire for unity and peace and harmony is what is driving you forward, as it should.
And so we must explain to you in detail so that you can understand the reason that remaining in duality will stop you from ascending further… the point of ascension for each one of you, is to see that you are connected indeed, undeniably so, and that you are all ONE and the same, and yet so different from each other and that what makes it a wondrous experience for all of you…Â
Duality – Not to judge, and judged be not. Not to be in judgment of anything. To just accept it as is, to accept it as it should be or should not be. And yes you keep asking me over and over again, how then are you saying that there is a dark side and light side. What we are explaining to you is that you should relate to each other, and most importantly to yourselves, for when you are in your day to day state, of mind, and state of being, you go about your day and you put labels and judgment and remain in duality at every moment, for you judge whether or not that color is good, or that colors I bad, or that person is good or that person is bad, and that is remaining in duality. For what we are asking of you is remain in a state of ONENESS dear child, whereby you check to see how you resonate with whatever comes your way, and whereby you do not judge it to be anything negative or positive, but you simply see how you resonate with whatever is being presented before you..
And if you do not resonate with it, ask yourself why is it so, that I do not find that I resonate with it when others do.. You will then know thyself that much better and be able to remove the ingrained insecurities, ingrained misunderstandings, ingrained miss identities that have been placed upon you, by those that are in control of your world presently so. For duality has been created in order to separate you, in order to separate you into various entities, in order to create an illusion of separation, and hence we are here to tell you that it is not indeed so, for you are all connected to one another.
And now going back to your question about what you should or should not do. Well dear child, since you are asking this question then you do recognize that there are certain aspect of yourself that are preventing you from moving forward, moving away and through the veil of misconception. And hence we are going to give you a “check listâ€Â and of course we are going to begin and say this onto you, that really there is no right or wrong, there is no bad or good, there I no dark o light, although we are going to be referring to dark and light in the future for that is how you are used to understanding the ideas that are going to be presented to you, but in the sometime, in the time of times, when you are no longer in duality we will be able to speak with you face to face candidly so, and you will no longer have these ideas of dark an light, for you will accept all as is, and you will come to understand that there is no light and there is no dark, for its all the same, a unity, for there must be light and there must be dark in order to facilitate life further so..
And hence the check list :

You are to begin your day with an early meditation, even if you are rushing off to work as many of you are doing, we ask that you remove yourself from your beds a few minutes in advance and walk towards the light, and the dawn of the breaking sun, and as you face towards the morning sun, we ask you to do the sun salutation, yes indeed dear child sun salutations that you are so very well familiar with, for that will set you in a good state of mind for the rest of your earthly day!  And hence you are to mediate as well for at least five minutes, that is all that we are asking of you, so that you can get into the state of being in such a state that even if you are not meditating throughout the day you are still connected to the source as you walk around your day and as you walk about your current world and do your current earthly deeds.
