“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very happy to see how many humans are excited about the February 22nd 2022 energies, and we want you all to know that you do get to use them for whatever you are most interested in. We told you about these energies and what they could do for you, but we also want you to know that you get to set your intentions for how to work with the energies and what you want them to do for you and for your fellow humans. We will give you some instructions on how to better receive them right now.
When you sit to receive these beautiful energies, do so with your eyes closed and the palms of your hands facing up. Make yourself as relaxed and comfortable as you can be, and imagine golden white light coming down from the sky upon you. Feel the energies coming in through the crown of your head and falling right into the palms of your hands. Feel for these wonderful energies all around you, and when you feel them running through your body, feel the energies moving all the way down to the souls of your feet.
Once you feel that you have opened up and received the energies of February 22nd 2022, recognize that you then can direct them towards your favorite cause, towards the aspect of life on Earth that is most in need of change from your perspective. Send the energies from your heart center to whatever you would like to see changed on your world today, and know that many other lightworkers around the world are doing the same. You’re always working as a team, and those of you who are there to make a difference know who you are and know when it is a very powerful day to be making those changes.
Now, you also can utilize these energies for making changes in your personal lives, and so, once you have downloaded them, you can focus on the changes you would like to see in whatever you feel is in your life that could use some energetic boosting. You can focus on adding to your life what you would like to add and subtracting from your life what you would like to subtract. You can trust that these energies are happy to work with you in the creation of your reality.
And as awakened souls, you know that you get to work with the energies that are upon you to create your reality at any time, but you also know that there are times when it is more appropriate to focus, to feel, and to direct the energies in a particular place in your lives and in the world. This is one of those times, but the timing is not limited to the day of February 22nd. These energies will be upon you, and you can work with them leading up to the equinox. The equinox energies will start coming in at some point in March, and then you will have those energies supporting you as well. If you do not do the process that we have outlined here on the day of February 22nd, do not worry. Do not feel that you have missed out. The energies are not going anywhere, and they will continue to come in even after the stroke of midnight on your clocks.
You are beautiful co-creators, and you are working with all the energies that you have upon you, and today is a very good day to feel that and acknowledge that, but so is every day. And so, we suggest that you continue to use the process that we have given you to receive and to create and to live happily ever after there on Earth. You are meant to create, and you are meant to receive, and when you are doing both you are truly in the flow and that is a lovely way to live your lives there on Earth.

We are very excited to announce that we have been working with e.t.s from other dimensions on a project, and that project has been about opening up more portals, more delivery systems for energies to reach planet Earth and your atmosphere. These portals are not just about delivering to you the February energies, and they are not just about delivering the March energies. These portals will remain open in order to assist those of us who are helping all of you, and they will be more precise and able to handle more energies than other portals that you’ve had open there for quite some time.
This is wonderful news for humanity, as you need all the support you can get. But the shift is happening within each and every one of you, and it happens with so much more ease and joy when you open yourselves up to these wonderful energies that are being delivered to you through the portals you already had and the new portals that are opening up right now. Relax and be at peace. Know that help is on the way, and know that as you receive that help, you will have more to give to your fellow humans. We know that you have so much compassion within you and that you want to be of service to so many, and the energies of 2022 will be very supportive to those who are looking to be of service in some way, shape or form.
Even if you haven’t figured out yet what you can do personally, keep in mind that opportunities will present themselves that you cannot fathom with your physical minds. Dratzo! Things are buzzing around your globe! Numerous incidents have occurred which are scaring the leaders of the dark cabal. The events are now forcing these arrogant ones to relent and permit the rise of a new global monetary system. Along with this development is the establishing of a new international financial system.
This series of linked events is creating shock waves that threaten the very existence of many corrupt and formerly omnipotent governments. An ever-growing wedge is now appearing that is shortly to cause them to allow new governance to appear. This manifesting phenomenon is eventually to allow a thorough disclosure of our existence to occur.
The dark can easily see that its reign of many millennia is swiftly coming to a close. It is to be replaced by rule based on morality, your sovereignty and an ever-rising prosperity. In this new realm, you are to learn many things that were hidden from you; among them your extraterrestrial origins and the former existence of the fallen continents of Atlantis and Mu.
These new facts are to shock you into some understanding of who you really are. The rest is to come when the Ascended Masters and their Inner Earth brethren address you. All of these things are to prepare you for the fact that you are shortly to return to full consciousness. Our allies are forging the underpinnings for a new financial system and are readying the mechanisms for the rise of a new reality. These events are now manifesting in bits and pieces around your globe, and are only the mere beginnings!
Your new set of facts is to readjust your basic perceptions about your world. Take these in hand and be ready to apply them to your many societies. The primary purpose is to lift you far above survival level and rid you of governance and a worldly cabal whose purpose is to deny you your natural birthrights. Lies were purposely told to you. They are now to be removed and replaced by truths that make most of what you know useless. Take what you learn and be prepared to expand this when your Ascended Masters address you.
This new set of knowledge is just the start of what you really need to know about yourselves and your original ancestors, the numerous immigrants from the stars! These fully conscious Beings came here to aid Gaia and care for a vast and wondrous interlocked set of eco-systems. Gaia was then united and possessed a fully conscious realm both on and below her surface. This remarkable world had birthed this galaxy and come to rest eons ago in the life zone of your sun.
The process of protecting and preserving a host of eco-systems also included adding to the robustness of Gaia. The initial results were quite promising. The new colonists had gained a renewal for Gaia and her living systems that brought a great joy to all. This process was temporarily skewed by the rise of the new daughter colony of Atlantis. The rulers of this daughter colony were greatly influenced by the priests and priestesses of the Anchara continuum.
This can be likened to the legends of the great fall of humanity into darkness. These legends have largely made it impossible to fully comprehend the workings imposed on them by the Anunnaki and their succeeding bands of minions. This confusion is now to be returned to truth! Coming history lessons are to prepare you to understand why you are now in limited consciousness and how you are to be returned to your natural state of full consciousness. The final step in this journey is to be done by Heaven and your space and Inner Earth families.

At present, each one of the several events that are manifesting is ready to greatly alter the world you live in. The dark has been in charge ever since the Atlanteans left for their location in Beta Centauri. They left behind those who successfully manipulated this surface reality for nearly 13 millennia. This reign is coming to an end as new institutions are born.
While this is occurring, we have watched as Heaven adjusts and recalibrates your mental emotional and physical bodies. As each of these reaches a higher vibration, you become able to absorb new perceptions and rethink the foundation of your various core beliefs. Dear blessed Ones, you are at the very edge of a new reality. Most of what you know has been given to you in puzzles. The dark persists in explaining to you that these odd puzzles are truth. In fact, they are only jumbled half-truths. We intend to present to you the complete solved puzzle, eliminating any mysteries. Once you have absorbed these messages, you can see who you truly are, and what you once were.
These actions are only the beginning of what we are to say. You need to be assured of your destination in this grand journey. Much has been written by many, attempting to uncover what the dark so heinously mixed up. Absent the mysteries, you can then see how unique and wondrous you truly are. In this new setting, we can introduce you to what the process of Ascension is really about!
You are entering a realm filled with wonder and miracles! This requires you to focus deeply and intently upon the Divine, and the real meaning of divine service. In this mode, numerous subjects take on deep meanings that you have not previously experienced. This mode requires a special degree of training to allow you to see and clearly outline what you need to do to accomplish your inner and outer goals.
All of this is related so you can quickly discover how the spiritual and physical realms are connected. This insight lets you interact as a most wondrous collective and pursue both your joint and individual goals. You become a member of both the sisterhoods and brotherhoods of the Light in Heaven and for the Earth. You are returned to the sacred missions that brought you long ago to this most magnificent realm!

Ashtar here, on this most joyous occasion, to bring the meditation that will aid in the completion and overlay of Earth’s Crystalline Grid; an occasion which has been eagerly anticipated not only by you but also by those of us in the higher realms. For truly this is a most auspicious moment in the history of your planet. So let’s Light it up, shall we?To begin your meditation, please take the time necessary to center yourself and ground your energy into the body of the planet.Having done so, you are to then state the intent that your energy will merge with the energies of all others across the globe, for this will be a group effort of Unity Consciousness. And, of course, the energy I speak of is that of Love, the most powerful Force in all Creation, for we will be laying down a Pathway of Love for the Crystalline Grid activation to proceed in a more graceful manner.
As we have spoken of many times before, there are certain processes that we of the higher dimensions perform and there are other processes that we depend upon you, our Ground Crew, to perform. Therefore, for this meditation, your task is to provide the Pathway for the Crystalline Energies to flow throughout and upon the body of your Mother Earth and all her many lifeforms. So, after centering yourself, grounding into the planet and stating your intent, please proceed as follows:
For the entire fifteen minutes (each day) — or longer if desired — you are asked to send the Energy of Love, through your intent, to the Crystal Kingdom of Earth. This includes all crystals within the planet, upon the surface of the planet, and within your physical forms. Having thus sent forth that intent, you are asked to then visualize the Energy of Love anchoring into the core of the planet, expanding to fill the interior of the planet, and rising up to the surface and encompassing all lifeforms.
We, in the higher realms, will facilitate the unlocking of the Crystalline Codes, while you will be facilitating the Pathway on which those Codes will be dispersed. For this Grid, my brothers and sisters, is the Matrix for your New Earth and what we have all strived for, for so long. And NOW it is so!

Alpha Spaceship 20120723 Galactic energies are coming in, can YOU feel it too? Méline Lafont
Just wanted to share something today that has to do with the Arcturians .. No channeling but some new information and a personal experience in this area. I have permission from them to share it and as it can mean good news and can flare up hope again, I have chosen to share this with you.Â
Since a few days I feel huge energetic shifts. I felt an enormous presence of Galactic light beings and Galactic energies. Flashes of light ships in my mind, of various types of Galactic brothers of the Light, whom presented themselves to me 1 by 1. Before I go any further with the information I received and my personal experience of the last 3 days, I will first explain a bit more about the band that I’ve created with them from the beginning until now …It all started with my first TAUK sessions.TAUK is a way to communicate with the higher world through a letter board and a pendulum. In the very beginning I made my way through some short channelings which could take hours sometimes, but I enjoyed those hours of talking with my new friends. In the midst of a channeling with Saint Germain, I felt a lot of tingling in my 3rd eye and crown chakra, it gave me a feeling that both chakra’s were fully open. I asked what this was and was told that it were the Arcturians who were helping me with my telepathic gifts so I will be able to utilize and to develop them. Saint Germain asked me to close my eyes and to try to write the sentences that came into my mind. Suddenly I noticed that the inside information flowed and I could finish the sentences and soon could automatically write down what was coming. I checked everything out with the pendulum on the TAUK board and it seemed to be fully correct. That way my channel established through telepathic communication.Â
Further on I even went on 1 of the ships and I received a tour. Unfortunately, I have either not received the images of the view from the inside of the vessels, or they have been erased … but I was allowed to see different types of ships, the outside shape, from different civilisations. I heard 1 of my 2 guides, whom were giving me a tour, say: “And this is now an Arcturian ship (which is a kind of a round form) this is a Pleiadian ship of your family (more like a saucer shape) and this is a ship of the Sirians (which appeared to be some sort of triangle ). “ Afterwards I was introduced to the civilisations themselves including relatives of mine. “These are the Pleiadians, your family.” (They were very humanly like just as we are).  “These are the Arcturians (then there appeared a flash of a beïng that had a thin face but a very broad occiput with some light green-white-like color of skin) and these are the Sirians . “I have no images of the latter nor can I see or remember them because I was apparently startled by their appearance, as has been informed to me. I apparently had a tour of a ship where several civilisations were working closely together. I have experienced this in a conscious way in the Alpha state I was in, so just before falling asleep. I especially heard a lot and explanations that were given to me with occasional flashes of images but unfortunately the tour was largely without residual images. A few weeks later I was in a kind of consciousness where some sort of language was taught to me, it proved to be a light language or another civilisation’s language..I know absolutely nothing of how it sounded or what it was, but I was consciously experiencing a language that was taught to me … again I heard voices talking to me and explaining everything and I got images of light sources and light patterns.
As 1 of my children is from the Arcturian civilisation, I now and then get visits from them and I’m also starting to see them as an energy form around me ..  I am regularly scanned by them and I get lots of uploads and this is always accompanied by these procedures of explanation as it always happened in a conscious way. They let me know exactly what they do and why … and what the result is. So the last 3 days I got a lot of geometric patterns and a kind of movie that flashes before my eyes. These patterns consist of different shapes and colors, and they alternate with crystal patterns, patterns of light and lightwaves, rays and even something resembling wormholes. Egyptian symbols were also amongst them.. I received from them the guidance and explanation for each pattern of what it was and why I’ve received these. I did not have to try to remember them or write them down, just letting them flow and pick them up . My brain and light body would know what should be done with it.  It turned out to be my personal light codes of my blueprint, my Merkabah which were now included in my light cells of my Crystalline body and they were constantly updated.This is all necessary for me to convert into an energy form and to be able to manifest myself again, the Arcturians told me.These are images I found that are very similar to the images I got imprinted of geometric codes and codes of light. Since I can not properly describe and draw them myself, I find these pictures very very similar, to give as an example … They are not the exact same patterns and codes that I have received, but similar …
Last night (22/07/2012 European time) I saw white energy forms moving around myself and immediately I felt a presence around me. I called upon AA Michael who immediately reassured me that the Arcturians were present with new uploads. Numbering 20 they were with me, together with the Archangels and Saint Germain, and they started talking to me. “Méline, we come here today to measure what your lifeforce, your CHI, is. You will receive in the coming days more uploads from us and everything will be closely monitored.” Suddenly I felt one half of my brain in a vibration stand, where I clearly felt that they were working on it. I immediately received the confirmation: “We are activating your inactive right brain, so that you will further take advantage of what this right brain hemisphere is all about. Your telepathic abilities will step up and become more developed, and other gifts will arrive at the forefront : this right brain hemisphere is needed for this evolution and is now led quietly to 100% of its use. Soon you will be fully exploiting this “ They have such advanced technology and intelligence that they are the ones responsible for such matters, they have experience with this and are helping us with this.Â
The Arcturians have been so kind to announce that the entire process of Ascension is now in force at a tremendous speed on an energetic level and that manifestation in our 3rd dimensional world follows soon. Concerning  Disclosure there would be a new twist. It has now started from a different approach in which the Galactic civilisations now have begun to contact humanity through their sleep and subconscious. It seems to me, and I get a strong feeling about this, that they have chosen to proceed in the most flexible manner possible because there is apparently still too much fear among humanity towards them. This is a step in the process of Disclosure for everyone to prepare for their existence. Unconsciously, the fearful amongst mankind will have a first acquaintance with the Galactic civilisations and will be informed of their good intentions on an unconscious way and in their dreams. Sometimes there will be memories that are allowed to come up, or it will be done in a more conscious way .. This way a basis for contact will be established and there is a possibility that the fear for them can even disappear, all in a unconsious way.. When the time of disclosure or contact would become reality, all can proceed more peacefully, there can be more acceptance of it, and some form of recognition.
I think this is a good approach and good news! It has become very clear to me that it really is of great importance that there should be no fear and that they do not wish to create any form of fear. It is all about: Not having fear! I want to clearly emphasize that this text are my perceptions on what I experienced with them throughout the period that I have contact with them and especially the last 3 days. I have clearly received the communication that the process has begun for Galactic civilisations to make contact with humanity through their subconscious and dreams, and that this would be a new decision. Since I was enthusiastic about these contacts and energies which I clearly feel, I asked if I could share. I have some people around me in the immediate vicinity, which told the same that in their dreams they get a lot of information and get contact with other civilisations, with images of light ships and real contacts. I’ve shared this now with their approval and that of my family contacts of the Light … I feel that, we all are on the verge of a great ride with them!

Even though long planned before 911, the Secret Shadow Government (SSG) and its main agent the US Administration did not have the necessary votes in Congress and much needed political clout or support of the American people to form Homeland Security, which many are now starting to view as the New American Gestapo.
THE HOODWINKING OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE OVER 911 WAS MASSIVE
Thanks to the crafty staging of 911 by the USAF and Neocons with help from their closest so-called ally and “little friend†in the Mideast, the USG was able to completely hoodwink almost all of the American people for a long enough time to get the Patriot Act passed.  The massive survival fear actuated in the populace by the 911 inside-job also resulterd in support for more illegal, unConstitutional Mideast wars and passage of new draconian police state laws which have now alowed the creation of homeland Security and other massive internal surveillance mechanisms of a national security state. All these effiorts to enact these unConstitutional police state measures have been claimed to be justified because America was placed in a state of National Emergency in 1933 by FDR which has been maintained by every other US President since.
This Gladio style staged false-flag, inside job attacks on 9-11-01 provided the con job necessary to dupe Congress and the American People into supporting an illegal, unConstitutional, unprovoked, undeclared wars against Iraq and Afghanistan.
HOMELAND SECURITY WAS NOT SET UP TO PROTECT CONTINENTAL AMERICA FROM TERRORISTS AS CLAIMED AT THE TIME, BUT WAS ACTUALLY DEPLOYEDÂ TO OPPRESS AND TYRANNIZE AMERICA LIKE THEÂ STASI TERRORIZED EAST GERMANY
The idea that America needed a mega internal security agency like Homeland Security was the wet dream of the Secret Shadow Government (SSG) and the alphabets agencies like the Federal Blackmail Institute. J. Edgar Hoover would be very proud of Homeland Security, the New American Gestapo and the folks put in charge of 0f it who share his notable mindset that was responsible for blackmailing and controlling much of America on behalf of the City of London Banksters for almost half a century.
Here is a very informative description of the German Gestapo which has formed the basis for the New Homeland Security in America. This is an excerpt form the Encyclopedia of Espionage, intelligence and Security 2004 by Adriene Wilouth Lerner:
“At the outbreak of the Second World War in 1939, there were approximately 40,000 Gestapo agents in Germany. As the war progressed and the Nazis gained territory throughout Europe, the Gestapo swelled to employ over 150,000 informants, agents, and accessory personnel. Gestapo agents were charged with rooting out foreign agents and resistance fighters, but they also expanded their role as an internal police force. Gestapo agents and informants concentrated on finding suspected political dissidents of the Third Reich. Spying on citizens became pervasive, and the Gestapo encouraged people to turn in “suspect persons†to local authorities. While victims of the Gestapo were subject to both civil and criminal prosecution, the secret police themselves operated above the law. On February 10, 1936, the Nazi government officially decreed that the organization was not subject to judicial review. There were no legal restraints on detention of suspects, evidence collection, or police violence. This lack of legal restraint, paired with the Gestapo’s tendency to attract and employ Nazi extremists and former criminals.â€
So it is essential to the secret designated goals and functions of Homeland Security that a huge cadre of informants be solicited and incorporated. Thus we have Infraguard, the merger of Corporate Security with Homeland Security with the alleged assignment of “shoot to kill powersâ€. More on how the SSG is using Homeland Security to create a “snitch society†later in this article.
THE FORMATION OF THE SECRET SHADOW (SSG) GOVT WAS ESSENTIALLY ANOTHER SILENT COUP LIKE THE BRITISH BANKSTERS COVERT HIGHJACKING OF THE AMERICAN MONETYARY PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN 1913
After WW2 and the Roswell flap, the SSG was essentially created by the National Security Acts of 1947 and 1952 as a response to “UFOs†and lack of a hot war which produced the massive war product markets of WW2. Basically the SSG was formed as a cartel of defense contractors protected by a cloak of secrecy under so-called “national securityâ€, like an extension of â€united Fruit†on steroids. And the insider name for the CIA, “the Company†was based on what intel folks classically referred to United Fruit as in South America since it functioned as American Intel and a corporation at the same time. Was this the first big American Intel â€proprietaryâ€, a slick way to operate American Intel deniably?  But who was American Intel truly representing, the American people or the new SSG which was really an extension of the British Banksters out of the City of London Financial District?

Homeland Security has signed purchase agreements for almost two billion rounds of .223, .308 and .40 Caliber ammo. the .40 Caliber ammo is hollow point almost exactly the same as the old Black Talons which law enforcement did not want the public to have. these .40 caliber hollow point rounds cannot be used in war because they are prohibited by the Hague Convention of 1899. Only jacketed, non-frangible rounds can be used. Conclusion, these rounds (about 5 for every man, woman and child inside America) apparently are to be used to murder American citizens in a staged civil war which the SSG plans to provoke.

Time for Change 20130403 CIA Targeted Assassinations by Induced Heart Attack and Cancer | Global Research

In 1975, during the Church Committee hearings, the existence of a secret assassination weapon came to light. The CIA had developed a poison that caused the victim to have an immediate heart attack. This poison could be frozen into the shape of a dart and then fired at high speed from a pistol. The gun was capable of shooting the icy projectile with enough speed that the dart would go right through the clothes of the target and leave just a tiny red mark. Once in the body the poison would melt and be absorbed into the blood and cause a heart attack! The poison was developed to be undetectable by modern autopsy procedures.
Can you give a person cancer?
If cancer in animals can be caused by injecting them with cancer viruses and bacteria, it would certainly be possible to do the same with human beings!
In 1931, Cornelius Rhoads, a pathologist from the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, purposely infects human test subjects in Puerto Rico with cancer cells; 13 of them died. Though a Puerto Rican doctor later discovers that Rhoads purposely covered up some of the details of his experiment and Rhoads himself gives a written testimony stating he believes that all Puerto Ricans should be killed, he later goes on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Fort Detrick Maryland (origin of the HIV/AIDS virus, the Avian Flu virus and the Swine Flu / A-H1N1 virus), Utah and Panama, and is named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, where he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.
The answer to the question – Can you give a person cancer – is yes. After nearly 80 years of research and development there is now a way to simulate a real heart attack and to give a healthy person cancer. Both have been used as a means of assassination. Only a very skilled pathologist, who knew exactly what to look for at an autopsy, could distinguish an assassination induced heart attack or cancer from the real thing.
Is death by heart attack, burst aneurysm, of cerebral hemorrhage a “natural cause� Not if government agencies have found a way to influence your heart rate, blood pressure, or vascular dilatation. Neurological research has found that the brain has specific frequencies for each voluntary movement called preparatory sets. By firing at your chest with a microwave beam containing the ELF signals given off by the heart, this organ can be put into a chaotic state, the so-called heart attack. In this way, high profile leaders of political parties who are prone to heart attacks can be killed off before they cause any trouble. Jack Ruby died of cancer a few weeks after his conviction for murder had been overruled in appeals court and he was ordered to stand trial outside of Dallas – thus allowing him to speak freely if he so desired. There was little hesitancy in Jack Ruby killing Lee Harvey Oswald in order to prevent him from talking, so there is no reason to suspect that any more consideration would have been shown Jack Ruby if he had posed a threat to people in the US government who had conspired to murder the president of the United States – John F Kennedy.
Matt Simmons, an oil industry expert, was assassinated for turning whistle blower over the Obama administration coverup of the BP Gulf Oil Spill. Investment banker Matt Simmons, who died suddenly, was an energy industry insider and presidential adviser whose profile soared when he wrote that Saudi Arabia is running out of oil and world production is peaking. Simmons, 67, died at his vacation home in Maine. An autopsy by the state medical examiner’s office concluded Monday that he died from accidental drowning “with heart disease as a contributing factor.â€
His 2005 best-selling book, Twilight in the Desert: The Coming Saudi Oil Shock and the World Economy, brought him a wider audience. The book argued that Saudi Arabia vastly overstated the size of its oil reserves and that the world was on the verge of a severe oil shortage as the largest oil fields become depleted. This revelation is backed up by Iran. Iran knows the Middle East oil supply is quickly drying up and for that reason it is now focusing on building nuclear reactors. Once the oil runs out Iran will be the only country in the Middle East that will be energy self-sufficient. All of the other Middle Eastern countries, including Saudi Arabia will become Third World impoverished states.
Former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic was also assassinated. He was found dead in the detention center at The Hague tribunal. Mr Milosevic faced charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity for his alleged central role in the wars in Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo during the 1990s. He also faced genocide charges over the 1992-95 Bosnia war, in which 100,000 people died.
Milosevic wrote a letter one day before his death claiming he was being poisoned to death in jail. An autopsy verified his claim as it showed that Milosevic’s body contained a drug that rendered his usual medication for high blood pressure and his heart condition ineffective, causing the heart attack that led to his death.
Former MI6 agent Richard Tomlinson told reporters that he saw documents in 1992 that discussed assassinating Milosevic by means of a staged car accident, where the driver would be blinded by a flash of light and remote controlled brake failure enacted to cause the crash. This exact same technique was utilized for real in the murder of Princess Diana.
If Milosevic was murdered, who would ultimately be responsible? NATO.
Why NATO?
Because, though the ICTY (or ‘Hague Tribunal’) presents itself to the world as a UN body, NATO officials have themselves made clear, in public, that it really belongs to NATO. NATO appointed the prosecutors, and the judges who ruled out investigating any war crimes accusations against NATO. It follows that Slobodan Milosevic, who was a prisoner of the Hague Tribunal’s Scheveningen prison when he died, was a prisoner of NATO. NATO had both motive and opportunity to kill him.
In March 2002, Milosevic presented the NATO controlled Hague tribunal with FBI documents proving that both the United States government and NATO provided financial and military support for Al-Qaeda to aid the Kosovo Liberation Army in its war against Serbia. This didn’t go down too well at the Pentagon and the White House, who at the time were trying to sell a war on terror and gearing up to justify invading Iraq.
During Milosevic’s trial for war crimes NATO alleged that the Serbs had committed a massacre of Albanian civilians in the Kosovo town of Racak. Evidence presented in the court showed that NATO’s claim was a hoax. This is especially embarrassing because the allegation of a massacre at Racak was the excuse that NATO used to begin bombing the Serbs on 24 March 1999 (the carpet bombing were done by the United States Air Force -authorized by then president Bill and Hillary Clinton). Then NATO claimed that the Serbs had supposedly been murdering 100,000 Albanian civilians. However, NATO’s own forensics reported that they could not find even one body of an Albanian civilian murdered by Milosevic’s forces. The failure to find any bodies eventually led to NATO’s absurd claim that the Serbs had supposedly covered up the genocide by moving the many thousands of bodies in freezer trucks deep into Serbia (while Bill Clinton was carpet bombing the place) without leaving a single trace of evidence. But the Hague tribunal showed these accusations to be entirely fraudulent as well.
Milosevic made several speeches in which he discussed how a group of shadowy internationalists had caused the chaos in the Balkans because it was the next step on the road to a “new world order.â€
During a February 2000 Serbian Congressional speech, Milosevic stated,
“Small Serbia and people in it have demonstrated that resistance is possible. Applied at a broader level, it was organized primarily as a moral and political rebellion against tyranny, hegemony, monopolism, generating hatred, fear and new forms of violence and revenge against champions of freedom among nations and people, such a resistance would stop the escalation of modern time inquisition. Uranium bombs, computer manipulations, drug-addicted young assassins and bribed of blackmailed domestic thugs, promoted to the allies of the new world order, these are the instruments of inquisition which have surpassed, in their cruelty and cynicism, all previous forms of revengeful violence committed against the mankind in the past.â€
Evidence linking Milosevic to genocides like Srebrenica, in which 7,000 Muslims died, was proven to be fraudulent. In fact, Srebrenica was a ‘UN safe zone’, yet just like Rwanda, UN peacekeepers deliberately withdrew and allowed the massacre to unfold, then blamed Milosevic. Milosevic’s exposure of UN involvement in the Srebrenica massacre was another reason why tribunal transcripts were heavily edited and censored by NATO, and another contributing factor for NATO to murder him while he was in their custody.NATO’s Hague Tribunal was clearly a kangaroo court whose sole purpose was to convince ordinary people all over the world that NATO’s destruction of Yugoslavia was justified. Since NATO failed to show this in its own court (a total absence of evidence did make this difficult), there is indeed a powerful NATO motive to murder Milosevic – to prevent his acquittal. In this way, NATO can continue to claim that Milosevic was guilty, and nobody would begin to look into the mountain of evidence that showed that it was NATO leaders (particularly US president Bill Clinton) who committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Yugoslavia.
So many people have been done in by cancer at a convenient time in history that it is now time to ask the question “who is assassinating people by giving their target cancer or inducing a massive heart attack� Who ordered the hits and why?
Mr. Charles Senseney, a CIA weapon developer at Fort Detrick, Maryland, testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee in September 1975 where he described an umbrella poison dart gun he had made. He said it was always used in crowds with the umbrella open, firing through the webing so it would not attract attention. Since it was silent, no one in the crowd could hear it and the assassin merely would fold up the umbrella and saunter away with the crowd.
Video footage of the assassination of John F Kennedy shows this umbrella gun being used in Dealey Plaza. Video evidence of the events of November 22, 1963 shows that the first shot fired on the fateful day had always seemed to have had a paralytic effect on Kennedy. His fists were clenched and his head, shoulders and arms seemed to stiffen. An autopsy revealed that there was a small entrance wound in his neck but no evidence of a bullet path through his neck and no bullet was ever recovered that matched that small size.
Charles Senseney testified that his Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick had received assignments from the CIA to develop exotic weaponry. One of the weapons was a hand-held dart gun that could shoot a poison dart into a guard dog to put it out of action for several hours. The dart and the poison left no trace so that examination would not reveal that the dogs had been put out of action. The CIA ordered about 50 of these weapons and used them operationally.
Senseney said that the darts could have been used to kill human beings and he could not rule out the possibility that this had been done by the CIA.A special type of poison developed for the CIA induces a heart attack and leaves no trace of any external influence unless an autopsy is conducted to check for this particular poison. The CIA revealed this poison in various accounts in the early 1970s. The CIA even revealed the weapon that fired those darts that induces a heart attack at a congressional hearing.
The dart from this secret CIA weapon can penetrate clothing and leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin. On penetration of the deadly dart, the individual targeted for assassination may feel as if bitten by a mosquito, or they may not feel anything at all. The poisonous dart completely disintegrates upon entering the target. The lethal poison then rapidly enters the bloodstream causing a heart attack. Once the damage is done, the poison denatures quickly, so that an autopsy is very unlikely to detect that the heart attack resulted from anything other than natural causes.
A former CIA agent disclosed that the darts were made of a frozen form of the liquid poison. She disclosed that the dart would melt within the target and would only leave a very tiny red dot at the entry point – the same type of small entrance wound that was found during the autopsy of John F Kennedy.For over 50 years assassinations have been carried out so skillfully as to leave the impression that the victims died from natural causes. Details of some of the techniques used to achieve this were brought to light in 1961 when professional KGB assassin Bogdan Stashinskiy defected to the West and revealed that he had successfully performed two such missions. In 1957 he killed Ukrainian emigré writer Lev Rebet in Munich with a poison vapor gun which left the victim dead of an apparent heart attack. In 1959, the same type of weapon was used on Ukrainian emigré leader Stepan Bandera, although Bandera’s death was never fully accepted as having been from natural causes.
Among the witnesses, important people and conspirators who might have been eliminated by induced heart attack and cancer are: Jack Rudy (died of a stroke due to an undiagnosed form of aggressive cancer, just weeks after he agreed to testify before Congress about the JFK assassination), Clay Shaw, J. Edgar Hoover, Earlene Roberts (Oswald’s land-lady), Marlyn Monroe, Slobodan Milosevic, Kenneth Lay (former CEO of ENRON – the largest political campaign contributor of George W Bush and Dick Cheney), Matt Simmons, Mark Pittman (a reporter who predicted the financial crisis and exposed Federal Reserve misdoings. Pittman fought to open the Federal Reserve to more scrutiny), Elizabeth Edwards (suddenly diagnosed with cancer while her husband was campaigning against Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton for the presidency of the United States.
During a campaign speech to the Council on Foreign Relations in May 2007, Edwards called the War on Terrorism a slogan that was created for political reasons and that it wasn’t a plan to make the United States safe. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very interested in what makes humans happy, what brings you the most joy and puts you in the greatest amount of alignment that is possible. We witness you in many different scenarios, and we notice the ones that you thought would make you happy and compare those to the ones that actually do make you happy. What we have noticed is that happiness comes spontaneously to those who are choosing to look for that which is intrinsically joyous in their experience. In other words, if you turn your head slightly, you could be looking at a pile of garbage, but if you turn your head slightly in the other direction because you are seeking something to observe that will put a smile on your face, you could notice that there’s a field of flowers, just forty-five degrees from that pile of garbage.
So the choice is yours, as always, and it doesn’t always have to be some monumentous event that will put you in a perpetual state of joy, or at least will give you some joy leading up to it, during it, and when you are remembering it. Happiness can be a choice because your ability to focus is one that you either employ or do not employ, depending on your awareness. When you are truly being conscious in the moment, you recognize that there is a choice. You can think about all the things that you have to do, or all of the life situations that have you worried when you focus upon them, or you can tilt your head slightly and look at a cloud and notice how beautiful and majestic it is.
You have animals on your planet, and certain ones naturally put you in a joyous state. Even as we speak through the channel here, he can pick up on the sounds of the birds singing outside of his home. There is so much to get happy about, and there is so much that you could focus on that would put you into a downward spiral that would then be hard to get out of, and that’s why it is so important to be present and aware of what you are focusing on in the present. You do want to enjoy this journey, and you also want to spread joy wherever you go, because that is the best way to ensure that others are also enjoying the journey.
If you put a little skip in your step as you walk down the street, someone is going to see that and smile. It is easier to connect to what brings you happiness when you set aside time in your day that you devote to those things that put you in a state of joy, but it is also possible to find the joy in your daily commute to and from work. It is also possible to find joy in the chores that you do and in the errands that you run. It is possible to appreciate the fact that you exist, that your heart is beating, and that you can breathe in air, and when you are that conscious in the moment of the joy of beingness, then that which is joyous becomes more apparent to you.
Talk about the things that bring you joy; focus on them. Think about them, and move towards them and notice how the universe can always bring you more, and you will raise your vibration, which is something we often talk about in these transmissions. In raising your vibration, you raise the level of consciousness, and you help all of humanity. So you see, acts of service do not have to be things you force yourself to do out of a sense of obligation to be something to your fellow humans that they need you to be. You can just be yourself and be happy and help everyone along the way of their journey to the fifth dimension.
