| My dear friends, we love you so very much, As many of you celebrate a holiday commemorating freedom, let us examine what freedom really is, how to achieve it, and how it best serves you. For as much as you all truly do want freedom, it is all too easy to outsource your power, your thoughts, and your ability to think, discern, and choose for yourselves.It is just as easy, however, once you become aware of these tendencies, to reclaim your power, think for yourself, and embrace true freedom of mind, body, heart, and soul. Often, freedom is defined in terms of what you want to be free “from.” You want to be free from tyranny, disease, and the control of those who want to have their way with you. And that is beautiful, but if you can’t find a focus on what you want to be “free to” experience, you will remain energetically entangled with all that you want to be “free from.” Suppose you don’t enjoy your job or life situation. You might feel oppressed at work, controlled by a boss or others who don’t care about your well-being, tied to those you must caretake, and at the mercy of a system that controls your income. As you read this, you can already feel the confinement of such statements, no matter how true they might be at the time. The focus on what you want to be “free from” ties you, energetically, to it. What if, instead, you were to focus on a spiritual truth—you are free to create work and situations that you love in cooperation with a benevolent universe—simply by aiming your energy and attention toward that which you wish to experience. You are free to love those in your charge while dreaming about a future more centered on your own desires. You are free to focus on what little bits of life are satisfying right now. Instead of complaining about what you wish to be “free from,” which ties you to it, you can start to talk about what it is you are free to create. You can imagine what it will feel like to feel more freedom. You are free to anticipate a better situation. The more you do so, the more you attune yourself, freely, to the situations you want to experience. Many of you have already experienced this firsthand. You left a job or a relationship you didn’t like, only to find yourself in a similar situation once again. You didn’t realize it, but you had bound yourself to the person or situation you were leaving, even though you left it physically. By maintaining a frequent focus on what you were glad to be “free from,” you focused on it so thoroughly that you attracted it once again. At some point, you were truly done thinking about what you left. You were done thinking about the injustice of it and the pain it inspired within you. You became tired of defending your right to have better. And as you relaxed and began to enjoy your life, bet ter started to appear. Your willingness to focus your free will on what you were “free to” experience instead of what you were “free from” opened new doors of opportunity, inspired you to explore new interests, and brought new types of people into your life. Likewise, many of you have been “stuck” caretaking someone who wasn’t a kind patient. As long as you struggled with the situation or hated it, it continued to bother you. But at some point, you may have decided to just love the person you cared for, even in spite of their bad moods. No longer were they in control of you. You felt better about yourself. And by the time both they and you found freedom from the situation, you were already free and able to move forward without regret. So what is freedom? Is it the ability to get away from what you don’t like? Partially, perhaps, but as we see it, freedom exists in the ability to think about what pleases you, inspires you, and draws you to it. Freedom exists in the ability to create change one step at a time and the ability to work in cooperation with a benevolent universe that wants you to experience a life that feels like love. It is the ability to find what is good here and now while anticipating more. Freedom, dear ones, is your God-given right to attune to anything you please and thus draw it to you. Using your free will to attract what you want feels like freedom. Using that same free will to focus on what you don’t feels like bondage. In all cases, you are free. So, as so many of you celebrate freedom, remind yourself that you are always free. No matter the circumstance or the people around you, you have the free will and the ability to look at reality for opportunity or confinement. You have the freedom to focus on what pleases you or to focus on what does not. You have the freedom to look forward with anticipation or to decry what is in front of you today. When wielded wisely, using your free will today can lead to greater and more joyful freedom tomorrow. Physics is the same all through your galaxy. Those who seeded us will meet us in time when we are ready. Our Galaxy is 4 billion years old and we have been here only 200,000 years. Our planet is protected in a way that gives it free choice. The Creator of the Universe is bigger than you imagine, but smaller enough to fit into you. God is love not judgemental, there is nothing you can do to displease God, you are part of God. You are here for a reason, you have a soul, it is a piece/part of the Creative Source – God. Feel the consciousness of God inside you. Something is happening on this planet that will end history.

There are things that are dormant that lay there and ready to be understood and awakened. Thoughts and previous incidents combine together often to create imbalance within you. Understand the past but do not pull it into the future. In future generations there will be no illness. You can change the very core of who you are – you are a child of God, walk proud that you are not diseased, you are in control. You can create your own reality. When the body is balanced you do not have to repeat affirmations. The old soul and the new energy is the graduate of Earth, they know what they are doing. Wise beyond the lifetimes noticeable by others and that is why it is going to take generations to develop an Earth that will never go to war. We have the inventions starting to be given that will void physics, and the problems and all of the things that keep you from doing this or that. It is all there and knowledge, knowledge will be yours and disease will be gone.

What Humanity does affects the Universe. There is a crystalline structure for every
Soul. There is nothing new here, and there is a system of keeping track of who is
here. Gaia is the life force of the planet. The Cave of Creation is the Akashic
depository of all of the lives Humanity has lived. It records who is here and who has
been here there is nothing new here. There is a crystalline structure for every soul,
it is the record of a souls lifetimes. What you do here will change the Universe. You
have divinity in your DNA from the Pleiadians they are your Brothers and Sisters.
The Crystaline is a storage device – the energy of you. There are three places that
are combined that are stored in here in service to Humanity. It is a cycle, that you
have something to do with the Universes future, but do not make your mind up as to
what is to happen. This system, is everywhere, you are loved – that is real.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very happy to bring you the fourth pillar of our teachings. The previous three pillars being: acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion. And now we are on the fourth pillar, which is unconditional love. Even though we only give you four pillars to work with, we have plenty more to offer you and to teach you. But with the four pillars in place, you will be able to receive our other teachings and offerings.
Now, unconditional love is something that few people are even talking about on planet Earth, and most people think about unconditional love as the following. They will say that they love their children no matter what. They will always love their children, even if they sometimes feel angry or sad about something their child has done. Even though they may disapprove of their child or children from time to time, people will say that they still love their children overall.
People may also say this about their spouse, their siblings, their parents, their pets, and so on. That is a definition of unconditional love, and now let us give you ours. To us, being unconditional love is more important than offering unconditional love. The unconditionally loving parent is angry with their child, but still knows that deep down inside they do love the child. The person who is being the unconditional love that they were created from and created to be never strays from the love that they are, even though the conditions of their life are such that they could easily slip into fear, sadness, anger, doubt, worry, and so on.
And so, an unconditionally loving person really is a person who is the love that they are under any and all circumstances. This is a person who practices being love so much that nothing throws that person out of the vibration of love, which is also the vibration of Source, and which is also the vibration of the truth of who that person really is. In other words, the person who exhibits unconditional love never strays, never goes out of alignment, and never does these things because they are choosing to be love in the face of something that is to most people unlovable.
And so, the person who is unconditional love doesn’t have to proclaim that they love something like murder or war, violence or hate, but they can remain as the being of unconditional love that they are in the face of people who are participating in those things that most people say are unlovable. You see the difference. The person who is unconditional love doesn’t have to say they like hate, violence, war, or murder either. They don’t have to say that they approve of any of those things or condone them. All the person is doing is remaining in the vibration they want to be in, regardless of what’s going on, out there in the so-called outside world.
You can see how much practice this would require, but it is the ultimate in becoming the Source Energy Being that you already are and that you were created to always be. You can feel when you are not the unconditional love that you truly are because you feel the discord. You think you feel the way that you do because you are witnessing the violent act. But in reality, you are feeling the way that you feel as you witness the violent act because you stray from the unconditional love that you truly are.
Now, you don’t have to stand back and do nothing when you witness violence. You can still tell the person who is perpetrating the violence that you would like them to stop and walk over to that person and hold that person back from doing more violence in a loving way as the love that you are. So you see, you don’t have to bury your head in the sand in order to be an example of the fourth pillar. But when you step into fear, judgment or resistance, you are less likely to be in any way of service to the perpetrator or the victim of that violence.
We know this is a lot. We know this is asking a lot of you, and we know that you are ready for this teaching because we are giving it to you now. Take it in. Let it swirl around inside of you, and don’t just dismiss it right away as impossible, because you would not have exposed yourself to this teaching if it were not possible and if you were not ready for it.

| My dear friends, we love you so very much, You are all one family. What is done to one is done to all. If you bruise your finger, the body feels the pain. If the heart were to insist that another organ be more like it, the entire system would be thrown off balance. And while you came willingly into a world of contrast, you never intended to make another wrong in order to make yourselves right. You intended to explore the various realities, choose what resonated with you, and create from that understanding of your own unique perspective. To criticize another’s point of view is similar to the right hand slapping the left, or vice versa. You gain nothing by putting others’ perspectives down. You gain everything by figuring out what is right for yourself. And what is right for each one of you is always born from a loving desire to experience your life in a loving way. Your deepest truths, those which are the most “right” for you, will always be rooted in love and, more specifically, how you wish to experience and express love in your world. And here is where humanity has a challenge, because what is right for you may not be right for someone else, and vice versa. How many times have you listened to an “expert” tell you what you should be eating? Perhaps you tried this diet or that. How many of those resonated with you? Even if you find a system that feels mostly right for you, there will be exceptions that are unique to your tastes, your body, your culture, and your life. There are many times when you will have to say “no” to another or another’s beliefs in order to honestly say “yes” to yourself. This is not a statement of right or wrong about the other person. It is simply an understanding of what is right for yourself. And the Divine has an infinite ability to satisfy the needs and desires of all involved, no matter who agrees or not. For example, perhaps you have a boss, coworker, or family member who deeply desires attention. They talk about themselves often. They interrupt your day. They insist on having their way. You want peace and quiet. These desires seem to conflict. Their truth is that they want people to listen. Your truth is you don’t want to listen. If you can simply choose to be right for yourself, they would be guided in other directions that are more satisfying to them. Perhaps you find ways to be elsewhere. Perhaps you kindly tell them you have to work or need quiet time. Perhaps you close a door. By saying yes to yourself, in this case, you are indeed saying “no” to them. But the story never ends with one interaction. There is a whole universe of people that can be matched up with every desire. There are those who are lonely and who want others’ opinions who would find this talker fascinating. By you saying yes to your truth, they are given the opportunity to find a more compatible connection with others. Some of you have been available for people who like to complain, who are afraid to venture out into the world, or who refuse to get the proper help. You start to feel resentful and upset because your truth is that you’d like to help those who help themselves, or you’d like to create time for your own interests. When you honor your truth and either find things to love about them and gently steer the conversation in kinder directions or, that failing, become less available for these unproductive conversations, then the other will be steered into a deeper truth. Maybe it is time for them to handle their complaints. Or, perhaps they’ll be matched up with someone who needs to be needed, or one who loves to be an empathic listener. In all cases, the universe is masterful at finding a vibrational match for all desires. As you honor your truth, you will be instrumental in nudginganother closer to theirs. If you keep your hearts rooted in love, dear ones, you will serve the souls of all involved. No one ever wins a battle of egos. The spirit of the Divine who lives in all things and all beings wants to guide each of you in kindness, grace, and harmony. No one else needs to lose in order for you to be happy and have what you want. Suppose you want the last piece of cake. You might say to us, well, if I get what I want, someone else won’t. If they get the cake, I will not have it. But our answer would be simple. Do what feels like love and know there are other cakes, other delights, and other paths to be guided upon. What do you really want? A little sweetness, a little acknowledgment, or perhaps you could cut the piece in half and have both the sweetness and the satisfaction of sharing love? There are areas on your Earth that have been battled over for centuries. The Creator sees no difference between human beings of different creeds or cultures. The Creator sees no borders upon your Earth. Instead, there is one Earth, one human race, and one spirit of love trying to arise within all beings. In touch with love and guidance, solutions are possible that reach far beyond the human ego, beyond fear, and serve all souls’ desire for loving harmony. While spouses in a divorce battle over bank accounts, the Creator sees no lack of abundance for either. Love can guide each on a kinder path. There are ideologies that seem to clash without room for agreement. The Divine sees beneath the apparent issues to what is really going on in human hearts and how to solve it. And while you cannot individually resolve global and national battles, you can cease the battles within your own lives, communities, families, and minds by surrendering to love and by nurturing your connection with the Creator. You can put loving ripples in the pond of human consciousness rather than feeding vibrations of division. Next time someone wants to argue or force you to agree with their point of view, simply listen. Acknowledge their perspective. If you wish, kindly ask them if they would be willing to listen to an alternative view. If not, let them havetheir beliefs, but live according to your own. You don’t need agreement to be right for yourself. One word, one thought, one conversation at a time, you become a more peaceful person, inspiring more peaceful relationships, and demonstrating how you can live your own life without the need for battles. And when others want to battle with you, go back to the Divine, in whom you can rest in peace even in the most difficult of human circumstances. You have choice, dear ones. Align with love. Align with peace. Align with harmony. Even if you are around those who are not in these spaces, you—in connection with the Divine—can usher in a kinder and more loving reality, one moment, one person, one conversation, and one circle at a time. You are eternal and when you are done with life you are coming right back in a way that is new and different and pristine with awareness of what not to do, with a better life than you can imagine,

Before you ever got here Dear Ones as a human in this life, you were actually part of the Creative Source. What are the limitations of an Angel without a body, without eyes, without ears there are no limitations, you exist in the soup of the Creator of pure love and yet you have a name. You are an eternal soul as old before this Universe, before any Universes you existed, and you are about ready to come back into the planet. You have done this before on other planets, on other scenarios, in other Universes, in other Galaxies, this is something you do a lot that’s how old you are old soul. What would it be like to be part of the Creative Source, where would you be there is no where you know, if you ask where is God what is the answer” yes”.is the answer you cannot put a location on love, on the Creator and therefore if you are part of the soup which is the Creator old soul with a name, and you are with many souls with the name.
You can see everything, you can see every frequency of light that exists, you can hear every frequency that exists and that means it is beyond any human hearing. You can hear light, the colours are not limited to the retina, and that which is your Galaxy is astonishing, filled with rainbows, sounds, beauty, spirits, life and you can see it all. That’s who you are not the one you see in the mirror. I want you to discover who you are. Have you ever had chills, don’t you feel this is true, do you honestly feel you are just a vessel, biology that comes and goes. Somehow you are born into some energy, and then you leave, a flash in the pan of existence of a soul that does not make sense. Dear Ones 80% of your planet has the intuitiveness to believe in the afterlife. What does that tell you, its self-evident, you are more than it seems.

Time has seemed to stand still yet in the period you have been experiencing so much has changed never to return to what was previously. This was intended as otherwise you would have been stuck with the old energies when they were no longer suitable. Of course there has been a lot of upheaval and inconvenience but that has been unavoidable but you will eventually find it was all necessary to move you on. The best is yet to come and you will see that the sacrifices you have made were well worth it.
There is nothing unusual about what has taken place. It is the normal outcome when you reach the end of a cycle (2012) and are in that interim period that gives the time to re-adjust to the changes. The Creator has ordained that souls who have been able to advance in their evolution, should have their place in the level that they are ready for, and that means a new path for all of your civilisation. Clearly some are not ready for a major advancement, and they will continue to travel a suitable evolutionary path to move further along it and each soul will find their appropriate level.
