“We are here for you. We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of non-physical beings, and we are here to help.
You all wonder at times about your origins, about where you come from, and you like to know that you have made a journey to get to where you are today. Of course, you have made a journey to get to where you are today, and of course you can connect to those other selves that you once explored in consciousness, and that is wonderful to do because it gives you a more complete picture of yourself as an aspect of All-That-Is.
You also want to use that information to understand what you have access to in the present moment. If you know that you can draw from other experiences that you’ve had as other beings throughout the universe, then it gives you more confidence in yourself in the now moment. You want to feel very confident about your abilities, about your gifts. You want to feel very confident because you absolutely have every right to feel confident in who you are.
You are all Source Energy Beings; you could not possibly be more powerful. Therefore, by accessing more information about who you have been and when, you start to think of yourselves more as you truly are. You are a being that has no limit. You are a being that is eternal, that is infinite, and the more you tap into of yourself, the better.
So do not stop in your quest to know who you have been and when and where, but go beyond the knowing and go into the receiving. Receive the information, the experiences, the knowledge, the abilities, the gifts that those other yous in those other times and spaces have for you. Remember that you can draw from all of these other lifetimes to give yourself more to work with in this lifetime, and recognize also that you are connected to every other human being who has ever lived.
Even if you don’t have the same oversoul, even if you are not tapping into a past-life version of yourself, you can still benefit from what others have accomplished in their lives on planet Earth. You can tap into Yeshua, Beethoven, Mozart, Buddha, Mother Mary, Quan Yin, any historical figure that you can think of, and you can benefit from the experiences they had, the people they became, the works of art they created. What they can do and have done, you can do, and you likely are doing those things in other times and spaces throughout all of creation.
So never limit yourself in any way, and always continue to expand your sense of self to include more. Connect with the beings that you have heard about and that you want to connect with, and know that they are eager to connect with you as well. We are all connected. We are all one, and we all benefit from everything that is being lived in this very moment in all of creation.
We are The Creators, and we love you very much.”

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very excited about what is to come for humanity, and it is important for you all to get in a place of positive expectation as well. It is important for you to do so because you ultimately want to enjoy the ride, and because you have already chosen to be on a path of ascension, you know you are going to be on the ride for quite some time. You also know that there are many different timelines for you to choose from, and, in this very moment, you are choosing a timeline with your expectation, with your beliefs, and with your vibration. You are going to get something that resembles what you are vibrating right now, and then, when you shift your vibration, you are going to get something else that reflects that back to you.
And so, you all are very much in the driver’s seat there on planet Earth, and you don’t have to worry, and it doesn’t serve you to worry anyway. So, why would you? That is a question to ask yourself when you start to go down an unwanted, negative timeline in your mind. Ask yourself the question of, ‘Why would I think about all of these things happening that I really don’t want to happen?’ In some way, you think that it serves you to do so. Otherwise, you wouldn’t do it.
When you remind yourselves that you do create your reality, then you can start to go down a positive timeline where you are getting more of what you want and humanity is thriving. And when you do that, you feel good. You get the immediate benefit of feeling better in your physical body, and that is your indicator that you are pointing yourself in the right direction. So, you have your feelings to guide you always, and you have your thoughts and your points of focus as your tools. You can use those tools however you want to, and you know that you are using them correctly when you are feeling good in the process.
Now, of course, there will be times when you don’t feel so good on your journey, but you can always use those times to experience more growth and to change yourselves in all the ways that you absolutely need to change. You can use anything that comes your way in a positive way and to catapult you beyond where you have been before. As you move forward on your journey, take baby steps when you don’t know exactly where you are headed, and leap forward when you do. But you will continue to move forward no matter what.
There is no backsliding; there is no regressing, even when it feels that way. Even when your life circumstances take a turn for the worse, it is always then up to you to get the most out of whatever it is you are experiencing. And, again, you have your thoughts and what you focus on to utilize as tools to move you in the right direction, to guide you slowly but surely towards the brighter future that some of you can see and some of you can feel, but not all of you are so certain about.
Those of you who can be stable in your approach to the future are there to help others and to guide them towards that better-feeling future. Tell your story of what you see for humanity to counterbalance all the stories that there are out there of cataclysmic events and doom and gloom. Of course, life on planet Earth is going to be changing a lot in the next three to five years, but it’s going to be changing for the better, and you get to decide what kind of ride it is for you.
You get to be one of the ones who doesn’t freak out because you know that the changes are in the greatest and highest good of all, and you can be a wayshower and a guide to so many on this path that you are all on of evolution and expansion there on planet Earth.

Messages from the Angels
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
You all want to feel a sense of connection in life. For some of you, this manifests as a desire for connection with the Divine, in whatever form you understand it to be. Others want to feel a connection with animals or nature. Most of you want harmonious and uplifting connections with other human beings. But underneath all of these wishes, what you all want the most is a harmonious connection with your inner self—an aligned relationship with the Divine Spark that lives and breathes within you. You want to be connected with the love and light within. You want to feel that alignment. You want to feel like the best and most loving version of yourself.
Have you ever watched someone who seems to handle all relationships, even unpleasant ones, with grace and diplomacy? They can be kind one moment, firm the next, but in all cases, they maintain their dignity, their grace, and their center. They know how to listen, and they communicate in ways that genuinely seem to connect with people. You admire such souls. You know these types of interactions are possible. You want to be as rooted and centered in your best self.
Then, you ask, “Why do I allow others to bother me? Why do I get tense, upset, or afraid around others? Why do I get sucked into disagreements? Why does it seem so difficult to find the grace, dignity, and even the words to manage challenging relationships in a way that doesn’t diminish me?”
From our vantage point, this graciousness is who you really are. In your essence, you are a deeply loving and feeling being who wants to love and be loved. The only difference between a gracious soul and one who feels victimized by others is that the gracious one takes charge of their own reality, their inner condition, their interactions, and how they present themselves. They decide when, how, and if they interact. They choose to be loving and kind regardless of what others are doing.
A frustrated soul outsources their emotions, allowing them to be dictated by the words and behaviors of others. A gracious soul decides how they will feel independent of the words and emotions of others. Most of you vacillate between the two throughout your days, able to maintain your center in many cases while losing it in others.
We understand that it is easy to “get triggered” by the unloving behavior of others. No one wants a controlling, manipulative, argumentative, or negative individual in their lives. You’d much prefer to be around people who are responsible for their own moods, allow you to be you, and want the best for all. And you all deserve these types of relationships.
Nonetheless, you are bound to run across other characters throughout your life. You’ll find them at work, while you’re out running errands, and often in your own family. They are your challenges and your teachers. And sometimes, you’ve been that difficult character for others. So how do you stay in your loving center in the presence of difficult people?
You start by reminding yourself that you get to be you, no matter what others say, think, or do!
When you are around someone who tells you how you should think or act, you can grant both them and yourself the right to disagree. You can diffuse a conversation by saying something both kind and true: “I think we all have to find our own way. I’m glad you’ve found a path that works for you.” You have to mean it. Energy speaks louder than words. A sincere, centered, and calm statement can diffuse a bully. At best, they’ll learn a little. At worst, they’ll decide you’re well-meaning but difficult!
When you have a hard time connecting with someone, perhaps because they aren’t listening, they’re insecure, or they have a different agenda, you can grant them understanding first so they will calm down and be willing to understand you. You don’t have to get defensive. A person who is confident and calm has nothing to prove. They know who they are.
You can take a breath, seek to understand all perspectives, and, from that understanding, communicate in new ways. For example, suppose you say, “I need to go to the store on Saturday.” Your spouse, parent, or child answers, “You never have time for me!”
Take a breath. “I’m so sorry. I hear you. It would be nice to have more time to enjoy together. But there is a lot to handle, and we need groceries. Would you prefer I get them on Saturday, or would you like to pick them up earlier so we can spend time together? Or we could spend a little extra and get them delivered Friday night so we can spend time together on Saturday. What do you think?”
As if you are dealing with a hurt child—and frequently, in these cases, you are—you listen, acknowledge, and then offer options.
When you are able, be kind to yourself and spend time in the company of those you resonate with and enjoy. But when you must be around a difficult character, remember this simple truth: Everyone wants to feel seen, heard, loved, and acknowledged. And as you grant difficult souls the gift of being seen, heard, loved, and acknowledged, most will settle down and bring a kinder version of themselves to the surface.
Should you have to be the adult among those who act like scared or upset children? No, dear ones. There are no “shoulds.” But if you want peace and harmony, you can find it within, no matter what others present to you. You can bring your own centeredness into every interaction. You can listen through the lens of understanding that all—no matter how well- or ill-behaved—are seeking love. You can be the grace, the love, and the kindness that you are and thus transform many of your interactions. And when you can’t influence someone for the better, you can refrain from letting their unkindness infiltrate your own sense of self.
There will always be lovely souls who are a pleasure to be around. There will always be difficult ones who take some work to be around. But as you perfect the relationship you have with yourself, you will find it much easier to interact with all beings. Difficult people will suddenly seem like the scared or frustrated beings they truly are. And as you witness the child within them, compassion will stir in your heart. Whether or not you choose to engage, you can engage with the love within, and in that reality, harmony is naturally achieved.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are quite pleased to bring you this energy update for September 2026. What you can expect to experience throughout the month of September are transformational changes within yourselves and within your lives. The energies are very supportive of transformation at this time. Therefore, it is a good time to initiate change within your life, and when you see something in your life that feels like a disruption or feels like a nuisance, remember to embrace it and know that the change is for the better.
Everything is always for the better, of course, and when you see it that way, you can benefit from the changes more quickly and easily. You are going to want to drop your resistance to change and to everything, in fact, because that is a part of your journey. It is a part of your journey to drop your resistance and move into acceptance, and that is especially true for all of you right now.
September is the month of the equinox. It is the Fall or Autumnal equinox for some of you and the Spring equinox for others, and you will find yourself bringing your life into a kind of balance with the help of those energies. The energies coming to you now for the transformations throughout September are coming from the likes of us, but also other helpers in non-physical, like the Archangels and Ascended Masters. You are receiving lots of help always from your very own guides, ancestors, and galactic team members, not to mention your higher selves.
It is a time for you all to embrace change and embrace help with open arms. You may find yourselves in need of help from others on the physical plane, and do not hesitate to ask for that help or to receive it. The energies coming in will be best received by those of you who hydrate and take time out to relax, open up, and receive them.
You can ground in the September energies for yourselves and for others as well. You will become a person who recognizes that you have the ability to assist others just by putting out your vibration, just by being who you are. Anchoring in these September energies will be transformative for you, and you will find that you have more to say and more to give to others.
Some of you might be assuming that big changes or unwanted changes are coming in the month of September, and you don’t have to do that. Transformation is what you came to Earth to experience, and you are transforming into more of yourself always. So, please do not be anxious or afraid of the changes that are coming for you to assist you in your spiritual evolution as a human being of planet Earth.
Know that you will always have exactly what you need and what you can handle coming your way, and know that by October 1st, you can feel like a brand-new person, all shiny and ready to take on the final three months of the year.”Î

14th August 2026. Kryon. Entering the Fifth Dimension.
When you are ready to move beyond the third dimension, you must go through the 4th dimension before you can enter the fifth. The fourth acts like a purifying filter for it is the realm of the heart that is filled with Love, Oneness and Lightness. The fifth dimension is even lighter in frequency having more pure Love, Cosmic Consciousness and a three dimensional reality. You will be in the Proton Belt for the next two thousand years, causing a massive shift in consciousness for the entire humanity having one unified harmonious world working together in peace. Love and humanity being one unified harmonious world working together in peace. Love and surrender to your Higher Self. You will be merged with the Oneness of All Things.

A piece of your soul never leaves the other side. We have no idea when you are going to allow the evolution of the human Being to be.
