Live in Peace in ALL That YOU Are What I see before me is splendor of wisdom in so many dear souls and the awakened need to KNOW deep within your very soul that true nature of your SELF. Beautiful ones, to know thyself you must set forth with firm discipline to remain on course to the discovery of your SELF, of your highest and most profound level that is filled with unobstructed joy.  You will find this exquisite existence when you take your journey within and seek ALL the answers to the many questions you often ask of yourself. Until you know yourself fully and truthfully you cannot truly answer the same questions for another.  The serious journeyer understands the need to practice mental, physical and spiritual discipline. It is through such essential care that you will find your path propelling you towards achieving self-control and discovery of your SELF by taking measures to purify your mind, body and your sacred soul in order to understand and discover your most profound spiritual essence that lies within each of you and every object in the cosmos. Humans are ritualistic by nature, creatures of habit, you go through specific practices each and every day as part of your everyday life, it is encouraged to be as ritualistic when you refining your spiritual path. Your spiritual development reunites with your personal and daily life by intertwining you with your true and original source that created ALL life.  It is important dear ones to remember wisdom, love, selfless action is essential and needed to be applied in all aspects of your life and should be utilized in a vital yet important method to encourage specific results efficiently that reflect a harmonizing nature of your own SELF.  This journey you have embarked leads you to the Oneness of your absolute highest consciousness. Through carefully selected subjects to study, by mindful rationalizing and reflecting internally through meditation you will in time dear ones identify with your true spiritual nature. Your true nature and your purpose does not require an exaggerated description of your attainment like many souls feel they must do. We know your true identity, what your soul radiates as truth, and really dear ones so do you if you look honestly and truthfully. Yet there seems to be so many souls craving attention for their spiritually gifted skills that haven’t been honed and many yet desiring people to look at them by creating illusioned stories for your benefit. It is up to you dear ones to know when and what to believe as absolute truth by listening to your beautiful heart. Allow your heart to guide you and it will never fail to bring you to truthful and honest deliverance. When you do discover someone is embellishing a little, don’t react through criticism. Understand the Creator of ALL things knows the absolute truth in each of you.  It is always considered practical to live a life that reflects your own ethical behaviour by being selfless and demonstrating what you advise in your own actions, basically you walk your talk, you are not only babbling what you find on endless pages found through the information highway of your computers. You must understand what you doing within your own spiritual practices to a point of mastery before you can truly advise another. Always be mindful to what you say because you are responsible dear ones for how your words impact another. Words have power; it is important how to effectively use your words.  Turn your attention dear ones towards always achieving and aiming developing love for the Supreme Creator of ALL life. You will be distracted by many challenges that are aimed to derail your higher purpose. The discipline that you are developing will help keep you on track, but it is your keen awareness that will alert you of the possibility of losing focus. Tackle this when it approaches in a balanced way that doesn’t drain the precious energy that surrounds you and fills you. You will know exactly what do when you follow and listen to your heart.  Many speak of attaining enlightenment which the goal describing the highest level of any spiritual is awakening. It includes accomplishing a higher level of spiritual awareness when you discover the fundamental unity of the entire universe in addition to the fact the source of all creation is the exact same source where your innermost SELF is found that lives within your very heart.  It does not matter what faith you follow, each has specific practices that will deliver you to the goal of discovering the true nature of universe in all its entirety. This awareness is within each of your hearts and it is the root of your own consciousness. Your enlightenment is your resurrection, salvation, Brahma or freedom to know your true self as being one with ALL including being one with the source of all creation.  It often seems that the journey of spiritual enlightenment seems reversed. You must understand your beginning before you understand the present that forwarding you towards your future. This does not mean you can change what has already happened in the past, even if that past was yesterday, but it does mean you can learn from what you discover. Take those lessons, derive the wisdom from each one and use that to aid you in your present challenges. There is much knowledge that is within each of you and many still go to other sources when the only source required is YOU.  Your spiritual journey dear ones is primarily based on redirecting your ego and your desires which usually causes you to become embedded to the physical reality of existence thus causing you to be oblivious to the higher planes of existence that is open to all to reach. Your spiritual practice requires you to be constant and always developing and redeveloping your intellectual ability to comprehend the illusions that surround you. It is good to aspire to become more and to see more of yourself, to recognize your own Source qualities in others as they are also connected to the Source of All creation and life. You must learn to go beyond all appearances in order to really appreciate and know the supreme existence that is the true foundation of all that exists.  There will always be higher spiritual qualities to attain and you will when you invoke various guides to aid your journey. It may appear to you that you walk your journey alone, but you are never truly alone. There are many that walk with you that guide you silently when you ask for assistance and there are even more when you think you are weakening and find the need to cleanse your sorrows with tears. You are surrounded by loving force of the Source of All dear ones. It is this Supreme Being that lives inside you at every moment. Knowing this, there are still many who turn away from the truth of the Creator being known as God to some works within them and lives through their heart. Knowing the truth and believing in the Truth takes time and readiness. No spiritual being or guide will rush you dear ones, the only one who attempts to rush their spiritual journey is you. Let your whole self working as one be your ultimate guide, learn to trust your intuition and accept responsibility when your path does not lead you to the results you planned to achieve. Because your journey is derived of making choices, your choices can lead you to many different outcomes. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been interested in the evolution of your consciousness as a collective because we are interested in the evolution of our consciousness. For us, the process is rather easy. There is nothing to impede the evolution of our consciousness. Nothing and no one can hold us back, not even ourselves. We just experience it, and we do so from moment to moment.
You, on the other hand, have so much to think about, so much that is worrying you, and there are impediments to the evolution of your consciousness because of the ones who benefit from the keeping you afraid, divided, and small and disempowered. And so, your journey is fascinating to beings like us who have it so easy. We also benefit from the evolution of your consciousness, as we are connected. We are all connected in this universe, and we have a very strong awareness of this truth.
We want you to be able to experience the evolution of your consciousness in a fashion that is closer to ours, because we are enjoying the ride here in the ninth dimension, and most of the time, you are not. A lot of the pain and the struggle that you experience there is due to programming that you have adopted as your beliefs, and that is something that we would like to help you with. One of the heavier beliefs that we see you all dragging around is that you are supposed to be doing something right now that you are not doing. You tend to focus on what is not happening in your lives, and have a tendency to judge yourselves very harshly for what you are not accomplishing.
When you know that you do have a goal for yourselves, that is even worse than when you just have a feeling that you are supposed to be doing that you are not. It is something that feels worse to you. It’s not inherently worse. That’s just how you experience it. We are here to help you. We are here to remind you all that the only job of the light is to shine. The only thing that you need to focus on is finding the light inside of you and shining it as brightly as you can.
Now, we can already see your minds working on that one. You will say to us, ‘But I don’t know what it is that I am supposed to be doing, so how can I shine that light?’ The truth is that shining your light is not about doing. It’s a feeling. It’s a vibration. It is something that you put out from your center, from your very core, and all you need to do in order to shine that light is to focus there. Focus within you on the truth that you are a Source Energy Being. And as an awakened soul, you can do that, and you can feel the love and light of Source flowing through you. And when you do so, others feel it. Others pick up on that truth. You then become one who activates those around you and the rest of the collective, and that is enough.
You being the light, knowing that you are the light, and then shining your light is enough to put on your agenda for any day and for this entire lifetime. Please let yourselves off the hook. This is what you came to do. Everything else is just the expression of the light that you feel, and it will come naturally to you in the moment, so don’t worry for a moment about it, what it is and whether you’re doing it.

Humanity’s awakening is the most significant and momentous event in your history.  It has been meticulously planned and is being perfectly executed.  Within the illusion it is very difficult for you to get a real sense of your approaching moment of awakening, although many of you are getting intuitive intimations that it is coming, and that it will be soon (that word again!).  Trust those feelings, focus on them, and ask for help from the spiritual realms for the strength to offer love — and only love — in every situation.  You are all potential divine channels or conduits, so invite God to pour His Love through you into the world and into the hearts of all those who choose to open to Him.  It is the most powerful and effective thing that you can do to assist in humanity’s awakening, and it is one of the reasons for your being on Earth now.
You are all in the process of awakening.  It is a mass process in which you can help one another by honoring and respecting yourselves at all times.  Watching others, and judging their behavior – whether you judge them as good, not so good, could do better, or downright sinful – is not your responsibility; it is an unnecessary distraction.  In Reality you are all one, so judging another is judging yourself.  As I have told you, God does not judge, He Loves – everyone, infinitely, unconditionally, indiscriminately – and He wants you to do likewise.  To do so is your nature because you are divine beings.  When a judgmental thought pops into your mind, don’t act on it and don’t judge it!  Let it pass, and focus your attention on the flame of Love burning permanently within you.
When you invite your Father to use you as a conduit for His Love, the eternal flame of His Love within you burns brighter as a direct result, because you are aligning with His Will for you.  The more in alignment you are, the brighter burns the flame of your Love, which is of course His Love shining through you.  The effect that you have on others when you make a point of living like this is life-changing, for you and for those others.  And you will feel it, as will they.  It probably will not be physically apparent – the physical world is illusory – but in truth the effect of living like this wonderfully changes the way you, and others, experience the world.
You are all Love incarnate, bursting with the desire to share your love, and longing for others to share their love with you.  Make it happen by doing it!  Do not react to apparent attacks or offensive behavior; you know that these are desperate cries for love, so respond lovingly and quietly – not loudly and patronizingly – and know that what you are doing is God’s Will for you.  You have abundant help from your guides and angels to hold and act on the intent to do this, so do not concern yourselves with details — “how can I possibly be kind/loving/accepting of so and so after the way they . . .†— just let go of those thoughts and surrender into the stream of Love that God channels through you 24/7, if you have made the intent and have invited Him to.  Love is contagious if you do not seek to “vaccinate†yourselves against It!  Consequently, It will spread easily and widely as you open the God-fed conduit within you to allow It passage.
Opening yourselves to be a channel for God causes you to be suffused with the Light of His Love and to be absorbed more fully into the oneness that He is.  You are always one with Him; however, the illusion was a space you made in which to hide from Him, and which effectively cut you off from your awareness of Him and of His Love for you.  This led to intense fear — something that does not exist in Reality — which seemed to remove you even further from Him, and caused you to experience a sense of impending doom.
You knew God, and could never completely forget Him, but because of the unreality and darkness of the space that you had made, He too became unreal in your minds — a god of vengeance, anger, and condemnation, who would impose horrendous, eternal punishments on you if you did not appease him adequately by constantly abasing yourselves.  Added to that terror was the belief that this all-powerful entity required you to judge and punish others who disagreed with what you knew to be the only way to please him.  Their gods and their beliefs were unreal and unacceptable, and they had to be forcibly shown that this was so!
As a result, you began to judge and judge and judge — to assuage your intense fear.  Then, to make matters worse and to appease this monstrous creature of your far-too-vivid imaginations, you began to torture and persecute those who held beliefs that differed from your own.  You believed that this made you holy in his sight!  What a disastrous concept to invent, prove correct (yes, many thought that this concept was divinely inspired and was therefore a divine truth), and live by.  Naturally, “holy” wars followed, as you went about defending your weird gods from those who would offend them.
Although your apparent separation from your Father has been but momentary, within that ongoing moment you built an environment of constant fear and insecurity. Â Over the eons, many have come to show you the way out, the way to dissolve the illusion, and finally that is happening. Â You have realized that love is the only path to peace, but due to the imaginary environment in which you seem to have your existence, to actually embrace that realization and follow through on it appeared at best unwise, and at worst insanely dangerous, as others apparently continued to attack you and take advantage of you if you did not defend yourselves.
You have an enormous number of ingrained and absurd beliefs that have caused you untold suffering and which, with the help of the divine field of Love surrounding and embracing you, you are now finding the courage and determination to discard. Â As you do so, your perception of your situation lightens, and encourages you to discard more of this unwholesome baggage with which you have burdened yourselves for so long.
You, the Light-holders and Light-bearers, are at the forefront, leading all into Love.  So do not allow your doubts and anxieties to undermine your courage. You are constantly and divinely protected as you move forward, living and demonstrating love in action, and dissolving the fear that has overshadowed you all for so many eons.  The Light of God’s Love has never before burned so brightly in front of you as It does now, clearly defining the path to awakening. You are on a roll, and nothing can deflect you, delay you, or prevent you from reaching your destination because your will is in complete alignment with God’s, and His is to bring you gloriously Home.  Never forget: His Will is always achieved.

We are watching with great anticipation, as we notice how many of you have been changing at your core and how we know that the changes that occur within the individual affect the entirety of the human collective there on Earth. And so, we are eagerly anticipating the ripple effect that is taking place and that will impact your society in a huge way. We notice when one of you takes a positive step forward because we are that sensitive to energy and vibration, and we know that the effects are not even immediate in your personal lives when you take that positive step forward. And so, we know that the totality of what you all have been achieving as individuals in the past few weeks has yet to be experienced by the collective.
And it is your collective consciousness that creates the government, the pharmaceutical industry, the economic system, the educational system, and even your environment. You see, all of the things that people want to change that do exist, to a certain extent, outside of them, are changed when the individual takes that positive step forward, because of your impact on the entire collective. And we want you to see yourselves as being that powerful, rather than seeing the billionaires, and the leaders of government, and all the other ones, as being the powerful ones because they have the wealth, and they have the positions of authority.
You are the leader of your own reality, because you are the creator of it, and you are the experiencer of it as well. So you are also the constituents, and we are speaking to you as individuals right now when we say this. It is without a doubt that you are more powerful when you band together with a common goal, as long as you realize that the common goal is to offer a vibration, not to overthrow someone or something in a mob mentality type of riot atmosphere. That’s not power; that’s desperation. But you are powerful as individuals, and you are more powerful when you are seeking a vibration within you than when you are posting, or arguing, or trying to convince someone that your perspective is the right one and that everyone should join you in it.
If you want to realize the power of Source Energy flowing through you, then you first have to allow everyone else to be where they are spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. You have to love them as they are and see them as necessary pieces of the giant puzzle of which you are all a part, of which we are all a part. Then you can relax, because you can let go of all of your resistance, all of your tension, all of your anger, all of your hate, and you can be aligned with Source and exercise that power.
And we know that so many of you have already been doing this, and so we are really wanting you to realize the truth of your impact so that you will continue and so that you will expect to see the changes outside of you that you have already initiated inside of you, and we also want to reach the stragglers who still feel that their resistance is where their power lies. Remember who you really are, and that you are there to realize that power of Source and be in that flow, and you will be living in the world you want to be living in before you know it.

This moment in your history is a truly precious one! You stand on the edge of a cascade of events which will quite suddenly change your world forever. Mother Earth is now at that watershed which we have mentioned to you before and she is about to merge her two now-separated realms into one. This great and sacred shift is to happen very shortly. The dark cabal that runs your dark surface world still cannot believe that its reign over your world is coming to an end. After all, there are only faint signs that this is happening. Arrests are being made and parts of their inner circles divested of power, yet their rule continues. What they have not yet grasped is that an utterly different reality is very close to materializing. Likewise, they cannot comprehend that we have accepted Heaven’s plans for bringing you your freedom. The dark ones take our advice and accompanying warnings with a truly huge ‘grain of salt.’ Yet they would do well to heed what we say and prepare in some measure for their coming downfall. Energy is sweeping across this world and is about to bring their lamentable creations to an end. A new, all-transforming Light is dawning and is about to engulf these hardened skeptics.
Our fleet stands at the ready for first contact and a multitude of cloaked ships are a constant reminder to the dark that we are present and in service to the Light.Untold numbers of individuals work to bring a new world into being and we are here to support them and to help the many Light-workers in their sacred cause. Each of them knows full well the endless perfidy of this global dark cabal and our task is to assist them as Heaven so instructs. The divine moment is almost here for us, all together, to purge this dark menace from these surface realms. He is NOT saying the cabal is GOING to take money from the People’s bank accounts as they did in Cyprus, but it’s just good sense right now not to enable them to continue to fund their initiatives with our money.

We come again with news from the higher planes of existence, dear ones. We are always by your side, even though you are rarely aware of our presence. We enjoy watch you grow and understand the nature of life day after day. You are becoming more and more aware of your abilities for the light, although many among you still enjoy living in a 3D box as it were, closed off to the outside world. Do not judge those people, as they too have been placed on Mother Earth to grow and learn, to develop and awaken to the higher possibilities of humans. Yet, some people must go through a great ordeal to develop and discover those possibilities. Especially the younger souls, who are still developing, for even though we are all part of the One, the One keeps expanding and creating new souls, who must learn and grow in turn.
You have been placed where you are because there is a need for your work and for you to show those people the way. We know how difficult it can sometimes be when you forget why you are incarnated at this time, and it is very painful for many of you as well. Many of you wish to return to their home world, home planet, with their galactic families. We understand this, and this is why there are so many of us in orbit around your planet. This gives us the opportunity for you to reunite with us in the higher dimensions and in dreams dear ones. So you see, you are truly not alone, although to the untrained eye, it would appear that way.
Dear ones, our short message of today is directed to those of you who feel trapped in their existence, in a world that does not resonate with their frequency, with their love, in a world that hardly makes any sense any more. Do not forget that this human existence, that you have agreed to play your part in, is but a tinny drop of water, in the vast ocean of life. There is a river that flows through you, that connects you, at any time, at any moment to that vast ocean. Connect with the river within, and you will connect with the rest of the higher dimensions, even for a short moment of time. This will provide you with enough insight and energy to carry on during your daily chores and routine. But do not forget to drink from this inner river at regular intervals, perhaps every time that you actually allow 3D water to come into your body. Just sense your life force within yourself, within your body. That life force is always there, as long as you live on the planet. It never stops; it is always there, as we are always there, by your side, with you, day and night.
Many of you are saddened and worried about the outer world events, about the climate changes, about the Sun changes. Those changes have been taking place for millions of years, and it is how our great Creator has set his divine clock. As you have day and night, so do the planets and the Sun have their own cycle of active and passive. This alternation has been there for all times, and it is the way life goes on. Do not fear what comes tomorrow, for when you realize that you have already ascended all the troubles of this Earth would seem arbitrary to you. The 3D matrix may continue for some time yet, as this is the will of the majority for now still. However, you all have the possibility to ascend by your own will and means. You will discover that many of you already are ascended, and live in Earth as part of their life contract as well as in the higher realms.
We cannot recommend enough for those of you who feel entrapment that you meditate, that you join suitable spiritual groups, dear ones. For not only will this undertaking help you on a personal level, and lift your spirits, it will also help you cope with 3D life, but it will also contribute to Mother Earth’s wellbeing and lessen her pain at the abuse she has been the victim of for such a long time.
