One of the most powerful moments in healing is when the heart and mind realize they no longer have to negotiate for love and acceptance.
I want to share a clear sense of the journey we will move through inside Heart Alchemy, which begins on July 11th.
This is a 3-week live healing journey through the 9 Core Wounds, the deeper places where love, worth, safety, receiving, vulnerability, and being seen can become tangled when a younger part of us learns how to survive.
Inside this journey, we are not bypassing these parts or trying to make them more “spiritual.”
We are honoring them with presence, compassion, healing protocols, inner child integration, and enough love for the heart, mind, and body to begin trusting you and life again.
Here is the path we’ll move through together:
Week 1: Healing the Wounds of Worth
Imperfection, Unworthiness, and Performance
We begin with the parts of you that learned to be perfect, helpful, impressive, responsible, or constantly improving in order to feel loved, safe, or valuable.
This is where we begin releasing the early pressures you internalized to earn your place in life.
Your worth is unwavering, and has always been so.
Before the doing, the giving, the success, and the approval.
Week 2: Healing the Wounds of Safety and Belonging
The Belief that You Are Somehow Incomplete, Incapability, and Unsafety
In our second session, we will work with the parts of you that learned to hide, brace, overthink, retreat, or feel alone in the world.
The parts that are still holding trauma, memories, feelings, and experiences that are no longer aligned with your highest path and timeline.
This is where we begin restoring deep peace in your heart, mind, body, path, and energy.
Week 3: Healing the Wounds of Receiving and Embodiment
Deprivation, Vulnerability, and Unimportance
In our final session, we will work with the parts of you that learned to expect less, need less, say less, feel less, or protect your heart from disappointment.
This is where we begin reclaiming your voice, your joy, your power, your light, and your right to thrive and live your life to the fullest.
Each live session includes transformative healing protocols, guidance, and inner child integration.
Our live sessions are July 11th, 18th, and 25th, and recordings will be sent to everyone who joins.
