Wow, what a a week . . . so much to integrate, energetically and otherwise!

So once again today, I ask the Ascended Masters for energetic assistance and higher wisdom.

So many of us (though not all, of course) struggle to accept the outcome of Tuesday’s presidential election here in the U S, and wonder where we’re all headed.

Lady Master Portia, Lady Master Nada, and Lord Admiral Sananda Kumara answer us, speaking from a place of Divine Justice and enlightenment.

They very much desire to help us grasp what’s happening from a higher perspective:

I celebrate the diversity of our viewpoints. And I celebrate freedom of choice at all times. 

If you’ve been having a hard time since Tuesday, I pray the words and energies of these Ascended Masters reach your heart to keep you in Peace, positive outlook, maybe even Joy, when you’re ready.

In the meantime, if you need to, hit a pillow! Don’t sit on feelings of grief, rage, or shock.

Moments like this can unveil the trauma we’ve carried for many lifetimes. And a necessary part of moving into 5D is healing and releasing that trauma.
