I know things look rough right now. I skip watching the news (DemocracyNow.org) some days, because it can get overwhelming at times.
And like so many people, I am still finding these powerful solar Light energies from the solar flares to be utterly exhausting.
Yet when we see how the world is doing, with all the intensity of ancient shadows, programming, and dark intent coming to the surface, we see that the cleansing of this Light is absolutely necessary.
The White Knights of the Ashtar Command tell us that the solar flares will be increasing soon.
So — new and higher levels of self-care!!
All the more reason to find time to go within and get quiet, with more time in Nature, extra rest, drinking more pure water!
