Begin The Dragon Year Powerfully

Get Resourced At This Weekend’s Meditation

Hello friends,

Today I’d like to discuss how to make the most of our Dragon Year that begins Saturday. Dragons symbolize power and transformation. Continue reading below for examples of how you can invite dragon energy into your meditations this week, including during Friday’s Aquarius New Moon.

What Is Dragon Energy

For sensitives like us, the arrival of dragon energy can stir our inner fire and passion. This could be tangible or more subtle, like in a dream. On a spiritual level, dragon energy helps us connect with our own light and courage to go beyond our perceived limits. Dragons, then, remind us that we Divine Changemakers are infinite beings – with tremendous energy to forge our unique path in life. and make a difference in our world.

Dream Work

I suggest that you invite dragon energy into your dreams this week. Examples of what you may experience: (1) You see yourself on an important crossroads – something significant about your life is about to transform. (2) You are learning how to redefine who you are – you receive insights about a piece of your “false” identity you need to let go of. (3) You have begun to realize ways you give your power away – in the dream you receive a symbol or a knowing of root causes.

Meditate On Friday’s Aquarius New Moon

Friday’s New Moon is an excellent time to become still and go within. This particular New Moon involves radical change. Examples of how this may show up: (1) You could have a shift in your thinking that is so profound, it catches you by surprise! Talk about transformation – this could be huge! (2) You could feel a strong nudge from your guidance to partner with someone – acting on this nudge could be life-changing! (3) You recently felt stuck in some way – in fact so frozen that you couldn’t imagine your status quo changing! During your meditation, your guidance reveals a step so off your radar that you hadn’t considered it. Taking that step breaks you out of “stuck mode” and you are liberated!

Keep in mind, also, that on Saturday, we will be working with powerful dragon energy as part of our Spiritual Heart Activation Meditation. I can feel that energy as I’m writing this, and know that you will too!
