Hello friends,

Today I will give you a potent New Moon Process for manifesting what’s in alignment with your soul as we begin a landmark year of personal and societal mega change.

Tapping Power of January 11 Capricorn New Moon

The first days of any new year hold the promise of shifting your status quo and seeing yourself differently. Likewise, the first New Moon of a year is a powerful time to initiate plans and projects that speak to your heart. These potentials are magnified in a year like 2024!

Utilizing the power of our January 11 Capricorn New Moon can help you creatively sort your priorities and goals. As you do this, feelings of overwhelm or uncertainty can be transformed into a clear focus for manifesting needed changes and new goals.

New Moon Process

I suggest tailoring this process to your style. The purpose is to clear your mind of concerns about your life and invite a brand-new way to look at and move through these moments.

Start anytime and continue until you begin to have clarity and an inner confidence about where you are and where you want to be headed.

Over a period of several days, experiment with this process a number of times to anchor brand-new energy in your field.

STEPS

• Disconnect yourself from the outer world for 20 minutes or so. Take a walk outside and get away from your phone and computer. As you do this, intentionally turn off your thinking mind that tends to plan, strategize, or ruminate.
• Remind yourself that this is “me time” – moments when you can remove yourself from distractions, deadlines, and daily activities.
• Set an intention to be open to a brand-new way of being, thinking, feeling. As part of that, invite the universe to reveal examples of how your path ahead can morph beyond what you had envisioned.
• As you continue your walk, remember that you are an infinite being with limitless potentials. Reminding yourself of this truth helps you have context for what your inner guidance is revealing. Stay where you are for a bit and imagine how it will feel to alter course and manifest outcomes in alignment with your soul.
• Before sleep, invite a knowing of what your inner guidance wants you to understand.
