I pray you and yours are well, and resting more as you integrate these intense energies!

The Super Moon / Blue Moon of a week ago was beyond powerful, and with so many planets in retrograde now, taking time to breathe is Very much needed!

This week’s Message answers the question of how best to deal with the intensity of these days we’re in.

In addition to the release of so much emotionally — a purging of 3D life — we’re also trying to deal with one disastrous news report after another.

None of us wants to feel helpless on behalf of those suffering, or trapped in our own circumstances.

The Collective answer with their usual beautiful energetic support, and offer two powerful affirmations that are prayers and declarations we can use to remind ourselves that you and I are in control here — not some vague unseen force that decides Earth reality for us.

Just our words, and the ability to send Love to those who create these events, as well as those experiencing them, shifts Earth’s vibration to where a new and higher reality comes into view.
