Dear Ones, you are beings of flow. You are always in motion. It may be gentle or rapid, internal or external, intangible or tangible, but it is always there. Resisting whatever stage you are in will only create discomfort because it would amount to trying to work against both yourself and the energy conditions that are showing up that are custom designed to support you and your evolution. Do you see?
