Here are this week’s worthy nominees for intention of the week.

Intention of the Week: Lauren Rose

Help to heal her osteoporosis

Sunday, November 19, 2017

10 am Pacific

Katherine Atwater, from our community, has nominated her dear friend Lauren Rose, 63, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, in the US.

As Katherine says, “Lauren is a physical therapist and cranio-sacral practitioner who has a heart full of love, and is a healing presence for everyone she meets.”

Lauren wrote the following email to her friends and family, and Katherine passed it on to our Intention community with her permission.

Here’s Katherine’s story in her own words:

“I am asking for your love and prayer for my bones.  I believe in the power of love and especially collective LOVE.  I have osteoporosis and my spine has multiple fractures. The pain has been crazy, but is slowly improving. Today I start Tymlos, an anabolic bone builder.  My hope is that over the next month it takes effect and resolves the pain. I want to return to strength, to my SPIN teaching, my beloved patients and hiking. Help me to co-create that through your love.

“BIG Love to all of you – I hold you in my heart.”

Please hold the following intention on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 10 am Pacific US time/1 pm Eastern US/6 pm UK/7 pm Europe:

‘Our intention is that Lauren Rose be free of osteoporosis and all pain, and be healthy and well in every way.’

And while concentrating on migraines let’s send healing intention to a 14 year old suffering from terrible, debilitating abdominal migraines, which cause an ache in the stomach, not the head.
