You have heard that life is not about you at the same time that life is all about you. Everything is as you think it is. You are all-important. And yet you are to serve. In that sense, life is not about you.
Life is a reflection of you, and yet life is not about you. It is about service. It is about love. It is not about love to you. It is about love from you.
You can only respond or venture in life according to how you perceive.
If life is not satisfactory to you at present, your perception will have to change. It cannot change just because you say to. It requires a change in how you see. Be open. Be open to seeing in a new way. Be open, and you will start seeing in a new way. Your perception is bound to change. It is bound to grow. It is a fact that you will see from a different perspective. You will see from a wider lens.
In order to do this, however, be willing to let go of how you have seen life in the past. When you hold on to the old, it’s difficult to open up to the new. Even if you have always seen life as beautiful, still seek yet higher perception. There is always greater. And you are meant to be greater. Go for it. As a mountain climber climbs one mountain, he then desires to climb another.
In the case of higher perception, a basis for higher consciousness, it’s not that you have to climb the next mountain hand over fist. It is more like you have to be willing to leave one elevator for another. You have to get off from where you were and let yourself be lifted. It is not a deliberate act by which you keep climbing, but by a willingness, an openness. There is always more, and there is always more for you to open to. You want to get to the top, yet there is no one top. There is always something more. This is enrichment. There is an abundance of consciousness awaiting you.
Be open-minded and open-hearted. Desire. Be willing. Even take being willing further, and will strongly to rise higher. Keep your desire in front of you. There is a caution here, however. Will can hold you in good stead, yet there is a balance. You have to let go at the same time as you hold on. We’re talking about a delicate balance here. You cannot push too much or force too strongly because then you are holding on to change too much. Release.
You know there is something you want. You know you want to grow. At the same time, you can’t crack a whip over your wants. You are the desirer, the willing, the willer, and yet you are not the commander. The strong personality side of you is not the commander. The Universe is at your service, but not by force. By force of evolution, yet not by your force. By your prompting, yes. Yes, in due time.
For some, it is faster than others. For some it is slow, and, then, bang, some start whizzing along, while others slow down. You will climb higher, yet you cannot always say when the time is right. The time is right when it happens.
No reason to be discouraged. You are going to grow. That is established. When, how, by what means and so on, you do not know.
In any case, don’t try to fathom the stage you’re at very much, because your purpose is to grow and not to give your growth a name or a number. Grow, My children. Simply grow, and I will greet you with wide-open arms.
