Good morning on this marvelous day. You are feeling a new energy in your solar chakra and are wondering why it has just hit you. You are correct that it is connected to this message, but not that it is due to the content. We have always attached our energies to these messages, but now we are stepping up the volume and also attaching new frequencies and information. You will find and enjoy the results when it is the best time for you. This is true for yourself and all who read this.
As of this time, we, and I include all who are involved in aiding you in this endeavor called ascension, are pulling out all the stops. It is time to do this and you have been well prepared if you have given permission for it to be so. If you are just reading this now and are surprised by such a statement, do not think you have missed the boat, as you say. Your permission will have been given long before this date. Many of you are well aware of the change which has been going on internally for some time now, some more aware than others. If you are among these fortunate ones, prepare yourselves now for exponentially greater and more rapid change from this day forward.
Many must be made ready to reach out and help those around them who are willing but need a little help, a little hug, a little nudge, or even a great deal of healing of healing and love. Be ready to become able to help when asked.
We advise that your egos be not involved here. Being first in some things does not automatically imply first in all, and in any case, there are no firsts and seconds in reality. Consider it a privilege to have such opportunity. If you are feeling these things for the first time, and are not sure of yourself, we tell you that, in truth, it is not your first time. You will soon enough understand that you have a long history of this kind of service.
Look inside deeply and begin to grasp who you are. Reach out to the loving ones around you and feel the deep and abiding connection of oneness and the compassion toward all which is present and building.
There is, at present, much confusion about what is occurring now. Some is planted intentionally, and some is the result of overblown expectations. We advise keeping one’s expectations in check and focusing on what you are able to control yourself. In this way, you will never be disappointed. There is immense reason to be excited now both by what is happening inside of, and outside of, you. Simply encourage the first and observe the last and you will not be discouraged in the least.
Never before have so many of you had such an opportunity for growth and expansion. We promise that the next few months will bring personal changes that will take your breath away. Focus on these things. That is your main purpose in being here at this time. Let those who are involved in the events you are observing handle what they have been entrusted with. Be involved in your own lives. That is what you are entrusted with. Believe us, that will be quite enough, and it is every bit as important.
There is an awareness inside you growing now of an unexplainably immense and powerful loving force. Would we be amiss in telling you that you are feeling your own true self lovingly and joyfully coming closer and closer your awareness? How often have you heard that you should love yourselves? Now you are beginning to feel your Selves loving you. Love them in return and see what happens.

Ascended Masters 20120723 The Pleiadian High Council: Your Thoughts and Feelings will Determine your Reality

Previous aspects of yourselves have been peeled away and integrated by you and before your very eyes, and this has been an intense process for many incarnate starseeds who have been used to the frequencies of the higher realms in which many of you have arrived for your final Lives on the surface of the Earth from.
Your sprits were calibrated to a certain loose and wonderful-feeling frequency for so very long before many of you made the decisions to drop your vibrations to those of the third density while still choosing to consciously maintain a steady and secure link to the higher realms in the final Lives which many of you have arrived to from the realms of the fifth dimension.
Many of you are closer to the higher realms and to many of us souls within the Galactic Federation than you realize at present, and there are many unawakened and awakening souls on your world at this time who are just beginning to find the higher realms for themselves without yet experiencing the accompanying remembrance of the wonderful roots that every soul on Earth possesses.
You have found yourselves on Earth for a number of reasons, the majority of which have everything to do with helping the Earth and all on Her surface who are ready to ascend. Many of you have chosen to maintain and remember strong links and bonds to your past while others have chosen before incarnating, to not yet know and understand their links to the Divine until a later point in their awakening.
Multiple different paths are leading to the same conclusion of evolving back to the pure realms of Source wherein innumerable ascended beings are happily assisting you in finding these states of consciousness. Many of you have maintained the direct energetic links and bonds that see you better-able to know and understand the higher dimensional experiences that you are being given at this time and we say that all of humanity is being given the chance to peak behind the veil and turn the opportunity to do so into an opportunity for overall soul growth and evolution into the realms of Source.
One does not receive such an opportunity to ascend in a mass, collective fashion very often and as such, this ascension is very important to your Earth and to innumerable other planets and realms as well. This is a topic that has been discussed much before and it is because the Earth has been a planet which has harbored much density [as a result of] the experiences on Her surface since the fall of Atlantis and indeed, even before.
The Earth has had so very much density experienced on Her surface and you are now seeing much of this density able to be cleared away with little difficulty to the public.
A recent example of this cleansing taking place in minute yet effective ways, has been that of the heat occurring thought the western region of your world. The dark have attempted to utilize their technology to Create [incredibly] high temperatures in an act of weather warfare against those in the west, but instead we are seeing to it that the heat and the absence of rain will only act in accordance with and go as far as the collective freewill restraints of the areas in which this is being attempted will allow.
Worry not, dear souls for their actions in doing this will be exposed and it will be explained as well in a clear and understandable way, how we were and are able to utilize the collective freewill energies to block-out the most devastating effects of your darks technology, while working as well with the collective positive energies being manifested on your world which are increasing marvelously in scope and purity every single day of your experience on Earth.
We have been watching this energy begin to be expressed and utilized through the hearts and minds of so many dear souls who are remembering their bonds with the higher realms which we all do indeed possess, and we are able to utilize this energy to neutralize the worst effects of the darks technology while again, working with the freewill constraints and measures of any given area of your world.
Gaia has had so very much density needing to be released and because of this recent utilization of our technology, we are able to nullify the worst effects of what you dark has intended while at the same time, clearing away massive amounts of collective density in the west which, trust us dear souls, had been so very needed.
This is because the dark have utilized the United States and the territory of the United Stated which was once holy and scared land and was taken care of properly by those who inhabited it; your dark have wished to use this land as a proverbial ‘Roman Empire’.
They wished to display their ‘dominance’ of the world by displaying their dominance of western society in the United States, and many countries to this day understand and know of the tyranny which has taken place in the United States but dear souls, even the actions taken in the US have not been as tyrannical as actions taken in other countries [by the same entities].
Your dark wished to establish the most influential ‘section’ of the one world government by ruling the west as an empire of sorts, while installing puppets in other countries who would become their allies and who would do the bidding of the select few souls who have been playing the ‘game’ of controlling the world for a very long time, having learned much about doing so from their former Annunaki overlords.
The cold war was meant to continually scare the collective, to keep you all in states of fear over nuclear attacks or bombs, while at the same time [the entities within the US] were secretly allying with the Russians and installing figureheads within the Russian government who would ‘green light’ and support war with the United States. All sides of every war have been funded by a select few billionaires who are playing from the Annunaki’s [former] guidebook, and all it takes on your world in these beautiful days is a simple internet search to understand the sheer control that the dark have attempted to take on your world.
The heaviest of their plans are not to play out and yet they continue to make their final rants and rumblings while attempting to destroy a collective society that they have long known they would not be able to destroy.
They were given false prophecies about the ways in which these end times are to play out and as a result, find themselves confused every single day as they feel that the Light forces have swooped in out of the blue unnoticed, and undone generations of work that those before them strived for to see play out in these final times you are in.
We cannot disagree with those souls on that notion. We can express, however, that the Light Forces have been working on your world for every generation of your time, especially since the fall of Atlantis and Lemuria.
Earth had a marvelous opportunity to experience a mass ascension and Uniting of Atlantis and Lemuria, and there were vested lower influences who did not want to see this come about and who had planned instead to create slave races to mine dear Gaia for Her resources.
You are seeing similar actions in pursuit today with the dark’s many oil refineries, pumping precious oil from dear Gaia to operate technology that humanity could have long advanced from by your 1940s, in your current society. The Light has slowly yet surely been in play and in influence since the fall of the two great cities of Atlantis and Lemuria, and in recent decades we have made ourselves known quite boldly. Our showing of ourselves to you has taken place all throughout your history, and you are only beginning to hear of the more recent generations and decades in which we made contact with you.
Many assume that the governments’ knowledge and involvement with extraterrestrials started with the ‘Roswell’ crash and many think as well that this was the first time a spacecraft was found or discovered on Earth, and we say that this is not so for we have been in the skies of Earth, making contact with various civilizations whom we felt were ready, for every bit of Earth’s history.
This includes before the building and fall of Atlantis and Lemuria, dear souls, and with this admission we ask you to ponder how we souls found ourselves with you in Atlantis and Lemuria in the first place.
We were already making contacts with many societies, and those of Atlantis and Lemuria were two colonies who were hitting enormous strides, pretty much together as these colonies followed the same Earthly cycles even at their starts, before their blossoming into great cities and finding each other.
We saw the opportunity which the recent strides such colonies reached in their own growth would garner and so we made multiple contacts with these souls, starting at first with the showing of our craft to them in your skies.
We wanted to initially show our craft flying around in your skies to both of these colonies, to ensure their comfort with us as they began perceiving of a reality that was as of yet outside of their frame of understanding.
We made cautious and bold contacts with these souls and when we could feel that they were ready and willing to see the ‘metallic birds’ finally come down to the ground and reveal ourselves, we felt it was safe to do so. Again, this happening was aligned and paralleled with both colonies, in that they both experienced the showings of ourselves to them at the same time, in accordance with their Earthly cycles.
We began to mix into your cultures as both Atlantis and Lemuria became quite comfortable with us. We helped you along your growth and we shared advancements with you in the areas of your science and philosophy, as well as mathematics.
We showed you [musical] instruments that are still utilized and remembered on your world to this day, one of which being the acoustic guitar. We United with you and you happily accepted us on your world as many more souls from advanced planets all throughout this beautiful Creation came to see what was unfolding on the surface of this little beautiful blue world, whom contact-experiments with the colonies inhabiting had been a resounding success.
There were so very many of us happily on your world and we helped you to grow your two colonies into wonderful societies, with their own cultures, doctrines and beliefs. Such beliefs would end up underlying the cause of the downfall of these two civilizations but dear souls, there is no need to focus on such happenings as doing so may only lower your vibrations.
We ask you to instead focus on the beauty that was and still is Atlantis and Lemuria, for while you have been riding on the timelines wherein these two colonies were destroyed, there are plenty of Earth timelines wherein Atlantis and Lemuria were not destroyed and rather ascended together and branched out into this wonderful Creation, inhabiting many different planets after having evolved.
Many of such souls who experienced Atlantis and Lemuria in these timelines wherein they were not destroyed, are those [of various Councils of the Galactic Federation] who have the most vested interests in seeing the Earth’s ascension play out.
This topic of many of us inhabiting our own planets [after ascending from] the realms of Earth wherein Atlantis was not destroyed and rather ascended, is quite a complex one and is one that will require much discussion and explanation as to how such occurrences can be possible.
We must say that after spreading out to numerous different planets throughout this beautiful Star System and throughout this beautiful Creation, we spent generations on such planets and integrated into ourselves, the specific atmospheric [and planetary] conditions and cultures of such planets as well as of the Star and Motherships who were residing on such planets, so this admission does not in any way suggest that we are all Earthly souls who are simply of the Earth, for this is not so.
Again, we have taken many Lives on your beautiful world, some of which had to do with spending time in the Atlantis and Lemuria colonies, along our own evolution and per our own evolutionary choices [of undergoing the timelines wherein these colonies ascended] and as for the evolutionary path of your Atlantis and Lemuria timelines and the souls riding along such timelines; again, we helped such souls along their growth, to develop into their own wonderful and marvelous civilizations.
In essence, dear souls, we have been with you for so very long and in some senses we share your Earth customs and perceptions. We do not share your limited third and fourth dimensional perceptions of reality as we have grown past such stages in our growth, but we are assisting each and every one of you in going through the Earth experience and we have devoted ourselves so very much to the Earth, that the ascension of Her and all on Her surface has been [strongly] ingrained into our ‘Mission List’.
Service-to-Others is a heart set based on an unconditional Love, caring and [balanced] concern for those undergoing the lower dimensional experience. We wish with all of our hearts to do anything that we can in accordance with your freewill, to assist you along your collective evolution and this is why we have again, taken to neutralizing much of the dark’s technology and intents while assuring that your collective freewill-manifested density is cleared in an appropriate manner and in a manner that sees much of it cleared away while being subsequently experienced by humanity, in a way that is not too overbearing.
There are many of you on Earth at this time who are feeling that the lessons you are being given are too intense, are too difficult and many have taken to wanting to bow-out of the Earth experience.
We can assure you dear souls, that your Lives are not in the control of any entity with ill-will or intent. Your Lives are controlled by you and the events which are to manifest each and every moment of your experience, [are manifested] in accordance with the thoughts and vocal statements you give out every single moment of your experience.
It is so very important to make your attempts to attune yourselves to the vibrations that are being given to you now at this time, as many of you are finding the expansions in yourselves that are seeing you better able to access these encodements in incredibly rapid and accelerated, pure ways, and now that this is so you will find many aspects of the higher realms opening up to you and to your senses.
You will find realms beyond your imagination, that you could have never thought or felt were even possible to exist. As you experience these expansions, ask to call upon us within the higher realms for any aspects of assistance that you require during your journey for while we cannot do any of your freewill-based karmic work for you, we can transport you to realms beyond your wildest dreams. You would recognize these as the ascended realms; the realms in which we happily and gratefully inhabit.
You are being given so very much more assistance than you realize at present, and it simply takes attuning oneself to one’s openings and expansions to be able to feel the energies being given to you as well as the energetic signatures of us ascended souls whom are happily giving you such energy. Each and every one of us have a hand in sending the Universally pure energies to dear Earth, but not a one of us play as crucial of a role in this specific happening as the beings within the higher astral planes of your world.
These souls have taken home within the higher realms of the Earth which are very close with the lower realms of the Sun, to receive the energies from such solar realms that Create and sustain each and every reality throughout dear Gaia’s structure.
These souls are overseeing the transfer of the energies that Create and sustain your reality, as well as the transfer of energies so pure that such energies must be given steadily and in measured doses on the alignment dates which are becoming closer and closer together.
Gaia has very many alignment dates to pass through on your world which will grant those souls within the higher realms of your world, the Divine authority to bring energies through to your surface and to all other realms within Gaia’s structure, that are [the energies] to see the higher realms expressed on your world in their full bounty, glory and splendor.
Oh dear souls, the realms of the fifth dimension are so wonderful, so heavenly and marvelous to behold. At present you would have little comprehension of the experience that you are headed for and until these pure energies begin to make themselves known in very clear and Lovely ways in your skies, we ask you to continue to lay the Lighted foundation that you have been laying every day of your experience.
Each one of you who find yourselves awakening at this point are holding so very much pure, potent Light within yourselves while at the same time working through deeply-ingrained density that has been prevalent in many of you throughout many previous Lives. Many of you have chosen the specific Lives you are inhabiting currently, in an act to clean up karmic residue that was deleted by the Law of Grace, allowing many of you to ascend from the surface of Earth [before coming back].
Indeed, the ‘mixing pot’ of souls on Earth become so very mixed, as there are souls who have spent thousands and indeed, even millions of Lives within the Earth structure and there are some now as well who are experiencing their second or third Life on Earth, during this time in which She and all on Her surface who are ready are to ‘transition’ into the realms of the fifth dimension.
Many have wonders and fears of the physical body dying before or as one ascends. We tell you that you will have the complete choice [whether] to discarnate and experience fifth dimensional Life as the pure Logos energy in which we all truly are behind the bodies and shells in which we inhabit for various different purposes, or whether to experience the realms of the fifth dimension in the upgraded, crystalline form of the human body.
This form is [usually] much taller and bigger, and will seem overall much healthier, Lighter and easier to move around in. We say that along with the loose limits in which a fifth dimensional body adheres and conforms to, you will be able to decide completely how you look.
Each and every thought and feeling that you have will determine your form, presence and the reality around you. Imagine dear souls, experiencing a thought on your world and finding it instantly manifested within your plane of experience.
Some may fear ascension as they fear the perceived need to ‘die’ from their body to experience ascension, and we hope that we have helped to quell fears surrounding this subject by reminding you that you can experience ascension as a fifth dimensional human, just as many of we Pleiadians take preference in doing.
Many are still experiencing attachments to the Earthly body and to the specific Earthly physical pleasures and stimulants which help the Earth body to feel different from the average states of consciousness which have become the norm on your world and which have been so very limited, and the wish to experience a higher and more pure state of consciousness is why many on your world choose to take part in substance abuse of any kind.
There are many who are strolling just along the veil of your perception of the higher realms, as many souls have slightly opened themselves, their minds and their hearts up to the realities of the higher dimensions by being exposed slightly to such realms through the experiences granted by drugs.
We say that the ‘reality’ one experiences whenever on any type of hard drug is a fabricated, pleasure-based reality that the dark have engineered as an unhealthy mirror of the higher realms with side effects that control the mind and body of those who take them.
Hard drugs and pharmaceuticals have been one in the same, in that the strongest of pharma drugs contain many of the same ingredients as hard drugs, and this is blatantly apparent to anybody who researches the ingredients of various pills meant to take away pain while making one feel ‘high’.
Dear souls, we say that the true and pure high is the experience of the higher realms, which can be grown toward without using a physical substance, and the purpose of the very hardest of drugs has been to trap one in a fabricated, fourth density-negative based reality wherein they are experiencing a heightened state of mental awareness, while experiencing what is the closest definition of hell that can be garnered.
In the very near future, we will be before you after you have learned the truth of our existence and the truth of the existence of the higher realms in general, as well as your impending evolution toward these higher realms.
There will be so very much to discuss and as always, the discussions and communications given through channels have been quite rudimentary and elementary compared to the truths, revelations and insights you are to be given about what has happened on your world  and about what will be happening and as so very many of you awaken and make your clear intents to embrace the higher realms and the Light energies accompanying your transition (1) into the higher realms; you will find all of us here, waving and laughing with smiles and Love.

Crystallizing Shift
This is another article that’s not a convenient One Size Fits All article for the honest reason that not everyone is at the same level of development, consciousness, focus and embodiment of the NEW Light and codes. For that reason this article will require the reader to be self-reflective and honest. Unfortunately not everyone is capable of doing this however. Discernment and honesty will get you far whereas self-delusion, wishful or magical thinking won’t. There is no end, no final completion point with any of this so just relax into your ongoing evolutionary ascension journey no matter which energy stair-step you or I or anyone else is currently on. Every step is important and needed because each one alters you a little more.
There are many people who still believe that The Shift is a singular instantaneous ‘Event’ that’s going to happen in a split second like a Hollywood movie special effect. That would be lovely but the entire Ascension Process has not happened like that throughout Phase 1 and won’t in Phase 2 for the same reasons mentioned in the first paragraph. Not every human alive on Earth is at the same level of individual development, awareness, consciousness and process of embodying the NEW evolutionary codes and Light etc. Again, that would be lovely if they were and god knows it would make the Ascension Process more spectacular and quick than it already is but, again, it is not going to happen that way because mass humanity is absolutely not capable of making such an enormous energetic physical Shift together at the same time. If mass humanity were much more spiritually energetically developed and embodied physically than they are, then this current Ascension Process might have aimed for a one & done singular Shift Event. Because mass humanity isn’t developed enough to do that, the many incremental energy stair-steps are the way we’ve gone and are available for each person to make their way up, one step at a time if needed.
In 2019 I wrote a couple of articles about how Phase 2 of the Ascension Process (January 2020) was the start point for certain “regular people” to begin the Ascension Process. This is and will continue happening in different Wave Groups of “regular people”. By regular people I mean people who don’t know about the evolutionary Ascension Process and everything that goes with it and why. There are people starting to have their hearts and minds opened and find they cannot stand living in the old lower frequency world anymore and are demanding reality change immediately. Those are the regular people of the First Wave Group in Phase 2 we’ve been seeing in 2020 so far who are ready for evolutionary changes in physical reality. There will be a Second Wave Group of “regular people” later and a Third Wave Group after them as more and more people are activated to evolve out of what has been and start their individual processes of moving up those ascension energy stair-steps.
The different incarnate Wave Groups of VOLUNTEER Pathpavers helped build and anchor the ascension energy stair-steps throughout Phase 1 (and some even a decade or two before that) for all of humanity to use now and in the near future. In Phase 2 (2020 and beyond) we’re seeing the First Wave Group of regular people start up them. Everything will unfold incredibly faster now that we’re in the higher frequency range of the NEW codes and energies and the First Wave Group of regular people have been activated to rapidly evolve.
I recapped the above because many of the Volunteers, the First Everythingers as I’ve called us — Starseeds, Transmuters, Embodiers, Conscious Creators, Pathpavers, Wayshowers etc. — have been experiencing increased not here and not there either accelerated periods of more releasing of our personal memories and emotional connections. Phase 2 stay-at-HOME 2020 time has been extra odd and for many of the First Everythingers there’s been a lot more offloading of our life memories.
In 2009 I perceived that soon I would be forgetting my life memories from this and past lives and because of this I should quickly write a book about some of my Volunteer multidimensional positive and negative Duality frequency and reality experiences before I evolved beyond that frequency range. So I quickly did just that and by January 2010, A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution went on the market. Here we are all these years later and many Volunteers have been experiencing increased personal final phase inner housecleaning. This hasn’t been intentional on our parts this year but we’re in the final phase of releasing more old lower frequencies, grids, patterns, templates etc. internally and externally and that includes many of our personal memories in them.
As the external old lower 3D patriarchal Earth world reality disintegrates and disappears, so too are many if not all of our personal memories of our lives lived in it. With every magnetic fluctuation and change, what magnetically held old lower frequency Earth reality and our memories of our lives and experiences in it—both the old external magnetic Earth Grids and our internal magnetic body Grids—are dying and disappearing. Just this alone is a strange and intense state of transitional being as the disassembling of the old world and simultaneous construction of the NEW pushes us to complete the releasing of any remaining unnecessary and misaligned sense of our old self and matching memory tidbits and willfully, deliberately reside in the NEW completely free from the past.
Because of this many have been having more unexpected mind’s eye visuals of personal past events, even some dream events, people, pets, beings, aliens, loved ones etc. in 2020 that meant something to the old us in the old Earth world flash quickly in higher vision as our final goodbyes to them all. Our old lower frequency lives have literally been ‘flashing before our eyes’ because we’ve been dying to them for years. These rapid Phase 2 2020 visuals are the final steps of our releasing our pasts. It’s a completion of the 2012 Three Days Life Review everyone went through at some point from December 21, 22, 23, 2012. These sorts of processes normally take place after we’ve physically died, but during this Ascension Process we’ve been doing them while very much alive, conscious and in our current ascending physical bodies. Needless to say they’ve been incredibly unusual experiences of incrementally dying over the years while alive and incrementally ascending to higher and higher levels of being and reality. In my previous article I asked, how naked can you get now? This is another aspect of this deeper releasing of the old Earth world and our lives, experiences and memories in it. As the old lower frequency 3D patriarchal Earth world and reality has been disassembling throughout these ascension years, we have been too of course. We’ve been dying and disengaging from it for many years, many Volunteers for over two decades, and now in Phase 2 we’ve reached an important stair-step shift point.
One of many things the human ‘stay-at-home’ COVID-19 pandemic order is at higher levels was/is to abruptly force everyone worldwide to stop mindlessly, habitually doing and living what has been of the dying old lower Earth world, stop repeatedly running round and round on the old human hamster wheel and release the old past and shift focus and intent and stay-at-HOME in your HighHeart and start living on higher frequency NEW Earth, not dying and disappearing old lower Earth. Divine Source has put every human on Earth, including every Volunteer, in a loving but stern parental timeout period to help humanity physically start the shift now. That is what the 2020 Divine Cease & Desist Order is and will continue to be.
In February 2020 when I became aware of the COVID-19 pandemic I instantly knew there would be three global waves of it. It’s close to the end of July 2020 as I write this and we’re deep in the first wave of the pandemic. There’s two more pandemic waves to come and they’re for the people who need more linear time, and incentives, to make the Phase 2 ascension shift. Plus the rapid dismantling of old patriarchal Earth structures and systems etc. Many are fighting this evolutionary shift and like children are rebelling against it. They want their freedom to continue being selfish patriarchal assholes and idiots. Not a smart move on their parts during major evolutionary times and the return of Divine Mother/Mommy but to each his own. This is another reason why three pandemic waves — it gives the unaware human population fighting and resisting positive change, growth and evolution ascension a bit more linear time to get with the higher program and make the shift into the NEW higher everything internally and externally.
Remember what I mentioned above about the different Wave Groups of regular people being activated now and at different times and in different groups in the near future to shift and begin the Ascension Process? The three waves of the COVID-19 pandemic are also connected to that and will work as triggers for more and more people to start the evolutionary Ascension Process and shift to NEW Earth in these different regular people Wave Groups and the three different pandemic waves. Again, things look like they’re one thing when in fact they’re something very different and positive in multiple ways and levels for mass humanity. They’re energy stair-steps that humanity now must begin shifting up.
Just because I shared that information does NOT mean that you and I and others in the know are going to have to live through all three pandemic waves. We are and have been for many years up many more energy stair-steps than mass humanity. We First Everythingers, Pathpavers etc. have existed at higher frequency levels for years or decades already, it’s just that Phase 2 of the Ascension Process has activated the ascension for all of humanity in 2020 and beyond. Do NOT worry about the pandemic waves and ongoing collapses of the old lower frequency world and systems and just continue doing what we’ve been doing all along.
Normally I don’t share certain information like times or dates and such as I just did saying that there’s three pandemic waves to unfold. I usually don’t share that sort of information publicly because too many people misunderstand, misinterpret or fixate on the times, dates, amounts etc. instead of on what’s actually happening and why and what they individually should be doing within themselves. The only really important information is that it’s in you, not external, but internal within you. Always Work from HOME. 😉
I’ve experienced this numerous times over these ascension years but I want to share a recent energy stair-step change I made the other day. Friday, July 17, 2020, I experienced another round of incoming higher plasma Light wave intensity tango-ing that for me typically connects with the area above my physical head first, then enters my head and does all those fun and exciting NEW things in there for a while, then it travels further down and enters my HighHeart and does all those fun and exciting NEW things in there too. Head pains, pressures etc. then heart and entire upper chest into the back at the same level thumps, bumps, severe at times poundings, rattlings and intense internal shaking that’s become violent from one perspective after nineteen years of my living this ongoing progression of embodying more and higher.
Thankfully when these types of extra intense ascension embodying periods get to be too much I’m usually released from my body which just means I fall asleep during embodying more NEW higher energies. It’s faster and easier for me to just get out of the way physically for a while by taking an energy nap break and fall asleep while my physical body embodies, takes on and is permanently changed by what’s happened to it. In this case I was asleep for almost three hours and when I woke up that afternoon, I did so in another timeline.
This is fairly simple and easy and it goes like this. More NEW higher energies arrive and need to be embodied. Those energies make contact with your physical body and the internal embodiment of them begins. This process typically causes some physical discomfort and/or outright pains, pressures, aches etc. After the energy or energies have been physically embodied you will either wake up or sense or instantly know that because you’ve just embodied more NEW higher energies you have changed energetically again which automatically causes you to evolve up one or more ascension energy stair-steps which automatically and naturally deposits you in another higher frequency which can also be called another “timeline”. One, two, three and boom! you’re now in a higher frequency, place, world, timeline for the simple reason that you embodied some more incoming NEW higher energies and moved up one or more energy ascension stair-steps.
It Goes Without Saying
It goes without saying that our ascension lives have been weird and strange and that they’re getting even more so now in Phase 2. The more the energies change, the more we change, the more external reality changes. The more the old external Earth world disintegrates, the more our personal memories of lives spent in it as those selves are disintegrating within us. Our old lives on old lower frequency Earth have been flashing before our eyes as they disintegrate from our memories. The fluctuating magnetic energies have been helping us and Earth free ourselves of those final old reality-holding energy patterns (grids) and shift out of them and increasingly into the NEW and NEW Earth.
It goes without saying that all these ascension-related higher frequency energy changes will continue to cause us and our physical bodies and everything else to feel all sorts of highly unusual things. In so many ways we’ve been dying, we’ve been transitioning while alive and in our current physical bodies and I mean this literally. The Volunteers have been going through this since 1998–1999, but now in Phase 2, the first Wave Group of “regular people” have started doing it. It goes without saying that it has been and will continue to be colossally strange for the rest of our lives. It goes without saying… Ride this thing for all its worth because it’s rare and you’re notably fortunate to be incarnate now in physical-level evolutionary ground zero. We’ve often bitched and whined about how brutal, painful and difficult it all can be at times but it is very rare and there was an extremely long queue line of Souls wanting to get in here and live it physically.
Spiritual growing pains caused by natural evolution. In other words, the very ground under me, under you, under all of us just isn’t there right now because we’re that far into the Separation of Worlds Shift. We’re in-between. We’re in transition. We’re in evolutionary induced metamorphism. We’re not stable. We’re not solid. We’re not what has been but we aren’t yet fully what we’re becoming because we’re quantum and Working this thing from multiple points and levels simultaneously. And sometimes that makes it more than a little weird here in physical incarnate ground zero, but that goes without saying…
While all these bizarre things not only continue but grow and accelerate in Phase 2, many of the Embodiers are also experiencing more NEW abilities which also should go without saying. Phase 2 activated what all the “regular people” have been experiencing in 2020 so far, and the same is true for the Volunteers and first to Embody but at much higher and more complex levels. Stair-steps remember? The Volunteers and Embodiers have had our lives turned upside down too and we’ve been living and learning under the Divine mandatory Cease & Desist Order in 2020 as well. We’ve just been doing it at higher levels just as we have since Phase 1 started.
I’ll say this again — there are very important reasons why the Volunteers are under this Divine Cease & Desist Order and it is so we’ll move into, shift into the next higher NEW level and start more individual transformations.
Like everything else it continues getting more and more obvious as to who is Embodying and who is not and that’s okay, be aware, honest and don’t delude yourself about others. Personally, what I’ve been dealing with in much greater ways in Phase 2 so far this year is my becoming increasingly sovereign energetically. Everything is at this point wholly internal. I’ve been more conscious of my abilities to be a Conscious Creator and that what I intentionally dictate, instruct and charge is now finally manifesting quickly physically. As great as that is and sounds, it carries much personal responsibility, Higher Awareness and utter and constant personal honesty. My events are all internal in Phase 2 because that is the next level of Embodiment — individually becoming increasingly energetically sovereign, responsible for the reality I want to experience and live in now, living constantly from my HighHeart, Consciously Creating from there and giving my creations the focus needed to crystallize into physicality, and not look outside myself for much of anything. There is no time like the present to review your relationships with friends or family. Often when you incarnate you are placed with souls you have known in previous lives, and it is for the reason that you are likely to have issues between you that need facing again. Because there is a block between you it carries forward to each life until it is resolved. When you are placed together again in a family you do not know why, but you may have antagonism for each other. Because family members are expected to try and get on with each other, it would be hoped that differences could be more easily overcome. However, that is not always the case and they can become worse.

So if you recognise yourself as being in such a situation, realise how it has come about and make a move to repair the damage to your relationship. Sometimes the hardest part is being able to forgive and it is not a sign of weakness on your part. Be the first one to offer the olive branch and it will release the negative emotions that you hold within. It will be better to have addressed the problem now rather than let it fester and remain with you. Those who hold on to the idea that they are the victim, should understand that karma is the outworking of problems between two people and both are equally involved.

Those souls that find it easy to forgive actions against them, are showing their spiritual advancement and in so doing are helping another soul to evolve. It is the way to avoid thinking in terms of revenge, as it is unnecessary as not one soul will avoid having to face spiritual justice at some point. It does not mean that punishment is involved, it is karma and making a resolution that you will accept another opportunity to show that you can deal with your problems without adverse results.

Uncontrolled emotions are at the root of so many upsets that you experience, and usually caused by the ego and so called pride. If you want to ascend into the realm where peace and harmony exist, then you must commence living that way now. Be that which you see as being your Higher Self, and be free from your old self that has become saddled with the lower vibrations and lack of Light. The time of fighting for survival is almost over and you are about to enter a new phase where there is no lack but abundance. Where those that are of the dark will no longer be able to bring you down and take away your rights. You stand at the door of freedom and peace, and you are asked little in return except that you treat all others as One with you.

If only you could all understand that you have been waiting for this period for eons of time. The past is breaking away from you and you should allow it to move out of your lives. Go forward with the experiences that have lifted you up, and know that those souls whom you have loved and lived with are also doing the same. If it is in your future plans to meet with them again it shall happen, but of course many will travel with you as you ascend. No one is deliberately breaking relationships apart, but you must recognise the free choice others have exactly as you have yourself.

Everything that lies ahead for those who ascend is of a higher vibration, and as such it is not prone to the lower vibrations and maintains its form. Aging as you understand it no longer occurs and in fact everything remains in its prime condition. Can you imagine how wonderful that is when there is no decay or death. Yet the conditions are not static and change can take place without leaving a trail of rubbish behind it, as it is instantaneous. Remember Dear Ones, that these are the realms where you will be able to create through the power of thought, and uncreate if necessary.

When you think of what you have to gain, it is surely worthwhile putting in whatever effort is needed to be sure you ascend. Your intent is one thing but you need to start living your truth now. The wonders of the Universe are far beyond your imagination and life abounds everywhere even in the same space as you occupy. All souls are experiencing what they have chosen as a means of raising their vibrations, whilst at the same time adding it to the pool of knowledge that all other souls can draw from.

Beyond your dimension you will find that the Oneness of all life is appreciated and understood, and consequently there is love and friendship between all civilizations. There are however individual groups that are an exception that you would call rebels, but they pose little harm and can be dealt with. Sometimes they infiltrate from other Universes but can be sent back to where they came from. On Earth it has been vastly different as you are of a much lower vibration that allows for Beings of a similar vibration to enter your space. Having said that it must be pointed out that we have been your protectors to keep unauthorised visitors away from Earth. If you did not have the Galactic Federation of Light travelling with you, you would not be where you are today. In your present cycle you have been as young children needing a guiding hand and protection.

We have enjoyed our experiences with you and have learnt much about the problems that you have faced. For us it has been a very satisfying adventure, and we look forward to a wonderful reunion that is approaching very rapidly. Then you shall meet your real families from whence you came eons of time ago. It has been a long journey but in earlier civilizations such as Atlantis many of you met us then, as in certain periods when the vibrations were higher we would regularly walk amongst you. Atlantis had its highs and lows and in the end was responsible for its own destruction. It could so easily have happened again on your Earth but for our presence and intervention.

Your destiny is to ascend and no amount of interference by the dark Ones will alter it. It is not only too late but their power base is now falling apart and almost inoperable. They are as you might say running scared, and such was their arrogance they never imagined that their plan could fail. Now they hit out in despair as a last gasp, but that will be all as they are about to be removed from what they thought were their impregnable positions. Never fear Dear Ones, we are in charge and will protect you right up to the last moments.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are always looking out for humanity and always seeing the opportunities that you have to grow and expand as individuals and as a collective. You are in one of those moments right now, as you look at your lives and you look at the world around you. You most certainly do have a choice. If you get triggered at this time because of a perceived lack of freedom, then do your work, feel your emotions, let go of the thoughts and beliefs that put you in that feeling of being painted into a corner, and instead focus on what you can do.
There is so much you can do, and there are so many freedoms that can never be taken away from you. You have the freedom to choose what to focus upon, and you have the freedom to choose how you vibrate. You have the freedom to think a thought, to use your imagination, to fantasize. You have the freedom to create your reality; you have the freedom to go within. You have the freedom to choose love and compassion over paranoia and fear. These are just a few of the freedoms that can never be taken away from you.
And when you are protesting in the streets, and shaking your fists, screaming about freedom, we recommend that you ask yourself where you feel disempowered in your life and whether that feeling just started recently, or whether it’s been there for a while. A person who has always wanted to visit Paris and enjoy the fine food and wine of Paris but has never been able to take that trip and stay in a 5-star luxury hotel could see themselves as lacking in freedom, or they could recognize that they have the freedom to create that experience at any time. That’s where you are right now.
You are living in a world right now where you can look around and say to yourself that you would like for things to be different, but how you are going to change the world? How you are going to change your world? The easiest way is to go within and change what’s happening inside of you, and that includes what you’re thinking, what you’re feeling, and what you’re vibrating. The hard way is the way most people are going about it. Protests, marches, signing petitions, and trying to vote certain people into office and certain people out of office, these are the hard ways to go about changing your world.
And again, you are free to choose in any moment the world you are aligning with, the timeline you are putting yourself on, and the amount of freedom you feel inside your own body. Those are the freedoms to focus upon if you really want to feel free. We know that some of you are angry, and that anger is a powerful emotion, and one that should be allowed, but ultimately you want to feel it and let it go. You don’t want to stay angry and keep looking for more things to feel angry about there on Earth. You will never run out of things to feel angry about if you keep looking, but inner peace is always available to you. It’s always there, inside of you. Activate it, and activate your freedom, and realize that you have choices, and you will change your world for the better.

Remember that you are a powerful part of this collective and you are here to bring a shift to your planet, a planet that has struggled with the denseness of misqualified energies for eons of time. These struggles are out-pictured in even your most current events.
It is important to watch what you give your focus and energy to. You are a stunning magnificent being with skills and abilities you have barely touched. So shake off any feeling of limitations, shake off any hesitations and move forward and make a difference.
There is a collective energy field and everyone, everyone is a part of the field. We realize that you feel separate and have your own personal life and activities that might seem unrelated to the bigger picture. However we remind you, that is an illusion.
Your thoughts, feelings and beliefs join this energy field and create fields of information that go into the collective or global mind. So ask yourself often what are you contributing to this collective consciousness?
Are you adding new concepts and entertaining new possibilities. Remember consciousness is unlimited. Consciousness travels time. Consciousness moves through the dimensions. Consciousness has energetic effects on all things.
Consciousness transfers information to others. Imagine that your thoughts go out as a holographic blueprint. Your thoughts feel personal, they reflect your state of mind and emotions, yet they are still waves of information. Imagine for a moment that these emotions and thoughts quite literally shape reality.
So as you begin another cycle, we invite and encourage you to elevate your thoughts. Perhaps you can make it a practice throughout your day to stop and examine what you are thinking about and evaluate those thoughts. Ask yourself, is this thought or emotional vibration enhancing and empowering the global mind or is it diminishing it in some way.
You are a master. You have gifts and abilities available to you that you have not even imagined. So allow yourself to begin to own your power and begin to play with the possibilities that your very DNA is capable to communicating beyond space and time. Realize that you are truly an important part of all that is unfolding.
Often during the day allow yourself to pause and shift your focus and pretend that you can extend your consciousness to someone you care about and send them a blessings. Now here is a real stretch, extend your consciousness to someone you dislike and send them a blessing.
There are simple actions you can take each day that can and will shift the collective field. Allow yourself to travel time, be adventurous, make it up, pretend. It is just a game remember. Allow yourself to gather with others of like mind in an imaginary place, create a goal for this gathering and imagine wonderful solutions coming forth, then add those to the global databank.
Your physical life is your focus, we understand, yet we want to trigger, to quicken you to realize it is only one percent of who you are. Begin to investigate what the other ninety-nine percent might be capable of doing. This is your invitation, this is your quest, this is your own exciting adventure. Find the magic, find the incredible possibilities within the most mundane moments.
Allow yourself to pretend to travel to other dimensions and find solutions for problems here on your planet. Bring those solutions and seed this dimension. Allow yourself to meet masters and avatars from the past or the future, and seek their wisdom. Allow yourself to be nurtured and supported by the realms of love and light, and see yourself surrounded by these loving beings.
Play big from your most powerful magnificent imagined place. You have the universe at your back. Transform all seeming challenges. Most of all we invite you to make it an adventure.
Remember that you contribute to, and are a part of, the quantum consciousness field of this planet. You are here to uplift and shift the dense misqualified energy that has been part of this story for too long. We honor you and all that you do. the ‘team’
