ABOUT THE SITUATION WITH THE INF-TREATY AFTER 2017

We have more than once touched on the question of unfounded accusations against Russia about alleged violations of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (further INFT) [1, 2]. The most active campaign against Russia in order to discredit her and publicly accuse her of violating the treaty is organised by the US from 2013 onwards. Such accusations have, sadly, become part and parcel of the foreign politics of the US in the last years of the Obama administration.
Having first appeared as ‘fakes’ in newspapers, these accusations were later widely discussed by the American mass media and were picked up on an official level by Congress and the US administration. To be precise, such accusations were to be found with an enviable regularity in reports by the US State Department about the observation of treaties in the area of weapons regulation in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
The changing of the US president in 2017 and his creation of a new team gave birth to definite hope about the normalisation of bilateral relations between the US and Russia, including on the question of the INFT. However, these hopes soon turned out to be in vain: the US establishment opposed to D. Trump is successful in its sabotage of the realisation of a balanced political approach to relations with Russia, which Trump announced in his election campaign. This fully concerns the problems surrounding the INFT, which 2017 did not bring any progress towards solving.
To be more precise, the last report of the US State Department which was published in 2017 again reported allegations of violations of the INFT from our side. In addition, this document, as well as its predecessors, has given no strong arguments in support of the propagated pretensions.
During 2017, allegations against Russia continued to appear bit by bit in the American mass media. And if earlier the US had made statements about alleged violations of the INFT by Russia during missile testing, now there are accusations about Russia’s deployment of land-based winged missiles, which are banned by the treaty.
Representatives from a series of American agencies and political institutes use a similar ‘factology’ as an excuse for the start of the next campaign of ‘aggression’, or, as they call it, ‘response’ measures in relation to Russia. To be more precise, this is about the American Congress.
According to reports from the mass media, in 2017 laws were in development in Congress, which would allow the US to develop mid-range land-based missiles and give similar technologies to its European allies.Â
In the autumn of 2017, Congress approved the defence budget for 2018, as a result of which the US president made resources for the development of a mid-range land-based missile available. The budget provides for the allocation of 58 million dollars for “measures in response to Russia’s violation of the INFT, including a research and development program for a land-based mid-range missile, which would not put the US in danger of violating the treaty.†Thus, the legislators have allowed, but not ordered, the Pentagon to develop such a missile. A final decision of this question was to be made by the US president; he supported the measures.
At the same time, together with the promulgation of accusations toward Russia, the US have for many years been ignoring serious Russian concerns about the US upholding their side of the INFT.
In contrast to the US’ unfounded pretentions, the Russian concerns are based on concrete facts, in particular the following:
- The US have equipped anti-missile weaponry installations in Romania with missile launchers, analogous MK-41 universal delivery systems, which can fire winged mid-range ‘Tomahawk’ missiles;
- In the interests of anti-missile defence, the US continue to test target missiles similar in technical specifics to land-based ballistic missiles of the medium and short ranges;
- The US are increasing the production and use of pilotless flying strike craft, which fall under the definition of land-based mid to short-range winged rockets.
We must note, that Russia has been pointing out the last two breaches for fifteen years. The president of the Russian Federation mentioned all these breaches when he gave a speech on a collegium of the defence ministry on the 22nd of December 2017.
Nonetheless, the US stubbornly move away from a substantive discussion of the problems surrounding the INFT, ignoring the institutionalised practice of solving such questions through established mechanisms.Â
Apart from this, in the beginning of December 2017 US president Donald Trump approved a new package of sanctions against Russia because of alleged violations of the INFT[3]. Also, the US actions, alongside its drive to limit Russian arms contracts, are dedicated to drawing the attention of the world community away from clear US violations of the INFT.
These actions of the US administration will cause nothing but an escalation in the international arena.Â
We must regrettably accept, that in 2017 the world has become a more dangerous place, among other things because of US violations of the INFT and the US administration’s unwillingness to resolve the problems that have piled themselves up.

Here are 5 Steps You Can Use to Change Anything
1. Make a Demand –
As in “Hey, this is going to change and something else is going to show up!â€
What if all those things you’ve judged that you cannot have are actually possible? Rather than rejecting what is possible and what other people create, what if you could allow it to inspire you? Make the demand – ‘No matter what it takes, no matter what it looks like, I will have it.’ That demand allows the universe to know you mean it and to support you.
Question: What’s it going to take for me to have that?
2. Ask a Question –
Every question you ask opens a completely different possibility and a new potential.
By making a demand and then asking a question, ‘What’s it going to take for this to show up differently?’, you open doorways you never saw before. You stick your head in the doorway and there are all sorts of different pathways you can take!
Questions:
- What’s it going to take for this to show up?
- What else is possible?
- How does it get any better than this?
3. Wave the Magic Wand –
Ask to destroy and let go of everything you’ve created or bought that doesn’t allow that to show up as soon as possible. Then run the clearing statement (your magic wand) – Right, wrong, good, bad, POD and POC, all Nine, Shorts, Boys and Beyond. Or just ‘POD and POC all that!’ (You can learn more about the clearing statement and how to use it HERE.)
4. Choose and Act –
Your choice determines the potentials and possibilities that will occur.
In other words, you’ve got the demand, the question, and the letting go of the limitation – and it’s the choice that creates a different possibility for the future. You must choose and act! In this reality, you still have to DO as well. Please don’t limit what can show up for you by refusing to act when it’s necessary. You’ll need to DO something different to create something different.
5. Receive Everything –
For this to work, you must be willing to receive everything that shows up, with no judgment and no exclusion. Trust the Universe.
Please know you do not control when something shows up, or exactly what it looks like, the universe does. The universe is aware of infinite possibilities – possibilities that go way beyond anything you could imagine.
With this many options that lead to infinite possibilities, you can change anything!

There lives within them a deep abiding self-awareness that is powered by the clarity of inner knowing. They know what they need for their highest good and well being and are in a better position to make good choices for themselves. They follow the golden rule of universal law in all their interactions with others.
By claiming their own sovereignty, they make good choices for themselves, as they create a healthy and fulfilling life which is headed towards higher consciousness and the spiritual path of growth they have chosen.
They know that no matter how divergent its manifestations are, all life is an extension of the Divine. They nurture the highest energy that flows from all people and support the fullest expression of their deepest essence.
They see how perfectly the Divine supports their sovereign reality. One’s life experience becomes meaningful as one chooses to live in natural harmony with the Divine.
It is primarily through the feeling of gratitude to the Divine which opens one to connection and alignment with their sovereign self. One’s life experience becomes meaningful to the extent that one chooses to live in natural harmony with the Divine, thereby creating lasting joy and inner peace.
May you become a master of empowering your deeper self and awaken the perspective, insights, and empowered abilities of your divine essence to create new realms of possibility and shape them as learning adventures that expand and transform consciousness.

Blossom: Hello. I’m back home at last! Looking forward to catching up with you now, on a regular basis. So, let’s get straight to it. How should we begin today?
Federation of Light:Â We shall start by stating the fact that ALL IS WELL.
ALL IS VERY WELL INDEED.
That which we have spoken of many times … is now to be moved onto a Higher level for the soul self to understand. For indeed, many of you have ‘changed’ your ways of thinking … and we suggest that in order to continue in this fashion … that WE offer to you more knowledge on a different level.OK. Sounds good, yet, I have no idea exactly what you mean?
In the knowledge that WHO YOU ARE now expands into a Higher consciousness from that which you have been resonating upon … until now.
So, how do we go about doing this? I am more than keen.
It must come from the heart. For that is the ONLY place in which your TRUE self resides. That which your mind chooses to expand upon … can only take place … when one allows the heart level to expand primarily.
So … We … er … do what to make that happen?
You concentrate on your heart FEELINGS throughout. That which you think … they say, you are. Yet, we say … that which you FEEL … YOU ARE.
FEELINGS … as we have stressed many times … are a measure of ‘yourself’. You can change your attitude through thought … You can also change your FEELINGS.
Through thought? Isn’t that, therefore, coming from the mind?
Your thoughts come from you … Yet, when you remove all thought and simply BREATHE THROUGH LOVE … then shall the heart grow into its rightful place. The more emphasis you place ON LOVE … THROUGH YOUR HEART … and concentrate on your heart’s residence … and place ONLY that LOVE into that place … the greater one shall become aware of the TRUTH of LOVE.
Many of you KNOW of LOVE … to a degree that can astound at times. Yet, we have noticed that surroundings can bring the ‘level of LOVE’ down into a different frequency … if/when one allows.
Our ‘challenge’ to you … is for you to encompass LOVE … to KNOW that you are bringing it to you from a Higher level of yourself. Giving permission of the Higher soul … to the aspect of the soul on Earth … to do so.
We ask that you let go of restrictive behaviours. All that has conditioned you to BE WHO YOU ARE NOT … must now be recognised and let go of. When you are FEELING out of sorts … ask yourselves … is this who I TRULY AM? FEELING out of sorts is not who you TRULY are. For who you TRULY are is PURE LOVE … and PURE LOVE CANNOT FEEL out of sorts.
Ask your Higher self to merge with the aspect of ‘you’ upon Earth and ‘make that connection’. You cannot not have access to you … YOUR TRUTH. You just think you cannot.
Yet, when YOU KNOW … YOU CAN … then a different understanding gets underway and ‘in fragments’ more and more shall enter in.
You have been accustomed to a belief system that does not serve your KNOWING. Brain conditioning has led you to be LESS THAN YOU ARE.
START AFRESH!
Tell yourselves these things …
I AM THE HIGHEST PUREST BEING IN/OF LOVE.
I am capable of the HIGHEST INTERPRETATION OF MYSELF in physical form.
That which I CHOOSE to BE … is instantaneously manifested in each moment.
I CHOOSE to BE LOVE in its TRUTH of Itself.
I CHOOSE to serve my soul for its Highest purpose … Therefore, NOTHING that is not of service can manifest through me … for ALL THAT I AM … comes from MY HIGHEST CHOICE OF LOVE.
Who you are … LOVE … must BE your choice of BEING.
It does not have to be … YOU CHOOSE.
Yet … if it is LOVE that you desire to BE in every aspect of your soulself … then ONLY FEELINGS Of LOVE will enter in. The more this becomes an every moment occurrence … the more the FEELING that it offers … brings the desire for more of the same. It just gets better and better.
I see what you are saying … I KNOW what you are saying … and I think many of us are ‘getting this’ … more and more.
You speak to us often of the state of your Planet and the sadness within it. We speak to you often of ways to change this. Which can only come from within. Many of you FEEL so helpless towards assisting situations that do not serve the whole. Yet … ALL IT REQUIRES is for each one to change/upgrade their vibration. One does not have to wait around for everyone else to do it.
DO IT YOURSELF … NOW!
MAKE THAT CHOICE … NOW!
The more souls that do so, automatically raise the vibration of The Whole … and by doing so … others who have not yet understood the need to do so … will FEEL the response from YOUR HIGHER VIBRATION … and therefore, change ‘another’s … significantly enough for them to FEEL the change within themselves.
Naturally … those unaware … are not aware of what is taking place! Compared, for instance … to those who have consciously made a decision to do so. Yet, little by little … the change in ALL shall filter through.
Concentrate on the self. Whole-heartedly. Send Love to souls everywhere … whether you think they are in need or not. You may feel that some who are in a very precarious living situation are in more need of your LOVE than perhaps, those who are having a wonderful holiday on a magical Island.
We say to you … that this is not how we would CHOOSE to operate.
You are beginning to grasp the concept that YOU ARE ALL ONE. Therefore, one would not CHOOSE to send more LOVE to one individual than another.
LOVE is LOVE is LOVE … It would not make sense to send a certain LOVE energy level … to those whose cities have been blown apart … and send less LOVE to one who’s sea shores resonate with the wording of ‘Paradise.’
ALL THINGS ARE OF LOVE.
When you BECOME LOVE FULL TIME … you simply emit that ENERGY OF THE HIGHEST VIBRATION TO ALL.
Yet, we ask you to accept that first and foremost … this LOVE must be accepted
BY YOU …
THROUGH you …
AS you …
TO you …
For you are no less deserving than another … and only when YOU have accepted that HIGHEST PUREST LOVE and allowed it to fill YOU … are you then capable of sending that same vibration OF IT … out to the WHOLE.
When many of you sit and indulge in the horrors of some footage on your TV screen … your sympathetic energy DOES NOT ASSIST THEM.
What DOES WORK … is YOUR FULLEST HIGHEST PUREST ENERGY … that of LOVE, HAPPINESS and JOY … being sent out from your inner core to that situation and those people.
Send JOY OF HEART to those images … not sadness and despair.
We say to you … DO NOT BUY INTO THE ILLUSION.
THIS DOES NOT SERVE!
What DOES serve … is each individual taking on the RESPONSIBILITY … IF THEY SO CHOOSE … TO BE LOVE AT ALL TIMES.
In this way, you cannot remain in the trap … some would say ‘prison’ … that has been created to control.
We have said before … NO-ONE can control another’s heart. How one CHOOSES to ‘think’ about that … determines the outcome.
LOVE IS WHO YOU ARE.
IT IS EVERYTHING.
IT CANNOT BE CONTROLLED BY ANOTHER THING/PERSON … ANYTHING.
ONLY YOU … AS THE INDIVIDUAL YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO BE … ARE IN CONTROL OF THE SOULSELF.
A lot of discipline required though?
That is an interesting choice of word. Why would one need to discipline themselves to become a Higher version of themselves. What discipline is required? Surely, there is only the desire to BECOME it?
Yes … yet due to conditionings … much mind matter can come from a lower level of understanding … and therefore, to let go of old thought patterns, particularly about ‘self’ … to me … requires discipline.
Yet … to US … when a desire is strong enough … there is no discipline required. Just the actual desire. And the drive that comes from this desire … allows JOY TO BECOME THE WAY to achieve these Higher aspects of self.
Then, discipline … perhaps of choice of thought is needed. It is so easy to repeat old thought forms that do not serve. Yet, I do think more and more are ‘seeing through the illusion’, even just a little bit and ‘working our way’ through the release of old patterns and ‘sticking’ more to the new.
Indeed you are. We merely desire to help you ‘move up the ladder’ in this very way.
So, as I understand it … of late, you have been saying that ALL WE NEED TO DO … is concentrate on ourselves BEING THE HIGHEST PUREST LOVE we can BE and THATâ€S IT? That’s all we need do? For in doing so ‘we change the vibration of EVERYTHING.’?
This is correct. SIMPLE and correct.
There is still the desire in me though … or would I call it perhaps, a frustration in me … to quicken the pace in waking others up. For as we know, the more that wake up, the quicker the change in EVERYTHING. Yet, what you have said today …is basically the way to this, right?
Yes … Because … to reiterate … BY YOU RAISING YOUR VIBRATION THROUGH CHOICE … you AUTOMATICALLY raise THE VIBRATION of The Whole … for you are ALL ONE.
By raising the vibration OF THE SELF … You raise the vibration OF THE WHOLE … EVERYTHING … EVERYONE. T
Therefore … you are accomplishing your mission. You are letting go of this frustration … because YOU ARE DOING ALL YOU CAN TO CHANGE IT … BY CHANGING YOURSELF.
Those who are still asleep … will begin to stir from their slumber … because YOU as an INDIVIDUAL are serving THE WHOLE … WHICH IS ALSO YOU … and THE HIGHER VIBRATION WHICH YOU WHO ARE AWARE … ARE CREATING … shall … for want of a better way of description … ‘seep’ into their BEINGS as they sleep. There is nowhere for it to go and nothing else for it to do other than OPEN ONE’S EYES TO THE FEELING WITHIN … that this vibration causes. The only way up from there is their AWAKENING! JOB DONE!
It is not difficult to see then, the pattern forming. The more that awaken … the more that awaken! Till it is done!
SO SIMPLE … SO JOYOUS … SO LOVE!
Ponder on these suggestions, dearest friends. Ponder and discover their SIMPLE TRUTHS.

Feel for the Sake of Feeling ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
It is the agenda of so many individuals to achieve something in their lives. You are, as a species, very goal-oriented. You make more time in your day for doing than you do for being. We have noticed that you will even sacrifice your state of being in order to get something accomplished.
What if instead of a to-do list, you had a to-feel list? And what if you were able to convince yourselves that nothing had to happen in order for you to have the feeling that you wanted to experience? How often would you sit with the intention of feeling joy or love?
If you knew you could access those states of being without accomplishing anything, wouldn’t that be something you would want to explore? Now, we also recognize that you understand that your state of being, your vibration, is ultimately what creates your reality. And therefore you may engage in this activity that we are suggesting because you think that by feeling a certain way you will be able to manifest something that you want to manifest.
So again, holding a state of being becomes an accomplishment, or a means to an end. But what we are here to suggest now is to hold a state of being, a vibration, for no other purpose than that it is how you choose to feel, it is how you choose to be.
Once you recognize that nothing needs to be accomplished, and that you have the freedom to feel however you want to feel, you will open yourselves up to an entirely new life, and you will find that what you are capable of feeling has no limitation assigned to it. When you discover that, you will be convinced that feeling for the sake of feeling is the ultimate experience.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal is a citizen’s tribunal of conscience that was duly constituted by the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings June 15-17, 2012 in Vancouver, B.C.
Alfred Lambremont Webre, one of the Judges on the Tribunal states, “As a duly constituted citizen’s tribunal of conscience for the events of September 11, 2001, the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal has jurisdiction under natural law and justice; declarations of natural law, such as the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights; international humanitarian law such as the Geneva Conventions; and national laws such as national, state and provincial criminal statues prohibiting murder and conspiracy, for any jurisdiction whose citizens died in the World Trade Center on 9/11. The 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal was convened by a worldwide community of citizens who participated in the 911 Vancouver Hearings (June 15-17, 2012) in Vancouver, BC and via streaming internet from diverse locations around the world including the United States, India, and elsewhere.”
During the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings, 19 expert witnesses gave sworn testimony as to names, titles, and implicating evidence for individuals, each of whom is alleged to have acted as part of a common plan as a leading co-conspirator in the events of 9/11 and for whom they are aware of prima facie evidence that is sufficient to raise a presumption of fact.
9/11 UFO at World Trade Center
During the Hearings, one of the expert witnesses presented video of exotic technology used at the World Trade Center on 9/11 in the form of an apparently remote-guided wing-less sphere or UFO that flew into a World Trade Center tower. When the UFO sphere was filmed from a vantage point below the UFO, the holographic image of a commercial airliner cloaked the UFO. Yet when the UFO was filmed from above from another vantage point, only the UFO sphere appeared in the film.
9/11 Vancouver Indictment
Following the Hearings, these 19 sworn expert witnesses and additional expert and eye witnesses on 9/11 have been requested to file further written submissions and affidavits with the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal on or before July 15, 2012 as to individuals for whom there is prima facie evidence that they acted as part of a common plan in the events of 9/11. Each expert witness is being asked to provide a detailed summary of implicating evidence for each such individual named.
From these evidentiary submissions, the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal plans to develop and issue an Information and Indictment of individuals alleged to have participated in a criminal, common plan and conspiracy to carry out the events of September 11, 2001.
Labor Day 2012
The 9/11 Information and Indictment is expected to issue around Labor Day, 2012. The Information and Indictment will be accompanied by an Evidentiary Report, setting out the evidence of probable cause for the indictments of the Accused.
Legal implications of the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal
Following the issuance of an Information and Indictment against specific named individuals who allegedly participated in a common plan and conspiracy in the events of 9/11, there are multiple legal venues in which the criminal charges in the Information and Indictment can be prosecuted and tried, and verdicts and judgments reached and enforced against the Accused.
A. International law – The alleged crimes of the Accused in the Information and Indictment may be found to violate the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and constitute war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity. At the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings Judge Alfred Webre stated, “The 9/11 false flag operations may qualify as a war crime, genocide, and crime against humanity, inter alia, if it can be demonstrated that the true intent of the 9/11 perpetrators was to carry out 9/11 as a pretext for invading Afghanistan, which invasion and war has been found to be genocidal because of the use of depleted uranium weapons and other reasons. So the legal chain of culpability is there, under the Nuremberg precedents of a crime against peace and stating an unjust war. The Tokyo Tribunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan, in an opinion by Judge Niloufer Bhagwat, found that U.S. President George W. Bush and his administration had committed war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity through the horrific birth defects and other widespread genetic and health damage cause to Afghan civilians through the U.S. use of depleted uranium weapons.”
The 9/11 Indictment can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to the national courts of any of the more than 100 nations, such as Germany and Spain, that are signatories to the Rome statue of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for prosecution and enforcement, as well as to the ICC itself. The chief prosecutor of the ICC, to the criticism of many throughout the world, has failed to act on over 400 complaints on war crimes in Iraq and in Afghanistan by US and UK forces, and has privately stated he will not take jurisdiction of 9/11.
B. U.S. Congress – The Indictment of the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to the U.S. Senate and to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor to prosecute the Accused Treason under Article III of the U.S. Constitution, which provides, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.”
There is legal precedent for such an action. In November 2007, a Memorandum was presented to senior Congressional staff and personally to Rep John Conyers, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee setting out sufficient prima facie evidence of Article III(3) treason in connection with the events of 9/11 by George W. Bush, Richard B. Cheney, Donald H. Rumsfeld, and other Jane and John Does. Senior Congressional staff acknowledged the seriousness of the allegations in the Memorandum. Rep. Conyers took the Memorandum home to Detroit, MI over the Thanksgiving 2007 holidays promising an answer as to whether he would move on the file after the Holidays. To this date, no answer has been forthcoming from Rep. Conyers.
C. Canadian Parliament – There are various concurrent efforts to have the Parliament of Canada investigate the 9/11 events, as NORAD is a joint Canada/USA function and 26 Canadians were killed at the World Trade Center on 9/11. The 9/11 Vancouver Indictment can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to members of Parliament and the Senate, including the Prime Minister and the Opposition Leaders in the Parliament of Canada to appoint a Public Inquiry to investigate and report on possible criminal violations by Canadian persons or U.S. persons, including U.S. government employees or contractors/agents, and other individuals flowing out of the 9/11 events.
D. Prosecution for murder – The 9/11 Vancouver Indictment can be taken by the 9/11 Vancouver Commission to any District attorney and/or U.S. Attorneys in the United States of America, and to any Public Prosecutors in other nations whose citizens were killed in the World Trade Center or the events of 9/11. The alleged Accused, Co-conspirators and persons acting in a common plan to cause, facilitate or support the events of September 11, 2001 can each be prosecuted for murder by a U.S. attorney, by a district attorney or by public prosecutors of a nation whose citizens were killed at the World Trade Center or in any aspect of the false flag operation on September 11, 2001.
E. 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal – The 9/11 Vancouver Commission can establish a formal Tribunal for a trial of the Accused under the 9/11 Vancouver Indictment. This trial would be heard by the 9/11 Tribunal Judges, with appointed prosecutors, counsel for the Accused and due process for the Accused. A sister tribunal of conscience, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, has successfully tried George W. Bush, Tony Blair, Richard B. Cheney, Donald H. Rumsfeld, et al. for war crimes in Iraq.
9/11 Vancouver Tribunal & Commission
Judges on the 9/11 Vancouver Tribunal include Constance (Connie) Fogal, B.A, B.Ed, M.A., LL.B, and Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd. Connie Fogal is former leader of the Canadian Action Party, former Vancouver Parks Board Commissioner, former Director, Kitsilano and Vancouver Community Resource boards; lawyer with the Defence of Canadian Liberty Committee to oppose what Fogal sees as threats to Canadian constitutional sovereignty. Alfred Lambremont Webre is a Judge on the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, submitted a Memorandum to the Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee calling for the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate 9/11 and was a co-architect of the Space Preservation Treaty.

One of the more interesting statements by Drake was that the extraterrestrials have issued a deadline for the arrests of the members of the criminal cabal and that deadline is June 21, 2012. Beyond that date, Drake claims the extraterrestrials have stated that they will begin to make these arrests themselves.Drake further states that one of the plans of the extraterrestrials is to use their technologies to identify negative beings within the human population and take them into custody, separating them into two groups; one group that can be rehabilitated and one group that cannot be successfully rehabilitated. I would like to introduce myself. I have written a dozen books about the Ancient Astronauts. The focus of these is to show where it is written in Ancient Texts that we are a Galactic Society. Looking at The Ramayana, Tao Te Ching, The Book of Enoch, The Upanishads, The Pistis Sophia, The Mazzaroth, The Masnavi, The Emerald Tablets, The Jatakas, RambansÊ» Pentateuch and the Corpus Hermeticum we may see how in every religion, every culture and every aeon going back millions of years, Earth was inhabited by our Ancient Galactic Ancestors. I wrote these books to help our society as a collective to drop our insecurities. Knowing this truth makes us free from all bondage of life, free from death. Once this is understood One will no longer identify with duality and all those conditioning which makes you so unhappy. You have come to Earth from another Planet or another Dimension. The Consciousness of which you have Within. We have been visited by Extraterrestrials for a very long time.
Three years ago I gave up full time work and a regular paycheck to dedicate my life to The Truth and Advocacy Movement for Disclosure. I wrote two other books. Lord Ashtar and The Galactic Federation and StarGate Earth. There is an Extraterrestrial Presence engaging the human race. There are Extraterrestrials here. The only thing we havenʻt resolved yet is the government telling us that. Disclosure ends the Truth Embargo on this matter. The last time there was a Citizens Hearing on Disclosure was 1968. The United States Military, Civilian Agencies like NASA, Intelligence like the CIA and other governments have witnesses to Contact and it is time we Self-Disclose the truth.
Some people have been deliberately holding back the information from the public. National Security Classifications and Non-Disclosure Agreements have stood in the way. All the witnesses have made their own decision that this vital information will educate the Whole to understand We Are Not Alone.
There is a lot in this Universe we know nothing about. There are hundreds of billions of Planets in our Galaxy and hundreds of billions of Galaxies in our Universe with many potential Earths. The chances that we are the only life out there is zero. Self-Disclosure means that within the social contract between government elected officials and the people of the country who they represent that they carry out the laws of their country with transparency acknowledging to the people the truth. When elected officials refuse to conduct matters of governance reporting their activities to those they represent chaos prevails. We can no longer accept hiding the truth. Without it there is no freedom. This is more than an intellectual matter. This is a spiritual matter.
Ten years ago I became a walk-in. I was not born into this body. How it happens usually is through a severe accident or significant illness causing hospitalization. In my case I had a massive head injury. During the three days I lie unconscious was a Soul exchange. The One who left then was in a violent marriage and had she not left she would have been killed. These agreements are made far ahead between the souls involved with the intention of the Highest Good for all involved. Within 8 weeks of walking in I was divorced and alone raising three small children. I came in with my Adept abilities and memories. There are about 100 million walk-ins on Earth now who have come to be embodied Souls with Higher Knowledge to help the Galactic Citizens of Earth reclaim their freedom, their sovereignty from the few who wish to control them with lack of jobs, lack of housing, lack of money starvation and world war. It has to be done by Earth Citizens and there are many Angels, Ascended Masters and Galactics living as your neighbors, working beside you guiding you for this next step in evolution.
I began doing healings for folks. Women came to me with serious emotional and physical issues. I started to see a number of women – we only communicated through email. I did sessions for them and I was able to see the abductions, the implantation and the pregnancies. They had no memory of it. Arcturus came and he explained everything to me. I would get small and go inside the body and come back with great detail. Tom the Cat and Michael always came with me too and once I asked to see the children of this one woman. A boy and a girl. I could see that some of the childrensÊ» bodies were not strong and they did not mature to adulthood. I was taken to a Colony where – for lack of a better term, forgive me, half-breeds were forced to live because they were not welcomed by their own people. I saw they live happy lives in this place. I started to understand the tragedy. I told these women straight up that I could see they were from the Group doing the Abductions and they had agreed to the whole thing to help heal the Planet. Since then Men have come too and I have heard the elaborate tales and I know of the despair held in these Souls. I have talked to one involved from the other side.
Arcturus took me back to the moment of many many surgeries and the experiments and he gave me lengthy explanations and it was beyond description. I can remember every detail. I have worked in our Countries largest teaching hospitals alongside famous doctors. I saw a lot in those years – was on the front line. I have seen a lot of suffering.
When I wrote StarGate Earth I was given a photo to use in the book from KOS. I got a panicked email from a reverse engineer saying he had reported me to NSA for disclosing this information (he thought it was going to come back on him) He said he had run the photo through some kind of spectral analysis (no idea what he said – some special tests) and he said Ê»I figured out it is not one of mineÊ». I wrote back indignantly Ê»I know its not one of yours, because its One Of MINE!Ê» Then I told him I was working under the orders of KOS in this case and assured him I had been asked to comment on it. He understood that. They use me to put out info because I can handle the repercussions.
One day I sat down to read the Mahabharata. Naturally I was Guided to a passage. I read about the God Agni who was facing the dark Hats in a battle in the forest. It actually said that Agni held up his hands out of which burned a fire and the fire melted all the bad guys and burned so hot it melted the forest down. I had an aha moment and said THAT WAS ASHTAR! They said Yes!!! Ashtarʻs Avatar form is the God Agni. This is crossed referenced in Blavatskyʻs work. As Agni in the Hierarchy of the Family names in the line of Rhaguʻs Race ~ same as Lord Rama, son of Dasharatha he is of the Holy Kumaras who are the first sons of Brahma ~ Sananda, Sanat (Ancient of Days, Ahura Mazda) Sanatana (Lord Michael) Sanaka (St Germain) as the family names unfold these Ones become Avatar forms down the lineage and we see how the Goodly Company incarnated again and again through the ages to help Humanity. That is what I am doing here now. Time is speeded up and I didnʻt need a whole lifetime to get the work done.
Ashtar in the Mahabharata. One day in 2006 Ashtar stood at the foot of my bed and said he would like to train me – Lord Arcturus was with him. They asked me if I would like to train with them. That story got back to who I call Rama Arjuna and that is how I began my mentoring with him.
Ashtar was using a weapon called the Violet Flame. You have heard about this from the I Am Discourses and St Germainʻs work.
The Violet Flame when used through the hand chakras is a kind of martial arts weapon for the Dragons. They cannot sustain that energy. It works kinda like a beam weapon and they have misfirings in the qrs wave and they look like they are having a heart attack. Its the Dragons that come here. There are many other ways they have tried to disturb me but the Paschats are unseen and always there to help me. Ashtar taught me what to do with my energy centers to use the Violet Flame this way. With that I push the envelop with the information and put myself in the position to help whenever I can.
When we look at the Ancient Texts with new eyes we see all of it is about the Ashtar Command, the Ascended Masters and the Angelic Realm. Michael and Metatron are in the Judeo-Christian writings and we know them in the Vedanta as Indra and Narada. When we compare and contrast the lives of these Ones and realize it is the Angels having human lives everything makes sense.
See, back in Akhenaton/Moses time Serapis Bey had incarnated as Amenhotep III Father of Akhenaton to undo the dark hats from the Amun Priesthood. They are the same Dragons then as they are now. Adept intergalactic travelers. Sananda incarnated then as King Tut. Grandfather, Father & Son assisted by Serapis Bey the keeper of the light codes of the Earth Grid under the Sphinx. Something went very wrong then – egos got in the way and the Plan for Earth ascension failed. Sananda came back as Jesus and Cesar and his Dragon friends still control us today under maritime law. The Law of the Land. Those Plans failed and the Ashtar Command had doubts Earth would recover. Here we are now. This time the Plan worked and we are in the final days walking out the history for the Ages – a big part of that will happen at the Press Club.
The Servant is Sananda (KOS) Admiral of the New Jerusalem. His Servants are the White Knights. I support the White Knights in their very difficult role. It is my job to go nose to nose with those in the highest positions to be certain they are carrying out their role with integrity and at the same time fall under their orders and help them in any way they ask. I am doing that right now sending on a note.
Right now there is a whole other world you are not aware of in your wildest dreams. You think you know a thing or two about so called conspiracies but truly, you know nothing! The United States government in cooperation with other governments have fleets of extraterrestrial technologies far advanced of what you have ever seen. They explore deep space, other planets and stars and make profits for their backers. I will be discussing these things in depth on my radio program.
There are many realities within our Multidimensional Universe. Earth exists in many Dimensions simultaneously, as do you. There is the illusion of the United States Congress filibustering a law they created. There is the illusion of the bankers paying themselves million dollar per year salaries while they watch their fellow citizenʻs children starving in the streets. There is the illusion of ancient lands kept alive in the aboriginal parts of Earth now. Just like the tidal pool, the forest, the jungle, the dessert and all the tiny forms of life on Planet Earth there are millions of worlds you live with on this Planet that you know nothing about.
The thirteen families who in the past controlled the wealth of the world have had incarnate into their families for the last several thousand generations Dragons. The paintings you so of dragons doing battle are not some mythical creature. They are here today. They are the avatar form of humans alive today. These humans time travel. Not with a machine. They are Adepts and they time travel within their Mer Ka Bah bodies. This is how they control the collective and they keep everyone in slavery. They are waking up now and struggling with the idea of love and forgiveness. We have an obligation to help them by Being Love and Being Forgiveness.
The vast majority of Dragons living in human bodies on Earth are doing everything in their power in Congress, in NASA, in the CIA, in the Banks and on Wall Street to make money in operations traveling to far flung places in space bringing back payloads that would blow your mind. After a long struggle in the courts all the way to the Supreme Court the Black Farmers case was settled. When this happened it was determined that in order for the awards of the case to be properly paid a new law would need to be signed and enacted. This law is called N.E.S.A.R.A. The National Economic Security and Reformation Act. This act was signed into law by Bill Clinton in October of 2000. The law will be enacted when it is publicly announced. It cannot be enacted until we have Disclosure. I cannot be and it will not be. This is a spiritual matter.
We have one chance to act as Earth Citizens and demand the United States government including the bought and sold Supreme Court Justices, All members of the Senate and House of Representatives and the President reveal to us their activities in Space with Galactic representatives from other Planets and other Stars. It is much much larger than you have ever dreamed. On April 29th through May 3rd  at the National Press Club, 2 blocks from the White House in Washington D.C. witnesses from Civilian, Intelligence and Military agencies from the Unites States and government officials from other countries will testify before a panel made up of retired Congress. The event is being produced by Paradigm Research Group and Stephen Bassett. This will effectively end the Truth Embargo, however we the people demand a World Peace Treaty be signed and President Obama Announce Disclosure to the World and Enact NESARA. Your duty in this is to watch the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure (CHD) Livestream All Week or come to the National Press Club free of charge and be an eyewitness to Disclosure. There is no charge. Seats are first come. Be there and the media will no longer be accessories to the crime of withholding the truth. Your presence demands they come clean. Many of them will go the way of the perp walk. Some will write articles and talk about CHD on the radio, on the internet and on broadcast news. Encourage them to do so.
When I was working on promoting the NESARA Petition I received an email from James Cameron seeking me out. He said he would help attain the last signatures needed to complete the We The People petition for NESARA. He said he would ask some of his friends to help me. I received emails from some of his friends enthusiastic to help. I sent them one sentence I needed to have it tweeted. I wanted it dropped into Facebook. I sent an article with a link to be posted into blogs. All who emailed me declined to help. They said it violated the media gag order and they could not do that. I violate the gag order everyday.
