As we are aware of the wider picture we can assure you that good progress is being made, helped by the fact that the dark Ones are no longer able to do just as they wish. Their plan for total world control is no longer possible yet they blindly continue to press on without any possible chance of success. Our allies continue to join forces and their power is growing faster than ever before.
For our part we observe what is taking place so as to ensure that progress is made without interference. Many of you are intuitively following the plan for your successful future, which shall eventually remove any influence or presence that is not in accordance with the Light. The time is coming that will reflect your desires for freedom from the dark energies.
When the critical point is reached in the twinkling of an eye you will be uplifted into the higher vibrations, totally free from the lower energies. So rest assured that regardless of events that are taking place around you, in the greater picture all proceeds well.
At present there is much happening on Earth, and those in positions of power who still hold on to the old vibrations are finding it becoming more difficult to impose their will upon others. The people have woken up to the subterfuge and games being played to prevent the Light from fully manifesting.
They are seeing through the false promises and attempts to keep the truth from them. Such actions will be to no avail as the Light has been firmly established upon Earth, and continues to grow at a fast rate. The affect is to reveal the lower energies for what they are, and people are no longer fooled by them. Events taking place are a mix of the different levels of energy, but in time they will be lifted up and leave the old ones behind. Indeed, there will be no place for them in the future and a glorious period of harmony and joy is coming.
Your Earth has been the focal point for many civilisations that follow your progress quite intently. The outcome is far more important and far reaching than you can possibly imagine, and each soul that has been privileged to live through it will be widely loved and blessed. Each of you is essential to the future of civilisation and your experience will be invaluable to others who will benefit from it. Once experience has been gained there is no need for every soul following afterwards to go through exactly the same ones. You will find that evolution is constant and those who have gone ahead will always assist those following. You are all Brothers and Sisters and as One are destined to return to the Light.
Your experiences on Earth can go from one extreme to another, depending on how far you have progressed towards the Light. Each soul has a particular path to travel and is at different stages of progress. However, many of you have been chosen to partake of the end-times experience, because you have been through it previously and with your success will be able to also help others do the same.
Beyond your present dimension you will find that it is quite normal for other souls to reach down to help those who follow. You will always feel the urge to progress ever onwards until you have once again returned to the Godhead. Many of you will have heard of “God breathing in and then out again†and it is your destiny that drives you ever onwards. You are presently on your journey back to the Godhead, having now come out of the darkness where you experienced separation from God.
Knowing that you are all One should help you see others in a new light, as you are all inseparable regardless of the experiences you have had. Now those of you who have progressed and are ready to move back fully into the Light, will find that you see the soul of another within the human form. You will know that the body is only a temporary home for it and the experience needed to evolve.
Intelligence does not necessarily mean that a person is evolved spiritually, and indeed some who appear to lead a very simple life are in fact well evolved. So do not be mislead by appearances and if you are intuitive you will know when you are in the presence of an evolved soul. Naturally in the higher dimensions there are no problems in discerning who is evolved, and by their Light you shall know them.
On Earth there are challenges all of the time and whilst you learn them the hard way, it is also the quickest way to progress. Remember that you always have your helpers around you, and they are ready to assist you when help is needed. However, it is not their place to impose themselves upon you, and you need to ask for help to get a response. It may not always be exactly as you desire and remember that there is always your life plan to consider. Certainly you have freewill, but at the same time you have undertaken a certain life plan that is your path for any one incarnation. It is to ensure that you progress in a sensible manner as quickly as possible. However, you can always have further experiences if needed, and these can cover any area of your life plan that has not been successful.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius and uplifted by the growth of the Light upon Earth. It will continue exponentially and already the benefits are being felt. Although there is still much work to overcome the prejudice between races, more people are beginning to see the link between them all. We will extend that understanding to cover all forms of intelligent life beyond your planetary system. Life abounds everywhere and as you rise up you will meet other entities who are also evolving.
You have been kept from the truth about yourselves for eons of time, but soon you will learn more about your true selves. Bear in mind that you are not your body, and where needs arise you can experience lives on other planets outside of your Solar System. You are also a multifaceted Being and several aspects of yourself can experience at the same time. We tell you these things simply to broaden your outlook and understanding to prepare you for the future, as the time is approaching when you need to know the truth about yourselves.
I leave you with much to ponder and also lift your consciousness higher as you are nearly ready to move further ahead. We will of course be on hand to assist you assimilate the higher knowledge that goes hand in hand with your expanding consciousness. Is there a natural herb or treatment to detox from fluoride, mercury, and pineal gland calcification?
The first intentional addition of fluoride in drinking water occurred in the early 1930′s in Nazi Germany. Marketing it as supposed helping children’s teeth, the actual sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the masses into a calm docile state of submission and declining health-state. Control of the population through this manner was easily achievable.
Research chemist Charles Perkins was sent by the U.S. government to ascertain the truth on water fluoridation and found: “â€The German chemists worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass control that was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the population of any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies . . . In this scheme of mass control, ‘sodium fluoride’ occupied a prominent place. . . However, and I want to make this very definite, the real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children’s teeth . . . The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty . . . Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluorine will in time gradually reduce the individual’s power to resist domination by slowly poisoning and narco-tizing this area of the brain tissue, and make him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him . . . I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great Farben chemical industries and was prominent in the Nazi movement at the time . . . I say this with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spend nearly 20 years researching in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology, and pathology of fluorine . . . Any person who drinks artificially fluoridated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person, mentally or physically.â€

Fluoride from water in our drinking water, food, and showers, enters our bloodstream and has a half-life of over 20 years, causing massive brain damage to unborn fetuses and gradually impairs IQ, as well as depressing cell growth rate. Most of the fluoride accumulates in the pineal gland which is the 2nd highest organ which receives blood-flow in the body.
Besides ratfish or skatefish liver oil which has been found to gradually help decalcify the pineal gland over time, the natural rootbark of Iboga has been shown to do wonders on the pineal gland and overall fluoride andmercury detoxification. In many parts of the world the old energies are collapsing, and with it will come the opportunity for them to be replaced by the new paradigm. It is as you might say, waiting in the wings as much work has been carried out to ensure it is ready to take over. It brings with it a degree of uncertainty as for a time all you will see are the signs of disintegration. The Euro is very unstable and some other currencies are not holding up very well. It all points to a great change that will also force the banks to revise their methods of trading. They have seen it coming but try to ward off the inevitable, but it will be to no avail. There is already agreement amongst many countries to the proposed changes, and it is simply a matter of waiting for the right moment to go ahead.
Before long Disclosure will take place, but do not expect it to be far reaching in the initial stages. It will take time to peel away the secrecy that abounds where anything concerns Extraterrestrials and UFO’s. However, once the truth starts to come out, the floodgates will open where we are concerned and our past contacts that have been made with you. It will take time to release the truth about your Governments involvement with the Greys, and their use of advanced technology given to them. Our main desire is that our presence is officially admitted, with the assurance that at all times our contact has been peaceful with a view to helping Humanity. We live by the Light and have observed the protocol and Laws of God in our dealings with you.
In time you will learn much about our involvement with you over thousands of years, and you will find that we have acted as your Guardians. We have monitored your growth, and have helped you overcome obstacles that may have seriously held back your evolution. There is of course a limit as to how far we can go, as we must not interfere in situations where you are reaping your own karma. We have to stand back, but it does not prevent us from trying to ease your experience by continually sending you Love and Light. Now we closely accompany you through what will prove to be a very active time, when we are allowed to draw closer to you. You frequently see our craft and often in great numbers as we continue our cleansing of your atmosphere, and keep our eyes upon those who are still determined to cause trouble.
In the past there have been many references to arresting those who are the ringleaders of the dark Ones, and steadily they have been rounded up. You have also heard of “Containment†and in this way we have been able to severely restrict their activities. Mass arrests were considered likely to evoke panic amongst you, as few would have had any knowledge of why it was happening. So we have opted for gradual changes and placed our representatives who are our allies, in positions that give more control to those of the Light. However, once we can come out openly, you will then see rapid changes taking place for which we have long been prepared. We assure you that you will eventually enjoy all of the benefits that have been promised to you, and we will be doing all we can to assist you.
It is important that you give of your energy to all that is pure and positive, without expending it on matters relating to the Illuminati and their actions. Their time is now very limited as their actions are being curtailed until they can be completely stopped. They no longer represent the threat that they used to, and Beings of Light are limiting their power so that they can be kept under control. We cannot yet cause the media to start reporting fairly and accurately, but that will come and no longer will you have any doubts regarding the news you are given. In most of these matters we do look to you to get things started, thus allowing us by the Law of Attraction to join you. You came to Earth to experience duality and you are still experiencing some of the “fall out†even so it has completed its cycle. There are uncompleted actions that bring the dark energy to light for cleansing, and this is where you come in.
With 12.21 you had as very pointed focus, but now that has passed it is more open as you have many events to experience and not sure when they will take place. We would say focus on your collective understanding on all that is to come of the higher vibrations. You will then be doing as much as can be asked of you, and speeding up the changes. With so much debt in the world it is clear that there is only one answer to your problems, and that is complete debt forgiveness. It is part of the plan you know as NESARA, and along with abundance will quickly establish a flourishing community. The real answers to your problems are relatively simple, but finding the right people to introduce them is not so easy. You will have to look to massive changes that will accompany the governmental changes, and then all things will be possible.
You will have noticed already that time continues to speed up, and before you know where you are events will suddenly indicate that the era of big changes has commenced. By then we expect to have been acknowledged and will be active with you, so that we can join forces and make quick progress. The celebrations will come when appropriate, but world peace is essential as all dangers of warlike actions must cease. We have the means and the authority to enforce it if it is deemed necessary. There is no way that any interference will be tolerated, and when the cleansing is complete we do not in fact anticipate any trouble at all. You see Dear Ones, that there has been no letting up of our involvement in your Ascension, that proceeds ever onwards to take you into the Golden Age.
Time for you has dominated your lives, but as you immerse yourselves more into the higher vibrations so it will have less importance. You will begin to understand the concept of all being in the Now, and you will simply go with the flow. We know you are used to working to plans of how to use your time, but when you can allow things to happen naturally without having any rigid thoughts on the matter, life will flow much more easily for you. It is difficult for you to contemplate life without time as you understand it now, but you will feel absolutely free and enjoy a life that is peaceful and fulfilling. As your perception of time changes, so will your experiences.

We are the High Council of Orion. Our message today is one about Unity Consciousness. We’d like to make a distinction between what we’ve been speaking about previously in Oneness, about Oneness, and the idea of Unity Consciousness. For one could easily say, “Well, they’re the same!†Today we will explain the distinction between the two. As we’ve discussed before, Oneness is best exemplified within the dolphin pod where all work together in unison with each individual being recognized as an individual and held up as an individual, yet the collective consciousness of Oneness allows the pod mind to always be working for the highest good of all concerned. So within the pod if one is injured, or hungry, or lagging behind, or straying, the pod consciousness gathers up that individual to make sure all their needs are met. So they don’t lose their way. So they’re not hungry. So the group doesn’t leave them behind. It’s as if they are pulsing and living and breathing as one being made up of individuals. It’s a very harmonious existence. Oneness is where your humanity, your planetary consciousness, is heading. The concept of Unity Consciousness that we’d like to present today is different. Unity Consciousness is where a thought, an ideal, even a goal, if you will, is held by the greater number of members within any given population, group, or organization. Creating a unified field of consciousness. Allowing whatever the point of attention is to come to fruition, manifest, become real on your plane of existence more tangibly, more easily, in a more widespread way. You’re experiencing some degree of Unity Consciousness as many on the planet are moving towards this date in time: December 21st, 2012. For many people are focused on the date and focused around the positive aspects about what can transpire. Many of you are reaching out to others with the concept and the ideas and the visioning around 2012. This is a really tangible example of Unity Consciousness and the power within it! “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are awaiting our next big assignment from our Oversoul, as our Oversoul is in direct communication with us at all times, and our Oversoul exists in the 11th dimension. So it has a bigger and better view of what is going on all throughout the universe. We enjoy getting our assignments because we like to be of service, we like to have a mission and a purpose, just like all of you. We suggest that you sit quietly with your eyes closed, and enjoy the silence, enjoy the not-doing for a while, and instead of seeing it as a chore to let go of your thoughts, see it as liberating. You get to free yourself from your very active thinking mind for a while, as you await some sort of impulse, some kind of instructions that you know are coming from your higher self because of their nature, because of the vibration they hold.
You can do this every day. You can do it twice a day, or more. You can begin open contact now with a higher-dimensional being known as your higher self. And when you practice being in open contact with a higher-dimensional being or collective, you usher in more open contact with physical e.t. beings of your dimension and of higher dimensions. You don’t have to wait till everyone is ready; you don’t have to wait until some government official discloses the truth about e.t.s and humans.
You can begin your contact experiences by starting with your very own higher self consciousness. Now, we say ‘higher self consciousness’ because you are not separate from your higher self. You are one and the same, but it’s an aspect of you that’s operating from a higher-dimensional plane, a higher level of consciousness. And the personal e.t. encounters that you will have, or that you have been having, are with beings that are other aspects of you. That’s the best place to start with e.t. contact.
You’re meeting you, no matter whom you are meeting. It’s always you; it’s always another aspect of you. And yes, there are closer relationships, there are those with whom you share an Oversoul, and there are twin souls, and there are beings that you’ve connected with over and over again, and they seem like they are more ‘you’ than some being you’ve never met before, but truly it’s all you. And so, if you want more contact with other aspects of you that come to you in the form of e.t.s, start by having more contact with you, right here and right now.
Be in contact with your self, your thoughts, your feelings, your vibration, the things you believe, and the things you know. Get in touch with your own heart, with your own love, with your vibrational signature. That’s a good place to start if you want contact with more of you. Start with you, and you’ll always get more in this universe. Looking outside of yourself without that knowing will always have you looking outside of yourself, because ultimately everything is meant to get you to look within, and when you do, you are certain to find what you are looking for, every time.

I am alone here, and I am always helping someone else, but I have no one to help me. I am told I volunteered for all this, but c’mon, really?
I put up with so much pain on a daily basis, that I do not know how much longer I can go on. I know I can’t be the only one in the same shoes. Any advice for people like me? We would say, dear one, that what you travel through now is indeed part of what you came in for. “Recurring Numbers”Ever notice a certain number, or number patterns that keep appearing to you? Maybe you look at the clock randomly and it’s 11:11, or 5:55? You might pay at a restaurant, and the bill comes out to $22.22, or $3.33. You may choose not to make anything of it, or dismiss it as nothing at all, but pay close attention, these numbers just may be a cosmic signal. Let’s explore a few of the most common recurring numbers.
Ones represent intuition and awareness. It may be an inner knowledge that you are not paying attention to. As for 11:11, it represents enlightenment and spiritual awakening. Notice what’s on your mind at that exact moment; a spirit guide may be trying to guide you. The lesson you need to learn, will soon be right in front of you.
Two is the number that represents duality. Everything that we perceive as good and bad, light and darkness, real or not, here and there, past and present. This number can go either way if not balanced. 222 is letting you know that your ideas and thoughts are being manifested. So make sure you keep your thoughts positive and you intentions pure. Trust that everything is working out the way it’s suppose to.
Three is a very powerful number! It represents the Trinity (Father, son and the Holy Spirit), mind, body and soul, past, present, future, and so on. It tells of intuition, siccess, and good luck. 333 is a message from your angels, that they are working with you to make your dreams a reality. Make sure you are very clear in your intentions.
Four is a grounded number and represents stability and calmness. It symbolizes being present in the “now”. The angels are surrounding you and reassuring you of their love and help. They offer mental, emotional and physical support. 444 will usually appear when you’re feeling confused or conflicted, and need a push of encouragement.
Five represens our 5 senses, adventure and freedom. Any life changes you may be experiencing (such as marriage, divorce, a new job) and making important choices. 555 says that things are changing very quickly in your life in order for you to grow and expand your conciousness.
Six represents balance between earth and the spiritual realm. It symbolizes intuition, clairvoyance, and other things, like the “sixth sense”. This number represents a person who nurtures and is compassionate towards others. 666 is letting you know that your thoughts are out of balance. Focus on God and serving others, and all your other needs will be met.
Seven is associated with synchronicity good luck, and your 7 chakras. This number aids in the development of wisdom and is connected to the search for truth and the meaning of life. 777 is letting you know that you are on the right track in every aspect of your life. Fall Equinox Reaches a Melchizedek Principle, an Accumulative Solar Factor that will reach a Quantum Energy for the Capacity of Light to be Accelerated on the Planet.

We open to the Source of Creation, the power of the Infinite Oneness and the wisdom of the universe, with the intention to receive any message that is from the highest source of light.
This message is given from the consciousness that is a soul consciousness of the Ascended Masters, through the ascension planes.
There are areas of consciousness now, on the planet, that have evolved into a frequency of Oneness and are actually generating harmonic frequencies into the Earth’s hologram. These source areas are areas where souls of light are called to co-create with the elementals, the cosmic forces and the collective power of their light bodies. They are the first regions that reach a capacity to fully utilize and integrate solar powers and the cosmic frequencies.
The energy systems in these areas have developed crystalline geometric structure through which there is an amplification of conscious intention and collective focus on the principles of universal law, through communion with the water elements and the dynamics of the Earth’s elemental systems. This means that the energy generated from the collective field of the souls, the ascension beings that are of the 131313, their collective frequency, Bringers of the Dawn, has actually developed the capacity to harmonize with the emerging hologram of the 5th-dimensional Earth.
These are areas which may not be defined purely by what you would think of as spiritual centers. It certainly includes the spiritual centers. But they are areas where humanity is gravitating towards the higher principles of community and co-creative energy. These are areas, through the sacred geometry principles of light, that have been awakened and utilized with the soul groups that are using the sacred geometries of light and actually putting them to work, actually working with the geometric formulas.
These formulas have become the formulas for peaceful co-creation, and have formed lenses in these regions where there is sufficient collective energy to feed the light into the new hologram, to receive the cosmic frequencies and the DNA from Creation Source, the new DNA codes, organizing into light structures through sacred geometry principles. This creates the holographic lens for the 5th-dimensional Earth.
These areas are well developed energy centers and, of course, involve the individuals who have focused on spiritual centers, honoring the principles of One and unity through diversity, sovereignty. Those particular energy centers are amplifying the energies generated by the living blueprint of the 5th-dimensional Earth.
As the old paradigm hologram plays itself out, those centers, which are centers of higher amplification of cosmic frequencies, radiate energy into the collective. This creates, through the principles of quantum harmonic resonance, geodesic crystalline energy forms that are truly the seeds of light for the New Holographic Earth.
In the area where the Earth is still restricted in the quality and vibration of the energy, there are certain souls of light which may or may not define themselves as spiritual beings but live by spiritual principles. Those souls of light, their DNA is calibrated to psychically connect to these geodesic seeds, which gives space for the expansion of the sacred light geometry principles.
The souls of light on the planet that are the beings who have agreed to cooperate with the ascension principles of Creation for the Earth have matured through the test of their faith. Through their practice of light principles, they have matured.
As you approach alignments, such as the fall Equinox of 2012, when the cosmos, itself, bursts forth with energy that are powerful frequencies of Creation, and the sun generates the solar principles of Solar Genesis, these systems are prepared, because you will gather individually with your collective conscious groups in the non-physical reality, and collectively in groups, such as ceremonies that are coming in these next days. Those quantum energetics accelerate the propensity of velocity of the quality of light on the planet.
All of this is organized in crystalline structures through the harmonics of sound and light frequencies, through the whales and the dolphins. As they came in the beginning, the cetaceans carry the language of light for the manifestation of the manna, the manifestation of the power of Creation, and the Creation languages, that manifests the New Earth Principles, manifests the Creation Principles of the emerging Earth in the birthing through the birthing waters, through the womb of the Great Mother Principle.
This means that all that is born of light these days is directly channeled through the Great Mother Principle, and that the whales and the dolphins will be sending intelligent communications, whale songs, dolphin codes, to all conscious beings. These intelligent communications give instructions on a super-conscious level for the New Human to develop the skills of co-creation with the Universal Oneness.
This power enhances the capacity for balance, harmonic relationship and the creative principles of the highest aspect of human consciousness.
The purpose of this message is to acknowledge this phenomenon and to offer the opportunity for the ascension workers on the planet to consciously engage with this system.
Those of you, who have developed communication skills with the whales and the dolphins, now is the time for you to open your psyche to the supreme intelligent frequencies that the whales and the dolphins will be sending to humanity through you, as transmitters of light.
Certainly, you have developed the ability to work through the water element of the planet because it is through your communion with water that all Creation is enhanced. Because Gaia is a water planet and Creation first emerged from the water principle, and now that very water principle is the core energetics, the core energetics, for the birthing of this new light which opens now in these days of light and begins its process of quantum acceleration.
Waves, waves of such intelligent energies, such as you have never experienced before, will be transmitted through your field. It is important to hydrate yourself. It is important to connect to water sources during these days of light. Think of the way that water receives the sparkling energy of the sun. How beautiful it is when you see the ocean or the lake turn golden with the light of the sun. That is the holographic mirror and the principle that allows you a space of visualization for the receptivity that is opening now, with these Creation energies.
Prepare for a new emergence. But also prepare that there will be a new demand on your energy body, requiring each individual to be sensitive to the power that is moving through your physical body. Be sensitive to your body’s needs at this time.
There is an accumulative solar principle through the solstice gates on the planet. Please do not rush through this sentence. It is an important sentence.
Throughout the Ages, the centers where the ancients arranged Equinox and Solstice alignment calendars, those are the essential points on the planet because there is accumulative solar principle. For example, Stonehenge, built as a great cosmic generator, has accumulated fractals of solar frequencies, every Equinox and Solstice, every one, from the moment of inception.
This Fall Equinox reaches a Melchizedek Principle. Don’t just think of Stonehenge. Think of Chaco Canyon. Think of Malta. Think of Giza. Think of every single stone circle where the solar calendars were set, every temple in any country, South Africa, Mexico, Peru. It’s not necessary to list all these places, but now imagine that that is an enormous calibrated device that has an accumulative solar factor that will reach now, in this Fall Equinox, a Melchizedek Principle. That means that each of these solar codes form fractals of light, that are living geometries.
An accumulative factor has to reach a quantum energy at some point. And everything in the universe is primed for this opportunity for the capacity of light to be accelerated on the planet. This is purely the Ascension Dynamics and a system that was guided by the highest conscious intelligence of Universal Oneness, working through many realms and dimensions, to create this quality, this particular quality NOW, to amplify the Creation dynamics.
Thus, what is given is given of love through the principles of Infinite Oneness, and this light shall not perish upon the Earth, but to generate, to be bountiful, fruitful and abundant.

When it was finally figured out that it wasn’t controlling anymore, this new distraction was created to make a new form of fear. I’m seeing a separation here; the beginning of a split in human consciousness. There are rioters and then there are peaceful protesters.I also feel there is a deeper meaning to this specific occurance; to help the collective understand about the old regime and darker truths. To process these things and hopefully the light workers will help release some of this old, negative energy.I feel this is only the beginning and we are going to see so much more of the past regime come to the surface this year in many different forms. If everyone could just understand truly what is happening, then we could all shift.Unfortunately I feel that some of this will cause a split. The awake ones won’t take the bait and will work on these things in the collective, helping to prepare for the new energies. In essence the sediment that is heavy and dark, that has been stuck in the bottom is floating to the surface to be removed.I’m getting that picking the deepest stuff and bringing it out is part of all of us shifting. Seeing it, feeling it, processing it and releasing it.
