Steve Beckow: Mike Quinsey is 79 today. For many years, Mike channeled SaLuSa of Sirius, a source of information that was a mainstay for this site for as long as Mike transmitted him. Recently a health challenge persuaded Mike to retire from retirement … I mean, really retire.
Mike started out in sales and service, and later management, with electrical and mechanical companies. He gave talks on galactic civilizations, UFOs, healing and spiritual matters before channeling for the Galactic Federation.
He found his spiritual path in the late 70’s through the Atlantean Society, ran his own Branch, during which time he started a section called “The Universal Network†that supported Tuella and her work with Ashtar.
He then started Galacticom Europa to cover the messages from Ashtar through Carole Hall. In conjunction with all of this, he produced his own magazine called the ‘Messenger’.
During this period he had a most convincing UFO sighting, one of several. After these activities had ran their course, he returned to giving talks, until the mid 90’s when he became Editor for a local magazine called Quest, which is devoted to spiritual growth and enlightenment.
He started channeling with messages from St. Germaine and then “Sa Lu Sa†in 2006, followed by a cadre of Galactic-Federation speakers – Diane of Sirius, Ag-Agria of Sirius, Ker-on of Venus, Ela of Arcturus, and many others. I was fascinated with his channelings when I first realized what was happening. They provided the most substantial material I came across, along with Matthew’s Messages, Hilarion’s weekly talks, and the various channels of Archangel Michael.
“My affinity is with ancient Egypt and Atlantis, having found the readings of Edgar Cayce of considerable help,†he writes. “I am told I was a High Priest in Egypt, but have no waking memory of this or any other incarnation.†Mike has led other lives of renown, but we’ll leave that to him to discuss if he likes.

MOVING INTO YOUR HEART.
 “Greetings Dear Ones. We are the High Council of Orion. Today we continue our journey towards the date, December 21, 2012. And what we want to ask you is, “What you doing on December 22nd? and 23rd? and 27th? and how about January 10, 2013?† For there are many of you out there who are waiting for this date as if your whole life is riding on the date, as if from one moment to the next your life will change in all the ways you’d wildly dreamed of. Again we say, as we’ve said before, this is still looking for an external solution to your human condition. Again we say, that regardless of what’s going on on the outside, even if it’s a huge spiritual event such as Ascension, it’s all about you on the inside. What we ask you to do is look beyond the magical date that’s been dangling out there in front of you all. Look at December 22. Look at your New Year’s Eve celebration between 2012 & 2013. What is March of 2013 look like for you? Plan ahead and as you do so ask yourself ·     What you can do for yourself? ·     What can you do to bring yourself closer to that space where Oneness reigns on the planet? ·     What can you do to heal your wounds, to open your heart to allow the expansion of your experience to go beyond your five-sensory, third-dimensional experience? Look within for the answers. All the answers are there and the beautiful thing is they’re guided by your Soul on your journey. There’s no better place to get information, answers and solutions than within yourself. For you are the unique being of light, who is you in this lifetime. As you are out there listening to who is currently saying what about “What might happen to the planetâ€, “What might happen to the people!† Use your inner discernment to decide if you feel in alignment with that or not. For the truth is that there is no “ultimate truth†in this that applies to everyone. Everyone’s Soul is on their unique path and so a perfect solution for one person, guided by their Soul, is not necessarily the same perfect solution or point of view for you. We are going to ask you something wildly crazy now, not from a dispassionate point of view, not from an uncaring point of view. What we ask you to do is be in your heart and not worry about everyone else!  Let us explain what that means. There are many on the planet right now who say: “What about my husband? What about my wife and my children? What about my brother or sister? Wow, they don’t believe in Ascension. They don’t even know anything about it and they’re going to be left behind! Is my dog coming with me? Will my cats be with me? I can’t Ascend without them!† What we would like to point out is, those comments and thoughts, while they come from a loving place that you want your loved ones to move along with you, (assuming you’re Ascending, whatever Ascending means) It is casting lots of judgment, isn’t it? In a sense, it’s saying, “Well, I know I’m going and they’re notâ€.  What it’s doing is not allowing their Soul at that beautiful core level to move them through their human experience exactly the way it has designed it to. As we’ve said previously, what we ask you to do is instead of worrying about those around you who you have decided are not in the “right place or space†for this process of ascension, please hold the space of the beauty and intelligence of their Soul to be guiding and directing them from a place of their inner truth.  The best place you can hold for anyone in your life is non-judgment and heart-centered peace and trust. Trusting their soul to be guiding their lives as you are learning to trust your Soul to guide your life. In the meantime not holding that judgmental place, as if you have the crystal ball into their Soul, knowing that they’re making the wrong decisions. Because what we put forth is that all of their decisions are right and perfect for them in their uniqueness, as the beautiful being of light whose chosen to have the human experience they’re having.  What we would like to offer up to you is by you moving into that heart-centered space of trusting their Soul to guide their life, trusting your Soul to guide your life, there’s less constriction, there’s more openness, and it allows greater potential and possibility for all involved. For when there is judgment there is constriction, and constriction limits the expansion of energies. So if you can find that place in your heart to trust your Soul, and find a space in your heart also to lovingly look at those around you, and trusting their Soul, you create an openness of energy that allows for more for everyone in that situation.  The energies of expansion and openness come from this place of Soul-centered and Heart-Centered allowing. We ask you today to bless those around you. Stay heart-centered, as much as you can. If you find yourself not experiencing life from your heart, take that moment to breathe and drop your energies down into your heart. If you find yourself judging somebody else’s behavior and thinking “Oh, they’re not ascending! Dratzo! Taj Jai Dan! (Happy New Dawn!) We return! A new epoch is dawning for humanity! Let us start with a brief description of what has happened so far. Our sacred secret allies, with the assistance of your Ascended Masters, have put into position a new financial system and begun to instruct various key individuals in the distribution of the hard-backed currencies associated with this new banking system. Meanwhile, those who are to take up positions to replace old-order officials in the present de facto regimes are preparing the announcements which will transform your world ‘in the twinkling of an eye.’ Further, the Light-oriented military and militia groups are poised to complete a legal putsch that will put a series of new, de jure governments into power. Once done, the announcements will be broadcast and the six major components of NESARA will become the law of the land. Initially these acts will: restore the Constitution; ensure the establishment of common law; and institute the use of a set of new hard-backed currencies worldwide. These will be the monies activating the new banking system and establishing global prosperity.
Banks will be rechartered and corporations dissolved and replaced with socially responsible partnerships. Large banks and corporations are to be broken up. New documents detailing the legal requirement for full transparency between these various institutions and the public will be stressed. The people will be asked to inform themselves and become a vital part of this process. These new partnerships will be adjured to recognize the need to help Gaia and work toward redressing the many problems created by decades of global carelessness. These bodies will be publicly regulated and must interact with their now-prosperous communities to bring an end to industrial pollution and energetically promote the age of clean energy, which uses zero-point and light-beam technologies. We intend to assist you by giving you technology which takes your interactive capabilities to a new level and which permits your communities to move away from corporate agriculture and any other ‘traditional’ industries that can harm Gaia and her diverse and fragile ecosystems.
Your first priority is to enrich your community life and demonstrate your Love for your home world. Each day now may provide the first real evidence of what has been happening behind the scenes, that will convey to you the ongoing changes. The media will not handle the “good” news regrettably because it is still controlled. However, your Internet is so vast that you will have no problem in finding references to Disclosure and other anticipated events, and often from those who have a genuine source of information. Yet you still have to beware of some authentic looking websites and reports that are put out to confuse you. When the true announcements are made there will be no doubt in your minds as to their truthfulness. Disclosure is for example of world wide importance, and accordingly it will be down to your leaders to handle it.
With all that is happening the path to yours and Mother Earth’s Ascension is still forging ahead, and no problems exist. As with the Universe all are in the latter stages of readiness, and your Ascension is as important as any other changes, if not more so. You are the only ones who are unable to do it entirely for yourselves, and of course we of the Galactic Federation of Light and others are very active in helping you. It is our privilege to be chosen in that role, and serving others is the reason we exist. Ascension is only the start, and afterwards we have much to do by way of quickly moving you into the life changes that go with it. We believe that many of you are now aware of what that means as far as raising your quality of life, and restoring your sovereignty. Instead of having your path created by others, you will create your own reality. That will bring souls of a like mind together, and why some with different desires will go their separate ways.
If you consider that you will be moving into a new frequency, you will. understand that there are various levels within each dimension. You will not therefore all be within the same one, and some people will disappear from your view. We would therefore stress once again, that each soul will find itself exactly in the right level. It will be one that is in harmony with their own vibrations, where they will feel comfortable and at ease. It is the perfect answer for those concerned about other people, and those who accompany them to their level. Where families are concerned, let us put your mind at rest, as most members will normally stay together. Clearly if people have quite contrasting ideas of what Ascension means to them, they will be creating different realities for themselves in parallel worlds. There would not be much point in allowing you free choice if somehow it was somehow curtailed.
The true extent of the coming changes has not been taken in by many people, as it will be quite different to your present experiences. If you look for Heaven upon Earth that is what you will get, but it will of course be on the new Earth. One of the bugbears of your life is dust, that you spend many hours trying to remove. It will be no more because of the purity of the air, and the ground below your feet will be of a different texture to what you know now. Without aging or decay there is no residue from plants or other sources. Cleanliness and brightness go hand in hand with the higher vibrations, that also give you a greater range colours than you have at present. So Heaven is really the word that describes the higher dimensions of Light.
On Earth there is so much criminal activity that your lives are spent securing your home and property against crime. On a personal level you fear being robbed or assaulted, or even worse. Dear Ones, in the higher realms such dangers or threats simply do not and cannot exist, all souls express themselves in love and caring for each other. Abundance takes away the need to accumulate wealth whatever form that may take. When you have all you need you do not covet another’s goods or belongings. Think upon the idea that doors do not need locks and your property does need to be hidden away. You will soon get used to such changes and need not worry about anything, as life is just one continual experience in utter joy and happiness.
There are many civilisations keen to make friends with you, who see themselves as on a similar path to you. They are all humanlike or humanoid and often linked to you through genetic engineering. By nature humans are friendly and benign Beings, and you attract like Beings. Some of them have already made some individual contacts with you, but we have controlled such contacts so as not to distract you from the more important issues like Ascension. The first meetings with us will be to introduce your main families who are already Federation members. By then you will have raised your levels of consciousness and will soon recall your past links.
As you are beginning to realise, Ascension is a quantum leap in your vibration and level of consciousness. Check if you are ready, go back a few years and you will surely recognise a great shift in your consciousness. It has been a gradual growth in the past, but now it has speeded up and you could notice the difference almost on a daily basis. We tell you that the Light is streaming on to your Earth from all quarters of the Universe. You have never been without support, and now because of the nearness of Ascension it has been intensified. We want to see every soul that has expressed the intent to ascend, to do so full of confidence and well prepared.
You are all adored and loved throughout the Universe, and that includes all souls regardless whether they are of the Light or darkness. That is because in duality you have all played your part in it, and therefore one should not be in judgment of any soul. That takes a bit of getting used to as your laws prosecute and imprison those who break them, and you tend to pre-judge their crimes and decide their punishment. It doesn’t mean that you should not have an opinion, but often your judgement carries thought forms of energy that would eke out your idea of punishment. It is not your place to make such judgments, and you can rest easy that justice will always be done, even if someone appears to get away with their crime. Nothing can ever be hidden forever that no one could know about it, as the energy of all actions continue to exist in the ethers.

Glancing over your shoulder you may see recollections of you that were experiences and lessons designed to strengthen you, to build upon prior lessons and experiences that have slowly, but ever so surely allowed you to become the strong, wise, experienced and knowledgeable being that you are today. We, your friends, your family and your guides of the Galactic Federation of Light have been with you since your birth into the physical in this lifetime and far beyond your present incarnation as well, back hundreds, even thousands of years in your past, as you have been repeatedly and consecutively without breaks or stoppages reincarnating for ages.
We tell you this as it is now the time for you, our dear loved ones, to begin to awaken from your journey, to begin to unwind from the trance that you have been under throughout all of these incarnations. This time for many of you is quickly closing in and it is time for us to begin to reveal to you hidden secrets, hidden knowledge, things that could not be shared with you at any earlier period in your history, as this kind of knowledge would have in many ways disrupted your learning process. We certainly did not wish to do this, so we kept to our end of the bargain. We saw that you many times searched for answers to your many queries, but we could not furnish you with many of these answers that you searched for. Instead, we chose to offer you alternative theories and ways in which you could measure truth and measure what was not your truth, and in this way you could find your way down your path of truth, a path where you would find many of the answers you searched for, but these answers were not simply handed to you.
Do you see how this has all unfolded for you? Do you see how we have perhaps lead you in ways that were not your truth, to allow you to look into a mirror and see that it was not your reflection and know that you did not find your truth yet, so you persisted to carry on with your journey knowing in your heart deep down inside you would one day come upon your true reflection in a stilled pond at the end of the trail. Today is that day for many of you who have come upon that pond at the end of your long journey and you are thirsted from your walk and you need rest. We wish to furnish you with all of the rest and refreshment that you will require. This day is approaching fast, but for today there is much work to be done as your journey is not over for you. You have not reached that point where you can look in the mirror and see the reflection of who it is you truly are and have always been, no, not just yet.
This day will come, it will come soon, you will see this and you will know this, though today you must get busy, you must continue your hike down this dusty trail. You must continue, you must persevere. Do not slow now, do not even think of stopping, for your momentum is so valuable to you at this time and you want to increase it and not decrease it, not for one moment, not for one step. We assure you that we are with you, we are watching over you, we are guiding you and we are leading you down the path that you have made clear through your intentions you wish to travel.
There are none of you where we are not certain of where it is you wish to be and what you wish to experience. Do not think for one moment that any of you have gone lost in the shuffle or have gotten buried deep within the sands of time, as this has not happened and we would never allow this to happen, not on our watch. We take great pride and responsibility in how we protect you, watch over and guide you. We would never let anything happen to you, and we never for one moment or one step of your great journey have neglected to watch over you, for you are in some ways our children, in other ways our brothers and sisters and in some ways our parents, and if you could understand today how much effort, manpower and technology went into watching over you and protecting you each and every moment of each and every day we feel this kind of information would put many of your minds at complete ease, for nothing has been spared for you, our dear ones. Would you have spared anything to watch over your children in this lifetime? No, you would not have, and we would also never choose to do this.
Today marks a turning point, a crossroads for some of you. Today is a day where you will be asked to make a choice of where it is you wish to go from here. You are now exiting, stepping out of your current reality, the reality you have known for, in some cases, so many eons of time and the only reality you have any recollection of whatsoever. We understand this, and we are here to remind you in some ways of another reality, a reality that was at another time the only reality that you understood and experienced. You now have two very different realities to choose from, and it is this choice that many of you are asked to make at this time, at this juncture.
So what will it be? Do you choose to hang on to what it is that has become in your recent history familiar? Do you wish to cling to these, which you may see as outdated and no longer fruitful, or rewarding, or pleasurable, or fun, or enjoyable, or exciting, or new, or surprising, or challenging, or uplifting experiences? Or do you wish now for a new life, a new world, a new universe, a completely new reality with twists and turns, steep climbs and dives, mysteries, challenges, excitement, adventure and fun? If this is what you now choose for yourselves say “I now choose for myself a completely new realityâ€, and this is just what you will receive.
It is the time for this. These are your magic words. This is your command that will open the dimensional door. This door will not today open, please do not become too over excited or over anticipate when the door will open. This command will be the key to open this door and it will begin to crank open, but it will open slowly and measurably. This is what this command will do for you. This is a large decision for each and every one of you and we wish you to understand this, and we wish you to think long and carefully about this. Do not rush to any decisions, as there is no going back, there is no putting Jack back in his box once he springs up and out of the current dimensions of his reality. Once you spring out of your confines and into the higher dimensions of this universe you are here and you will be here forever, there is no going back to your lower dimensional world.
This is how it must be. This is why it is such an important decision for you to make at this point of your travels. We honor and respect each and every choice each of you will make and we wish to give you all the time that is possible in your world for you to make this very important decision. Take your time, there is still plenty of it available for you all to think long and carefully about this, the most important choice you will make throughout your entire journey, for this choice for many of you will end this journey and no one choice that you have ever made throughout each and every one of your previous incarnations possessed this power, and this is why you are advised to take all the time in the world and think long and hard about it. Once you have come to your decision we will be listening. You can shout it, you can whisper it and you can leave it as a comment under one of our messages. We will look for your answer, for we need to know for sure if this is your choice or not to leave your current reality and step through this door and come home.

The Hard Part Is Over ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You have taken yourselves to a point in your evolution where the hard part of this journey is behind you, and you can start to coast on the momentum that has been created in all of your previous experiences in this lifetime. You have been raised to believe in hard work, to believe in struggle, and to believe that there is no gain without pain.
And so, it is our job to deprogram you and to convince you that you can go a lot easier on yourselves from now on. When you hear about the ideas of letting go and surrendering, it often sounds to you like the ones who are pushing that on you want you to give up on your dreams, or at the least, it seems like you are supposed to give in to the current set of circumstances in you lives.
What we want to suggest to you is that there is much more to be gained in your release of the tension, the resistance, and the trying to make something happen than there is in holding on tight to your desires. When you let go, you demonstrate a certain amount of trust in the universe and in the laws of the universe. What we want for you more than anything else is to experience yourselves as creator beings, and to have that experience, you must trust that the hard work is done.
You must be willing to give in to the flow, to be conduits of energy, rather than the ones who are turning the crank to generate the energy that you then hope will take you home. Letting go, surrendering, and trusting will open the floodgates for you, and you will solidify yourselves in the position of creators of your reality. Indeed, there is great power in letting go and letting all of that energy that you have summoned in.

Beloved Lightworkers,
I come this day to speak to you regarding your participation in the activities of Light that are taking place throughout the Planet during the days of the coming month. Let me reiterate to you the value of participating in mass meditations. When many people are gathering together to hold one focus, each in their own unique way, the energy that this action creates goes far into the atmosphere and gathers together other like minded energy to create solutions to so many perplexing problems facing Humanity in the now moment.
By combining your energies you create a laser focus to manifest a much more powerful and positive outcome for all. You have been doing this during important portal days and this action has created magic in the etheric fields. This magic has transformed the seemingly impossible into the very probable future that now beckons on the horizon. As you worked upon yourselves, transmuting lower vibrational thoughts and feelings into greater Light within yourselves, you also created a field of greater potential for the people on the Planet.
At this juncture, it is important that you stay focused on creating within yourselves the feelings of joy – for living your life in joy is living in Ascension frequency. Joy is the highest frequency in terms of bringing in a better way of living on the Planet. Connect and align with thoughts and feelings of joy throughout the coming days and weeks and create this feeling in others around you. The feeling of joy is very uplifting and contagious and this alone can change many things upon the Planet and within yourselves so that each person stands a better chance of going forward into a new beginning.
In every way, change is the most prominently noticeable aspect of these times we are living in. Find your joy in each moment and BE it. This will help in your Ascension process as you translate into the higher dimensions. All have the opportunity to move forward into a new life, a new beginning. Focus on that which creates and supports this process and let all attachments go. Be fully present in each moment and forego the events of the past or the worry about what will transpire in the future.
We are assisting all our Lightworkers in every way we are able. There is much anticipation as we gather to welcome you to the next journey on your path in celebration of success.
