“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are quite capable of measuring our own progress because we are so attuned to our overall vibration, and the feeling of expansion that is available to us at all times as beings who are consciously expanding. Humans tend to look for evidence of your progress, your evolution, by how much of what you want is in your life, as compared to how much of what you don’t want is in your life. This is not the best way to measure your progress and spiritual evolution.
You are a being of light and love that is expanding all the time, and that means you are capable of feeling more grace, more joy, more of the love that you truly are. But you wouldn’t know that unless you tuned in to the ability that you have to feel all of that and more. You don’t know you are expanding unless your expansion is important to you, and you are willing to feel for it. You cannot measure any of your experience as a spiritual being by looking at the physical world, but you can always tell how you are doing in any given moment by exploring what you are feeling about the physical world as you observe it. Sometimes this is the way that you present yourself with an opportunity to show you that you have changed and are evolving. You put yourself in the same set of circumstances and you check to see whether you respond in the same way.
Ultimately, of course, you want to respond in a better way than you did before when having the exact same experience, and that response is up to you. You get to determine how you respond to something when you are conscious and when you slow down enough to take it in, realize how you feel about it, and process those feelings. Someone who reacts usually isn’t aware of what they are feeling until after they have had their reaction, and those reactions usually are with words or actions that are coming from a lower-vibrational place. But you don’t need to recreate a big mess in your life to show yourself that you have been expanding, evolving, ascending, and becoming more of who you really are.
You can feel for the movement forward you are making if you are taking the time to consciously reach within for what is available to you now that wasn’t available to you yesterday. And you also have the ability to feel outside of your physical body if you can be patient enough with the process of stretching your consciousness out beyond physical form. This too will give you everything that you need to reassure yourself that you are in fact making progress there on Earth and that you are always making progress all the time, no matter how it looks to you in the outside world.

For those of you who are celebrating the holiday known to you as Thanksgiving, we wish you a joyous day of holding gratitude for the abundance in your lives. For most of those in other countries, this is, of course, not a holiday. We offer that perhaps a thought or two along these lines may be appropriate for you, as well. Giving thanks for what one has is always a sure way to raise one’s energy.

Today there is also a great deal of attention and speculation upon the path of the comet that you have named Ison. That is as intended, dear ones. You are well aware now of the powerful effects of great focus when billions of you can be brought to concentrate upon an event. This is what is happening. Let it bring into focus what it is that you desire to be its effect.

Some of course will look at it with some trepidation. We can tell you that this is being far outweighed by the heightened expectations of the more positively focused of you.

You may think of this as a cause of certain things. You may think of it as an indicator of certain things. In both cases you would be correct. We do wish to tell you that you are passing into a time of wonder and excitement which, if you so wish, can be full of joy and upliftment (Yes, we have invented a word. It is a good word. Leave it be.)

The energy and wonder of this season will continue to build, dear friends. Allow yourselves to bathe in it, enjoy it, and benefit to highest degree possible for each you. You have earned it, you are earning it, and you will realize at some point that you have co-created it.

(I never felt the urge to share things about Nesara because it never interested me personally, neither not talking about it with Saint Germain in my private space. But because some are asking me about it, I agreed to do one channeling only about this subject. Love, Méline♥)
M: Can you give me some insights as to your Trust Fund and Nesara? Are these for real and is the World Trust Fund a part of Nesara?
SG: Of course, you may inquire about those issues and it will be my pleasure to reply. The World Trust Fund is something that is, albeit it slowly, emerging on your current world. It has to do with returning to Humanity, as a kind of recompensation, of the funds that have ever been taken from them but which were rightfully theirs. This Trust Fund has been established under my supervision and will remain solely under my supervision as long as the funds haven’t been released. I will be the one who will make the decisions in this regard and I will decide when it will all come to pass. This ‘when’ has been a long time coming ; there have been resistances and difficulties along the way, but I always considered the life and freedom of every soul as my top priority. First I had to be sure that everything and everyone remained unharmed and that they get the chance to experience a beneficial payment of that fund. This fund is not a fairy tale but a fact : the fund contains gold of immeasurable value which rightfully belongs to humanity. Once all greed and sources of evil have been fully removed it will be safe again to return these funds to their rightful owners : the whole of humanity. I will decide on the subject when this will happen : I cannot determine in advance when exactly this will be, all I can say is that it will be determined in a mere second of your time. This time must be exactly right and the possibility is now increasingly becoming a probability as the sources of evil and the dark forces are as good as eradicated now. All in all there is a lot at stake and your safety is my top priority in this moment! Rest assured and have faith : you will certainly have the experience of this in these times of your incarnation.
We have moved very close now to a breakthrough of NESARA. By the way, NESARA is far more than just the World Trust Fund which in itself is only a part of NESARA. In general, NESARA is the freedom of humanity, the rediscovery of yourself, of your abilities, of your perceptions and of your connections with your Galactic Self and your family, which in itself has to do with Disclosure, NESARA also refers to having faith in yourself and in each other, in the perfect society in Love and Harmony. NESARA also implies a more refined and Higher Technology and a broader scale of scientific and spiritual knowledge. All this and more pertains to NESARA and it is the birthright of every human being! Hence my presence alongside you and the reason why I return it all to humanity.
This is also a global process for which I have worked for a very long time : many steps have gone awry in the past but with the removal of the most hazardous darkness, the way shall be cleared for this. I do not give any dates nor even a timeframe but let me ascertain you that it all draws nearer and that the first steps of this process have already been taken. President Obama plays a major role in this and with each passing day he gets more power to bring these issues to fruition. You have to confide in this President as he is the one that might get the job done, he works tirelessly to bring it forward; he is my ally in the matter of NESARA and in so much more and he knows all too well what is in store for him.
The last hidden veils have to be removed now before the playing field can be leveled, in consultation with the Collective of Humanity and then a big hope will well up in your hearts. Humanity is doing a great job of cleaning up the redundant rubbish, the latter referring to the personal, as well as the old collective patterns and even in these issues I ask you to give it time : you are actively involved in this and the finishing line of this is in sight.
I am fully aware that you had to wait a long time for this : but rest assured that I pursue the same goals as your hearts do ; but I also take you into account and that is why I have to be absolutely certain that the collective hearts are co-creating this in all safety and in all freedom. This freedom has now begun and gradually will take on its own forms, so you may absolutely expect the breaking through of NESARA and that part known as the World Trust Fund will also get its turn. However, I must insist that you let go of all timeframes in this regards and to release all expectations because that attitude can counteract my efforts when every soul independently places his/her own manifestations and expectations of a possible timeframe on this! This can only lead to differences and setbacks. Only create in the NOW, without expectation and just BE and feel Love. I put my whole Being into this project as I love you all so very much and I so long to see your hearts fully liberated…This too is my goal and my mission to which I gladly give my soul. So trust me completely : Saint Germain knows what he is doing for the well-being of all of you! Feel free to give your support to me for this whole project by being faithful and remaining positive, keeping in mind that you assist me by letting go and by being and experiencing yourself in each NOW moment. It is just a matter of simply being and releasing. It will come to pass and when you take afore-mentioned advice to heart you assist me greatly. A word of warning as to the so-called ‘Pre-Nesara funds’ as there is no such thing as an application in advance and certainly not by means of filling in a form which requests you hand over all your personal data. By filling in that form you put yourself in a vulnerable, weak position by putting your cards on the table for the dark ones to see. Such things do not pertain to my NESARA : it is a misleading project! So be extremely cautious! NESARA will come to pass for every individual on the exact same time : there are no favourites and you are not required to introduce yourself. We know all too well who you are in your Presences and everyone will receive their rightful part in all freedom and this will be so for all of you and only through me! I am the supervisor of the NESARA project and I guard it wholeheartedly. Take good care of each other and be present on Earth in your Light and in your Love; form the necessary groups, take the necessary steps and get on with your mission! With much Love I greet you all.

Solstice June 2019.
A powerful Solar Portal or gateway, when the Earth changes it’s trajectory in relation to the Sun, signaling a change in the seasons and the approaching ending/beginning of a new cycle of Light and Creation.
As the Sun enters Cancer, the sign of the Goddess/Mother and Divine Feminine, we feel her powerful energies preparing us for the new cycle that births in 2020. In this cycle we will fully embody our Soul energy in the New Earth.
In July, with the two eclipses, we will further feel shifts in the Divine Feminine as she prepares to step into her full power and birth this magnificent new cycle of creation. And as she births into her power, so the New Masculine is also stepping into his power as her equal and balanced partner.
At this time, we may be feeling these energies in a very physical way, as aches and pains, or exhaustion, but we need to remember that this is a reflection of the energy of the Soul being more fully and deeply embodied as we become more aware of ourselves and who we are in this material “dream”.

The eclipse is in the 11th degree of Cancer and reaches totality at 19:24:08 UT
This solar eclipse in sensitive but nonetheless dynamic Cancer brings emotional healing in its wake. In response to a gnawing inner hunger it unleashes emotional and spiritual nourishment to those in need. Old ways of navigating this life may be falling short of late, with inspiration replaced by a jaded lack of motivation and faith. Growing intensity as Saturn and Pluto prepare to form their conjunction in January 2020 may feel heavy to many hoping for a lighter wave to ride right now. If that’s you, take heart. Nothing lasts forever, and this solar eclipse reminds us that even in the darkest hour nourishment is at hand.
This eclipse pokes at our emotional balance. If we struggle with feelings that routinely sabotage us, it offers insight about our internal dynamics and how to change them. For some, this eclipse may even bring the final healing needed to overcome a well-established pattern of emotional self-sabotage. But we must be prepared to do our part and acknowledge without candour, how we generate our own suffering. Self-awareness is key, and any feelings we choose to deny will continue to sabotage us as they, too, reach for the light.
With Venus the only planet in an air sign at the eclipse, objectivity may be hard to come by. And as Mercury prepares to turn retrograde in Leo on 7th/8th July, conjunct Mars, we must think twice about how we express ourselves. The force of our desires may cause our mouth to run away with us, speaking words in haste or anger that are best left unsaid right now. The consequences of unguarded expression at this solar eclipse will be significant. Mercury and Mars in Leo prioritise self-expression at the expense of listening to others. But balanced communication is vital at this time, together with a willingness to accept that what may seem undoubtedly obvious to us may be opaquely inaccessible to others. With feelings running high and our internal filter overridden by an over-confident appraisal of the ‘facts’, there’s an ever-present risk of words becoming the source of our undoing! If this happens, Venus’s passage across the eclipse degree on 12thJuly provides an opportunity for reconciliation if needed.
The Sabian Symbol for this eclipse degree references a clown impersonating others. Humour may well play its part in our journey into the Real Self, and objectivity that helps us chuckle at ourselves can be uniquely healing at this time. Life is intense, for sure. But we can lighten it up if we’re willing to shift our perspective and take ourselves less seriously. How much conflict could be avoided if more people were prepared to simply walk away rather than labour a point to win yet another meaningless argument? How much energy would we save if we let go of the routine slights and offensives that pepper our day? How much focused attention could we then invest in what truly matters? This solar eclipse poses such questions and suggests we take note of what sparks a reaction in us and why.
As Chiron begins five months retrograde in Aries on 9th July, the scales are shifting in favour of self-healing, self-acceptance and self-love. Whilst of course we need support from each other at times, those times may be fewer than we think. We are stronger and wiser than we’ve been led to believe by centuries of ‘experts’ telling us they know best in everything from religion and spirituality to science, politics, economics, health and even what we should wear and when! The time has come to own our sovereignty and claim our right to shape our own destiny. But of course, doing so comes with weighty responsibility. No longer can we lay our struggles at the feet of others and demand a solution. Chiron retrograding through Aries affirms we already have what we need and healing happens when we embrace this fact and lay claim to everything that we are.
Taking full responsibility for every moment of our lives is a radical and terrifying act. It’s also exciting, liberating and replete with potential. No more complaining. No one else to blame. No more self-pity. Just a state of pure intentionality in which we embody the power of fully being who we are. As the Moon eclipses the Sun, however, we discover just how elusive the Real Self can be! Amid conditioning and expectations, social mores, familial dictates and our own self-criticism how can we possibly spot the real me?! But like sunlight that returns once the eclipse is done, we find illumination in the shadows, weaving from their darkness the resplendent threads of a radically sovereign life.

Whose Thoughts Are YOU Thinking?

The North Node always points us in the direction of progress and fulfilment, revealing how to more deeply and fully occupy our humanity. It’s our guide into a bright future, but demands the sacrifice of familiarity for a more satisfying but challenging way. The North Node has been in Cancer since November 2018. It’s shift from the sensitive and watery realms of the crab to the airy and relational realm of the twins gives us an important clue about how to best proceed for the foreseeable future.
Cancer is the guardian of family and ancestral origins. It moves us to find ‘our people’ and stand strong with them, honouring the past and protecting our shared future. But as the North Node shifts into Gemini it’s time to reflect on whose thoughts we’re actually thinking and whether now might be a good time to release some inherited perspectives: those opinions and world views absorbed from our past, our family and our religious, political, social and cultural environment. We may even need to disentangle ourselves from people we’ve travelled alongside in recent years. Whilst the strength and power of community is currently coming into its own, the North Node in Gemini reminds us to be alert to the power of expectation and subtle coercion when it comes to ‘group think’. Just because ‘everyone’ believes something doesn’t necessarily make it true. And just because we’re told ‘this is how it is’ doesn’t mean it can’t also be another way.
Living with uncertainty
Gemini doesn’t deal in absolute truth. It holds paradox and dichotomy with ease, living in a both/and world where opposites can be simultaneously true. We will be living in just such a world for the next eighteen months. It will be a challenge to sift truth from lies, fact from opinion and honesty from manipulation. There will be few certainties and contradiction will rule the day. Media messages can more easily shape collective consciousness during this passage of the North Node so be careful who’s got your attention. The more people who switch off the news the better! Filter everything you hear – no matter the source – through a mind that let’s go. And rest lightly on any conclusion drawn. There may well be a contrasting, but equally compelling, one right around the next corner!
When out of balance Gemini can descend into anxiety, obsessive internal dialogue, and irrational fear. As the North Node travels through this cerebral sign, we can see these processes for what they are and choose to disrupt or curtail them. This is not a time to be ruled by a narrative of fear – our own or someone else’s, no matter how well-meaning they may be. Claim your right to confidence in your own perspective and the power of flexibility and freedom of thought. The world will not be reborn from collective fear of death and disease. It will be reborn by those who stand tall and affirm life, health and hope. It will be reborn on a wave of wisdom which can penetrate the fog of facts, disinformation, anxiety and control.
Information exposed
Sources of information will be exposed during this transit. Manipulation of message and content will be revealed for all to see. Pay attention to where information comes from and who gains what from you believing it. Stand sovereign over your own mind, free to understand and perceive as you see fit; to draw your own conclusions and shape your own truths. Free to live boldly rather than diminished by fear. Beware mass perspectives, received wisdom and ‘everyone knows…’ claims. The North Node in Gemini empowers us to understand the true nature of information and its use and weaponisation in the modern world. When Neptune squares the North Node between November 2020 and February 2021, we may well see a clandestine but increasingly ruthless battle for public opinion. Information and data will be heavily manipulated. Attempts at suppression of information contrary to the official line may increase exponentially, alongside a corresponding surge in individuals’ willingness to choose a different source of guidance, more inner than outer.
While the North Node is in Gemini, power shifts from the privileged and elite to the masses. Reclaim authority from the experts. Expertise by definition is a limited view. No one is an expert of everything and only you are an expert on you. Honour your own wisdom. Pay attention to your own inner dialogue and emotional state. Learn what triggers you into anxiety, anger or fear and what triggers hope, peace, resolve and a new sense of possibility. For there is great possibility in the months and years to come. Change which seemed almost impossible just a few months ago may now be only a breath away. We are so deeply immersed in the evolution of this planet, in the next stage of our growth, that there is no going back. The old ways are gone. We must shift aspirations, values, priorities and perspectives to accommodate a burgeoning realisation that life must change and that we, as individuals and a global family, must fashion that change from the ground up, not have someone else’s model for change imposed upon us from the top down.
Claim your inner authority
As the North Node enters Gemini, Saturn in Aquarius challenges us to face the fear of stepping out of the crowd. The voices of those who prefer the freedom to choose their fate rather than have it imposed upon them will grow louder now. Those who refuse to be controlled by narrative of fear may be demonised by those who perceive this as reckless or irresponsible. But there are too many perspectives on our current circumstances for anyone to claim theirs as the whole truth and nothing but. The voice of inner-authority, of confident self-determination, of those willing to look risk in the face and still choose life, will become louder.
The North Node’s passage through Gemini will reveal the power of thought and of a sovereign mind. It will show us how precious flexibility is, and how destructive ongoing isolation can be. It reminds us to spare a thought for all who suffer mentally and physically in isolation and quarantine. It reminds us to reach out to them, to speak of them, to refuse to forget those whose home has become a punishing prison cell. Whose emotional well-being – and even physical safety – has been sacrificed in a world controlled by fear of physical disease.
Venus retrograde: untangling our thoughts
One week after the North Node’s arrival in Gemini, Venus turns retrograde in the same sign (13th May – 25th June 2020), helping us make the inner shift to prepare for more changes in our outer world. Venus’s retrograde passage provides us an opportunity to process with greater ease the impact of the past few months on our psychological well-being. For some, isolation has been rich and fertile with creativity and fresh perspectives. Less so for others. The best and the worst in humanity has been showcased as people come together to both support and shame, depending upon the prevailing narrative of the moment. Venus retrograde will help us untangle our thoughts about it all and enjoy our inalienable right to our own opinion whether or not it aligns with the dominant one. There has been an alarming clamp down on freedom of speech and thought on the topic of Covid-19. Venus retrograde in Gemini will help us relax into the sovereignty of our own mind and the well-being that arises from clarity of thought. At the same time, it primes us for the North Node’s passage through Gemini during which we will all have our perspective shifted to some extent, even as we claim the right to discern as we see fit.
Flexibility is key
Between now and the beginning of 2022 we’ll learn the value of communication and wider community. It will become easier to lift ourselves out of an emotional swamp into a lighter energy of creative and innovative thought. If you feel the call to write, do it. Getting those words on a page may just reveal understanding that could come to light no other way. Share your thoughts with others, but let it go if they don’t agree. Gemini allows all perspectives to exist – it’s accepting that way. Such flexibility of thought has the potential to birth a future otherwise out of reach.
Indeed, flexibility is the key to our current and future well-being. The more rigid we are around how life unfolds from here, the greater we’ll suffer when it takes its own course. Gemini is one of the most adaptable signs in the zodiac. It provides the ability to roll with life’s punches and still move ahead without too much convalescence required! Whatever you believe will happen next, always retain some space for the unexpected and unimaginable. Both will be knocking hard on the door, so be sure to open it wide! A bright future depends on a creative response to what stands on the other side.

Messages of Light 20120726 When Did You Begin to Fear Change?
Dear Ones,
This week will be a duzzy! Even though you may laugh at our out-dated slang, we wish you to understand that this shift will be joyous, radiant, fun or even silly – but of gigantic proportions.
Did your heart race a bit when we described the size of this week’s shift? Did you not think, “What trauma do I need to adjust to now?†Do you continue to believe that change is negative and chaotic?
Why do you believe falling in love or the birth of a child is wondrous event; and yet expect that all other change must include caution or fear?
Let us review your fear belief patterns – or more to the point for this blog, your beliefs about change. Even though human existence is constant change from birth to death, as you call it, you believe that stability is possible – even a desirable quality. At what point in your earth life did you decide that change automatically introduced negative aspects?
Many of you question our line of thought. Do you not look forward to a job offer, school graduation or falling in love? And do you not wait in great anticipation for that day when you are no longer called a baby, teen-ager or an unexperienced adult? So at what point in your life did you begin to fear change?
Change is constant within your being for how else could you – as you call it – age? But now that we discuss more physical change than you anticipated twenty years ago, are you not a little fearful?
What does it mean that the chemical make-up of your cells is shifting or that you have increased your active DNA strands? What do we mean when we relay that your physical appearance is changing? What if you are no longer considered attractive by your peers? What does it mean that many you now interact with will become less interesting? Will you be isolated? What does it mean that you will increase your intuitive, New Age skills? Will you be outcast from society for your odd thought patterns? How will your new life/new being be accepted by society?
As you  change physically, spiritually and emotionally during this New Age transition, so are those moving on a similar path. You are afraid that you will be alone – something that did not necessarily occur to you when you reached puberty. You knew your body was changing – maybe not as fast or faster than you wanted – but you knew those changes were inevitable because your friends and family informed you that such was so.
The difference between puberty and this New Age shift is that there are no history or biology books to refer to. And no friends or family who have experienced similar changes. You feel as if you are alone. The opposite is true.
This New Age shift is open to all ages, races and genders. This is a shift of tremendous proportions.
Let us return to your thoughts of fear as you age on the earth plane. The older you become on earth, the less trusting you are – a thought most of you will agree with. Why do you suppose such is true?
The longer you live in the dense, fear-riddled environment of earth, the less likely you are to remember the joys and love of the Universes. Granted, there are positive thinkers among you. But even the positive thinkers are quite adamant about signing specific documents before purchasing a home or moving to another community.
Most of you are thinking that such is merely prudent behavior – but why? Eons of fear have created thought patterns of how best to protect yourself from injury or failure. You were an excellent Old Age student if you accepted that someone was out to get you – and so they probably were. The Old Age was a fear-based society.
The New Age is not fear based. The New Age is a return to the security you felt the first few days on earth. Perhaps you were hungry and someone fed you. Or cold and you were wrapped in warm blankets. Perhaps not. But you started life on earth expecting to continue the feelings of joy and abundance you left shortly before your entry to earth.
In the Old Age, you had to shift your belief processes to fully assimilate to earth’s vibrations. But at earth death, as you call it, the reverse was true. You even often created your own hell shortly after death because you had difficulties accepting that other dimensions and locations were love-based.
It is time to understand how deeply buried your fear belief patterns are – and how those patterns affect your movement into the New Age. If you believe change is fearful or most often negative, your shift will take longer. You will be part of the shift, but perhaps not at the same pace as someone who meets change with less fear.
All of you have some fear about this transition. It is impossible for you to fully accept all that is happening now because you started this earth life in fear. That is not to say you cannot return to a life of joy without moving through fear: as much as it is understandable if some of your movements into the New Age are more in fear than joy.
Those pieces of fear are not part of your New Age transition, but merely pieces of the Old Age floating about your being for a while.
You cannot expect to shift from one thought pattern to another – especially one that has been deeply ingrained in your being for eons – in a few hours or days. Perhaps you have observed your 14 year-old act very childish some days and mature other days. He is merely testing his resolve and his new abilities while mourning for the freedom of childhood. Such is true for you. You have practiced your Old Age skills for eons. Even though you very much wish to move into the joys of the New Age, at times your Old Age skills and actions are much more comfortable than is true for those of the New Age.
Do not fear. Your shift is inevitable – just as is true in puberty. You merely need to remember that your shift is not frightening or limiting. It is a glorious new set of skills with more freedom than you ever imagined. But then, just as is true in puberty, it also holds some responsibilities that seem too difficult some days.
At 20 years of age, would you ever want to return to the toddler stage? But at 14, such a thought seems enticing at times. And so it is for you now. Some days it is just easier to return to the comfort zone of the Old Age. Nothing new, nothing to fear and quite comfortable like a very old pair of shoes that no longer fit but you know how to place on your feet so they do not hurt very much. You will soon want to toss those old shoes out – but you will do so when it is right for you.
You do not need to fear the New Age – anymore than was true for puberty. But then, puberty was forced upon you via your physical changes and societal pressures – an outer-directed push into maturity. The New Age is an inner-directed push that will be perhaps less noticeable to others physically, but more so to you internally.
You are changing. This change is not to be feared, but observed in amazement and joy. Knowing that all are changing – just at different rates and times. Behavior that might seem outlandish to society this week, may be extremely acceptable next week. For indeed, as you are changing your belief patterns so are others. The key is to find your fear belief patterns and shift them according to your inner voice.
Protesting the Vietnam war was radical thinking in the early 1960′s and mainstream thought in the 1970′s. And so it is now. Observe your fears. Keep those fears that feel right and discard those that do not. That is your power. That is your freedom. And that is your joy. So be it. Amen
