Messages from the Angels My dear friends, we love you so very much, Your world is awakening little by little. People are battle-weary. It takes a great deal of energy to resist loving your neighbor! Your nature is to love. The stream of energy flowing from the Creator through you is love. You want to feel love more than anything, and you love it when others acknowledge your love. So why do you allow yourselves to argue rather than dialogue? Why do you need to be right rather than learn about new perspectives? Simply put, your body is wired to survive, and most of you were conditioned to believe that sameness ensures survival. “If people think like I do, act like I do, and want what I want, then we’re together. We’re safe.” And so the myth that “sameness equals survival” has been perpetuated. It is understandable, but nonetheless far from true. In reality, your differences are what make you strong. Your different perspectives allow you to see the world’s problems and possible solutions from different angles. You have all heard the phrase, “Let’s put our heads together and solve this.” As you dialogue about differences, dear friends, you learn from one another. You see things you never saw and think thoughts you never thought before. You find solutions that were not possible from a singular perspective. You know this to be true. When you can’t find a solution for something in your life, you look for someone who might have the answers. You search the web. You ask your AI, which is a collection of different perspectives all rolled into one. You find your answers by seeking out those who have different knowledge and different perspectives. Your very biology—your body—is a collection of trillions of cells, each with unique perspectives on the right way to “be,” the right things to “do,” and the right way to “interact” with one another. These differences are crucial to your very existence, let alone your health and well-being. Even in ecosystems, dear friends, the differences are what keep the balance. Nature is not about survival of the most dominant but of the fittest, and the fittest are the ones who have learned to interact, make use of constructive differences, and avoid destructive ones. And that, dear friends, is where you will find great advances in your world—when you put your heads together to solve life’s problems and challenges. So be proud of your uniqueness. You fit into this great puzzle of life. You contribute to the good of the whole. Your energy alone, with its very unique signature, is a beautiful note in the universal “music.” Your words can touch people in just the right way, even if something has been said a million times. Your kindness may arrive in just the right package to soothe a soul in need. You are so precious! And so is everyone else. Even those whom you loathe have a place in the puzzle of life, if only to provide the fertilizer for your growth into greater love. So celebrate, dear friends, and do take care of yourselves as the energies continue to shift and change. Like contractions of birth, more light comes in, and then denser energies struggle to exist, both in world situations and in your own hearts. Be kind to yourselves so you can easily be more kind to others. Be kind to your bodies. And most of all, realize that you are playing a part that is significant in the grand awakening that you came to experience. Look for the light. Message from the Angels Messages from the Angels My dear friends, we love you so very much, Take a deep breath. Allow the air to fill your lungs gently and kindly, then, as you exhale, simply release it. Don’t try too hard. Surrender to your natural exhale. Breathe in deeply again, and once again allow the exhale. Give yourself one more deep breath and one more natural exhale, then simply sit back, shut your eyes, and allow your body to breathe on its own. As you observe the natural rhythm of your breath, don’t try to control a thing. If you feel you can receive more air by shifting your posture slightly, naturally do so. The objective here isn’t to make anything happen, but rather to make yourself comfortable so as to become intentionally receptive to the air that your body wishes to receive. Now, as you continue to surrender to your breathing, invite one of your angels to stand behind you. It can be a relative, a specific angel, or an angel to help you in a specific way. If you don’t want to be specific, simply ask one of your guardian angels to work with you. No matter where you are sitting, imagine this angel standing behind you, hands over your shoulders and placed above your heart. You are safe, loved, and embraced by an energy that is love beyond your wildest dreams. Your job isn’t to find it or feel it, but to relax and receive it. As you relax and notice feelings of relaxation—any improvements in how you feel at all—you raise your vibration to a point where you may begin to feel our own. Sit in this fashion, challenging yourself only to relax and receive. Receiving is not doing. It is simply remaining open by keeping your vibration in a good space for the duration of the exercise. You can think of your beloved dog or cat. You can imagine the most beautiful spot you’ve ever seen. You can think of someone you love. Whatever allows you to settle into a good feeling opens you to our energy. We are always here. We are always streaming love. As you relax, you receive, and you will begin to feel the love that is coming your way. If you do this exercise reliably, even a few minutes a day, you will begin to sense the love that is and always has been around you. You may begin to notice a certain feeling, or energy signature, when you ask for a specific loved one or a specific angel. In time, you will notice certain sensations, thoughts, or feelings that correspond with certain spirits. But for now, receive. When you are worried about a loved one, receive, and in your higher vibration, you will be a tuning fork to assist in their well-being. When you are concerned about finances, sit in our love, receive our sense of comfort and well-being, and you will naturally start to feel more confident about the abundance flowing to you. You will also become a better receiver of the very same. When you feel alone or confused, allow us to love you. Receive, and know that in that still space within, you are far more open to feeling cherished or receiving guidance. In time, if you practice this consistently, you will notice that your life is changing. Your mood will improve. Your sense of well-being will expand. Your desire to be loved can be fulfilled within seconds, and your desire for comfort and healing can be honored just as well. Dear ones, you are creators, tuners, receivers, and channelers of Divine Energy. You notice contrasting circumstances, and desires form. The universe reads the signals associated with these desires, weaves them all together, and begins to point you on the path of most joy. You attune to this energy by allowing yourself to feel good. You can make up thoughts that inspire you or sit in our love and receive a tune-up. And then, when you are inspired to act and to “do” things in your physical world, you become channelers, receiving love from the universe and allowing it to flow through you in a very practical way—a kind word, a moment of rest, a good recipe, a moment of appreciation, or an inspired project. There are billions of desires you collectively put forth, and billions of ways the universe can guide you to channel the One Love on the path to fulfilling them. One of the easiest ways is to sit with us, or your dear ones in spirit, a mere few minutes a day, or as many as you like. Relax. Breathe. See if you can relax even more. That is your work. Ours is something we do whether you feel it or not, and that is to flow love and inspiration to you at every moment in time. The more you sit quietly in a relaxed state, the more naturally you will become attuned to our love, and the more you will feel inspired, guided, and, above all, deeply and dearly loved.
