system of love is beyond beautiful and it has to do with family. Part of you remains on the planet and it does not go to the crystalline grid, it goes to your Akashic relatives. On your passing
every element of your soul which is already split among more places than you want to know about, including part of which is God, part which is on the planet, part of which is on the crystalline grid, and part of which is your only guide set.
You are in many places at once already and when you pass away from Earth, you stay with your children and become one of their Guides, that means that you are going to stay with them all of their lives. Those you have lost and loved are there with you, they are part of you and are absorbed into your Akashic DN A, and if you let them they will talk to you in ways only you will know, not with words but with intuitive thought, in dreams, some of you can also smell them and they will be with you all of your life. That is real Quantum thinking and allowing yourself on your death bed to close your eyes with a smile and say “I have not gone” and you will be right. You have an agreement that at death only part of you leaves, the Corporeal part of you remains on the planet and does not go to the crystalline grid, it goes to your Akashic relatives.

A Surprisingly Fertile Time For Creativity
Hello friends,
Today I’d like to talk about how to make Mercury Retrograde your friend vs your foe. I’ll outline key ways you can use its energy to your advantage. Continue reading for background.
Background
Mercury Retrograde, which lasts until March 20 is a key opportunity to turn inward – using the time to to reassess, revisit, reconsider, and re-evaluate.
To be sure, Mercury Retrograde is often associated with communication breakdowns – and also the need to rewrite, reschedule, or repair.
This can be annoying, to say the least. Example: you told a friend you would meet somewhere at 1pm Thursday – they didn’t show up, as they misinterpreted either the time or specific place you would meet.
A Fertile Time For Creativity
Despite the annoyances of Mercury Retrograde, this can be a surprisingly fertile time for creativity. I suggest using this time to review situations or relationships in your life – with the mindset that you can learn something new about yourself and where you are headed.
Ask For A Higher View
This means inviting your Higher Self guidance to reveal – in meditation or a dream – a situation that either hasn’t worked out as envisioned or leaves you with a feeling that something is missing. This could be a relationship, a job, or a career move. As you ask, set the intention you will be open to seeing a creative way to look at things. If nothing comes to you right away – know that it is your “asking” that will help you connect dots. Then be open to when the creative ideas come – in that moment of asking, later the same day, or when you are in a situation that stirs your feeling that something is missing. Trust what you get.
Dive Deeper – Get Specific
Since Retrogrades are perfect for introspection, review past decisions you made and invite a new way to look at them. Examples: (1) you decided some time ago that you would construct your new house based on the architect suggestion – as you review the plans, you realize you left out a key component; (2) a key romantic relationship you thought was “over” – as you rethink things, you change your mind; (3) a work promotion or appointment you decided was “out of reach” – as you re-evaluate things, now seems possible; (4) the self-image you thought was “you” – as you rethink things, now appears to be simply what your parents taught you.
Your Divine Changemaker Role
Let’s remember that we, as Divine Changemakers, are alive now to be at the forefront of change. While it’s often not easy to be here, with all of the chaos and uncertainty, we long prepared for these times of mega change.
If you sense you are moving through accelerated change, or feeling things more intensely than usual, this can be a time when deeper personal insight is helpful. I offer private 1-on-1 deeper work sessions for those who want support in understanding what is shifting internally and how to move forward with clarity.

Energies Require A Balance Between Rest and Readiness
Hello friends,
Today I’d like to talk about how to work with the March energies so you can make progress and increase self-understanding of your next steps. Continue reading for background.
Background
March energies signal a time of transformation and rebirth. Indeed, change is in the air. The month begins still in the gentle, flowing energy of Pisces.
As the final sign of the zodiac, Pisces encourages reflection, emotional release, and the closing of unfinished chapters, making space for the new beginnings that await us. Therefore, the early weeks may feel introspective, with intuition heightened and boundaries softened.
Key Astrological and Spiritual Energies
Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on March 3
This week’s Full Moon Lunar Eclipse opposes Mercury Retrograde. One way this could play out is illuminating something something you need to change or look at differently. I suggest meditating on what that may mean for you, and how to best proceed.
The Equinox and Aries season
The March 20 Equinox is a “natural reset” for moving forward into new territory. I recommend meditating, inviting a knowing of how to move ahead and make changes in your life.
Numerology – Universal Year 1
In numerology, 2026 is a “1” year. This emphasizes action, leadership, and taking charge of your own destiny. I suggest that you consider new or expanded ways to transform your life path. One option is purposefully inviting a dream 3 nights in a row, paying attention to what shows up. Remember: a dream could be in your energy field, even if you haven’t yet tuned into what that dream is telling you. Oftentimes, clients working with me will share a dream that tells them something relevant to their life. As we discuss the dream in session, they are able to tune into the message(s).
How To Develop Peace with Life’s Unfolding
Our role as Divine Changemakers includes developing resilience and grace to meet life’s unpredictability with serenity, wisdom, and presence. To achieve this, we must become practiced tracking and transforming our ego patterns of overthinking, doubt, judgement, and reactivity. Easier said than done, of course, yet this is our ongoing task.
It’s part of our nature to get hijacked by our ego – it happens to everyone, and I’m not exempt. When I work 1-on-1 with others, I help people better track their ego and see how it becomes a roadblock to success in relationships, business, and interacting with the outside world. An example of “ego talking” is to take things personally.
Inner Work Suggestions
Inner work done on your own is not only helpful but essential to your transformation. The guidance you receive can accelerate your growth and improve your relationships.
I also offer private 1-on-1 sessions for those who feel called to deeper understanding and support during times of change.

Kryon. Peace on Earth
Your Innate wants to fully connect to you. It is beginning in some of you , do not let it be a worry let it connect. Your body is listening to everything, it is not only listening to those things you tell it regarding the three dimensional things, but also the things you simply think about, your body listens. How are you doing in the self –worth department, what are you telling yourself – that you are unlimited and despite tradition and everything you see around you, you can last a whole longer than anyone around you, because you do not have to age.
Kryon. Change.
In 2012 the Shift became active to fast track the invisible grid and re-write the Crystalline Grid. It is the re-writing of the future. Compassion is the word. Everything repeats itself and there is nothing new under the Sun, and therefore the future will be more of the past. Change the past and spread the word of a bright future. The Earth is going through re-calibration.
Kryon. Good Future
Change the past and spread the word of a bright future. The Earth is going through re-calibration. Don’t think like a human. We are family –no Anger, no punishment. There is no hierarchy. Accept change as normal and you will have a peaceful life.

Soul = Spiritual Essence singular entity, Higher Self. A piece of God. New Age. Get in touch with the God that is within you. Parts of your Akash are your Guides. Humans do not become Angels.
Kryon. A new cell
A cell that is dividing is different not the same as a new cell created in your mind that has a new blueprint, so you might say that what you are going to do in the future has changed your past and there it is.

Messages from Ann & the Angels – 03/14/2026 • Judgment Hurts | Discernment Helps
raise awareness. And while that is not necessary, their sacrifices do awaken the masses.
Some souls who look like they are filled with passion for life leave the planet in their desire to live even more fully and freely than they can on earth.
You truly can’t judge a book by its cover when you look at others’ lives. But you can know your own heart, make your own intentions clear, and live and abide in the vibration of Divine Love, in which a benevolent and loving Creator supports your loving choices.
Dear ones, judgment entangles you in the vibrations of those you judge. Discernment removes you from their influence.s
So in a world that is quick to judge, you can find great relief in learning to discern. Learn to say, “This feels right for me,” and allow it into your life, or “This feels wrong for me,” in which case we encourage you to move away from it or attune yourself to that which resonates.
This may mean walking away or turning away from what is not right for you. It may mean remaining a silent observer and choosing not to dignify bad behaviors with your attention. It may mean speaking up with loving kindness in the face of something ugly. It may mean disconnecting from that which drags you down and dims your joy while focusing on that which does.
It may mean focusing so clearly on love that you help, rescue, or rehabilitate those who have been hurt without getting lost in hating the ones who hurt them.
Do your best to dignify the light within you by refusing to join those who have been tempted to hate, fear, and condemation. For in doing so, you free yourself from the vibrations of hate, fear, and condemnation, and all who would live within them.
There are, and always will be, people doing unthinkable things on your earth. Until humanity remembers its true nature, there will be those who hate and want to rid themselves of the things and beings that reflect their own disconnection.
But you, dear ones, can say to yourself when you see something you don’t like, “Ah, this is a moment in which I can choose to stay in my loving center and turn the other cheek (tune away), or I can wobble. I choose love”
And in that moment, look for something that feels a little more like love to place your focus upon, for in so doing, you choose a life of love, a path of grace, and a vibration that will help uplift your planet Earth.
