“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very happy to share with you this latest transmission. We are constantly evolving as consciousness, and part of our evolution of consciousness is linked to all of you, since there really is no separation between us. Therefore, we love seeing you evolve. We love seeing you become more of who you really are as Source Energy Beings, and we love helping you just because we know that we are love and as love, we have so much compassion for you there on Earth.
We would like for you to see yourselves as being in a very unique position, and it is a position where you can help so many throughout the galaxy and the universe. It is because you are where you are that you get to make a huge leap forward from where you are, and therefore, it is never a good time to lament humanity being exactly where you are. You are catapulting yourselves into fourth density and then, eventually, the fifth dimension. And you are doing so by facing your fears, by facing polarity, by facing judgments of all kinds.
You are coming into your own by recognizing that there is still plenty of resistance inside of you, and you are making progress with the letting go of everything that does not serve you. That makes your evolution of consciousness a lot easier than you might think. It is true that in order to grow and to evolve, you simply have to let go of that which is dark and heavy. You don’t have to create the wheel, or recreate the wheel. You don’t have to start from scratch, because what is inside of you, what has always been there, is a perfect expression of your soul. And so, this is your job: your job is to let go of everything that is not reflective of the perfect expression of source energy that you truly are.
Now, one of the ways that you accomplish this feat is by pursuing your interests. Move towards that which lights you up, and you will lighten up, and you will need to let go of all that is dark and heavy in order to pursue the various pursuits that are most joyous for you. You see, you don’t have to go to retreat after retreat to uncover your darkness, your shadow.
You can simply decide that you are going to live happily ever after and pursue that which interests you the most. And that which needs to come up inside of you will, and you will recognize it because it will be what is holding you back from you being the truest expression of source energy that you can be. And because you want to do the things that you want to do and express what you want to express, you will be more likely then to just let go of those beliefs, those thoughts, those ideas, those perspectives that are not serving you, that are holding you back, in fact.
Again, it’s easier than you might think because you don’t have to sit for hours and hours in meditation wondering when the darkness will reveal itself. You just have to go out and live your lives in pursuit of the joy, and the freedom, and the abundance, and the creativity that you always wanted to experience in your lives, and everything that needs to come up will come up for you to deal with it in the now moment.
And you are very powerful in your now moment, powerful enough to let go of everything and anything that you need to. And then you catapult yourself to a higher frequency and the domino effect takes place, and we all benefit, including all of your fellow humans that you are inspiring. Go forth and be yourselves fully.

The Meadow
Beautiful friend,
When I was a little boy…
Resting in a field of wildflowers in Beirut.
It was a ceasefire day…
The bombs had gone deaf…
And I ran to the only place that felt safe to me.
The Meadow.
It was the only place I could breathe.
The only place the nightmare couldn’t reach me.
If I didn’t have this Meadow…
There was no way I would’ve survived.
Outside those fields…
There was chaos.
But here…
Among the petals and the mountains…
There was only Peace.
I didn’t realize it at the time…
But those flowers became my teachers.
The way they danced in the wind with grace…
So unbothered by the threat around them.
I would rest among them for hours…
Letting the sun warm my face…
The earth soft beneath me…
The smell of jasmine and wild herbs filling the air.
The Divine Light breaking through the clouds…
Nourishing all of Us.
I’d close my eyes…
And embrace the silence.
The Mountains stood guard over me…
Immovable and Eternal.
They became my Guiding Light.
And in their Presence…
I felt safe.
Witnessed.
I protected that meadow…
The way it did for me.
Because if the war destroyed this one sacred place…
I knew I’d lose a part of myself I could never get back.
I would talk to the flowers…
Share things I couldn’t tell anyone else.
My secret feelings…
Ask for advice…
The burden on my little Heart.
And they never judged me.
They just listened…
And in their silence…
I learned to hear the Source of inner wisdom…
Ignited within me.
In those fields…
I found Communion.
With the part of me that was untouched by the war.
I didn’t know it then…
But in that Communion…
The Core Work began to alchemize within me.
The meadow showed me…
That the strength I needed…
The peace I longed for…
Was already there.
Waiting in the quiet.
And all I had to do was remember.
The world gets loud…
And it’s easy to forget.
Yet we all have our own version of that Meadow…
A place where we can listen…
And reconnect with our Pure Inner Essence.
I invite you to visit that meadow with me.
Right now…
Close your eyes.
Take one deep breath.
Let the sun hit your face…
Inhale the jasmine…
Let the mountains hold you.
Later try to answer…
What part of you has remained untouched…
Even through all the chaos?

Dear friend,
There’s this intense pressure so many of us are feeling right now…
To prove our worth.
But the truth is…
You were never meant to earn it…
Because you already ARE.
I invite you to sit with that for a moment.
Source has always known your worth…
Your beauty and sacredness…
It was never in question.
In the eyes of Source…
You were not created as a rough draft…
But as a Garden of Love…
Intelligence…
And Light…
Which means…
This practice is simply here to help you remember…
Who you’ve always been…
At your Core.
So much of the pressure we inflict on ourselves…
The self-doubt…
The belief that something went wrong…
These are just patterns you gave too much credit to over the years.
Old inner stories that kept telling you you missed your chance.
That you were somehow made less than whole.
But your true nature was never a mistake.
Nothing essential in you was ever missing.
Under all the conditioning…
There lies your Divine Self…
Pure…
Radiating Light.
A gentle way to embrace this…
Is to stop using your practice as a way to chase what’s already been given.
Instead…
Let it become a Cosmic returning.
When you sit in stillness…
Or place a hand on your heart…
Let it be with the intention to receive.
An opening.
And from that space…
Gently close your eyes…
Breathe one deep breath in…
Then out.
Allow yourself to smile…
And whisper…
“Source has never needed me to prove I’m worthy.”
“I remember…
I AM what was always here.”
The more you operate from Peace…
The less you need to react from lack.
You start to live as someone who already is worth it.
Opportunities find you…
Relationships start to flourish…
Abundance washes over you in ways you didn’t expect.
Flowing through your days with more ease…
Choosing to honor your Higher Self.
And from this space…
You stop making yourself smaller…
To fit someone else’s idea of who you should be.
Because you embrace how Source designed you…
Honoring your True Self…
As the sacred unrepeatable expression it is.

be the one person whose love shifts the balance. You matter.
Your kindness matters. Your self-acceptance matters. Your willingness to breathe and pause before sharing your words matters. Your life matters.
Being a lightworker is less about what you do and more about who you are. You may do great and loving works in the world, and we appreciate your love more than words can convey. Nonetheless, it is your light, your love, your grace that shine like a beacon showing others the way. It is your energy that emanates outward and lifts the collective.
You don’t have to be the suffering servant, the consummate martyr, the savior, or the scapegoat. You can just be the brilliant, beautiful light that you are, doing what gives you joy and refraining to the best of your ability from what does not. That is enough.
Thank you for your light. Thank you for your love. The community of beings far beyond your earth thanks you for your presence on your planet. We are one, and we feel you. Every kind and loving word matters. Every loving act shines. You are helping to write a more beautiful story for human unfolding, and it is you who will enjoy the journey through the loving vibrations you have shared.

“We are Thymus. We are the collective of Ascended Masters.
We know you as energy beings and we experience your souls and oversouls as well as the projections into the physical reality that you are pretending to be right now. We want you to know that we honor you as those projections in the physical just as much as we honor your souls and oversouls. We want you to know that the energy that is required to put you there and give you that experience of the physical is quite large.
While we note that it is a dream, that it is an illusion, we also recognize the significance of it. And we want you to know that what you experience there, what you feel, what you think, and what you create, all of that is having a major impact on All That Is. We are part of All That Is, of course, as you are, and therefore, we benefit from all you are experiencing in your lives. We invite you to see your experience there in both ways, from both perspectives. See your life as a dream, as a projection of consciousness, as an illusion, a simulation if you will, but also know that there is significance to what you are experiencing, and that is the case across all timelines, all realities, all dimensions, all star systems, all universes.
It all matters and it all has significance or else Source wouldn’t have created it. And therefore, no matter who you are and no matter what you are living, you matter. Your thoughts, words, and actions have an impact on the whole, and you don’t have to prove yourself as being worthy of anything. You don’t have to complete a mission that you have assigned for yourself, but you do very much want to see your experience of this reality you are in as significant in the following ways.
When you forgive, you send out a ripple throughout all time and space that is an invitation to all others in existence to forgive. When you have compassion, you send out that same ripple. When you love anything at all, you do the same. Your intentions matter. Your desires matter. What you are creating when you daydream, all matters. You are informing all of creation as to what is possible to be experienced, and you are also informing all who support you what it is that would bring you more joy. And those of us who support you from the nonphysical realm do want to see you in joy, and we sometimes like to receive your requests through the daydream, through the fantasy, and even through the spoken word or written word. You telling the universe what would be better is significant. It matters. You’re making a difference by being there.
And, again, it’s not about doing any one thing specifically, but it is about being you in all the ways that you were created to be you. And therefore, honor yourself as the creation of Source that you are by letting yourself have your desires. Let yourself daydream. Let yourself fantasize. Be excited in knowing that none of that is ever wasted, and whatever you want to create does exist. You are tuning into it, and you are aiming yourself towards it, and you will experience it someday.
Don’t put any limitations on yourself just because you live in a reality where there are built in limitations. Allow yourselves to feel your growth and evolution in each and every moment that you are living there on Earth, and know that things are meant to get better for you individually and collectively. And the first step towards all of that is each of you putting out into the universe more of what you want, more of what you think would be better for you and for everyone else, and you can let those of us on the other side of the veil work on your behalf.
You will get inspired at times to take action in the physical, and often that inspiration will come from a nonphysical counterpart, like your higher self, or one of your spirit guides, or all of your spirit guides. So listen to that guidance as well, but do know that you don’t have to do anything, and you are there to enjoy the ride. Enjoy the dream that is your co-creation with Source.

| My dear friends, we love you so very much, Your life, no matter how long, is a tiny sliver of time in the grand scheme of eternity. And yet, it is precious time. Fueled by the Source of life itself, you are given the opportunity to focus yourselves in this time and space, entering a collective consciousness called humanity on a beautiful planet called Earth. Emerging from your awareness as part of the One, you separate into individual beings, each with a unique and beautiful personality, perspective, and point of view. In your exploration of contrast and diversity, you are inspired to create. Suppose you went to a restaurant with friends and tasted a pie you had never eaten before. You might be inspired to create more experiences with that pie in your life, perhaps by purchasing it and supporting the baker, or by learning to make it so you can enjoy it fresh from your own oven. Or maybe you don’t like pie, and it inspires you to create other desserts. One taste of something different, and you know immediately if you want more or less of it. You become clearer about what you want to experience and what you want to create. Likewise, as you encounter different people with different perspectives, you feel which ones resonate and which do not. Who do you want to spend your time with? Who do you want to emulate? Who are you inspired to help? Some will be completely opposite of who you want to be, but even in encountering or witnessing them, you learn more clearly who you want to be, what you want to create, and how you want to spend your time. Your differences inspire new ideas and new possibilities. Your differences make you stronger as a race. Your differences help you create more together than you could possibly achieve on your own. And yet, so many of you fear your differences. So many of you seek sameness at all costs. While, of course, you want to be around those of like mind and heart when it comes to your core values, you would be bored to tears if you shared absolutely everything in common. In a world where so many are afraid of and divided by differences, you can be the fearless explorers you intended to be. You can enjoy a diversity of experiences. You can be willing to hear others’ perspectives without judgment or even a need for agreement. You can seek understanding and then discern your own truth. You can be right for yourself and allow others to be right for themselves. You can acknowledge and value the spark of light that lives within all beings, whether you like them or not. You can come and go in love as your lives and desires change. And above all else, dear ones, you can give thanks for the countless beautiful ways you can experience and express love on Earth. From selecting comfortable shoes to allowing someone into your lane in traffic… from feeding those less fortunate, to creating new technology or works of art… from walking the dog, to rescuing dogs… or simply going to work each day to support a life you enjoy, you can find so many ways to embody this love that springs from within. As you ponder the possibilities of love upon your planet Earth, we hope it inspires you to spend less time focusing on what does not feel loving to you. Shift your attention to the kind, gentle, and beautiful experiences life has to offer, rather than obsessing about those that are painful or upsetting. Seek out those creating solutions and helping one another, rather than focusing on those spreading dissatisfaction. Dear ones, your focus is a force of nature. Aim it toward all that you wish to empower, and remove it from what you cannot support. Select from the great diversity of life and choose what feels like love to you. Earth is such a unique and beautiful reality. Even if you live beyond 100 years, each day is precious—filled with new opportunities to explore, to experience, and to love as you have never loved before. God Bless You!
