| My dear friends, we love you so very much, As many of you celebrate a season of gratitude, we celebrate with you. When you acknowledge what is good in your lives, and what you love about those around you, you see through the eyes of your soul. You feel the blessings you anticipated when you chose to incarnate upon this earth. And while there are many problems in this world and challenges in your life, in a moment of authentic appreciation you often have the power to draw forth what is good, beautiful, and true from whatever—or whoever—is the object of your attention. Recall a time when someone, or perhaps a pet, shined the light of love and appreciation upon you. Perhaps your dog looked at you as if you were the center of their universe. Maybe you felt the relief of your child as you rocked them when they were very young. You may remember a moment when someone looked at you as if you were the most amazing person they had ever met, or a time when a client thanked you sincerely for your help. You may recall holding the door for a stranger at the grocery store who looked at you with gratitude for that small moment of kindness. Each one of you has experienced the appreciation of another. If you were willing to take it in, it helped you see yourself in a kinder, brighter, more Divine light. When someone sees you as the Divine sees you, if only for a moment, you feel the light of that Love shining upon you. You share this gift when you focus on what you can authentically appreciate about others. You may not like everything about a person, but if you’re willing, you can almost always find something, no matter how small, to appreciate, even if it is only that they are helping you learn boundaries or driving you to love yourself more. Everyone plays a role in your life—either raising you up or helping you choose to love yourself more. You, too, play a role in the lives of all with whom you interact. You can be the uplifter, not by convincing anyone of anything, but by being in a space of love and appreciation for yourself and then focusing on what you appreciate about those around you. And although you are never responsible for another person’s choices or vibration, when you bear witness to the Divine within them, you give them an opportunity to see themselves in a greater light. You also elevate yourself. As you see good, you see God, or more accurately, the power and presence of Love that lives beneath the surface of all things and all beings. You give yourself the gift of feeling that Love flowing through you. In this space, you are free from the lower vibrations around you because you have tuned into something far greater. The qualities you choose to appreciate need not be huge. You may have a very annoying coworker, but as you look for something to appreciate, you may see beneath their behavior and realize they are trying—in the only way they know—to feel good about themselves. Even if you don’t like their behaviors and choose to avoid them whenever possible, you, like the angels, can appreciate that they, like all souls, are trying to find greater love. In choosing such a soulful level of appreciation that goes way beyond the warm and fuzzy feelings of human gratitude, you become like the sun that shines on a plant in the shadows, a plant that is unconsciously reaching for the light. Seeing love and being love, as you do in a space of appreciation, is a perfect state of alignment with your own spirit. So as many of you give thanks for one another and for the good in your lives, remember that appreciation is one of your human superpowers. It tunes you into what is good, beautiful, and true, and elevates you into a space where you can create more, receive more, and feel the beauty of your own soul in ever-increasing measure. | My dear friends, we love you so very much, In a world filled with contrasts, there exists a singular light burning brightly beneath the surface of all creation. And while you celebrate its appearance in the babe in a manger and the oil in the lamp, it lives also in every newborn baby, in every candle, in every person, animal, and cell. It is the life in every blade of grass, every tree, every animal, in those you love and in those you cannot stand. There is nothing in all of creation that comes from a source other than this loving presence. There is nothing and no one that exists separate from it. The greatest gift you can give yourself is to acknowledge this light within you—to remember you are sourced from love, and as a child of creation itself, you deserve your own love, compassion, and kindness. Take a moment to breathe and feel the love that is you, stirring within. Even in your darkest hours, it is there, burning quietly in your depths. The Christ child was born in a cold and dark manger, intending from his first breath to illuminate darkness. The oil did not burn in a temple at peace—it burned after the ravages and shortages of war. Your holidays of light celebrate the presence of light emerging in spite of darkness, burning brightly regardless of the challenges around it. The more you allow this light to shine within you, the more you become a beacon of hope and inspiration in your world. You will shine and be kind without an agenda, simply because it is your joy and your nature to do so. You will love because it feels better—and because it is your nature to love. You will illuminate those wanting to be illuminated and have no need to chase the darkness away from those who choose to hide in its shadows. You will be you—true to your loving heart, honoring your inner light, and respectfully allowing others the path they choose, even if it is not what you would choose for yourself. The Christ child was born not to save the world by demonstrating might and right, but to demonstrate a love beyond reason and a peace that surpasses understanding. He came intending to fully embody the true Divine Self, hoping that others would feel, know, and acknowledge this love within their own hearts. The “salvation” offered by this beautiful being was a powerful, loving energy that rippled through the field of human consciousness—one that said, You can love in spite of hate. You can be light in spite of darkness. You can find unity and connection with the Creator even when surrounded by those seeking to divide. You are so much more than you appear to be. You are greater than the circumstances around you. You are at one with the power that creates worlds, and when you know this, your love becomes a force for deep, lasting, and loving change. Likewise, the lamp did not burn to eradicate all darkness, but to bring hope, inspiration, and a reminder that the Creator’s love exists even when it is difficult to see or imagine. That light of the lamp burns within you. As you acknowledge it—whether through ceremony or silence—you find victory over darkness. You conquer ignorance and separation. You re-dedicate the temple of your human existence to Divine Love. You become the miracle. Dear ones, as you enjoy your holidays, remember that this light exists in all beings and all things. It exists in the friends and relatives you can’t wait to see and in the ones you’d rather avoid. It exists in the peace, calm, and caroling—and in the burnt desserts, the ornaments knocked off by the dog, and the dreidel the cat bats under the couch. It is everywhere, in all things and all beings. If you take a breath and remember this light, all will be transformed. An otherwise annoying moment in traffic during last-minute shopping can become transcendent as you witness the miracle of being in human form—sitting in a vehicle amidst so many other human forms, all One, yet expressed with such diversity. It is magnificent. During your holidays, pause now and then. Breathe. Put your hands on your heart and acknowledge the light within you. “The light of Christ, the light of the lamp, the light of Creation exists within me—and within all others.” Be a little kinder to yourself, and as you envision this light in all souls, see where you feel inspired to extend that kindness to others. You are never disconnected from this light—only from the experience of it. In grief, your loved ones stand near, ready to share. In frustration, your cries for love echo through the universe, and love begins to flow toward you in greater measure. Let it in. Pause. Breathe. Receive the light that streams through creation as it awakens within you. And in doing so, you bring Christmas, Hanukkah, and all celebrations of light to life within yourself. God Bless You! “I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.
There is a great deal of pressure mounting within the collective consciousness of humanity. There is an amplified desire for change that you are all experiencing. It is good that you are all asking for that which is better, that which is different. It is also important for you all to recognize that great change takes a lot of energy. It is one of the reasons why you have such a large population of humans on the planet at this time.
When you recognize that there is a lot of support for those changes coming from the non-physical, you can let go then of the feeling of helplessness, the feeling of being overwhelmed, because you don’t have to do it all yourselves. You also have momentum on your side. Humanity is on an upward spiral. The pendulum has swung towards the positive and will continue to do so.
And it is because there are many who are holding on to the old ways that you feel the resistance, you feel the backlash of the movement towards an ascended collective consciousness. There is nothing that anyone can do to stop humanity’s ascension. You can also rest easy at night knowing that. The details of what will happen and when are dependent on which timeline you choose for yourself.
I know that all of you who are awake want to feel as though you’re making an enormous contribution, an enormous difference there, and sometimes you take on a lot in order to fulfill that desire that you have to be of service to many, and in enormous ways. I invite you to let yourselves off the hook and to practice going with the flow more so that you can enjoy the ascension journey, and I also want to remind all of you that there are so many other human beings who can pick up the slack when you’re feeling overwhelmed or tired.
When you just don’t have it on a particular day, recognize that there are plenty of other human beings who feel full of energy and vitality, and there are plenty of non-physical beings as well who are working towards the goal of humanity’s ascension and it’s more than a goal at this point. It is inevitable, but sometimes you have to take yourselves off of the hamster wheel. And recognize that which is old, worn out, and lower vibrational cannot come along for the ride. All of it will self-destruct. It will all crumble. And so you don’t have to worry about toppling those institutions that are corrupt and were created out of fear.
Continue instead to daydream, to focus, to fantasize about the new Earth. It is the Earth that you will be experiencing soon enough. So please let go of your worry and your fear that you might not get there. Those thoughts don’t feel good for a reason. You’re meant to throw them aside and embrace the changes that are coming, that are lifting you all up into a higher-frequency state.

| My dear friends, we love you so very much, As you prepare for your New Year, take a little time and ask yourself, “How do I want to move through the year? What type of person do I wish to be?” While resolutions, hopes, and dreams are important, who you choose to be has far more impact on your life than what you choose to do. Our wish is that you choose to be kind, compassionate, and loving—and that you extend this grace first to yourselves. Our wish is that rather than trying to be the one who is “right,” you strive to be one who is understanding. Rather than being judgmental, perhaps you can make peace with simply discerning what and who is right for your own life. Dear ones, you can be the light, the love, and the peace that you truly are. You can be the lovers when others hate. You can be the uplifters rather than those who commiserate with the negativity around you. You can be the peacekeepers while others divide. You can be the ones who see the value in all things and all beings—and who are willing to dive a little deeper to understand one another rather than judge. Your world needs this light, love, and understanding. It needs this grace. And it must start with one soul at a time—one brave soul who chooses to love and care for themselves first, and then extends that kindness outward. You need not save the world. You need not like or agree with all that you see. But you can extend love as an act of grace by simply praying for all, imagining light flowing toward all, or glowing within all. You can turn the other cheek, away from the darkness, and focus instead on the love that is flowing to you at all times. You can be the ones—perhaps the one—who creates the tipping point on your Earth toward peace. So as you focus on your resolutions, hopes, and dreams, by all means, we want every single one of your wishes to come true. And we will, as you allow, guide you to them. Our offer to love you and calibrate your energy is there every minute of every day, whenever you choose to sit, breathe, and receive. Most of all, however, we wish for you a year of feeling like the real you—the lover that you are, the peaceful soul that you are, the one who values yourself, your time, and your resources enough to take care of yourself first, to fill the well, and then spill your love out into the world. Blossom Goodchild, January 10th, 2026 channeling the Federation of Light
Welcome! Happy New Year to you!
And we offer the same Greeting to you, Blossom, and Each and Every One. Although we would like to say that we wish to say …
HAPPY NEW DAY … HAPPY NEW HOUR … HAPPY NEW MOMENT … HAPPY NEW BREATH.
For it is that within each new inhalation you are breathing in a NEW experience for you/of you … to BE.
As we have many times spoken of, the breath is of such importance. It is a connection to THE WHOLE. You are here upon Earth … EACH ONE CONNECTED.
You breathe in, you breathe out. You breathe in, you breathe out. Every living thing does so. ALL LIVING things … so in that sense, you are breathing in the breath of another … that has breathed out.
Mm. I understand the concept of the connection, yet in meditation, for instance, one is asked to take a deep breath in and then exhale all negativity. So, wouldn’t that mean we are inhaling everyone’s exhale of negativity?
Yet, you are asked to breathe in Positive Energy.
True.
You see, Blossom, One is understanding more and more of INTENTION. The INTENTION of anything one chooses to take action upon is what allows the Energy of that ‘anything’ to become what it is.
When there is intention of pure Love in ALL that you do … it becomes YOU.
There eventually shall be a Radiating Light from within that is understood on a permanent basis that gives out ONLY PURE INTENTION. So that one no longer has to consciously state the intention … You become the INTENTION OF ONLY PURE LOVE.
There is a strength arising in a New form to Each One.
An understanding of WHO YOU ARE.
As this understanding increases, more capabilities of SELF EMPOWERMENT present themselves to the Self because the Soul is allowing the ‘next Phase’ of the Self to enter in.
So, are you saying we grow more into our Light via different phases?
Yes. In a sense, as a way to describe your ‘Evolution’ on a personal scale.
I get what you are saying because I feel it.
Do you see, Blossom? Little by little, as you find more of you … you increase the POWER within you because you are accepting the Truth of YOU.
This is one of those ‘matters’ that is difficult to put into words.
It can only be felt, and when it is felt, it is realised, and one is able to put more and more of this realisation into practice.
Would you say you have improved your status greatly regarding accepting simply ‘WHAT IS’ and ‘letting it go’?
Definitely. Although sometimes I wonder if I have ‘hardened’ due to Goody’s passing and don’t allow the emotion of anything to even touch the sides anymore. To the point sometimes, that perhaps I have become ‘cold-hearted’ … as they say.
Do you REALLY feel that as a Truth, Blossom?
I know my heart is not cold. Yet, I do have a switch now that stops me from feeling the deeper emotion of something, because I hate crying! I have had enough of crying. I know one should not hold things in etc etc, yet, it has become my way of coping. That’s the way it is.
You are protecting your Heart, Blossom. It does not mean it has become ‘cold’.
Ok. I won’t ponder on this, as it is rather selfish. Yet I presume others who have done the same through deep grief may have needed to hear this. Now then, where were we? ‘Intention’, I believe.
Correct. Perhaps one may consider starting the day with The Mantra, followed by … ‘IT IS MY INTENTION TODAY TO SERVE THE WHOLE FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL.’
Or if one is out and about … ‘IT IS MY INTENTION IN THIS MOMENT TO LIFT THE ENERGY OF ALL LIVING THINGS AROUND ME’.
You understand our ‘intention’ here?
Indeed, I do. Basically … to put ‘It is my intention …’ before an action.
Or thought. For instance. It is my intention to send Love to …
You have all upgraded yourselves … into a Higher version. How? By your intent to BE LOVE and CHANGE YOUR WORLD.
Are you all recognising how your thoughts are now so much more ‘Love-filled’?
Are you recognising how quickly you pick up on a lesser Loving thought and immediately turn it into a more Loving one?
When you consider how many of you have awakened to yourself in this way … imagine then the difference it is making to the Energy of your ENTIRE PLANET.
Because …
YOU ARE UNDERSTANDING IN MORE INTRICATE DETAIL …
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME!
HOW THE GAME WORKS!
You are understanding that to indulge in the patterns that do not serve … DO NOT SERVE … ANYONE … ANYTHING.
You are understanding that to moan and complain about the state of affairs on your Planet only makes them worse. For you are adding to the Energy of that level … instead of sending Light to it and carrying on with your day of PURE INTENTION to LIFT THAT ENERGY … BY ENJOYING BEING WHO YOU ARE.
Some would say … again … back to … By not feeling another’s sorrow … one has become cold hearted.
Some can say whatever they like, Blossom. It matters not what others say. If you know better … if it resonates with you to send Love, then do so. If it resonates to add to the sorrow by indulging in the monstrosities of what takes place, then do so.
As we always say … Choice. Each and Every One has a choice.
YOU CHOOSE. YOU DECIDE HOW YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE.
I might pull you up on that one, for we don’t always have a say in how we want our lives to be. Life happens to us. Circumstances happen to us, that we wouldn’t in a million years CHOOSE! And I know you are going to say … ‘That is where you are wrong’.
Correct. That is where you are wrong!
I do find it hard to grasp that we attract to us all that our Soul has asked for, in order to grow and expand in and of ourselves.
And yet, that is exactly how it is.
One could argue in depth about how someone would choose a life that is absolutely terrible from start to finish … caused by the hand of another, so to speak.
One indeed could argue that, Blossom. We do not care to argue. We care only to inform you of knowledge that may seem difficult to comprehend from your position. This does not mean that from ‘elsewhere’ you would accept and awaken to this ‘assumption’ fully.
Dearest Souls … YOUR HIGHER KNOWING KNOWS!
Therefore … TRUST IT.
To keep on topic …
YOU KNOW THAT PURE INTENTIONAL LOVE … AT ALL TIMES … NO MATTER WHAT … FLOWING THROUGH YOUR BEING … OUT TO THE WORLD … OUT INTO ANOTHER’S HEART … IS WHO YOU ARE.
YOU KNOW IT … BECAUSE IT FEELS RIGHT … IT FEELS YOU!
DO THIS AT ALL TIMES.
BE AWARE OF THAT HIGHER LOVE THAT YOU NOW KNOW YOURSELVES TO BE …. FLOWING THROUGH YOU … CONTINUALLY.
FLOWING INTO YOU … FLOWING THROUGH YOU …
A CONSTANT STREAM OF PURER INTENTIONAL LOVE GIVEN TO YOU AND GIVEN OUT BY YOU.
THIS … DEAREST SOULS … THIS … IS YOU!
It does feel good to know. Even when one is struggling with life’s ups and downs, deep within … our Higher purpose remains. It may fall off the wagon now and then … get tired and want to give up … Yet, we can choose to FOCUS on that which we know to be TRUE … LOVE. For me , it is the only thing that makes sense!
It makes sense, Blossom … because AS YOU KNOW … ULTIMATELY THAT IS ALL THERE IS .
LOVE LOVE LOVE.
It fascinates me … that for 20 years you have talked about Love and yet, as we lift our Beings, through choice … we find out more and more about it … THAT I LOVE!
Blossom and Each One, there is indeed, so much more … MUCH MUCH MORE TO FIND OUT ABOUT IT. Is that not a very exciting prospect?
YES. IT IS. I shall wait patiently to discover ‘more of it’, as I choose what steps I take to get me there. Thank you, Guys. In Gratitude. In Loving Service I AM.
