| My dear friends, we love you so very much, As many of you celebrate a season of gratitude, we celebrate with you. When you acknowledge what is good in your lives, and what you love about those around you, you see through the eyes of your soul. You feel the blessings you anticipated when you chose to incarnate upon this earth. And while there are many problems in this world and challenges in your life, in a moment of authentic appreciation you often have the power to draw forth what is good, beautiful, and true from whatever—or whoever—is the object of your attention. Recall a time when someone, or perhaps a pet, shined the light of love and appreciation upon you. Perhaps your dog looked at you as if you were the center of their universe. Maybe you felt the relief of your child as you rocked them when they were very young. You may remember a moment when someone looked at you as if you were the most amazing person they had ever met, or a time when a client thanked you sincerely for your help. You may recall holding the door for a stranger at the grocery store who looked at you with gratitude for that small moment of kindness. Each one of you has experienced the appreciation of another. If you were willing to take it in, it helped you see yourself in a kinder, brighter, more Divine light. When someone sees you as the Divine sees you, if only for a moment, you feel the light of that Love shining upon you. You share this gift when you focus on what you can authentically appreciate about others. You may not like everything about a person, but if you’re willing, you can almost always find something, no matter how small, to appreciate, even if it is only that they are helping you learn boundaries or driving you to love yourself more. Everyone plays a role in your life—either raising you up or helping you choose to love yourself more. You, too, play a role in the lives of all with whom you interact. You can be the uplifter, not by convincing anyone of anything, but by being in a space of love and appreciation for yourself and then focusing on what you appreciate about those around you. And although you are never responsible for another person’s choices or vibration, when you bear witness to the Divine within them, you give them an opportunity to see themselves in a greater light. You also elevate yourself. As you see good, you see God, or more accurately, the power and presence of Love that lives beneath the surface of all things and all beings. You give yourself the gift of feeling that Love flowing through you. In this space, you are free from the lower vibrations around you because you have tuned into something far greater. The qualities you choose to appreciate need not be huge. You may have a very annoying coworker, but as you look for something to appreciate, you may see beneath their behavior and realize they are trying—in the only way they know—to feel good about themselves. Even if you don’t like their behaviors and choose to avoid them whenever possible, you, like the angels, can appreciate that they, like all souls, are trying to find greater love. In choosing such a soulful level of appreciation that goes way beyond the warm and fuzzy feelings of human gratitude, you become like the sun that shines on a plant in the shadows, a plant that is unconsciously reaching for the light. Seeing love and being love, as you do in a space of appreciation, is a perfect state of alignment with your own spirit. So as many of you give thanks for one another and for the good in your lives, remember that appreciation is one of your human superpowers. It tunes you into what is good, beautiful, and true, and elevates you into a space where you can create more, receive more, and feel the beauty of your own soul in ever-increasing measure. The vibrations continue to rise and those souls of the lowest vibrations are slowly but surely finding them more difficult to deal with and as a result they become disorientated. Needless to say, they will leave such levels when Ascension takes place, and move to one that they find comfortable and to their liking. Naturally those of you who are raising your vibrations will feel no adverse effect, and on the contrary will become enthused and uplifted by them. All souls that are able to go along with the higher vibrations will find that their life becomes more pleasant and rewarding, and they will be attracted to those souls who are compatible with them. Like attracts like and it is so where you are concerned, although for karmic reasons many souls of different levels can be a part of your experiences. Indeed, karma takes precedence over other considerations, as it is a major factor in your development.
What you see around you is the uncertainty resulting from much confusion as people try to understand what is taking place. Eventually a sense of purpose will be felt and become evident and the old vibrations will no longer serve you. With the promise that nuclear wars will be prevented and are already a thing of the past, there is a sense of relief and a feeling that peace is at last descending upon Earth. How else could you welcome the new vibrations if you were still fearful of war and destruction. To live in peace is your right and normal way of living, and it shall return much sooner than you may anticipate. Detach yourselves from the trappings of war and let it become simply a chapter in the evolution of Man. Many of you have earned your place in the New Age, and you are well on the path to becoming a Galactic Being.
Do not demean yourself and lack ambition as you are so much more than you envisage or realise. It is just that for many lives you were been pulled down into the lower vibrations, and forgot your true potential. In reality you have all you need to be anything that you wish, and there is no limit to what you may achieve. Soon you will be able to choose where your next life shall take you. You will have proved your readiness to become a soul of pure Light, and the Universe is opening up to you. You have little idea just now as to the wonderful opportunities that will come your way. Your old experiences will become like a bad dream, you will treasure those moments of pure joy and elation.
Much is being uncovered that will have no place in the future, and reveals how many people have avoided their responsibilities. There are in fact many unacceptable schemes that have a similar objective but they will come to light. All people must contribute in a fair way for the good of all and be seen to act accordingly. Be cheerful and know that whatever problems you are experiencing now, will gradually be solved and a peaceful existence achieved. You will be love in action and reach out to your Galactic Family who have been patiently waiting for you to come of age. You will in time also be mentors to others who follow after you, and so the energy of evolution continues to carry all forward. There is no urgency as you will be living in the “Now” as Ascended Beings may return to the lower dimensions to aid those who may be struggling.

| My dear friends, we love you so very much, Your time on this earth, no matter how long, is short in the larger scheme of eternity. It is precious time. There is so much love to be enjoyed while you are here. And whether you enter this holiday season with wonderful traditions to celebrate, or with a heart heavy from loss, you can find love when you look for it in the here and now. If you are celebrating a season of tradition, it is useful to ask yourself if those traditions still bring you joy today. If so, embrace them wholeheartedly. Pass them on. Share them. They may be as alive and relevant now as they were long ago. For others, traditions have become items to check off the “to-do” list. In that case, consider making new traditions or gently letting the old ones go. What matters, dear ones, is not recreating what you loved in the past, but discovering where love flows most easily in your present day. For those of you who have lost your dear ones, it becomes especially important to seek the love available here and now. Your loved ones are not suffering. They are not upset. They feel love beyond compare. No matter what they went through on earth, or what they put you through, they now see with expanded clarity. If you want to connect with them, remember: you won’t feel them exactly as they were, but rather as they are. It may take time to set aside all you know about who they were, and quietly ask to feel them as they are in their new reality. But if you surrender even a little, you may be overwhelmed by the love they now feel for you in heaven, regardless of how they behaved on earth. Their core personality is intact, but their troubles are gone, their resistance dissolved, and they no longer hold back their love. Sit with them daily, and eventually you will melt into the embrace of their expanded spirit. You need not try to feel them. Instead, surrender. Let your heart’s desire call them, and breathe. They will feel your invitation, and as you relax, you’ll feel their love. Whether you are celebrating or grieving, love—like sunshine—is ever-present, ever-shining, always waiting for you to open to its embrace. And you can open in the simplest ways. For example, during your holiday shopping, you can pause and look at the people around you. Ponder the love beneath their presence. Perhaps they’re preparing a meal or a gift for someone dear. Perhaps they love their health or appearance and are shopping to support that. Perhaps they’re bored and seeking cheer. Even the impatient drivers honking in traffic love where they’re going, and love being on time so much that they forget their manners! You may not love their behavior, but you can still find something or someone to love anyway. Pause often. Look for love where you can find it. It might be your cozy home, nature, your animals, or a kind stranger. It might be family, your favorite soft sweater, or a warm drink. It might be a chilly winter sunset or the song of a bird. It might be pausing in front of a photo of a departed loved one and remembering a moment that still warms your heart—at which point you may just feel them remembering the moment with you. Then, dear ones, take a moment to acknowledge your love. You are here creating peace and balance in your daily lives. You are a blessing to many. You are a kind soul who cares about your well-being and the well-being of your world. You deserve your own love too. You are love. So in this beautiful season of light, whether you are celebrating, grieving, or both, take the time to pause and tap into the love all around you. Savor the sights, sounds, smells, textures, and small sweetnesses of the season. Every moment of life is precious, and every moment is ripe with love waiting to be seen. | My dear friends, we love you so very much, In a world filled with contrasts, there exists a singular light burning brightly beneath the surface of all creation. And while you celebrate its appearance in the babe in a manger and the oil in the lamp, it lives also in every newborn baby, in every candle, in every person, animal, and cell. It is the life in every blade of grass, every tree, every animal, in those you love and in those you cannot stand. There is nothing in all of creation that comes from a source other than this loving presence. There is nothing and no one that exists separate from it. The greatest gift you can give yourself is to acknowledge this light within you—to remember you are sourced from love, and as a child of creation itself, you deserve your own love, compassion, and kindness. Take a moment to breathe and feel the love that is you, stirring within. Even in your darkest hours, it is there, burning quietly in your depths. The Christ child was born in a cold and dark manger, intending from his first breath to illuminate darkness. The oil did not burn in a temple at peace—it burned after the ravages and shortages of war. Your holidays of light celebrate the presence of light emerging in spite of darkness, burning brightly regardless of the challenges around it. The more you allow this light to shine within you, the more you become a beacon of hope and inspiration in your world. You will shine and be kind without an agenda, simply because it is your joy and your nature to do so. You will love because it feels better—and because it is your nature to love. You will illuminate those wanting to be illuminated and have no need to chase the darkness away from those who choose to hide in its shadows. You will be you—true to your loving heart, honoring your inner light, and respectfully allowing others the path they choose, even if it is not what you would choose for yourself. The Christ child was born not to save the world by demonstrating might and right, but to demonstrate a love beyond reason and a peace that surpasses understanding. He came intending to fully embody the true Divine Self, hoping that others would feel, know, and acknowledge this love within their own hearts. The “salvation” offered by this beautiful being was a powerful, loving energy that rippled through the field of human consciousness—one that said, You can love in spite of hate. You can be light in spite of darkness. You can find unity and connection with the Creator even when surrounded by those seeking to divide. You are so much more than you appear to be. You are greater than the circumstances around you. You are at one with the power that creates worlds, and when you know this, your love becomes a force for deep, lasting, and loving change. Likewise, the lamp did not burn to eradicate all darkness, but to bring hope, inspiration, and a reminder that the Creator’s love exists even when it is difficult to see or imagine. That light of the lamp burns within you. As you acknowledge it—whether through ceremony or silence—you find victory over darkness. You conquer ignorance and separation. You re-dedicate the temple of your human existence to Divine Love. You become the miracle. Dear ones, as you enjoy your holidays, remember that this light exists in all beings and all things. It exists in the friends and relatives you can’t wait to see and in the ones you’d rather avoid. It exists in the peace, calm, and caroling—and in the burnt desserts, the ornaments knocked off by the dog, and the dreidel the cat bats under the couch. It is everywhere, in all things and all beings. If you take a breath and remember this light, all will be transformed. An otherwise annoying moment in traffic during last-minute shopping can become transcendent as you witness the miracle of being in human form—sitting in a vehicle amidst so many other human forms, all One, yet expressed with such diversity. It is magnificent. During your holidays, pause now and then. Breathe. Put your hands on your heart and acknowledge the light within you. “The light of Christ, the light of the lamp, the light of Creation exists within me—and within all others.” Be a little kinder to yourself, and as you envision this light in all souls, see where you feel inspired to extend that kindness to others. You are never disconnected from this light—only from the experience of it. In grief, your loved ones stand near, ready to share. In frustration, your cries for love echo through the universe, and love begins to flow toward you in greater measure. Let it in. Pause. Breathe. Receive the light that streams through creation as it awakens within you. And in doing so, you bring Christmas, Hanukkah, and all celebrations of light to life within yourself. God Bless You!
