| Hi All, Today, the angels talk about accepting all feelings, loving ourselves through the tough ones, and allowing the great ones. It is especially important to practice this skill during the holidays when joys feel more joyful, overwhelm is more overwhelming, and grief feels more profound. We can navigate our emotions with grace and allow them to help us. I’ll share the human side of it and how I’ve learned to quickly move through lower vibes to get back to love. Tips included! | My dear friends, we love you so very much, Celebrate, dear ones! You are all entering a season of deep feeling. And whether you label your feelings positive or negative, they all have great value. They are messages from your Divine Navigation System, letting you know when you are seeing and feeling through the eyes of your soul and vibrating on the frequencies of love, or whether you are getting drawn into a less pleasant human view and blocking the steady stream of love that wants to flow into your life. You are not wrong if you are feeling down. You are not bad. You are not failing. You are simply having a human experience that will motivate you to have one more Divine. And your feelings tell you this. There’s no need to push them away. There’s no benefit to creating a “fake positive focus” or pretending you don’t feel as you do. Instead, make friends with your feelings. Accept them and bless them. They are your indicators of being on the path with awareness, or being on the path while unknowingly resisting the light. Only from a place of embracing how you feel now, without judgment, can you truly shift your focus to better. As you’ve heard many times, “What you resist, persists.” And we would add, “What you embrace, you can replace.” Consider the idea of holiday gifting. Some of you adore the tradition of exchanging presents, while others find it tedious, superficial, or burdensome. And both viewpoints are correct—for the individuals who feel them. Your feelings tell you whether or not you are in alignment with your own unique and precious spirit. For example, those of you who love gifting often think you’ve “gone overboard” by spending or giving too much. In truth, you love it! You find joy in every aspect of the process: planning, shopping, discovering, wrapping, and giving. You take great delight in seeing the happiness of the receiver when your gift inspires them to feel acknowledged and loved. You seem to have a sixth sense for what is meaningful and useful to those with whom you share. No matter what you spend, your joy is an indicator that you are in alignment with your spirit—the Divine within you who knows your abundance and supports your every authentic expression of love. Suppose, however, you don’t enjoy gifting. You’d rather save your money and spend it on more meaningful experiences. You find shopping burdensome, wrapping unenjoyable, and sometimes feel unappreciated. Your unpleasant feelings aren’t telling you that your spirit wants you to gift! Instead, they’re likely telling you that you are trying to force yourself to do something that has little meaning to you. In this case, when you take yourself “off the hook” and decide not to give material gifts, you are likely to feel instant relief. As you surrender to a more authentic version of yourself, you may decide you want to share experiences with friends and family, give to a charity, or even escape holiday gatherings altogether. As you stop trying to conform to tradition and do what feels authentic and meaningful to you, the relief you feel is an indication of your alignment with your own spirit. These examples illustrate that there is rarely an absolute “right” or “wrong” on any given topic. Both individuals are right for themselves. Both feel good when aligned with their inner truth. Both will feel bad when at odds with their authentic self. The first individual would feel horribly deprived if they limited their gifting. The second would feel horribly pressured if forced into it. And so you see, what makes you feel good or bad isn’t the topic, but whether or not your perspective on the topic aligns with your soul. No two of you are identical. None of you are meant to deny your truth to please others or restrict what you love out of obligation. Instead, your angels and the Divine urge you to be you—whatever that means, however that looks, and whatever that entails. The gifter may be frugal all year, yet in their joy of giving, they find abundance. The non-gifter may have a generous heart and share through experiences, service, creativity, or charitable giving. Perhaps they choose self-love and skip the holiday pressures entirely by going on a little vacation. In each case, the soul is being true to themselves, and that is what makes you feel good. So rather than asking, “Should I?” or “Shouldn’t I?” ask yourself, “What feels loving to me?” “What feels right to me?”Honor that. You are as unique as snowflakes! The holidays intensify feelings. For some, it is the most wonderful time of the year. For others, grief appears to be deeper and more difficult. For many, joy blends with overwhelm. Slow down for a minute every now and then. Place your hands on your heart, and simply tune in to what you feel. Don’t judge your feelings. Don’t pretend you don’t feel. If you feel good, enjoy it. If you feel down, give yourself a hug—literally. Ask yourself, “What might feel better?” “What feels most loving to me right now?” While we always encourage moving towards a positive focus, we want to refine that discussion by encouraging you to love yourself towards a more positive focus. Be gentle with yourself. Your good feelings show alignment; your unpleasant ones indicate your soul has a kinder perspective for you. For example, in the depths of grief, your spirit beckons you to a broader perspective. While you feel separation, your soul sees your dear ones right beside you—alive and vibrant in their eternal form. Your spirit knows the depth of the love and connection between the two of you. Beneath your own pain, your spirit sees your longing to feel that connection. And while you can’t simply erase grief, you can shut your eyes, breathe, surrender, and ask your dear one in spirit to hold you in their loving embrace. In the very instant of surrendering to their love and acknowledging what your soul knows to be true, you will begin to feel relief. In that space of perceiving as your soul does, you may even feel the presence of your dear one’s love. For those of you who feel overwhelmed, the unpleasant feeling is a sign that your soul sees the situation differently. You may see a shortage of time or energy, while your spirit sees shortcuts, ways to be more efficient and accomplish more with less, and small acts of self-care that can soothe and uplift. Sometimes, a few simple minutes of breathing and letting go can reconnect you with your wise inner self and give you the guidance that can help you navigate your days in grace. Dear friends, no feelings are wrong. They exist to guide you. They show whether you are vibrationally open to receiving what you’ve asked for, or momentarily blocking it. They tell you whether or not your perspective and your soul’s are aligned. There’s no benefit to ignoring them or pushing them aside. Instead, love and accept yourself as you are in a given moment, and then in the very next, you can improve your vibration ever so slightly. And then again. So during the holiday season, when so many emotions are at a peak, enjoy the lovely ones, and embrace the not-so-lovely ones, too. Ask yourself, “Dear Presence of the Divine within me, how do you see this situation that is currently triggering my unpleasant feelings? Please show me your loving perspective.” In the moment of that choice to love your unique, precious, and beautiful Self, you can kindly and gently return to alignment where peace, joy, and the love of the season will be yours. Nothing can stop the progress to the ultimate goal of Ascension. The Illuminati have been weakened by losing vast amounts of wealth that are necessary to keep their plans afloat. They also find that they no longer have the degree of command to keep their military objectives going. They see their command and authority weakening and cannot continue to maintain their previous level of domination. They are losing control of events that threaten their demise, and they realise that they can no longer achieve their plan to take control over the world. Even in Space they are not the force they used to be, and are also confronted by ET’s who align with peaceful forces of Earth. The battle rages on but there can only be one winner, and that is the Forces of .
There is an awakening and purification occurring, and your DNA is gradually operating at a higher conscious level. In the course of time everything will change for the better and it will include your politics. Time capsules already exist that will trigger them when the right circumstances exist. They will be gradual and everything will be affected for the betterment of the Human Race. Much is at the ready to come into being and has been well prepared for quite some time. Many times you have failed and previous ones have never reached this stage before, and you are to be congratulated for having moved past 2012 into the New Age entirely due to your own achievements in having moved firmly into the Light. But for your success, the old cycle would not have continued as it has done so.
Chaos rules in many countries as the needed changes are resisted by those in charge. However, regardless of whatever action is taken to prevent them, they cannot be stopped and must precede the introduction of those things that lift you up. Be assured the changes will come, and they have been ordained by higher Beings who carry out the Will of God. Have no doubts that the New Age is upon you, and very soon you will begin to enjoy the advantages of it. Many negative souls have found their way into positions of authority and they must be removed. Gradually the changes are making a difference worldwide, as will be seen when the new governance of the U.S. takes its place in Congress.
The changes are so important to your well-being, and will enhance the efforts being made to bring about world peace. It will sound impossible but success is assured because of the planning that has been made and the help being given by those off planet. There are many different groups standing by to assist you, but only when they are permitted to do so without infringing your freewill. In short time all that has been promised will manifest and you will not miss out on anything at all. For so long you have been given details of what is to come and very little has changed. Be assured that during this period of change you will get help from other sources, and you will undoubtedly be pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Life will be constantly changing for the better, and because those who have tried to hold back progress will have been removed, nothing will cause any holdups. With the cessation of wars and any such confrontations however small, real peace such as never experienced in your history will descend upon Earth. Dedication to God for maintaining love for Humankind has enabled advancement into a New Age.

your planet, as you have measured it, is 26,000 years long from start to finish. The timeframe [duration] of this test of humanity’s free choice of light and dark consciousness is two cycles of the 26,000-year wobble. Listen. Many have thought it was one cycle. However, it was two. For those who are already lost in this discussion, we review the discoveries and ideas from the ancients, which say there is a great deal of history before your history. You have your own ideas of how long you have been here, and it doesn’t go much past 9,000 years. However, there is now evidence that there were some civilizations before yours who even knew about astronomy! We even gave you a channelling while in Turkey about this very subject. The prevailing ideas of this theory had you with five civilizations on the earth – all within one cycle of the 26,000-year wobble. Many believe moving into 2012 was the sixth cycle [Dec 21, 2012, was the centering of the wobble]. In addition, the Mayan calendar “long count” is almost exactly one-fifth of the 26,000-year cycle – indicating it was the calendar for YOUR civilization. However, now we tell you that the real timeframe of this entire Human test of energy (light and dark) was two cycles – 52,000 years, not one cycle of 26,000 years. That means that Humans like you, thinking like you, and evolved exactly like you, have been here for 52,000 years. Why 52,000 years? Because there were approximately 10 civilizations of humanity, not five. We say approximately because they melded into each other, but were still distinctly separate.

| My dear friends, we love you so very much, Life is an adventure for the soul. You look forward to your lives with such eagerness. You look forward to adding more love to creation. You anticipate the contrast, the growth into greater love, and the creative ways you’ll enhance creation itself. Like a person traveling to a new country, excited about new experiences, new flavors, sights, sounds, smells, textures, and ways of enjoying life, you look forward to your earthly adventures with excitement. However, if you incarnate into tough situations or encounter them during your earthly journey, it’s easy to forget who and what you are, and why you came to this planet. Your lives can seem so serious at times. Loss can feel so permanent. Challenges can feel insurmountable. The views you’re often fed about life on earth can seem discouraging. And yet, dear friends, love is all around you. Look at nature. Mother Earth offers her gifts and love so freely. She gives you oxygen to breathe, soil in which to grow, climates in which you can experience changing seasons, produce to feed you, minerals to nourish you, and life-giving waters. She offers an energy field that not only grounds you but magnetizes and recharges you if you allow her assistance. Look at your sun, the physical emanation of light itself. The sun reminds you that energy is generated from within, emanates outward, and when shared in that way, encourages life. The sun is not diminished by clouds or curtains. The sun shines. Likewise, you are not diminished by those who refuse your love or don’t see your light. You shine. Your sun reminds you of your essential nature, even when others cannot mirror that back to you. Look at the simplest miracles around you. Your own body is a miracle—a kingdom of trillions of cells, each with its own consciousness, wisdom, and calling. The cells in your body do not bicker over differences of opinion. They do not argue about who is right or wrong. They simply strive to remain true to their nature and trust in the direction of the higher mind to create harmony for them and for all. They remind you how humanity can coexist peacefully by surrendering to the wisdom within. So when your life becomes challenging, when you feel loss, overwhelm, or discouragement—take a step back. Take a breath. Hug yourself. Acknowledge your feelings: “I am a soul having a human experience. Right now, I feel afraid, sad, overwhelmed, or discouraged. That’s not who I am. It’s just what I’m feeling.” Dear ones, soothe yourselves. Comfort yourselves kindly. Speak to yourselves sweetly, because in your humanity, you are still perfect. You are still worthy of compassion, especially your own. As you love yourself through challenges and difficult feelings, your vibration naturally rises. Hope will return. Love is the highest vibration of all, and as you choose to love and be kind to yourselves in all situations, without condition, your vibration lifts naturally. Life on earth is not about being “perfect” by any artificial standard. It’s not about passing through levels of achievement or reaching a fixed state of transcendent enlightenment. True enlightenment is simply being filled with light. You can experience it when you pause to admire a sunset. You can feel it when your heart fills with appreciation as you look into the eyes of a loved one. In quiet moments on a cold morning, you find it as you pause and inhale the warmth of your tea before savoring the first single perfect sip. Enlightenment occurs when you surrender to love, experience your true nature, and allow your essential light to merge with your human self. In these moments, the ordinary becomes extraordinary, and the mundane becomes miraculous. The more often you allow yourself such enlightened pauses—those moments of love, appreciation, and surrender to what is good within and around you—the more you align with your original plan: to enjoy life on earth. You embrace the adventure rather than resist it. The more moments of alignment you experience, the more kindly life will align around you. Dear friends, you are not being judged or tested. You are not on trial to prove you are worthy of love. You already are worthy. You already are part of the Divine. Some souls will fail to love in a given lifetime, but in retrospect, they will learn, and in their learning, they have not failed to evolve. Their resolve to love strengthens. Think of it this way: your earthly children go through phases that often terrify their parents! Throughout the ages, countless teenagers have caused great concern, yet inevitably, they get tired of feeling disempowered, grow, mature, and find their path. The Source lives within, beckoning them to expand. Likewise, the children of life itself have eternity to evolve into the loving souls they truly are. Even now, those who create chaos are creating contrast, and from that contrast, those inclined toward love will find even greater incentive to love. So when life feels difficult or serious, be kind to yourself. Give yourself great compassion. It takes courage to leave the known behind and embark on any adventure. It takes courage to embrace contrast and to dive into new realities. It takes strength to leave the ease of higher dimensions and project yourself into such a diverse mixture of frequencies. At the first sign of an unpleasant feeling, take a breath. Step back from the source of your worry, sadness, or fear. Remind yourself: “I am a soul having a human experience.” No matter how you feel about the current adventure, it doesn’t define you. It doesn’t change your essence. You can comfort yourself. You can practice compassion for yourself in this moment. Then, when you feel a little better, you can take simple steps to return to life. Remind yourself often: “This is an adventure. I cannot fail. I cannot diminish my spirit. I am eternal light having an experience. It’s all going to be okay. I can return to love, return to truth, sit, breathe, and allow life to flow through me again.” Dear friends, in your highs and your lows, we love you. In your expanded moments, we celebrate and amplify your light. In your lesser moments, we shine the light of compassion upon you and whisper gently: “Remember—you are love. You are light. You are powerful. You have purpose. You can move beyond this moment. In your earthly adventure, the path ahead will reveal more to love. Just take one kind step at a time.” God Bless You!
