“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of Ascended Masters. We welcome you to your new age, the age of enlightenment, the age of oneness. We welcome you to it but we also ask you to be it, to exude it, to invite others to it through your energy, through your essence. You are the ones who are meant to be the modern day masters, the leaders in thought and in feeling, to draw others to you like moths to a flame so that they can be curious about what it is that you know that they have yet to discover or remember. This does not mean we are encouraging you to have big spiritual egos. We just want you to know that you chose to play the role of the awakened one in this lifetime and that in so doing you chose to be a leader, whether you know it or not in this movement towards oneness, towards enlightenment. We all will always be moving towards it, but certainly you all have found a way to get there, a way that has moved you closer, that you can share with others, that you can demonstrate to others, and there is no need for you to hide your light. There is no need for you to be afraid of being burned at the stake. You are not living in that time. You are living in the time of opportunity and a time of self expression where others are encouraging you through their example of what it looks like to be free to express yourself, your opinions, your perspectives. Even if you are looking at someone who is simply lip-syncing, or dancing, or doing a makeup tutorial, they are still showing you that it is possible to get yourself out there and be seen, so that others may benefit from what you have learned, what you have become. It is important to show others what you have become and how you got there. It’s an important thing for you to tell your stories because others benefit from your experiences just like you benefit from the experiences of others. See yourselves as having something to say, something to offer to your fellow humans and to extraterrestrials. You want more connection. You want more contact with humans, animals, plants, and e.t.s, and when you feel that you have more to offer and you demonstrate what you have to offer, you are sending out that signal that says, ‘I would like to have more contact please.’ And that signal is heard, that signal is received and you can expect to communicate with more of your fellow humans and with e.t.s through a variety of methods, because you have put out that signal, because you have radiated your own essence out there into the ethers. Let those who will resonate with you find you by putting out into the world that which you have to say, that which you have found is working for you. You don’t have to wait for anyone else’s invitation to do so. We are sending you the invitation right now, and we are talking to those of you who are awake because you do have something significant to share. You have come to know that you are Source Energy Beings and so is everyone else, and that is a message that needs to be shouted from the rooftops so that people can awaken to the truth of who they really are and start living their lives as those infinite and eternal beings of unconditional love. When others see that it is possible to know this and to experience this, they will get more curious about it, and you will want to step up your game a bit and recognize that you actually want to be a walking, talking example of what that looks like, to be one who knows who they really are. When you know it you think, speak, and act accordingly and you are the difference maker, the changemaker, the wayshower that you always set out to be in this lifetime of awakening and ascension. “We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters. You are doing far better there on Earth than you might think. You are making tremendous strides forward in the evolution of your consciousness, and you have a long road ahead of you at the same time. This is how you wanted it. You wanted the journey of your evolution of consciousness and ascension to be a journey, not a quick sprint. You wanted to grow exponentially through that journey, and that’s why you placed many challenges and obstacles along the way on your path. When you run into something that is unexpected and unwanted, the last thing you should do is start shaming yourself for being where you are and for having to deal with that problem, issue, challenge in your life yet again. You get to decide how you react and respond to everything, and when you have more room to grow, that means you get to have the wonderful experience of your growth, which is supposed to feel very good. Your growth need not come with struggle, with lots of tears and despair. You can let go of those ideas, just like you can let go of the belief that your ascension is meant to be filled with a lot of cataclysmic natural disasters. Now is the time for acceptance. If you can say to yourself and really mean, ‘I accept myself as I am, and I accept my fellow humans as they are,’ you will make another giant leap forward in the evolution of your consciousness. You’re not going to get anywhere from being resistant and full of judgment. Guilt and shame are not going to get you anywhere either. Let go of those ideas. And if you think you’re doing great, but everyone else out there is doing terribly and making all kinds of mistakes, then you have to realize that you are there to help. You are meant to help in the way that feels best to you. You don’t have to help others in the precise way that you have seen someone else helping others. Your way of helping others might involve something that’s rather unconventional and unique to you. The way that you can be of service and love being of service is one of the things that you are there to discover. You are there to discover who you really are as a being of unconditional love, and you are there to discover how you serve by being you. Therefore, comparing yourself to someone else who is doing it in a different way and reaching millions of people because of the way that they are doing it is not the right step forward for you at this time. Let go of that need to compare, just like you’re letting go that need for what you do to look like what someone else is doing. It doesn’t have to. You don’t need to do that to yourselves. You can rest assured that you were born to do it in the way that you want to do it and that it feels best for you. That’s why you are the unique aspect of Source Energy that you are, and that person over there is the unique aspect of Source Energy that they are. You weren’t created to be the same; you were created to be different. And if you still don’t know what it is that you can do to be of service to others, don’t judge yourself for that either. Go and do something that you truly enjoy doing, and relax, and know that it will come, and it will come in the perfect timing, and you will be able to act in a way that is of service to others when that inspired idea drops in. Right now, of course, there’s a great deal of turmoil on planet Earth, and many of you want to help and don’t know how. If you can relax and rest assured that the way for you to help will present itself to you, then you can go about the business of raising your vibration by doing what you love to do for now, while knowing that you have your place in this world, and it will show itself to you when the timing is right. “We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We are very happy to be here with you and to comment on your world events. Of course, you have an international incident on your hands right now, involving the countries of Venezuela and the United States of America. This incident shakes things up for you all on Earth yet again, and everyone gets to decide how they react and eventually respond to the events that have taken place. You get to see it from any of a variety of angles, and of course everyone has a slightly different perspective on what’s going on. The bottom line is that if you go into fear and you assume that what this will lead to is more chaos, then you have to ask yourself if you feel that you are in any way in control of your response to what’s going on. If you decide that you want to be a part of the solution to the problem that exists between these two nations, then you can do that by focusing on your thoughts, beliefs, your vibration, and what type of energy you are sending to the leaders of those countries. Everyone gets to decide. We are on the side of humanity, and we know that what humanity needs is more stability, more peace, more calm, more love, and ultimately more of an attempt to understand your differences. You are all different, and you have different religions, different countries with borders, different customs, different holidays that you celebrate, and those differences can be seen as a strength. Diversity is a strength. Variety is a good thing. When a difference between you and someone else threatens your perspective, your point of view, then you have to ask yourself why that is occurring within you. Everyone on Earth can live and let live. Everyone else can leave others to their own choices and not interfere. It is a choice that each person and each government and nation must make. What all of you who are awake need to do is to ask yourselves how you can be a part of a more stable world, where differences are embraced, where every culture is seen as valuable and unique. You can give yourselves the experience of peace on Earth by first finding peace within yourselves and emanating that peace out. If you start arguing with other people about who is right in the situation that you have on your hands there between the U.S. and Venezuela, you are only contributing to a warring type of thought process and warring energies, and you know as an awakened soul that you don’t want to contribute to those things. And so, we recommend that you don’t take a side and then engage in debate with anyone who will listen to you about why your perspective is the right one and the only one. Instead, what you want to do is see everything as playing out for the greatest and highest good of all, which of course it can still do, and you want to offer love, forgiveness, and the vibration of harmony. You want to live on a harmonious planet, where all nations can get along, until ultimately you don’t feel the need to have borders at all anymore, and you can exist as one united human collective. That is what you really are at your core, and you will still have your differences and your customs and holidays and beliefs, without the need to draw lines in the sand, which ultimately say, ‘This is where we end and they begin.’ When you want to live on a world where there is no more us versus them, then you first decide to be at peace within yourself, to spread peace, to spread love, to spread forgiveness, and again to hold space for the best outcome for all humans. And all humans are always involved in every moment of every day and every decision and thought and word. So be a part of the peaceful solution for these two nations and work on any emotions that are coming up for you so that you can be at peace once again within your own heart. Do You Need to Go On a Spiritual Retreat

Do You Need to Go On a Spiritual Retreat? ∞The Creators, Channeled by Daniel Scranton

“We are The Creators. We are twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings and we are here to help.

We know that you have lives to live there on Earth and that your lives can be very busy, very hectic indeed, filled with responsibilities and things you have to do. We know that some of you then wonder when you will be able to set aside time for your spiritual work. Some of you wonder, ‘How am I going to fit meditation in to my life today?’ Or you might wonder how you will get to that retreat that you want to go to when you have so many responsibilities at home.

Of course it is nice to have all the time in the world to meditate, channel, commune with nature, go to retreats, and do other workshops that you want to do. But in reality, you want to apply all the principles that you are learning from spiritual texts, spiritual teachers, channeled messages and all the other ways you have of consuming spiritual teachings. What you have already come to know you must apply to your lives, and so as you navigate through your busy, hectic life, you want to be aware of what you have learned and apply it to the situations you find yourselves in.

You want to put it to the test, and you want to benefit from what you know. You want to go beyond theory and into practice. And so, when you don’t have enough time to meditate in a day, then practice more mindfulness, which is being present with what you are doing instead of thinking about something else while you’re doing something completely unrelated to it.

You can practice conscious breathing, you can stand in yoga poses, you can catch thirty seconds of meditation here and thirty seconds of meditation there whenever you can. You can practice kindness, compassion, service, selflessness, all while moving through an everyday ordinary average day in the life of you. And so, we recommend that you stop lamenting the fact that you don’t have enough time to do all the spiritual practices you think you need to do in order to be a spiritually-evolved person and recognize instead that all the problems in your life, and all the people, are there to get you to grow spiritually, and they are there in the exact ways that they are meant to be there.

Let your life and all the people in your life be your teacher, and know that you have everything that you already need to know inside of you. On top of that, you have moment-to-moment guidance coming to you through your feelings. You can always check in with your gut to see what type of guidance you are getting from above. You can check-in with all kinds of parts of your body to do this, because you’re always getting what you need.

And those of us in the higher realms never take our attention off of you. Give yourselves the gift of believing that your life is the spiritual retreat that it is meant to be, and you will always be growing, always be expanding, always becoming more of who you already really are but haven’t realized yet in this lifetime.

My dear friends, we love you so very much, Next time you go outside, root your feet firmly upon the Earth. Look up at the sky. Consider the fact that you are standing on a beautiful spinning orb in the midst of space—a planet teeming with life, evolving through time. Every day, you wake up and walk upon your Earth, rarely thinking about the beautiful and adoring spirit that lives within her. She loves you. You are her children—her flesh and blood. She offers you an abundance of resources that, when managed wisely, can easily meet all your needs. She knows you are all connected in an immense field of Love far beyond human comprehension. Take a moment now and see if you can imagine the vastness of space and then the majesty and magnitude of your dear Mother Earth. Now, think of one problem or situation that concerns you. Does it seem smaller after you’ve considered the immensity of your world and the space beyond? Or does it feel even more overwhelming, pulling your focus away from the bigger picture? If you could see your lives through our eyes, you’d know how deeply important you are—even though, in the grand scheme of eternity, your time on Earth is short. Your love has a large impact on creation, even though your physical form seems so small. Your desires call forth the invisible into form. You are part of ongoing creation! And your problems, though they may feel huge, are blips on the screen of eternity. They will always, eventually, give way to greater love. You need not be concerned for your Earth, your nation, or the future. You only need to be concerned with this moment—right here and now. Ask yourself, “How can I experience more of creation’s love for me right now?”  “In this moment, how can I add more love to life?” Even as you read this, you can send out one heartfelt, positive wish into the universe that will echo through creation for all eternity. You are that powerful. You are that important. So, while you look at your world and witness chaos, wars, and wild characters, remember: Life is about living as authentically and fully as you can in this moment. If a nap is the only solution to a current problem, take a nap. If seeking the solace of a good friend is the next authentic move toward love, do it. If you’re stuck sitting and stewing over a problem, remind yourself, “Things I agonized about in the past have passed. The problems in my present will pass.” Right now, they seem large. To the Divine, who lives within and beyond all creation, they are small. As you relax into the greater truth—that you are a beloved and integral part of creation, that you are cared for and guided, that you are never alone—you will be transported into the peace that surpasses all understanding. Elegant solutions will arise. Help will come “out of the blue.” Resources will appear in ways you couldn’t have imagined. Your concerns will be soothed. Your problems, solved. The power that sources Creation is so much bigger than any challenge, and while all souls are granted free will, solutions can come in ways that don’t require changing one another. Instead, you’ll be naturally and organically drawn to those who resonate in harmony with your spirit. Your soul is a wave within the greater Sea of the Divine. It exists within the field of the Infinite. Your body is small compared to the vastness of creation. Your personality is just one perspective of the All-That-Is. Your time on Earth is brief, but your soul eternal, and all your challenges—no matter how insurmountable they might seem—do have solutions when you remember the magnitude of love available to you at all times.

“Blessings. We are Thymus, we are the collective of Ascended Masters. We love you unconditionally, and we suggest you do the same for yourselves. You know your own stories. You know that you’ve been hurt. You know that you’ve been traumatized. You know that you have disappointments, that you’ve made mistakes, and you know that you are starring in your own movie, which is the story of your life. You have been with yourselves in every moment of every day. Therefore, who better than you to be able to cut yourselves some slack? Why not love yourself unconditionally? Why make it hard to love yourself? What sense does that make? What pleasure or joy does that bring you? It is true that you have grown up in a society of conditional love, and most people reserve unconditional love for their children, or their siblings, or their parents, or all of the above. Grandparents, of course, are easy to love for most people, and grandchildren as well, but everyone else typically gets conditional love. And so, growing up in a society of conditional love, you have found that it was easier for you to accept conditional love as the way, and to only give yourselves love based on the conditions that you set up for yourselves. Now, of course, you are awake, and you want to live a more conscious life. You want to live a life of joy, freedom, abundance, creativity, peace, and everything else that goes along with living a good life, but some of you are still holding on to criteria that are necessary for you to meet before you offer yourselves love. Now, part of being awake is that you recognize that you are the love of Source Energy. And as love, of course, you must deserve love, you must be worthy of love, because you are love. But when you get caught up in the ego that compares, you can go to that place of saying, ‘Well, that person is better than me in this way and that way, and maybe when I get to their level I will be able to love myself.’ Chances are, if you do reach those levels, if you do accomplish those tasks, you will find that there is more for you to do, more for you to accomplish, and so you might still deny yourselves love. It is not something that was ever meant to be dangled at the end of a stick to motivate you to be a better version of yourself. It is important to love yourself as you are right now, especially if you want to love others unconditionally, and you want others to love you unconditionally. And so, the next time you catch yourself being hard on yourself, remember that you actually benefit more from your own love than you do self-recrimination. Being hard on yourself is not going to make you better so that you can earn that conditional love that’s being given out by most people on the planet. It is what you are, what we all are, what Source is, and it is the best way to experience life on planet Earth. Unconditionally love all colors, all sounds, all houses, all cars. Be the love that you are in the face of whatever it is that you are standing in front of and observing. That’s true unconditional love. It doesn’t mean you have to start suddenly wallpapering your house in your least favorite color, but if you do find yourself in a room with the walls a certain color that you’ve never enjoyed, don’t throw yourself out of alignment with who you really are over that.
