| My dear friends, we love you so very much, When you find yourself doing something that doesn’t feel good, pause and ask yourself, “Why am I doing this?” Keep digging. You’ll either find that you don’t have a good reason—or, more often, you’ll discover that even the most unpleasant tasks are rooted in love.You may not enjoy tidying the house, but you love a tidy home. You may not enjoy your job, but you like the income and benefits. You may not love doing all the paperwork it takes to manage your life, but you do love where you live and the quality of life it brings. You may not love cooking, but you enjoy nutritious, tasty meals. You may not enjoy all the mundane or difficult aspects of caregiving, but you love the one you’re caring for so deeply that you do it willingly. You may be in deep grief—but only because you loved so deeply. If, even in the midst of unpleasant tasks or feelings, you can dig deep and find the love beneath them, then you’ve found the gold. If you can shift your focus to the loving “why” behind what you’re doing, you raise your vibration in that instant—and open yourself to all sorts of goodness flowing into your life. For example, maybe you’re feeling burnt out being a “taxi service” for your kids or elders. You might be tired from caregiving, and that could lead to resentment, guilt, or frustration. But if you shift your focus just a little—to your loving “why”—you’ll see that you do what you do because you love. When you acknowledge that love within yourself and focus on it, you’ll feel soul-level respect for yourself. You’ll feel your love for them. And in that vibration of love, you open to grace, guidance, goodness, and help. Suppose you’re grieving the loss of a loved one. It’s painful to no longer have the physical connection. You miss them. But even amid the tears, you can say, “My God, this is how much I love. To the degree that I miss them, I love.” You can choose to love yourself through your grief. And in those precious pauses, if you focus on your love for them—rather than the ache of missing them—your vibration rises. You begin to feel and sense their presence around you again. We know things are happening in your world that are hard to witness. Wars. Disasters. Division. Many of you feel distraught and unsure of what to do. For a moment, ask yourself, “Why am I so upset?” Dig deep. Sooner or later, you’ll find: you love. You love humanity. You love harmony. You love peace. You want truth. Focus there. “I love humanity. I love peace. I love harmony. I love truth.” The more you focus on that loving “why,” the more ideas will flow—ways to bring more peace, harmony, and truth into your own life and world. There is always a loving why. Even if someone cuts you off in traffic and your first thought is, “That (X#!) could’ve killed me!”—dig deep. Why are you upset? Because you love peace. You love harmony. You love kindness and courtesy. You love being alive. Focus on that: “I love peace. I love harmony. I love kind and courteous drivers. I love being alive.” When love becomes your point of focus, you begin to attract more of what you love, be that kind drivers, experiences of connection with the other side, harmonious human beings, or peaceful periods of life. Do your best, dear ones. Dig beneath the burdens, the complaints, the unwanted circumstances or emotions—and find the loving why underneath them all. Focus there as often as you can. Not only will you feel better, but what you see and attract will start to shift for the better. And if you can’t find the loving why, then love yourself through the difficult feeling. | Hi Everyone,
Over a decade ago, I had two aging dogs. Some of you remember Bruno and Lucy—two of the great furry loves of my life. Their final years weren’t easy. I lined the house with accident pads, did ten loads of laundry a day (seriously), stayed up late soothing them, cooked special meals, and often slept on the dog bed with them to keep them calm during bouts of doggie dementia.
People urged me to put them down. And while the angels have said animals don’t judge life or death, it felt right to let them live until they were ready to go. Many times, I wasn’t sure I was going to make it through. I know so many of you who care for loved ones—furry, finned, feathered, and human—have felt this and more.
But when I looked over and saw my aging wolf dog asleep in my arms, his big furry head resting against my heart with a soft, angelic grin on his face—I remembered exactly why I was doing it. Love kept me going.
On a lighter note, there comes a point in every new endeavor I undertake when I have to remember my loving “why“—usually right around the time overwhelm hits. I think, “What did I get myself into? I can’t do this!” I felt that way when I enrolled in a six-month aromatherapy class (with 180 homework assignments!), when I was filming my online programs, writing my first books, launching Etsy shops, and when I quit engineering to talk to angels.
I had to return to my loving whys. Why was I doing it?
Because I love essential oils and natural healing.
Because I dreamed of online education years before live streams and YouTube existed.
Because I had messages to share.
Because I craved a creative outlet.
In each case, reconnecting to the loving why re-inspired me, helped me remember to call on the universe for assistance and guidance, and receive it when it came. Overwhelm gave way to, “I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.”
So, when life feels uncomfortable, frustrating, or upsetting—dig deep and find your loving why to reconnect with your grace, guidance, and the goodness in your own heart.
Here are a few pointers ot assist… 1. Flip the Complaint If you know what you hate, it’s easy to find what you love. Just flip it: • “I hate war… because I love peace.” • “I hate division… because I love harmony.” • “I hate feeling insecure… because I love the security of Divine love.” • “I hate that my loved one is gone… because I love them so much. I love our connection. I love our conversations.” Flipping the complaint brings your focus back to love—and as we know, energy flows where attention goes. 2. Focus on Why You Love What You Love Go deeper. Why do you love peace? You might say, “Well, duh, doesn’t everyone?” Most do—but really tune in. How does peace feel? “I can breathe. I feel free. I’m calm. I can do what I love.” Feel into it. Why do you love feeling connected with your dear ones? Let yourself feel it. “It’s expansive. It’s joyful. It’s inspiring.” The more you “tune in,” the more connection you’ll feel. 3. If You Find No Loving Why, Shift If you dig deep and find no love beneath what you’re doing—maybe you’re just following old programming or doing something you think you should. Often I see people sacrificing their well-being to make others comfortable. Some realize they do it out of genuine love. Others discover their motivation is guilt or a need to be understood. If there’s no love in the motivation, it’s not serving your soul. When I don’t feel good about something, I check in: “Is there a loving why?” If yes, I persevere—with new joy. If no, I shift—and ask Spirit to guide me to a more loving path. In either case, finding the loving why frees you. It helps you feel the love that lives inside you, and live from that space—rooted in love, centered in love, and open to letting love flow. | Coconut Lime Chicken with Sugar Snap Peas | ||||||||

| When summer rolls around anything with a hint of trpoical flavor tastes good to me, and while limes make this dish exquisite you can substitute lemons in a pinch. Sometimes I make the marinade a little creamier by addnig a few dallops of greek yogurt. Ingredients: • 2 chicken breasts • 1 cup coconut milk • Zest and juice of 1 lime • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped • 1 cup sugar snap peas • ½ tsp ground cumin • ½ tsp turmeric • ½ tsp salt Instructions: 1 In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, turmeric, and salt. 2 Marinate chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes. 3 Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side. 4 Add sugar snap peas in the last few minutes, cooking until bright green. 5 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with jasmine rice. If you like you can make some rice by subsituting coconut mlik for half the water. Yum. Makes great leftovers! | ||||||||

I am amongst you right now. Energetically speaking, I have never left planet Earth. Consciousness-wise, I have left so much behind, and because my energy is being channeled right now, I am with you. You all need to acknowledge at some point that any feeling of separation that you have is a choice. You can choose to feel alone and lonely, or you can choose to feel surrounded by higher-dimensional beings, by love, by acceptance, by healing, by forgiveness, by compassion, by everything that is being sent to you at all times.
You who are awake know that you have a choice, and not everyone does. And so when you find yourself in a moment of feeling alone, lonely, or separate, remember that you created that experience so that you could move from it to the place of feeling inclusion, love, and connection, and know that you put yourself in that position to be able to make that journey so that you could teach others how to do it as well. You are wayshowers, and you are teachers, and you are there to bring about this shift in consciousness, which is all about moving from the egoic way of looking at self, others, life, Source, and the galaxy and universe to the higher self’s way.
And you know by now the higher self’s way is acknowledging oneness, interconnectedness, unity consciousness, and the presence of Source everywhere in everything and the inescapability of Source. You are there to demonstrate that to others in the ways that you act, think, and speak as well, and if you have a favorite, archangel, ascended master, e.t. group, spirit guide, or ancestor, call upon them and feel for their presence so that you can walk amongst your fellow humans not feeling alone, even though you may be walking by yourself in any particular moment of your life.
Demonstrate through your example what it feels like and what it looks like to be connected at all times, to feel supported, loved, looked after, and guided, because you are and because you know you are. Not everyone does. Remember that. You, as awakened humans, are unique, and when you remind yourselves of these truths and you demonstrate them to others, you fulfill your purpose for being there and being awake. And isn’t that what you all want?

Messages from Ann & the Angels – 05/31/2025 • Be the Signal, not the Static

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There are so many energies vying for your attention at all times upon your Earth. There are people who want your attention, television stations that want your attention, thought forms that want your attention, and even those sitting quietly in their homes wishing for someone to reach out and help them. There are animals silently telepathing, “Is it time for dinner?” and plants sending energetic signals that they’d like a drink of water. Indeed, your entire universe is in a dance of energetic communication, with each being and each thing broadcasting their desires for the entire universe to hear. Most people do this quite unintentionally. You wish someone would be kind to you. You wish your boss would notice your work. You wish your spouse would pick up after themselves or perhaps notice the care you put into today’s offerings. You wish your dog would stop barking and your cat would sit in your lap. You wish your kids would call more often and your political leaders would align more with your values. Dear ones, all these wishes are wonderful! You are being you—broadcasting your desires to the universe. And so is everyone else. This would be overwhelming if it were not for vibrational law. The way the universe works—and we’ve said it many times—is that you connect with those who are on a similar signal to your own. What you say is not your signal. What you think is not your signal. Those things contribute. But your signal is more closely related to how you feel. If you feel happy thinking of something, your signal is perfectly attuned to having it. If you feel bad, sad, upset, or doubtful, your signal is focused on not having it. For example, if you think, “I‘d like some fresh tomatoes for tonight’s dinner,” with a bit of sadness because you don’t think you’ll find them, then no matter what store you visit, they’ll be out—or not fresh. If you’re thinking the same thought and imagining how delicious they’ll make your meal, you’ll be inspired to go somewhere and find them easily. If someone is thinking, “I wish someone were there for me,” with feelings of victimization and the belief that no one ever is, then you could hold a door open for them, and they’d walk through it without even noticing your kindness. If, however, they were thinking, “I wish someone were there for me. I love when people are kind. It makes me feel hopeful and connected—and today I’m in need. Let’s see what happens,” then they would not only notice your kindness but appreciate it and receive the love. So, as you navigate life, remember: it is not your job to answer every tug and pull you feel from one another. It is not your job to turn on the television program that wants you to watch it—unless you want to. It is not your job to jump when someone else is in crisis, nor is it your job to pay attention to people whose behaviors do not delight you. It is your job only to attune yourself to the feeling of what you want to experience—the life you want to live, the things you want to enjoy, and most importantly, the good here and now—so that you send a signal that finds its perfect match. Try a little fun experiment. Imagine something wonderful that you’d like to experience during the upcoming week. Make it something you don’t know how to make happen yourself, but something that’s not such a stretch that it triggers doubt or fear. Maybe you’d like to see a butterfly right in front of you or have a bird serenade you. Maybe you’d like a little money to come in a surprising and delightful way. Maybe you’d like a compliment from a total stranger. Maybe you’d like an answer to a question you haven’t had time to figure out. Or a burst of inspiration to put some pep in your step again.Choose something you can’t do for yourself—but that you can believe is possible. Big or small doesn’t matter as much as your ability to attune to it. Now ask yourself: “How will I feel when I see or experience this?” Imagine the delight of your signal hitting its “target,” so to speak. Imagine your happiness at feeling connected to the energetic universe. Perhaps you’ll feel relieved, happy, or inspired. Imagine that feeling. Then, as you go through the week, make it your only business to feel as good as you can. Look for things to feel good about. And every now and then, look forward to that thing you thought about. See what shows up. Imagine yourself as a radio, and be mindful of the signals you emit—so you can correlate them with what comes back. As you prove to yourself that you are both receiver and transmitter, you’ll better understand this amazing dance of life. You’ll feel more empowered as the “Tuner” that you are. You’ll realize you have more control over what comes into your experience—and grabs your attention—than you ever thought possible. And to all of you dear empaths—you’ll realize that you need not “take on” the frequencies of others. You don’t have to “jump” to answer the cries. You only need to manage your own tuner a little more diligently so you can attune to the more pleasant frequencies life has to offer. Even in a crowd, you can focus on the beauty in some souls. Even around those having a heated debate at work, you can tune into how much each one cares. Even when you witness events you can’t stand, you can focus on the courage of the souls who placed themselves in such conditions—many of them angels—participating in a world awakening. Look for the good, dear ones. Allow yourselves to tune into the good around you. Don’t just accept the loudest broadcasts of those vying for your attention. You get to choose. You get to tune.
