“We are The Creators. We are twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings and we are here to help.
You are helping yourselves right now in so many ways, and many of you have discovered that you need to help yourselves in order to thrive. Many of you are beginning to discover just how powerful you are and are relying more on yourselves than you are on outside sources for a variety of things. We want you to know that you always have internal guidance that is nudging you in a particular direction, and we see more people tuning in to that internal guidance all the time. We also want you to know that you have the ability to manifest what you want to manifest for yourselves in your lives. You always have that ability, and therefore you do not need to rely upon someone else to give something to you in order for you to have it and to thrive.
Many of you are also becoming your own best physicians. You are very determined to heal yourselves, and so many have had success in healing themselves that the word is getting out. It is possible. It is possible for you to be your own best coach as well. You can be the best therapist to yourself, the best relationship counselor.
Now, are we saying that you should never rely on others for their help, their guidance, their wisdom? Absolutely not. What we are saying is that we are seeing a correction happening from the over-reliance that has been on your planet for far too long. And by over-reliance, we mean over-reliance on the so called experts or authority figures. Many of you have already taken your power back, and you can feel that as a surge of energy through your bodies, as you have come to recognize that you have answers inside of you, and you have wonderful healing advice inside of you.
You have the ability to start your own business, be your own boss, create your own hours, and this is more true today than it has ever been on Earth because there are so many ways for you to allow money to flow to you. So as we see more and more of you empowering yourselves, we know that it is a very good sign. Humanity is shifting. You are getting there, and each of you as individuals are playing your parts. You are playing your roles, and you must see yourselves as the creators of your lives and the authorities that you are on your lives in order to truly grow, expand, and become who you really are.
Now, of course, you can go to others to get another perspective, or someone else may have an idea that really resonates with you and all of that is fine, but you want the conversation to start within yourself and know that you’re always being helped by nonphysical. You’re always being helped by your guides and your teams. And with the preponderance of information that is out there at this time, you really do have to exercise your discernment and run everything through your gut to see if it does resonate or not. That’s how you empower yourselves in the information age.

KRYON 04.04.2018 Extract Humans Have Been Here a Long Time.
We review the discoveries and ideas from the ancients, which say there is a great deal of history before your history. You have your own ideas of how long you have been here, and it doesn’t go much past 9,000 years. However, there is now evidence that there were some civilizations before yours who even knew about astronomy! The prevailing ideas of this theory had you with five civilizations on the earth – all within one cycle of the 26,000-year wobble. Many believe that moving into 2012 has you beginning the sixth cycle [Dec 21, 2012, was the centering of the wobble]. In addition, the Mayan calendar “long count” is almost exactly one-fifth of the 26,000-year cycle – indicating it was the calendar for YOUR civilization.
However, now we tell you that the real timeframe of this entire Human test of energy (light and dark) was two cycles – 52,000 years, not one cycle of 26,000 years. That means that Humans like you, thinking like you, and evolved exactly like you, have been here for 52,000 years. So, do you really think Humans have had history on your planet for more than 50,000 years? What are you taught in school? Stand by for a revelation.
What a coincidence, the oldest confirmed civilization that you have measured through DNA and archeological evidence, is indeed approximately 52,000 years old! It’s in Australia. Here is the proof that Humans like you have actually been around that long. Why 52,000 years? Because there were approximately 10 civilizations of humanity, not five. We say approximately because they melded into each other, but were still distinctly separate. These first five cycles didn’t have the numbers (amount of Humans) that would give you that which is measurable now as a “civilization” but dear ones, these groups still destroyed themselves or were in a place that destroyed them. In smaller numbers, in tribes, this was very possible. You can still war until there are only a few left, no matter how few you are. You can still have dark Human nature, over and over. Take a look at your own known history. This is exactly what you did as well. The weather cycles also contributed to this, for when you start to understand that there are actually cycles involved in your current weather shift, you will also see that they relate to the wobble. Isn’t it interesting that you have one right now and it’s the beginning of a new wobble cycle. What is your Akash really filled with? How many years have you worked this puzzle, old soul? Well, I’ve just told you! Some of you go back 52,000 years. When you then start looking at the timeline of Lemuria that we have given you, it starts to make sense Lemuria goes back 50,000 years.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are witnessing you all from the ninth dimension with a very broad view of what is happening there on Earth at this time, and we invite you to see the bigger picture with us. Most of you who are a part of The Awakened Collective would like to see quite a few changes there on planet Earth. And when there is change, sometimes there are things that need to come up and be seen in broad daylight so that the desire for the changes is heightened in all people, or at least the majority of people, on Earth.
And so, as you see war, violence, and injustice happening right before your eyes, do recognize that you are not the only one who would like to see something different, something better, and the amplification of the desire is a part of the change. Now, you as an individual are being presented with a choice. You can shake your fist and resist that which you do not like about what is current in your reality, or you can follow the good feeling of the intensified desire to the reality that you prefer.
Remember, we have told you this many times before, but we will repeat it again. This shift in consciousness is not about light defeating dark. It never has been, and it never will be. You who are of the light can amplify your light to such an extent that there is no more dark, but that’s not the same as lowering your vibration so that you can go out and take out some of those evildoers who are playing in the dark, playing their roles for you.
Ascension, and shifting your consciousness, is about inclusion, not exclusion. It’s about integration, not segregation, and you are the ones who have the power to see the Source Energy Being that still exists within the person who is using hate speech to express themselves. You have the power because you know what it feels like to be aligned with Source. You know that you are a being of unconditional love, and you know, like we do, where humanity is headed.
And so, you don’t have to give up and fall into a pit of despair just because that may seem like it is the easiest course of action for you to take. What is actually easiest is to let go of judgment, resistance, and everything that is weighing you down so that you can rise up and invite others to join you on the new Earth that you are co-creating with your thoughts, your intentions, and your desires. And yes, sometimes there are actions to be taken, actions that come from a place of alignment, actions that are inspired, not actions that you believe will tear down an institution that has existed for a very long time. That’s not your work.
Remember who you are. Remember that you are returning home to Source, and that returning home to Source always means moving towards the light. And you’re not doing that when you’re going out to fight the darkness. Use everything that you have at your disposal to be in a higher-vibrational state, to act according to your higher-vibrational beliefs, and to use your words, both spoken and written, to unite people, not to prove that you are right or your way of thinking is the right one. That’s the old way and the hard way.
Simply align with that reality that you know you prefer, and you will find yourself in it, and you will find that there are many others amongst you who want to join you on that new Earth that represents the higher-vibrational thought that you always want to be offering in your physical mind.

My dear friends, we love you so very much, There are so many energies vying for your attention at all times upon your Earth. There are people who want your attention, television stations that want your attention, thought forms that want your attention, and even those sitting quietly in their homes wishing for someone to reach out and help them. There are animals silently telepathing, “Is it time for dinner?” and plants sending energetic signals that they’d like a drink of water. Indeed, your entire universe is in a dance of energetic communication, with each being and each thing broadcasting their desires for the entire universe to hear. Most people do this quite unintentionally. You wish someone would be kind to you. You wish your boss would notice your work. You wish your spouse would pick up after themselves or perhaps notice the care you put into today’s offerings. You wish your dog would stop barking and your cat would sit in your lap. You wish your kids would call more often and your political leaders would align more with your values. Dear ones, all these wishes are wonderful! You are being you—broadcasting your desires to the universe. And so is everyone else. This would be overwhelming if it were not for vibrational law. The way the universe works—and we’ve said it many times—is that you connect with those who are on a similar signal to your own. What you say is not your signal. What you think is not your signal. Those things contribute. But your signal is more closely related to how you feel. If you feel happy thinking of something, your signal is perfectly attuned to having it. If you feel bad, sad, upset, or doubtful, your signal is focused on not having it. For example, if you think, “I‘d like some fresh tomatoes for tonight’s dinner,” with a bit of sadness because you don’t think you’ll find them, then no matter what store you visit, they’ll be out—or not fresh. If you’re thinking the same thought and imagining how delicious they’ll make your meal, you’ll be inspired to go somewhere and find them easily. If someone is thinking, “I wish someone were there for me,” with feelings of victimization and the belief that no one ever is, then you could hold a door open for them, and they’d walk through it without even noticing your kindness. If, however, they were thinking, “I wish someone were there for me. I love when people are kind. It makes me feel hopeful and connected—and today I’m in need. Let’s see what happens,” then they would not only notice your kindness but appreciate it and receive the love. So, as you navigate life, remember: it is not your job to answer every tug and pull you feel from one another. It is not your job to turn on the television program that wants you to watch it—unless you want to. It is not your job to jump when someone else is in crisis, nor is it your job to pay attention to people whose behaviors do not delight you. It is your job only to attune yourself to the feeling of what you want to experience—the life you want to live, the things you want to enjoy, and most importantly, the good here and now—so that you send a signal that finds its perfect match. Try a little fun experiment. Imagine something wonderful that you’d like to experience during the upcoming week. Make it something you don’t know how to make happen yourself, but something that’s not such a stretch that it triggers doubt or fear. Maybe you’d like to see a butterfly right in front of you or have a bird serenade you. Maybe you’d like a little money to come in a surprising and delightful way. Maybe you’d like a compliment from a total stranger. Maybe you’d like an answer to a question you haven’t had time to figure out. Or a burst of inspiration to put some pep in your step again.Choose something you can’t do for yourself—but that you can believe is possible. Big or small doesn’t matter as much as your ability to attune to it. Now ask yourself: “How will I feel when I see or experience this?” Imagine the delight of your signal hitting its “target,” so to speak. Imagine your happiness at feeling connected to the energetic universe. Perhaps you’ll feel relieved, happy, or inspired. Imagine that feeling. Then, as you go through the week, make it your only business to feel as good as you can. Look for things to feel good about. And every now and then, look forward to that thing you thought about. See what shows up. Imagine yourself as a radio, and be mindful of the signals you emit—so you can correlate them with what comes back. As you prove to yourself that you are both receiver and transmitter, you’ll better understand this amazing dance of life. You’ll feel more empowered as the “Tuner” that you are. You’ll realize you have more control over what comes into your experience—and grabs your attention—than you ever thought possible. And to all of you dear empaths—you’ll realize that you need not “take on” the frequencies of others. You don’t have to “jump” to answer the cries. You only need to manage your own tuner a little more diligently so you can attune to the more pleasant frequencies life has to offer. Even in a crowd, you can focus on the beauty in some souls. Even around those having a heated debate at work, you can tune into how much each one cares. Even when you witness events you can’t stand, you can focus on the courage of the souls who placed themselves in such conditions—many of them angels—participating in a world awakening. Look for the good, dear ones. Allow yourselves to tune into the good around you. Don’t just accept the loudest broadcasts of those vying for your attention. You get to choose. You get to tune. “I am St. Germain, keeper of the violet flame.
I am amongst you right now. Energetically speaking, I have never left planet Earth. Consciousness-wise, I have left so much behind, and because my energy is being channeled right now, I am with you. You all need to acknowledge at some point that any feeling of separation that you have is a choice. You can choose to feel alone and lonely, or you can choose to feel surrounded by higher-dimensional beings, by love, by acceptance, by healing, by forgiveness, by compassion, by everything that is being sent to you at all times.
You who are awake know that you have a choice, and not everyone does. And so when you find yourself in a moment of feeling alone, lonely, or separate, remember that you created that experience so that you could move from it to the place of feeling inclusion, love, and connection, and know that you put yourself in that position to be able to make that journey so that you could teach others how to do it as well. You are wayshowers, and you are teachers, and you are there to bring about this shift in consciousness, which is all about moving from the egoic way of looking at self, others, life, Source, and the galaxy and universe to the higher self’s way.
And you know by now the higher self’s way is acknowledging oneness, interconnectedness, unity consciousness, and the presence of Source everywhere in everything and the inescapability of Source. You are there to demonstrate that to others in the ways that you act, think, and speak as well, and if you have a favorite, archangel, ascended master, e.t. group, spirit guide, or ancestor, call upon them and feel for their presence so that you can walk amongst your fellow humans not feeling alone, even though you may be walking by yourself in any particular moment of your life.
Demonstrate through your example what it feels like and what it looks like to be connected at all times, to feel supported, loved, looked after, and guided, because you are and because you know you are. Not everyone does. Remember that. You, as awakened humans, are unique, and when you remind yourselves of these truths and you demonstrate them to others, you fulfill your purpose for being there and being awake. And isn’t that what you all want?
