Caring For The Earth & One Another – What We Can Do Now
Caring For The Earth & One Another What We Can Do Now Hello friends, Today I’d like to discuss the importance of staying in our hearts and caring for each other and the Earth. Now more important than ever, we must answer the call. Below I outline what’s at stake, and what we can do now to preserve the Earth and a habitable way of life for its citizens. As you read, understand that our actions and heart-centered consciousness are vital to what happens next on this beautiful planet we call home. A Tipping Point Humanity has been at a tipping point for some time. There’s no guarantee, if we continue with the status quo, of how long we can continue being polarized without irreversible repercussions. To be sure, it’s challenging to choose peace and love when the world is at war and many people choose hate. However, we Divine Changemakers are wired to be at the forefront of the mega transformation needed now. Background We as souls chose to be here for these times – remember this. We knew in advance that this historic period of time would test us continually – at the same time helping us develop spiritually and find our individual niche as caretakers of the Earth and one another. It is through navigating the difficult times that we become resourced and resilient to make a difference. Trust this. What We Can Do Now Examples of what we can do now to care for the Earth and others:
  • Start with you, getting resourced to help others – with daily meditation, remaining present, and managing your emotional roller coaster of reactions. Stop taking things personally.
  • Practice compassion towards others – including those you love and those who irritate you. Expand your compassion to public figures and those you disagree with. Just because you despise what someone stands for, or their actions, choose compassion (not hate). Pray for others (including loved ones having a difficult time, people anywhere in the world who are suffering, and leaders of governments).
  • Remember that caring for the Earth and one another is a way of honoring our shared existence and the values that bind us together. There is NO separation – we are ONE.
  • Know that we have a moral responsibility to leave the Earth in a better state for future generations.
  • Elevate your thinking about nonhuman forms of life (e.g. plants, animals,). These life forms deserve to be here as much as we do. In fact, they contribute to needed biodiversity and the delicate balance that supports life. Also, remember that nonhuman beings like dolphins and plants have an intelligence. Dolphins – known to catalyze joy – are highly intelligent and self-aware. Plants show evidence of learning, memory, and even communication – adapted to their environment.
Earth Day April 22 – Initiated in 1970 On April 22, we celebrate Earth Day – a time to elevate our focus on caring for the Earth and one another. At Saturday’s annual Love The Earth Meditation, our World Peace Process is designed to raise the frequency of humanity – transforming consciousness out of fear and into compassion and caring. Your Ascension Has Begun…Now What? ∞The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. You have already begun your ascension. You have ascended from the third dimension to the fourth, and you are ascending into the fifth, but you are doing so gradually and at your own pace. You do not need to be in any hurry to get there, and you will find that patience comes more easily to you when you are in a state of trust, when you have faith that you are ascending, and so is everyone else. Now, what does that mean, exactly? It means you have access to more of your light body, and you can heal more quickly. It also means you can manifest more quickly than ever before. It means you are accessing more and more of your spiritual gifts, and you are connecting to other beings from other dimensions and star systems, especially while you are asleep. One of the ways in which you can experience more of the fifth dimension is through remembering your astral travels, and so we recommend that you do that as you are falling asleep. And you can even set an intention to go to different places and connect with different beings that you want to connect with. You see, the realization that you are creating your reality one hundred percent of the time is also indicative of the fact that you are shifting your consciousness. You are getting closer and closer to a fifth-dimensional frequency range to exist in, and that’s very exciting. You will have extra-terrestrial contact there on Earth before you complete the shift, and by interacting with these human/e.t. hybrids, you will raise your vibrations, you will have better coping mechanisms and strategies for living on your Earth and in harmony with her. You will get a lot out of e.t. contact that will go beyond just knowing that you are not alone in the universe. You also have the ability to receive more downloads, activations, and upgrades in the waking state, as well as in the sleep state. So that is something else for you to set intentions for as you are drifting off to sleep, but in the waking state you can also tell your spirit guides what activations you are most interested in receiving. As we said previously, it is better to be patient when it comes to the completion of the ascension and enjoy the ride than it is to impatiently wait for some big event to occur outside of you. You are there for the journey, and the journey includes everything we have just laid out for you. All of that means that you do not need to be in any hurry to get to the fifth-dimensional frequency range, since you already have access to so much of what being in the fifth dimension will provide you. “I am St. Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You all have been experiencing life on planet Earth through a dimensional perspective that is shifting. In other words, you are shifting the way that you perceive your reality, and that is what allows the reality that you perceive and experience to change. In some cases, you see it happening in real time. You notice that miracles are possible. You notice that quantum leaps are possible. You notice that spontaneous remissions are possible, and the more that you notice these things, the more you hold the perspective that is truer to your true self. The true self knows, and you are seeking to know what the true self knows. In order to do that, you must find your alignment with your true self and with Source, and in order to do that, sometimes all you must do is change your perspective on something. You change the way you look at something, you change you and it, and you certainly change your experience of it, and then you have nothing to resist. You have nothing to condemn, you have nothing to judge, you have nothing to fear. It is only when you take your power back that you can know yourself as powerful. And again, the true self, the whole self is powerful and knows that power. It is easier to know without the veil, and I will grant you that. Therefore, no one in the higher realms would have expected anything else from you, and you all wanted to have the experience of being veiled as souls. As humans, you wonder why would you ever take on the veil and experiment with the experience of physical reality. Why would you ever want to know yourselves as separate and separate from Source? You have your reasons. You don’t have to discover what all those reasons are to realize that you are the one who is playing the game with you, and you are the one who is discovering the rules of the game. Now, as you shift your perspective and you know that miracles are possible, you then become one with the reality that you want to experience, and you realize that the reality you have been experiencing is not so solid. It’s not long lasting, and it’s not even the reality that someone sitting next to you would be experiencing if they were to report their experience of it to you. Again, different perspectives, and that is how it was always meant to be there on Earth. But once you realize that you can take on the perspective of the person who seems to be having a very good time in life, instead of resenting them, you take your power back. You take your power back from circumstances, conditions, from others who would like you to hand your power to them, and you do so without any resentment towards them because you know they were playing their role in your game. And then you live your life as an awakened consciousness, and the evidence is all around you. The evidence is in your life. It’s in the way you feel, and it’s in your relationships with others, which also change when you change the way you look at them. I invite you to feel for your power, to seek out your alignment, and to experience the reality that is of your preference and your creation, and I want you to know that there is absolutely nothing holding you back. “We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We enjoy observing you, witnessing you, and participating in your journeys to the extent that we can. We can offer you teachings, energetic support, and even connect with you telepathically. We so love humanity, and the human experience is fascinating to us. We want you to know that you can always speak to us at any time, and we will be listening. You do not have to be a channeler to be able to reach out to us.

We are here to help. We look for those opportunities to help in every moment because it brings us the most joy to do so. We are guiding you energetically as much as we are through the words spoken through Daniel here. We give you what we can, and we know that you will take what we give you and do so much more with it because you are very creative. We see, as all of you do, that humanity has a long way to go as a collective.

And yet we know that those of you who are receiving our messages and receiving that energetic guidance are there to lead the way. Therefore, when you see something about life on planet Earth that you know could be better, it is up to you to create that experience. We can help and we do help, but those of you who have your feet on the ground there are the ones who can enact the change that you want to see. You are the ones making the biggest difference because you are awake.

And because you have begun to understand how powerful you really are, we know that you will make the best choices for everyone because you know who you really are and you know who they really are, and you are there to help. You have incarnated to not only experience the shift in consciousness there on Earth, but you also wanted to be participants. You wanted to feel the shift happening through you. And so, yes, you had to incarnate on a planet that had its share of issues, and you have done so, and you have awakened.

And now you are there to be the change that you want to see in the world, and we see so many of you doing that in choosing to be compassionate, in choosing to be loving, forgiving, in choosing to offer healing. You are doing more than your fair share and you can pat yourselves on the back and relax in the knowing that you are having the impact that you set out to have in this life. When you partner with the likes of us and the Arcturians and Pleiadians and others, you amplify what it is that you are putting out energetically, and the ripple effect is more powerful.

Therefore, always know that you have support here in the nonphysical and that we are cheering you on as we look for ways to assist you in all the ways that we can, but we also don’t want to do it for you because we want you to feel how powerful you really are. And by applying that which you have learned, you can experience that power viscerally, and you can see all those changes happening outside of you. And they will happen because you decided to make a change within yourself.

You will continue to be given opportunities to make choices and to choose love, and we know that you will, and we are excited to see how it all unfolds there on planet Earth.

“We are the Andromedan Council of Light, and we are very excited to be connecting with you in this way.

You open us up to more of ourselves, just as we open you up to more of yourselves, and we are accessing more energies to share with you because we are helping you in the ways that we can. You have the ability to open up to so much help and to be helpers in so many ways, and it helps when you see yourselves in that way. It certainly does give you more confidence in yourselves to know that you are helping just by being there. And when you acknowledge that you have so much more help coming in to assist and serve you, that’s when you tend to open up to it.

You have to believe that it’s there in order to receive it, in order to take the time to even relax yourself into that state of receptivity. You are not meant to travel this path of yours alone. And while sometimes there may be no other humans or animals around to go down the path with you, we are always here, your guides are always with you, and so many others are assisting you.

This is a time where you can really feel the help that you are getting. You don’t have to just trust that it’s there, but you can viscerally feel it in your body, and many of you do. Many of you question your feelings, just as you question your thoughts. Remember that when you are raising your vibration, you can trust anything that happens in that state, and you can always trust in the truth that everything is there to serve you and to serve your spiritual evolution.

As you become less attached to physical circumstances being exactly as you would like them to be, you make the spiritual progress happen so much more quickly, and then you do get to enjoy more of the physical as a result. But it is good to understand that the help that you are getting is always meant to help you on both fronts. You don’t have to suffer in the physical for your spiritual evolution. You don’t have to give everything up physically in order to evolve spiritually, and when you do enjoy the physical realm, it doesn’t mean that you are abandoning your spirituality.

In fact, you will enjoy everything so much more if you do involve your spirituality into it. You can enjoy eating so much more when you are communing with the food. You can enjoy breathing so much more when you are doing it consciously and to open up and connect. You can enjoy sleep so much more when you recognize that you are getting so many upgrades and activations as you enter into the state of slumber.

Letting go of control over your physical circumstances will open up to more of the help that is coming from the likes of us. And as you let go of the timing and the circumstances, and the who and the where and the when, and especially the how, you become conscious co-creators in this beautiful expansion of your consciousness. And when you involve more of us in that expansion of consciousness, you can feel it. You can feel it physically in your bones, in your skin, in your muscles, in your organs.

And the merger of more of the nonphysical with the physical is the greatest experience you will have there on Earth at this time. So let more in by relaxing, and you will get to do more in the physical, more of what you want, more that you have told all of us in the higher realms you desire, and we can all have fun together in this journey of ascension that we are all a part of together.

“We are The Creators. We are twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings and we are here to help. You are helping yourselves right now in so many ways, and many of you have discovered that you need to help yourselves in order to thrive. Many of you are beginning to discover just how powerful you are and are relying more on yourselves than you are on outside sources for a variety of things. We want you to know that you always have internal guidance that is nudging you in a particular direction, and we see more people tuning in to that internal guidance all the time. We also want you to know that you have the ability to manifest what you want to manifest for yourselves in your lives. You always have that ability, and therefore you do not need to rely upon someone else to give something to you in order for you to have it and to thrive. Many of you are also becoming your own best physicians. You are very determined to heal yourselves, and so many have had success in healing themselves that the word is getting out. It is possible. It is possible for you to be your own best coach as well. You can be the best therapist to yourself, the best relationship counselor. Now, are we saying that you should never rely on others for their help, their guidance, their wisdom? Absolutely not. What we are saying is that we are seeing a correction happening from the over-reliance that has been on your planet for far too long. And by over-reliance, we mean over-reliance on the so called experts or authority figures. Many of you have already taken your power back, and you can feel that as a surge of energy through your bodies, as you have come to recognize that you have answers inside of you, and you have wonderful healing advice inside of you. You have the ability to start your own business, be your own boss, create your own hours, and this is more true today than it has ever been on Earth because there are so many ways for you to allow money to flow to you. So as we see more and more of you empowering yourselves, we know that it is a very good sign. Humanity is shifting. You are getting there, and each of you as individuals are playing your parts. You are playing your roles, and you must see yourselves as the creators of your lives and the authorities that you are on your lives in order to truly grow, expand, and become who you really are. Now, of course, you can go to others to get another perspective, or someone else may have an idea that really resonates with you and all of that is fine, but you want the conversation to start within yourself and know that you’re always being helped by nonphysical. You’re always being helped by your guides and your teams. And with the preponderance of information that is out there at this time, you really do have to exercise your discernment and run everything through your gut to see if it does resonate or not. “We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been observing you for so very long, and we feel so very connected to you. We notice when you are opening your hearts up more to one another, and we can say that it is the case at this time. You have had your hearts cracked open in many cases by very negative news that is out there in the world. You have so much more compassion today for your fellow humans in other countries on other continents than you have ever had before, and that is due to your technological, information age. And so, what this means is you are coming together more as a world community than ever before, and that is what is opening you up so much to full and open extra-terrestrial contact.

To be able to see someone who lives oceans away from you as your counterpart, as your co-creator, your friend, this brings you together in a very real way and gives you a taste of that unity consciousness that every single one of us seeks, whether we know it or not. Therefore, you must not get down about any of the conflicts that are going on there on the planet right now, and you must not let any of the bad news that comes your way discourage you or take you down that path of negativity that says that humanity is obviously headed in the wrong direction.

You must allow for the compassion and the open-heartedness to take their effects, because they will. You are a microcosm of humanity, and therefore, you can look at yourself as an indicator of how far along humankind is, and you can notice your spiritual evolution. You can acknowledge yourself as an individual and you can recognize that you did not evolve spiritually in a vacuum. You evolved spiritually while being a part of a human collective, and you are adding to that human collective with all of your prayers, your good thoughts, your good intentions, and your meditation.

You holding compassion in your heart for the suffering of another is a sign of your spiritual evolution, and it is a sign of humanity’s evolution of consciousness, and you can rest assured that the e.t.s in those ships in the skies are noticing this. They are and we are, and you have so much grace because of that compassion, because of those good intentions and those prayers.

You have so much help coming your way as a collective because of the chaos and the cataclysmic events. Therefore, you as the Awakened Collective must open up to receive all the help, all the good will, all the positive energy that is coming, and anchor it in to your collective. And that is how you further the cause of full and open extra-terrestrial contact, and we are very proud of each and every one of you that we see doing this.

Messages from Ann & the Angels – 02/15/2025 • Dealing with Life’s “Splinters”
My dear friends, we love you so very much, Many big things concern you in the world, but what often sidetracks you are the little “splinters” of upsets you encounter throughout your day—the little distractions, the little inconveniences, and the little things that someone said don’t seem to leave your mind. We call these “splinters” because, like physical splinters, they are often extremely small in comparison to the magnitude of good in your life, but like those little splinters, they seem to compel your attention and cause you pain. As always, it is a matter of tuning. Suppose you get a cold. You, the spirit, live in your body, and it is hard not to notice this cold. You feel,  temporarily, miserable. In the greater scheme of your eternal existence and your entire life, this cold is a small thing, but it feels huge since it is so very present to you.Your focus on its compelling presence makes it feel even worse.  So what to do?  As always, the answer is to focus elsewhere as best you can. You can tell yourself, “Yes, this isn’t comfortable, and I’d much rather be well, but I think I’ll use it as an excuse to nurture myself, to read that book I’ve been wanting to read, to watch those programs I’ve been wanting to watch, to put my feet up and relax and sip on a cup of soup.” You can focus on the fact that maybe you’re getting out of doing something you weren’t so enthusiastic about after all. You can focus on the deliciousness of your pillows and blankets and that whiff of cinnamon in your honey and lemon tea. Suppose someone says something to you that stings. The other person may have no idea how their words felt to you. They may have been reacting, spouting off, or even saying something misunderstood. Nonetheless, these splinters can land in your mind and you can have difficulty getting these words out of your mind. In this case, you can intentionally and deliberately focus on other things you have heard that feel more pleasant and replay these in your mind. Can you pray for this person? Even if they did intend to be upsetting, that is still a cry for love. Can you say kind things to yourself? Likewise suppose you are having a wonderful day then receive an email or see some upsetting news.  Again, this is small in the grand scheme of your eternal existence, but at the moment, it could easily wobble you out of your previous joy.  Again, broaden your focus beyond the upsetting situation. Look at the grander world around you. Consciously and deliberately look for better news. As you broaden your focus beyond the stinging “splinters” in your life, you will relax and once again reconnect to the love that is far more present and prevalent in your world than the disconnections.  As you tune once again into love, you will be guided beyond your splinters with grace, or they will, like the physical splinters, work themselves out in time.  Put in more human terms: The less you stress over any mess, and the more you look for the best to bless, the more easily you’ll grow, and find your flow, and that space, you’ll enjoy the best!
