My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Peace, dear ones, begins within. It goes without saying that there are external conditions that help you find peace more easily and conditions that challenge you to dive deep and find it within. Nonetheless, peace starts within your mind and heart.
As you learn to practice peace, you will be guided around chaos or be able to walk through it with grace. As you learn the frequency of peace, your mind opens to new possibilities, your body is allowed to heal and recalibrate as it is designed to do, and you feel more connected to your spirit, whose frequency is always one of peace.
Peace comes from feeling so connected to the Source that you trust your needs will be met and that you will be guided in grace.Peace comes from feeling the love of the Creator flowing through you to those you care about. Peace comes from knowing your own ability to attune to love and, therefore, to call to you an experience of love in your outer life.
If you wait for external conditions to make it easy for you to feel peaceful, your peace will be sporadic at best. One moment, the birds might be singing, and the next, a siren is blaring. One moment, you’re feeling caught up on your bills, and the next, something needs repair. One moment, you’re basking in a compliment, and the next stewing over a criticism. Waiting for external conditions to help you feel peaceful is giving your freedom up to the outer world.
Instead, dear ones, when something unsettles you, take a deep breath. Shut your eyes. Sit down if you like and imagine relaxing in the expansive love of the Source or in the arms of your angels.Take a moment to feel us with you and to reaffirm that we’re here. God is here. Guidance is here for you. Breathe deeply. This helps you in two ways. The first is that it calms your biology. The second is that we can reach you more deeply in your more deeply peaceful spaces.
Tell yourself truths:
God is with me.
My angels are with me.
If I tune into what feels like peace on a regular basis, I
will experience more peace.
I know how to tune.
There are moments in life that have felt peaceful.
I can recall them.
Mm. Better….
Dear ones, we know your world appears so chaotic, and so many feel at odds, but deep down, you all want peace. Even those who want war are waging war to bring themselves an illusory peace. You can have the real thing, however—the peace that surpasses understanding, the peace that beings from the inside out, the peace that nothing and no one can take away from you. And in this peace, your life will evolve in a far more peaceful flow than if you seek it from the outside world.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We hold you in very high esteem because you chose to incarnate at a time where there would be quite a bit of chaos, duality, and polarity. You chose to awaken before the vast majority of your fellow humans would, which has created a lonely experience for many of you. And you continue to experience turmoil there on Earth and are asked by those like us to be in a higher-vibrational state anyway. We understand why you would want to shake your fist at God, at Source, at us, at your higher selves, because it all seems like too much. It seems unfair.
And yet, we know that some of you have discovered that there is a great deal of help available to you when you open up to it and receive it. Help comes in many forms. It doesn’t always come in the packaging you would want it to come in or that you expect it to come in, but the help is always there and more is always coming. And those of you who want to help your fellow humans, those of you who want to be of service, can do so by showing others how to open up and receive what is already theirs for the taking, what is already being given freely to them all the time. Some of you know this, and some of you have practiced opening yourselves up to receive.
But we just want to remind you of how easy it is. Just get comfortable, relax, Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. Release all tension in your body, and imagine yourself to be a flower that is opening its petals. The flower receives because the flower exists and so can you.
Now granted, you still have to do other work. You will still have to check in on your vibration, become more aware of your thoughts and beliefs, and let go of what does not serve you. But sometimes, receiving the help that is coming to you from above is exactly what you need to give you the energy to do all of that and more. So please do receive the help that we are offering to you, that your guides are offering to you, that Source is offering to you, and that a whole myriad of other beings is offering to you. Once you start receiving the help and doing more with it to help yourselves and to help others, then you can guarantee to yourself that more will come because we are telling you that this is how it works.
When you receive more, you are given more. When you give more, you can receive more, and you are ready to be the light workers and the wayshowers that you were born to be. And we will always be here to help because that’s why we are here, and that is what we do. And in many ways, it’s all we have to do. So please do call upon us, but call upon us not in a pleading way, but in a way that acknowledges that the help has already been given and that you’re now ready, open, and willing to receive it, and you will. We look forward to working with more of you now on a more frequent basis, and we look forward to giving you even more help than we ever have given before.

“We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional nonphysical collective, and we are here to help.
We are in a state of expansion, just as you all are, and we feel that expansion occurring all the time. We invite you to feel for your expansion even some of the time, because we know how valuable it is for you to recognize, to acknowledge, that you are in fact becoming more. You are never stagnant, stuck or blocked, no matter how it might look to you in your life. It is important for you to tune in every single day, because if you do not, you will feel as though you are stuck, you will feel as though you are stagnant, and you will feel as though you are blocked.
When you tune in to the truth of who you really are, and you feel how much more expanded you are than you were the last time you checked in, then you will realize that it was all worth it. It was worth it to have that health crisis, that rift in your relationship, or that financial difficulty. It was worth it because you grew. And while you don’t always see the results in the physical reality right away, they are coming. The proof that you have expanded can be felt for immediately, but the evidence in the physical might take a while to get there. And that is simply because your physical reality moves more slowly than the energetic one does.
This is why we and others like us are telling you to surrender. When you surrender, you let go of your resistance, and you let go of your attachment to something being other than what it is. And in that surrender you can feel the expansion that you have just gained. Therefore, letting go and surrendering become the most important tools that you have in your toolkit. You can also then begin imagining what you have just created for yourself because of the unwanted experience you just had.
What is the opposite of what you just experienced? You created it, and as soon as you start imagining it, you bring it closer to you. You don’t need to work so hard, and you don’t need to fix everything or everyone who is in your life. You just need to accept that you are on a wild ride, and that wild ride needs those twists and turns and ups and downs in order for all of us to continue expanding and becoming more of that which we truly are. Source is always benefitting from what you are experiencing, and when you remember that you are that Source pretending to be a physical human being, that is also a fast track to receiving what you have just created.
Spend some of your time every day letting go, surrendering, and feeling for your expansion, and you will not be disappointed. You will be elated and awestruck. You will be in a state of bliss, because you will let go of the circumstances of your lives for those moments, and you will actualize more of your true being-ness, and that is what all of this is all about.

Messages from Ann & the Angels – 03/01/2025 • Making your buttons less pushable!
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
There are always people in your world who will delight you and those who will rub you the wrong way. There are always songs you will enjoy and types of music that you’d rather not hear. There are foods you’d love to eat and foods you love to avoid. It was meant to be this way. And while the foods you don’t like will not jump off the plate and into your mouth, nor will the music you do not like turn itself on and play, there are people you don’t care for who will attempt to assert their reality, beliefs, and behaviors into your life. At the 3D level, they can do this.
In the world of energy, however, no one can force a vibration into your field unless you resonate with it. No one can “make” you feel a certain way unless you already have that feeling lurking somewhere within, waiting for the button to be pushed. The more you practice finding good feelings, the less the lesser feelings of others will impact you. Your buttons can become mostly un-pushable. Your buttons can even dissolve in the light of love.
If you look at this from a biological standpoint, the nerve cells in your brain wire together along tracks much like links of a railroad track. The more emotionally impactful an event, the stronger the wiring. Suppose someone comes up to you and yells at you. If you have practiced feeling good, those nerve cells are wired to feel good, and this person’s bad feeling has nothing to “activate” within you. However, if you still have strong upsets or defenses brewing within, then when someone yells, you have circuits that can be activated. When something inside of you is a vibrational match to someone else’s energy, your buttons can be pushed.
This is yet one more reason we remind you often that you deserve to feel good. You deserve to feel better when you cannot feel good. You deserve to feel soothed when you can’t fee better easily. You deserve dear friends, to have a brain wired for goodness rather than a brain wired to take offense, react, and defend your own inner goodness. You deserve to have peace rather than worry. You deserve to have assistance rather than feeling alone. You deserve to be treated kindly, and when you are not, you deserve to remain above the vibration coming at you. Only a wounded soul would find temporary relief in the experience of being unkind to others. Eventually, you will see this and take no offense.
In practical terms, when someone comes at you with a strong and unpleasant vibration, the best thing you can do is to either flow light toward them or imagine their denser energies passing right through or around you. It is best to remain silent, to listen first, then speak with impact later. You can repeat what they said and then ask if they’d like another perspective. You can say nothing. Their unpleasant energy has little to do with you and everything to do with their own internal state. Your energy has nothing to do with them and everything to do with your internal state.
So, as you run into souls who are upset and trying to assert their opinions into your reality, remind yourself, “No one can insert a vibration into my field unless I have a match.” Countless radio programs are being broadcast, and you can only hear them when your receiver is tuned into a given station. Countless cell phone conversations are being broadcast, and you only hear the one that matches the number you connect with. Likewise, countless conversations are going on in your personal life and upon your earth. Which ones are going to be matched and received by you? Which ones will “bounce” right off you? You may hear the words but you need not resonate with the feelings behind them. Resonate with love instead.
With practice, you can learn to be around anyone saying anything and remain in your own peaceful space. The more you practice feeling good, the easier it will become. And when someone does push your buttons, instead of trying not to feel what you do, simply accept yourself. Accept your feelings without judgment. In that acceptance and self-love, your wiring will gradually shift to kinder pathways in the brain, and you will start to feel better once again. Rather than allowing unpleasant words and behaviors to fester in your memory, choose to focus on something better. These behaviors don’t deserve your attention.
Your feelings are not at the mercy of those around you. They are not at the mercy of what is going on in the world. Your feelings belong to you and you alone. You get to choose your vibration and, therefore, who and what you will resonate with and therefore receive. In time your buttons will disappear, and the lower vibrations of the world, though they buzz around you, will simply bounce off of you, unable to find a receiver.

Messages from Ann & the Angels – 01/11/2025 • Telling the good stories
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
You are all the authors of your own reality. The stories you tell yourself today will become the reality you live in the future. If you tell yourself you are strong, capable, and connected, this will become your reality. If you tell yourself you are capable of learning something you want to achieve, you will be able to achieve it. If you tell yourself that the universe has your back, you will allow it to support you. If you tell yourself people are good at heart, you will find far kinder characters in your life story than if you tell yourself a sad reality.
If you are not living as you wish now, examine the subtle (and sometimes not so subtle!) stories you have told yourself throughout the years. Then, dear ones, change your stories to write the book you want to live. You can rewrite your past or your future! You can tell the story of your past with yourself, starring as the victim of many villains! Or you can tell the story of your past as a “hero’s journey” in which you underwent many trials, gained strength, and emerged triumphant. The reality is the same, but how you perceive it changes the way you feel about it and, as well, changes your vibration. And, as we’ve been saying for years, your vibration will attract, allow, or impede what you wish to experience.
Tell the story of the future you wish to live. “I don’t know how, but I know I will go on vacation later this year.” “When I meet the love of my life, we’re going to have so much fun.” “I can’t wait to see how the money shows up.” “I look forward to greater connection with my dear ones in spirit. This will be a fun journey or reaching for their loving presence.”
Tell the story of your present in an empowered fashion, too, “My body knows how to heal. New cells are being born in every moment. They are programmed by the Creator. I will love them and believe in them and enjoy the process of my own healing!” “Every day, I’m getting younger!” “I am creating amazing friendships.”
It is a habit for so many of you to spend more time “reporting” what has already been created instead of engaging in your own “creative writing!”
As you “report,” you vibrate to what you are reporting about, which becomes the story you will keep creating. Gossiping about the terrible person at work will help you vibrate to everyone with similar energy. Complaining about life before you will help you vibrate to all you don’t enjoy. Worrying about your finances will tune you into the frequency of insecurity and lack.
Conversely, finding things to enjoy and appreciate will bring you more blessings! When you want more of anything, think about how you love it, why you love it, and how much you appreciate it. “I love that kind person who let me get in front of them in traffic! I love all the kind drivers. I love people who care about others. I love that there are so many good people out there.” As you go on in this fashion, you’ll start to recall other kind people and build a field that will draw more kind people into your life.
You are not at the mercy of a screenplay written by an external God, nor are you subject to star in a story created by anyone else upon your earth! You are creators—each and every one of you is free to write the story that will become your life. The more you find reasons to feel joyful, playful, expectant, comforted, or even content about your stories, the more you will begin to live these very same realities.
Dear ones, nothing is out of bounds, no matter how people will tell you otherwise. Nothing is impossible with God. The problem is not the Creator’s ability to deliver your dreams and guide you to them. In the Source’s love story, you are eternal beings, beloved, supported, cherished, surrounded by angels, and able to tune into any reality you choose. So if the Divine has written you a love story, but you are writing something else, you are so loved that you will be permitted to star in your own script.
Tell the stories you want to live. Write the “book” that delights your heart. And then, dear ones, watch the story come to life around you.
