“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We know you intimately well, which means that we know who you really are and we hold that space for you. We also understand that you were born into a reality where there were lots of energies, thoughts, and emotions floating around you, some of which stuck to you, and at times you operate from those thought forms, those energies, those emotional states of being that do not represent who and what you really are. And so, when you feel embarrassed or ashamed about something that you have done, said or thought, please recognize that you were born into a soup of all of those choices, and some of those choices were made to seem alluring to you so that you would make the lower-vibrational choice.

Now, why would you subject yourselves to the possibility of doing something or saying something that would be lower vibrational in nature, that might hurt someone else’s feelings or hurt them physically? When you have those experiences, you get to feel the feelings that come up for you and then make informed and deliberate choices as a result. You get to feel how awful it feels to not be who you really are, to not operate from that level of consciousness, and then by having those very terrible-feeling feelings, you get to make a conscious and deliberate choice to move towards who and what you really are. And isn’t that what this is all about?

We are all going home, and we are all going home together, and it’s so much better to make that choice to go home than it is just to be sucked into the light by a force that is greater than your free will. We know, and your souls and higher selves know, that you will all make the choice to go to the light and to go home. And all the various circuitous paths that you take before going to the light adds something to all of reality that could only be added by you making that mistake, that misstep, speaking those words that hurt someone else’s feelings.

So knowing that now, perhaps it will be easier for you to forgive yourselves, to let go of the shame and the embarrassment, the self-recrimination, the self-hatred. And if you can let go of those things consciously and deliberately by choice, you get to then feel the relief that comes from letting go of that darkness, that heaviness. And of course, in making the better-feeling choices, you get to feel what it feels like physically to have your whole body lighting up and saying yes to that choice, yes to that thought, yes to that action.

Know that you are meant to be works in progress. You were meant to get covered in mud so that you could feel the joy and the relief of taking that hot shower under high pressure water. That’s what this is all about. It’s about the climb. It’s about the movement. It was never about being born into a body and onto a planet so that you could be perfect in every way.

Once you start making those choices to move towards the light, of course you are going to appear as a leader and a teacher to others, and it will be good for them to know, for you to be transparent about the fact, that you are not perfect, that you are not complete, and that the work continues for you. We all can let each other off the hook first, and that will make it easier for each individual to let themselves off the hook, to be at peace with where they are and who they are. And it is through that coming to a place of peace that you get to move on to the next level of your ascension.

I hope this finds you hanging in there with all that is going on. I mentioned in my last message about the Schumann resonance; well, it indicated a massive influx of energy to break down what is here. I know that night I barely slept, and even my dog was up!! The Universe is working with us, and it’s a beautiful time.
This channel about expanding your intuition was amazing. The Goddess worked with us in the All That Is to help everyone expand. I heard an interesting experience from someone, this is the condensed version. When she connected with her guide, she knew it was an angel, so she anticipated wings, white light, and an etheric presence. What she saw was a person with tattoos on her arms! I love it! She knew it was still an angel but was trying to connect on a more human level.
The reminder in this is that light beings come to us in many forms, so be open to receive something different than what you anticipated.

Strengthening Your Intuition
We have worked many times in the past with our intuition, our senses, or expanding awareness. This meditation takes a different approach to opening up. This year, we have been working deeply within the All That Is to help each person experience their own divinity. Everything in the crystalline energy and higher frequency vibrates at an alignment closer to our soul.
This time, when we arrived in the All That Is, the Goddess encouraged us to create a space that we resonate with and that has a chair, bench, or a place to sit. In the past, whenever we worked with our expanding intuition and expanding senses, each of us was here by ourselves. This time, she had each of us call in someone. It could be another aspect of our soul. It could be one of our angels or even our galactic self. The key was that it was someone already fully open and fully in the higher energies. This first came to me about nine months ago. Someone I was working with said, “But I don’t feel like I’m part of Earth, so if I ground into Earth, it is lowering my vibration.” At the time, I thought, “That is fascinating!!” However, I was busy and didn’t think too much about it until recently.
Now, I have actually worked with at least five people who needed to ground into the higher frequency! My take on this is that the more that we have higher vibrations around us, the more that we go into meditation as a means of working with energy, and the easier it will be if we can find a way to ground or incorporate your higher self into your energies.
Let me go further. While the energies of Earth have transformed in a massive way, people are still trying to navigate how to have the changes in their everyday lives. Right now, sometimes feels like a turbulent ocean. There are changes almost daily. There are pauses when everything seems to balance. Then something more comes along.

My dear friends, we love you so very much, We, in the heavens, have watched and loved humanity for centuries. We have seen governments come and go, countries form and dissolve, and entire continents rise and disappear. The love that sources universes remains constant. Only the forms change. This is the way it is and always will be as life itself continues its eternal evolution. Change is inevitable. Love is the constant. So, for those of you who have been watching the world news with bated breath, remind yourself that whether your candidate won or lost, the love beneath all creation remains the same. As the ocean lives beneath all waves, so too love lives beneath all beings. You cannot control whether or not others bring love to the surface, but you have complete control over whether or not you allow it to flow freely in your own life.  Regardless of the external, you can choose to live in faith or fear. You can live in faith of the Creator’s love or in fear of its absence.You can empower what you love with your faith in one another or empower what you don’t want with your fear. Each one of you gets to decide. Before this life, you knew you would not embrace every ideology. Before your birth, you relished the idea of immersing yourselves in the contrast. You knew that in this great buffet of life, you would find your own unique perspective, your own values, your own goals, dreams, and desires. You knew that the contrast is what stimulates creation.  Often, as human beings, you wish everyone would think and behave in ways more closely aligned with your beliefs, but in truth, you would quickly become bored by the sameness. Many would lose the incentive to grow. Creation itself would slow to a crawl. In an ideal world rooted only in love, you will be motivated to expand by exploring the contrasting ideas and desires within, but in your current world, dear ones, it is the contrast offered by others that stimulates growth, and each of you knew this before your birth. It is not the sameness that motivates expansion. It is your differences.   Can you imagine if you ate your favorite food every single day of your life? It would be wonderful for a while, perhaps for years, but eventually, you would start to want something different. You would want to explore other flavors. You would like some flavors and not enjoy others, but you would expand your palette and learn what you personally enjoy. So, as you witness governments come and go, pray, dear ones, for those who chose to play out their lessons in public. It is not an easy job. Can you imagine if you were to have the entire world watching your every thought, word, and deed, reacting to your every frustrated outburst, and analyzing your every conversation? Not many of you would be comfortable with such scrutiny.  So, whether or not your candidate won or lost, pray for the light of love to rise up within all beings. Pray that your leaders are blessed with wisdom. Pray for peace, love, and harmony, and then, most importantly of all, do your best to be that in your own lives.  Be the peace. Be the kindness. Be ambassadors of love. Love who and what you authentically can, and turn the other cheek when you cannot. In your commitment to the vibration of love, a small group of individuals can create waves of kindness that influence life in a powerful and positive way. Aligned with the loving creator, you can influence so many and so much for the good. Lost in hatred or fear you have little effect in the scheme of eternity. So many of you are afraid that if you pray for those you don’t like, you will empower the darkness, but love can never call forth darkness. Love and prayer coax forth only light. We in the heavens remember the truth of every human soul. We remember your loving heart even when you are lost in anger. We remember your hopeful heart when you are lost in sadness. We remember your courage in coming to earth even when you feel bound by fear. We see the truth of all things and all beings, and we focus on the light within every soul in an attempt to coax it forth, as surely as a parent who knows the goodness of their children would attempt to guide them back to that truth even when they stray. Have compassion for those you don’t understand.  Every person’s perspective and truth is shaped by thousands of factors, including parents, teachers, siblings, media, life experience, and biases even from other lives. It is increasingly important upon your planet to live and let live. Accept yourselves, too, dear ones. Be kind to yourselves. Allow yourself your own unique point of view. You need not convince anyone else, nor do you need to agree with anyone else. Live your personal values.  Look towards what and who is easy for you to love. It is in your vibration of love dear ones, you become part of the momentum towards a beautiful reality that you all truly wish to see in your world.  God Bless You! My dear friends, we love you so very much, Your world may seem topsy-turvey, but under the surface of all the chaos, a constant love resides, waiting patiently to be brought to light in every human heart.  No matter what you reach for, no matter what you desire, no matter what you feel is right for your life and the world, you are reaching for this love. If you reach for it externally, you can find it in many forms. You can find it in the arms of your partner, the wagging of your dog, or the purring of your cat. You can find this love in the smile of a stranger or the beautiful eyes of your child. You can find it in a humble apartment or a grand home. You can find it in nature, in your food, your coffee, your devices, everywhere, dear ones… for love has been brought into your world in so many forms. Everything you use was birthed in someone’s love of something — an idea, a desire to feed their family, a wish for an easier way to do something, etc. As human beings, you have the free will to let this love rise up within you and flow freely or to block it, push it away, or plug it up. We know you have many reasons to say you cannot love, but in truth, if you’re willing, you can always find something or someone to love, and in the moment you choose this love, you become the peace, the kindness, the truth, the integrity, and the love that you seek in this world As you allow love to flow freely, you experience joy, alignment with your true self, and a harmonious flow of life, no matter what the external world is doing. As you block this love from flowing, you experience feelings of disharmony and experiences that are often unpleasant.  Nonetheless, you can never be separate from it. It doesn’t matter who or what you love, but rather that you do love. If you cannot love the world, love the trees in your backyard. If you cannot love an ex, love a friend or beloved pet. If you cannot easily find anything to love, savor a bit of your favorite food and allow yourself to enjoy the taste.  There is always something or someone you can find to love. Anytime you love anyone or anything, you are allowing Divine love to flow freely into your world. We understand there are many characters you do not like. “Like” is an indication of preference and you are certainly allowed your preferences. We would not expect you to like every food, every idea, every temperature, or every character in the human play upon your Earth. Even animals and innocent little children, fresh out of heaven, while fascinated with everything, have their preferences. There is nothing wrong with having your likes and dislikes. Nonetheless, even when you don’t “like,” you can “love.”  f you despise someone who is unkind, you can love the light so much that you pray for it to rise up within them and guide them out of the darkness.  If you are infuriated by someone, you can love yourself so much that you turn away and towards someone or something you can love. If you hate the squeaky door in your house, you can love the handy person who comes to fix it.  If you hate your job, you can love thinking about a better one. Dear ones, you can always choose to love someone or something, even if you can’t love everyone or everything.  The object of your love matters far less than allowing the vibration of love to flow freely within you. If you want to change your world, find reasons to love. Find people, things, or ideas you can love. As you allow love to flow freely within you you will draw unto you people, opportunities, and things that feel like love to you. There is not a single person, organization, political party, or group that can prevent you from loving dear friends. And therefore, there is no one and nothing that can prevent your alignment with the Divine. It is in love that you will be safe. It is in love that you will find abundance. It is in love that you will be guided around any and all obstacles to your dreams. In the vibration of love, you are aligned with the creator of universes, and who better to have on your side as your guide, wanting for you always and only to experience its love in whatever forms you choose? Dear ones, fear not. The world is chaotic in many ways, but in love, you can find a peace and a path that is beyond anything the world can offer. God Bless You! As a person opens this heart, they become more attuned to a deeper sense of purpose, interconnectedness, and universal love. Here’s How The Process Works (1) Connection to higher consciousness opens the door to a higher vibration. (5) With a more open spiritual heart, a person often can empathize with others more easily – and be more present with others. Ultimately, the spiritual heart opens a person to love by dissolving barriers of fear, mistrust, and separation – replacing them with trust, connection, and an expansive, boundless love.
