Dear ones, we are so pleased to see your level  of consciousness rise incrementally from message to message. Your light shines far and strong, and it can be seen from many millions of galaxies. You are our emissaries to this quadrant of the Universe and you are strong representatives of the Galactic Federation and of ascended masters living on Earth. Your interactions with those around you bring light to many, even if you are not inclined to believe so immediately. However, you are contributing in raising the light, in an unquestionable manner. You are inspiring other lightworkers, whistle-blowers, and inspiring those around you to question their own belief system, and the entire set up and structure of a no longer functioning society.
You will see the fruit of your work in the coming months, and we dare hope before the end of the year, as more and more of you are willing to serve the light and to spread their own truth to those happy to follow the system without any question.
We would require your further help in spreading information regarding the effort being made to further warfare, in particular concerning Syria, which is programmed to be targeted in the very near future. Many souls from that area have suffered a great deal, and we feel their pain. We understand your desire to help them, and encourage you to desire peace for the area and for a positive outcome and resolving of the situation there.
By now, you must realize that your efforts through the collective consciousness and by praying for help from the higher spirituality have contributed greatly to exposing much of the corrupted system that has been ruling your world and your governance.
We wish you all to awaken fully to your possibilities as fully conscious and aware human beings, we wish you to reintegrate your place among the highest ranks of the galactic civilisations, and to join us in our missions across galaxies. This is the future that awaits you, dear ones. Your work and experience will uniquely be of great value to all the planets finding themselves in a similar situation to Earth’s situation. Your own ascension and re- ascension will inspire many other civilisations that have yet to go through their own ascension process.
Time and again we have encouraged you to live your dreams, to expand your vision, to develop your intellect as well as your spirituality. These are not incompatible traits, and while we favour the way of the heart, the head also has its uses when kept as what its intended role was meant to be. The problem is that the head in your current society has taken control, leaving your feelings unknown to your own self most of the time. You are caught in a chain of actions, duties, where your feeling realm is being imposed to code of silence and of submission.
Your feelings do exist, dear ones, and we encourage you to re-acquaint yourself with them, as you would do with an old friend. Take a few minutes during your long days to get in touch with your physical needs also. Your bodies are overworked, over-stressed, and under the rule of your employer in many cases. Make an opportunity to listen to your body’s needs, even when in work. Pay attention to your posture, to your diet, to your tensions, aches and pains. These are telling you a story, the story of your own self, the story of what it means to be incarnated in the physical realm.
There is much confrontation all around you, dear ones. Be aware of the impact that these have on your own body and emotions. Very often you allow yourself to be dragged into arguments that have nothing to do with you. Try to protect yourself from any provocation, and from taking sides. Listen to all the arguments while being aware of your own emotions, and allow for time to process what you have learnt. Try to remain impartial and equitable to all sides, and try to avoid getting into power struggles, as this is ultimately what most arguments are all about.
You path has been designed by yourself from above, so we trust that you have chosen your own destiny with love and care, and most of all wisely. While the higher realms are very tolerant and enlightened, we understand that physicality brings its own limitations into the equation, and that it is only natural to have what you call “blind spotsâ€. Allow for your own blind spots and for those of others to exist, while protecting yourself and your loved ones from abuse and direct criticism.
You deserve to be kind to yourself and to be kind to others, you deserve a life full of joy, happiness and dreams. You deserve to be treated as the divine beings that you all are. Your awakening will bring much love and light into your own life, and to the life of those that you touch in one way or another. You will be remembered by many, if only for your courage and for your audacity.
Many of you were chosen for your strong courage and determination when you have come to Earth initially. Many of you have a heart that cannot be tamed, and some of you were high generals with the Galactic Federation, and have fallen quite naturally into similar leading roles while incarnated on Earth. Many of you have the greatest powers of analysis, of thinking, of loving, of blending and of uniting legions, and countries. It is these abilities to unite that are needed in the times ahead, when many among your own ranks will feel nervous and confused. Help and support each other, like you would like that someone to care for your own self.
The Galactic Federation is a light intergalactic confederation of many beings, among which many are already ascended for billions of years, and I believe that you can benefit from the experience of souls who have undergone such a process such as the task that yet remains ahead of you.
Finally always follow your instinct, your gut feelings, be bold in all, and follow your higher self in every step of your journey. Â Â What is yours can never be taken away from you dear ones, that is what you have acquired from millennia of struggles on many planets, on many galaxies, and that has crystallised into your very being. So we ask of you never to be ashamed of whom you are. You are light itself, you have taken on an Earth contract for this incarnation, you have accepted to take any risks necessary for the love of our Creator and of the souls on Gaia, and for Gaia herself.

Firstly, thanks go to Cat for sharing a link in another article to some very important new scientific information about the two Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) bubbles having finally burst and are now massive, out-flowing energies from the GC. The Great Mother’s water has broken and she gives birth, anew…
I’ve been waiting since December 24, 2012 — the day after the “Three Daysâ€, Expiration Date, Shift Point — for something big to manifest physically within the physical realm and dimension to reveal physically what already happened energetically during the Three Days/Expiration Date/Shift Point at higher quantum levels and dimensions. (Remember that everything manifests at the top first and then works its way downwards from there with the physical dimension being the last one to finally manifest what’s happened in higher levels and dimensions.)
Most people need tangible, physical proof to convince them that something has indeed happened, has indeed changed dramatically and is now physically pouring forth like cosmic Aquarian waters from the jug of the Milky Way GC. And of course, no matter how the heavens ignite themselves and morph magically before our eyes via photographs from scientists from around the world, there will still be throngs of disbelievers concerning the end of the Mayan Calendar, the entire Ascension Process, entrance into a new astrological Age, current compressed evolution, the Three Days Expiration Date and the intimate connection between all that and the Milky Way GC suddenly spewing forth black-hole energies unimaginable. Don’t let small minds put a damper on what you know and are living and feeling!

The reason I copied that one sentence in bold is because it’s very important and the reason why I’ve been clairvoyantly seeing the Milky Way GC energies flowing outward like a massive cosmic waterfall, much like Niagara Falls, for the past two years. First however here’s an old article with photo about the Milky Way galactic Bubbles the scientists discovered in 2010 before they burst (on or shortly after the Three Days — 12-21-12, 12-22-12, 12-23-12).

Secondly, here’s a recent article from me about this massive Milky Way GC out-flowing of energies that we, humanity, Earth and our solar system have been inching our way towards over the years but aligned/conjuncted on the Three Days. This event is quantum and has already happened on day one of the Three Days –12-21-12– and continued happening throughout the remaining Three Days, and has and is still happening and being felt by humanity in varying degrees. It will continue to be felt by humanity for a long time so relax and adapt into IT because IT is life and reality inside the 5D frequency range of the Age of Aquarius and vastly higher frequency, higher consciousness, High Heart, high creativity Aquarian Unity energies.
When you view the photo of Niagara Falls I used in my “12-12-12 Through 12-21-12″ article, please keep it in mind and heart when you view the new photo in the scientific article of the Milky Way’s two burst GC Bubbles and how the outflowing GC energies now resemble slightly curved, outward flowing energies like cosmic Aquarian waters pouring out of the cosmic jug (GC) — plus how it somewhat resembles the photo of the gushing, falling waters of Niagara Falls.

There is and will continue to be so much to talk about concerning these new cosmic GC energies that, finally are physically visible for all to see, and hopefully many more to feel and consciously be increasingly aware of. This is just the start of… everything… and we’re all still making incredible ongoing adjustments internally and externally to what we’ve been through via the Three Days including everything that’s continued to happen since December 24, 2012 and will continue happening. I’m going to say that again in hopes that it really sinks into everyone’s Hearts and Awareness; this is just the start of everything so relax into IT all and give yourself whatever “time†you need. We’re all in brand NEW territory and it will take some “time†for all of us to get our bearings and better understand what’s happened already and is still happening.
Since December 24, 2012 when one of our atomic clocks jumped two days into the future, and another atomic clock did the same thing two days after the first one did it, I knew we (humanity, Earth, reality etc.) were IN some very NEW and very different space and experiences and that we didn’t have a good or large enough understanding about what we had just gone through via the Three Days.
Since 12-24-12 I’ve been paying close attention to everything; my dreams, other people’s dreams, what’s happening in my physical body, in other people’s bodies, with my and other people’s consciousness, weird anomalies and other phenomena and so on. From my perspective the trans-formative energies that were the “Three Days†only continued on 12-24-12, and the next day, and the next day, the next and so on. From my perspective IT has not stopped just because we exited out the other side of the Three Days. IT has continued and I suspect will continue for a long time until we’ve so adapted, adjusted to IT that we no longer notice IT anymore.
My brain is fried today (not like this is a new event!) and my “Ascension Tinnitus†is roaring inside my head which only adds to the cosmic GC energies I feel pouring down and into my Crown chakra and top of my physical head and into my spine and body. We are living Light antennas embodying these NEW GC out-flowing energies which are and will continue to improve us in very dramatic ways.
For the past week I’ve been repeated hearing in my head and emotionally feeling in my heart that profound and truly great Chorus from Joni Mitchell’s 1968 song for Woodstock. It is:
“We are stardust, we are golden, and we’ve got to get ourselves back to the gardenâ€
You might enjoy, especially if you’re an original Hippie First Waver as I was/am, listening to her song done by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young again now with the entire Ascension Process, the Three Days Expiration Date, the Milky Way GC Bubbles, and finally the rupturing and dramatic out-flowing of GC (Aquarian) energies on the physical level. It is these grand evolutionary GC energies from Source that are helping us get ourselves back to the garden.

Beloved Ones,
As you move forward upon your individual path, you will notice the subtle changes occurring within your own bodies and energetic systems and you will marvel at the role of conduit you are playing. The energies flow through you at certain periods of each day and radiate out into the World around you. This then, is the contribution you are making to bring in the higher frequencies and in anchoring these upon and within the Earth, no matter the seeming chaos around you.
Your work has shifted to that of co-creator of your new Age of Light. Your every thought, word and deed is being brought into higher expression as you surrender your human will to Divine Will and daily intend to align with your higher, more refined Self. We are happy to see that there is now more acceptance, tolerance and forgiveness of self and others as you realize that each has their own path to follow and you remember your own journey into becoming and encourage those around you to open themselves to their greater potentials.
As the growth within those around you takes place, know that your presence amongst them is most important in the stabilizing and calming of the polarities that must be experienced within each individual and which is reflected in the outer World as shifting energies, as their alignment to a higher expression of themselves continues to take place. It is at this time that your continued intention to hold the Light and the highest vision for all is most needed. It can at times be quite challenging, for you are having to still experience the expressions of the old paradigm that have not yet transformed and you long for the outer reflection of the World around you to match the being of Light that you are.
Be patient with yourselves and give nurturance as needed. As your bodies continue in their transformation, listen to your inner promptings. Rest when you must in order to maintain greater equilibrium. Many of you are requiring long periods of sleep and this is assisting in your recalibration. You are helping when you do this at the inner levels in so many ways and at so many different levels that you would be greatly surprised if remembrance of this came to you.
The refining of your World and your physical vehicles will continue until all is transformed and you now know that your focus does make a great difference in creating the highest outcome. All that is required is that you live your life experiencing the greatest joy and laughter in the lightness of your being, with all shadows still remaining having no place to hide and therefore being brought into integration with all that you are, and all of it, ALL of it, Dear Ones, is now a stepping into a greater power. Well done!

Dratzo! We return with more to discuss. Presently, several areas of activity are being brought to completion, forming the foundation of your new reality. As we informed you recently, your world is based on the original legitimacy of certain institutions dating back thousands of years. The individuals who represent these ancient power bases are in the process of creating new documents that will constitute the legal platform for your new form of governance. A series of meetings whose sole agenda is to focus on the complexities of creating a new world are currently underway. Try to imagine the intricacies involved in such an undertaking! Our sacred allies are uniting the ancient foundations of many tribal nations with that of the old monarchies of Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa. Numerous documents need to be discussed, modified, and interwoven into a specific prototype that renders invalid and thus unseats the current de facto regimes of your world. This authentication process needs to be done properly and in the right order in order to confer legitimacy on this lofty goal.
Our sacred associates understand that what they are doing is producing a legal fusion of the elements that form the essential ‘scaffolding’ of modern nation-states, whilst also bringing up-to-date the legitimacy of present global tribal governance. What are required are documents that honor common law concepts while forging a new and unique form of global governance. Ultimately, this operation will change the basic concept of government as you know it. Your present indirect (representative) system of governance needs to change via a well-thought-out transfer of power to enable true transparency in government to come into being. The aim is to establish a judicious ‘people-power’ contract with you. The great thinkers of the late 18th century created documents that achieved this within the context of their times. Now it is necessary to modernize these documents as part of the process of preparing you for your grand shift in consciousness. This is just one of the tasks presently being accomplished behind the scenes.
As you know only too well, you live in a society that constantly threatens basic human rights and this taint is no longer viable. You are also on the brink of forming a true galactic society. You need government documentation that is flexible enough to reflect your growing needs as you morph from your present state of consciousness into your fully conscious one. The first step is to restore all that the dark cabal has illegally taken from you; the next, is to enlarge the body politic to include your Agarthan kin and us. Your world is moving swiftly through a series of inevitable, Heaven-decreed events which will disassemble the evil that this global cabal has put in place over the last few centuries. Your economies are crumbling and the cabal’s system of carefully selected leaders is failing to save this group from the multi-faceted catastrophe that it has brought about over the past half-decade. Behind the disintegrating facade a new epoch for humanity is taking shape and it is a process that needs to be supported and actively promoted. Many things, and especially disclosure, need to be brought out from the shadows.
What our sacred allies are doing is thus much more than merely replacing an illegally appointed series of governments. They are opening up your reality to the changes you so desperately require. Heaven has chosen this time for a radical altering of your consciousness, which is being carried out in a series of steps that have taken over two decades to reach this point. Our mission has remained the same; that is, to be messengers and mentors to every surface human. In recent months we have been joined by Ascended Masters from every corner of this galaxy. A grand covenant among us has forgathered to bring this realm to the Light! Together with our sacred associates we forged a bond to enable us to use our abilities to change this realm and oust the dark from the vast power it still retains. The end is indeed near!
Our blessed task is to see that what we have described actually happens. This reality is being squeezed, suffused with Light, and transformed by Heaven. We dearly require a move upward in consciousness. What we are doing with our sacred associates is to ensure that Heaven’s edicts are truly manifested upon this realm. We work therefore with joy and determination as we prepare the dark ones for their inevitable exit from power, despite their ongoing commitment to finding a way out. In fact, there is none. A new timeline is being set which requires their immediate resignation; hence our blessed resolve. This drama is set shortly to end. A new reality is rising, which needs new governance, prosperity, and a formal disclosure. It is time for the surface world to rejoin galactic humanity by returning to its natural state of divine service and full consciousness.

We would love to speak about another topic this day, but events upon your world make it almost mandatory that we address what is uppermost in everyone’s mind.

It has been placed there by the unceasing attention of those who are trying, with every means possible to keep you tuned in to their broadcasts of fear and control. You have begun to see through the web of illusion they have spun for so long. The mothers of those sent to an ill fate have long seen this for what it is, but of course it has been possible for long times past to relegate their opinions and concerns to the back of your mass consciousness. Still today, in many places, the saying, “It’s a man’s world†rings too true.

Your hearts and your minds have been manipulated very effectively for thousands of years. Even your teachings which speak of love and peace have been twisted into the service of control and profit. Love has been twisted into hate. Peace has become something to fight for.

We see, however, that the effects of the movement of your planet into the higher energies of the universe, what you are seeing as your new age, has resulted already in the awakening of masses of people to the truth and the strengthening of their resolve to cease such obviously hurtful behavior, hurtful to yourselves and disastrous to your world. We know that a point will be reached which will see this behavior end. We know that you will regain control of your own lives. This is the will of the Divine and it is a given.

There is still a variable involved, however. And that variable is this. When will you make that happen, dear ones? When will you realize that you are the true owners of your own lives? Many have done so already. Examples have been shown.

We see that the degree of comfort is being surpassed by the degree of discomfort. Are you hoping for that to cease without any action on your part? Are you waiting for a proverbial ‘them’ to do something?

The more you learn about the Illuminati, the more frightening they will appear as they advance in leaps and bounds, whilst keeping your civilisation in the Dark Ages. The progress you should have made has been denied you, but you will go forward with leaps and bounds when the Illuminati have been disempowered.
However, you should avoid any overreaction to such news, as they are following a path that will lead to their demise. Before that happens, you who have devoted yourselves to the Light will move away from them. You are destined to ascend and will in fact leave them behind as you move into the higher vibrations to continue your evolution.
You will go forward at an immense speed by which time we will have joined you. With us you will become Galactic Beings and receive immense help and assistance. We have a future together although you are not bound to any particular path, and you will choose where and when as it serves your best interests.
In essence you really are great Beings in the making, but surrounded by the lower vibrations you find it hard to break loose and follow a higher path. However, you are winning this battle whilst at the same time lifting others with you.
The changes in the vibrations are being felt all around and awakening those souls who have been slumbering for a long period of time. It means that with a further upliftment in them, there will be a great awakening that will increase the levels of consciousness. It is part of the preparations that will ensure that you are well prepared for the new vibrations that are rising.
We will not allow interference with your progress and you may confidently go forward knowing that you will lift up in the near future. In this part of the cycle it is our destiny to fulfil the promises made to you when it commenced eons of time ago.
You also have the support of the denizens of Earth, but for the time being they remain in their own levels of existence. They will join you at the appropriate time as their destiny is also tied in with yours. They have much to offer having moved further along the path of evolution, and have given you much help most of which you are unaware.
You are beginning to understand that many souls not only accompany you on your journey, but also play an active part in ensuring you safely complete it. The Universe is teeming with life and but for the protective barrier that encases your Earth, you would by now have openly met with many other civilisations.
We also police your Solar System to keep out intruders and other Beings who are curious about your existence. In fact many still monitor your activities as your presence is attracting a lot of attention. As far as possible we have kept other Beings away from Earth, so as not to allow interfere with your evolution. Those that are allowed to contact you are karmically involved with you and are largely responsible for assisting you through different stages of your cycle.
Your progress over the last 400 years has been remarkable, and even more so in the last century. You have responded well to the incoming vibrations that are lifting you up, and in reality all is proceeding very much to expectations. There has always been a plan to ensure you ascend as you leave the old cycle. You have earnt such an opportunity, and when you are given the truth relating to your lives in this dimension you will be enlivened.
You have an expression about having â€been to hell and back†and it describes the many experiences that you have had. However, such sacrifices are not without their rewards, as you will have grown immensely in stature. Your experiences will serve you extremely well as you help those who follow on in your footsteps. Whatever your feelings at this stage, we can assure you that you will be very pleased with your achievements.
Your media is still unable to report the real news, and confusion is deliberately brought about to stop you learning the truth. Indeed, what we might call “the average person†is still detached from the truth about events on your Earth.
There is so much going on in secret and black operations are commonplace. They are largely taking place out of your sight, and the Illuminati have developed enormous underground facilities where thousands of people carry out their work. They are the prisoners of their decision to carry out such work, and few return to the surface of the Earth.
There are in fact cities that house the workers so that everything they might need is on hand. They may be well rewarded and well looked after but it comes at the price of their freedom. If there are people you know that have literally vanished off the face of the Earth, it is likely that this is where they are if they are well qualified in skills that the Illuminati need to continue with their programs.
Dear Ones, do not fear the outcome of the attempts by the dark Ones to control you. They will never acquire sufficient control to achieve their plans for a total takeover of Earth. Already their power is waning and will continue to do so until they have little authority left to follow their plans. It is something that was foreseen long ago and allowed to develop only so far for the experience of those involved.
As we have often stated, no experience is without some gain for those involved. On Earth most situations are the result of karma, and to a greater or lesser degree everyone is involved. Never forget however that karma is not always “payback time†and it is also rewarding for those who deserve it. It would be wrong to think that you do not get a pat on the back for good work in the name of the Light. All of the time you are progressing through your experiences so accept them as being in your interests.
We are ever at your side and in reality we are a team set upon bringing more Light to Earth. Each one of you play an important part in what is taking place, even if you are unaware as to what is taking place. Before you incarnated you were given an outline of what to expect in your lifetime, and the Human Race as a collective unit progresses together. Experience is paramount which is why all lifetimes are so important.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very familiar with the processes that you all have for manifesting what you want to manifest into your reality. We have seen you using your thoughts, your minds, and your ability to focus on what you want in order to experience that creation. Some of you realize that you create one hundred percent of your reality, and therefore, you can get very upset at yourselves whenever you think a thought that contradicts the reality you want to experience. You feel as though you are sabotaging yourselves whenever you allow a belief to come to the surface that runs contrary to what you want to experience in your reality.
We would prefer that you saw those moments as opportunities. Becoming aware of a thought, or a belief, that you have been holding for decades of your life is a key factor in releasing that unwanted, limiting thought or belief. Once you become aware of it, then you can go deeper. You can ask yourself if what you are thinking has a particular vibration. The answer, of course, is always going to be ‘yes.’ Once you determine the vibration of what you are thinking, then you can come to a deeper understanding of what your typical vibration is. That awareness will serve you very well, because you cannot change what you are vibrating unless you are aware of what you are vibrating.
Therefore, we recommend that you get happy when you come across one of these unwanted and limiting thoughts. They are your clues. They are the breadcrumbs, leading you back to what you are vibrating at the very core of your being. And again, what you are vibrating is significant. It is in fact how you create your reality. You can think thoughts all day long, on purpose, to try to cover up what you are actually vibrating, but they will not affect your vibration all by themselves. You have to do the work. You have to acknowledge the vibration is there, feel into it, release it, and exchange it for a better feeling one.
And then we advise you to take note of the thoughts that come into your conscious awareness. They will then reflect to you the beautiful work you have done on shifting your vibration. You are the creators of your reality, but you need to go deeper than thinking thoughts and creating vision boards if you want to make gigantic leaps forward in your manifestation abilities. You are all capable of living beautiful lives, teaching others how to live beautiful lives, and affecting the human collective consciousness by demonstrating how it is possible to shift one’s overall vibration and climb out of the conditions that a person is living who is not happy.
You are the ones to lead humanity, and now is the perfect time to start demonstrating to your fellow humans how manifestation is really accomplished there on planet Earth.

We are the best possible cheerleaders for all of you. We know that at times what you need more than anything is encouragement. You need to know that there is more for you, and you need support in getting to where you are going. Now, the reason we say we are perfect for this role is that we have ascended. We ascended to the fifth dimension, and then the sixth, and then the seventh, and so on, and we know how challenging this experience can be.
We are very pleased to be a part of your ascension experience as we cheer you on from the non-physical. We can remember what it was like to be in that fourth dimension, so eager to move into the fifth, and there were beings who helped us at that time. We also recognize that there are parts of your experience that we did not have to face in ours.
You live in a reality where the polarity is greater and where the emotions run hotter. We also recognize that you have more strength than we did, and we are so impressed by what you have endured there on Earth that it brings us tremendous joy to be able to support you and encourage you in the ways that we can. We are always looking for new ways to do so.
In this transmission, we just want to assure you that it will all be worth it, and as much as you want to get to the fifth dimension, and to have all of those experiences that you want to have as quickly as possible, the journey itself is the true experience. It is what you signed up for. It is what you knew you were ready for, and it is the most delicious experience that you can have in a physical body.
