“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have received so many requests for assistance from all of you, and we want to help you without interfering with your natural process of evolution. You see that has occurred there on Earth previously, and other extra-terrestrial groups have inadvertently stunted your growth by intervening and interfering. We who have observed all of this recognize that the best way to help you is to give you teachings and to give you energies, to give you support and to hold space for you.

We know that when the mass landing of ships comes to planet Earth, it will be because you are ready, not because you need rescuing, not because all of the good humans are then going to be taken to the new Earth. We know this because we know that everything that ever happens in your experience happens for your benefit, but the benefit is to your spiritual growth and evolution, which is what all of this is for in the first place. You are not incarnating there because you are trapped, and you are not incarnating there because some being outside of you sent you there.

You are incarnating there because as a soul, you recognize where all the good growth experiences are, and you want them. You want to experience the movement of feeling less evolved to feeling more evolved. You want to know yourselves more fully as you truly are, as unconditional love. So right now, take a look at your life as it is. Take a look at everything that is in your life and everything that is not in your life, and instead of asking yourself questions like, ‘Where did I go wrong?’ or ‘What could I have done differently?’ ask yourself how these current conditions are helping you to become more of who you really are as a Source Energy Being, as unconditional love. And yes, we know you want the answer right away and you want it to come in your mind’s ear in a voice that is not your own, or you want a vision of a guide to appear to you and to tell you how exactly how it is you are supposed to grow from your current set of circumstances. But again, it serves you more spiritually to look at it yourself and to come to your conclusions.

A good question to ask yourself is, ‘How can I be the Love in this situation?’ And as you look at your world, as you look at the entire planet, and you see what types of struggles there are there on Earth, you can also ask yourself that same question. How can you show up more as Love in the face of that which is appearing to be something other than Love? Remember those circumstances, those conditions are also for your spiritual evolution, and they are not because someone in a government, or corporation, or someone who has way more power than you do, is creating it to be that way. Sure, there might be people playing those roles for you, but you are still the creator of your experience, and the sooner you own that, the sooner you can do something about it.

You do like the feeling of growing and evolving, and you need to remind yourselves of that at times, and when you do help yourselves, when you do open up and allow in more of your own creations, then you do experience getting a helping hand at times from a being, or a collective, in a higher-dimensional plane. But it’s still you who had to align with that experience of receiving the help. It always will come back to you and what’s going on inside of you, and the sooner you see that, the sooner you recognize that, the sooner you can take all the growth experiences that are available to you in your life right, and the sooner you can thrive on planet Earth as it is right now.

And we know that at the heart of all of your requests to us is that desire to thrive. You can do it, and we are here to help, and we will continue to do so. We promise you that.

Messages from Ann & the Angels – 02/01/2025 • The World & Your Focus
My dear friends, we love you so very much, So many believe their journey here on the earth would be so much easier if everyone behaved and thought as they did, but in reality, you would quickly become bored. You didn’t come to earth for sameness. You came for the contrast. You came to dip your toes in a delicious reality of differences and sort through them, finding your heart in the mix. And then, after all this stimulus, you were determined to create. You knew that you would tune yourself to dreams as yet undreamt and, therefore call the unseen love into physical reality. You are part of ongoing creation! Nonetheless, being human is challenging when you witness people who rub you the wrong way, doing things you can’t imagine doing, and saying things you can’t even comprehend. While there is much more to enjoy and appreciate on your planet, the ones you don’t enjoy seem to grab the spotlight of your attention far too easily.  We know this frustrates many of you. You’d rather think about your best friend than an unpleasant ex. You’d rather focus on your child than the person ranting on the news. You’d rather be in the garden than worry about what you saw on social media this morning. You all prefer to feel good. As sensitive souls, you feel the tugs and pulls of others’ desires, and it takes practice to learn that you can tune out the noise. Generally, it is not positive people doing positive things who try to command your attention.  Those who contribute to the world offer their services, products, and ideas, hoping to attract your attention, rather than demanding it More often than not, the insecure, fearful, and angry souls are the ones ttrying to command your attention. They want someone to keep them company in their current state of being. You can feel their desire for agreement and their need to have you validate their pain. Have compassion for anyone in this space. Share love and kindness with them if you are inspired to do so, and move away when you are not. However, dear ones, as masters of your own focus, you need not “tune” your energy where they are tuned. You can choose to tune into love, kindness, compassion, ot tune into anything else that feels better when you cannot. It will take some practice to stay in your vibration of choice. Most of you are well-practiced in the art of pleasing others rather than pleasing the spirit of love within. Even the most wonderful, well-meaning souls with good things to offer would like you to pay attention to their words and wares. They may offer wonderful wisdom and good products, but if you want something else you will feel the tension between your desire and theirs—unless you have become very strong and centered in your own point of view. This inner tug of war manifests as doubts in your own inner knowing and feelings of confusion. For example, say you want to accomplish a task but get caught scrolling past one video after the next. These things aren’t necessarily bad, but instead of doing what you wanted to do, you get drawn into paying attention to what someone else wants you to focus on. You may feel frustrated when you realize an hour has gone by. Grant yourself grace. Refocus and move forward. You may want a brief overview of the news, but a dramatic story draws you in and upsets you. Again, time to back up, tune into something kinder, and regain the vibration you intended to have throughout your day. You want to enjoy some quiet time, but the one person in your life with complaints calls you. You feel yourself going to answer as if a magnet pulls you. It is ok to turn off the ringer on your phone and answer later! In these and so many other ways, you find your attention wandering and not always where you wanted it to be. And here is a subtle but important note in your process of manifesting… The topic you are focusing on matters less than the vibration it inspires within you. You’ve heard the saying, “Energy flows where attenion goes.” You may be manifesting a wonderful partner, but if your attention is going toward all the people you consider crazy and who upset you, your vibration will be all muddied up with a mixture of hope and disgust. Look for the good people in the world and enjoy them. Appreciate your life and your friends. Enjoy your day. In this way, you attune to a harmonious life and harmonious relationships. Likewise, you may be manifesting vibrant health, but if you focus on fixing your illness, talk about your illness, and endlessly research ways to prevent the illness, you may become so tired, confused, or fearful that you dilute your vibration of well-being. Far better to read a good book, take a walk,spend time with your animals, or watch an inspiring video. Theset hings put you in a good vibration which allows you desired well-being. No matter what the world or circumstances around you are doing, your attention, your calibration, and your thoughts, filters, and focus that ultimately control your vibration.  So, as you look at the world, change your focus as often as you need to maintain a kinder vibration. Either focus on things, beings, and situations that raise you up, or think more elevating thoughts. Even if you are stuck in a situation that does not feel good, use your attention to focus on something better in either your inner or outer world. In every situation, dear ones, you can focus your attention on something that bothers you or something that uplifts you. Focusing in a way that feels good is much easier when faced with pleasant, cooperative individuals, but as you strive to practice shifting your attention and focusing on what feels better, you can master the ability to become the tuner you are, thus sifting and sorting through all the different energetic offerings on your planet, and deciding which ones you will embrace to attract new and wonderful situations into your life. “Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

It is accurate in a sense to say that you are there on Earth, and it is also inaccurate to a large extent. You are so much more than the physical body that you use as a vehicle for a journey there on Earth, and it is but a small fraction of who and what you really are that is stationed there on Earth to have those earthly experiences that you do. If you think of us as being in a far, far off place, somewhat inaccessible to you, then you make the journey to our consciousness more challenging than it needs to be.

We are just as much with you in every moment of your physical experiences there on Earth as we are when you are dwelling amongst us in our dimension. We invite you to feel for the lack of separation that exists between that which we are and that which you are right now. And when you feel those walls coming down and you align with our vibration, it then becomes much easier for you to align with one of your fellow human beings. You want to also bring down those walls and feel the connection that you have to your fellow humans, and you want to do that because it serves you to.

It is a part of your spiritual evolution to tear down the walls and to open up in a state of oneness to all that is around you. It is important to see yourself as more than just a physical body or a name with a personality. It is so important for you to trust that you will be safe and secure in your lack of boundaries, your lack of walls and barriers, but it is easier for you to start that process with those like us that you do trust. It is easier for you to start that process with your guides, with your galactic team, with the archangels, with anyone and everyone that you want to become one with, and it all starts by you simply no longer seeing yourself as separate from us, as distant from us, as a part from us in any way.

We are together with you right now, dwelling within the cells of your body, and we invite you to our energy. We invite you to the party of higher-dimensional consciousness. We know that as you accept the invitation, you rise up in that moment and you become closer to your higher self. You become closer to Source. We simply want to change the way you view yourselves, your world, and the others with which you share that world, and we all want to help you do that.

We are inviting you to that experience and inviting you to our realm so that you can feel how good it does feel to be connected to more of who you really are as a Source Energy Being. It is ultimately what everyone wants, no matter what it is they think they want, and we offer you this suggestion. See yourselves as expanding right now, and expanding up and out to include more of Source Energy in your sense of self and in your physical being-ness, and you will know yourself as being one with the Christ consciousness.

You will see yourself as being more whole and more complete, and we know that you can get that feeling through other experiences there on Earth, and that you will seek those experiences out, and those experiences are also lovely. They are perfect as they are. Couple those experiences with the expansion of yourself into a higher nonphysical energy, and you will enhance those experiences that you seek out in this life. We guarantee it. We have seen it, and many of us in this collective have done it, and so we can speak from experience that there is so much beauty in merging the nonphysical and the higher dimensional with the physical and with the experiences that you have available to you on Earth right now.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are attending to several matters that exist both on Earth and throughout the galaxy simultaneously. There are of course, reflections to what is happening down there on Earth all throughout the galaxy, and we work to assist with not only the humans of Earth and what you are going through, but also with those you would consider to be e.t.s in other star systems on other worlds and moons and in space stations. The biggest issue for this galaxy is its history, which is one of much violence, much war, much strife, and we are looking to spread compassion to the point where enough people can feel it moving through their bodies so that forgiveness is possible.

Forgiveness is not only possible through a repayment of karma. Forgiveness is possible when the action or word spoken that needs forgiving has happened, in the moment before it is possible to forgive. You all have the ability to do this and to wipe out the karma of the person who has done you wrong, and when this occurs, the level of consciousness throughout the galaxy is raised to such an extent that all beings are affected in profound ways. You don’t have to wait for someone to ask for your forgiveness in order to give it. You don’t have to wait for someone to correct their evil ways to forgive them, and you certainly don’t have to wait until the next lifetime when you are the one doling out the hurtful action or saying the hurtful words.

You can have compassion for those individuals who have hurt you right now. You can recognize that they would only hurt you from a place of hurt within themselves. You can give everyone the benefit of the doubt and realize that some people are not even intentionally being hurtful. They are just repeating something to you that they have heard many times themselves, and perhaps they didn’t feel hurt by those words because they are so cut off from their emotions. If you could see the lives that have been lived by all of those people who have hurt you, then you could also recognize that they are doing the best they can under the circumstances of what they have lived.

Again, doing so helps every single being in this galaxy and beyond. There are many mirrors out there throughout the entire universe. And what you are experiencing there on Earth, and what we are all experiencing throughout this galaxy is also mirrored in other parts of this beautiful universe of ours. So it is one of the most powerful tools that you have at your disposal right now. It is more powerful to forgive than to have the power of telekinesis, teleportation, time travel, or any other fun, cool, interesting power that you can conjure up with your mind.

It is true that people sometimes speak and act from a place where they are so out of alignment with who and what they really are that they do harm to you, to others, to themselves, but holding a grudge and harboring resentment only leads to something that continues the hurt. And when you continue that trend of hurting, you only hurt yourself and eventually others. So please do find it in your hearts to forgive so that you may make the huge impact on this galaxy of ours that you know you want to make.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are always interested in what you choose to believe in there on planet Earth. You must admit to yourselves that you are constantly being bombarded with different options regarding what you could believe in. You can believe so many things are true that will only limit you and stifle your progress, your evolution, and you can believe in people who sound very sure of themselves, very confident about their beliefs. You can also choose to believe what most other people around you are believing, even if the belief doesn’t feel good to you, and that is the key right there. That is the point of discernment that we encourage all of you to use when presented with a belief. You must ask yourself whether it resonates, whether it feels right to you to engage with that belief at all.

But most people are not doing that, and most people are not even recognizing that something is a belief when it most certainly is. Instead, they think that it is a truth and that they must live by it. Once you become aware of the fact that you are entertaining different beliefs all the time, you can choose them more deliberately. You can choose them while also recognizing that there is a feeling that comes up for you when the possibility of something is presented to you.

Now, one thing we cannot give you is the ability to care enough about how you feel to follow your feelings, but we can keep telling you how important it is for you to follow your feelings. Then, it is up to you to actually tune in to what you are feeling and care enough about whether something feels good to you or not to listen to what that feeling is telling you. You can make just about anything true at this time in your experience. You have that type of freedom as a fourth-dimensional being. Therefore, you want to be very particular about what you are believing in, and you also want to be very particular about which individuals you are listening to, because beliefs can be developed within you without you even knowing that you are developing that belief. You might, again, just think that someone is presenting you with the truth.

But until you recognize that all truths are true, that all realities exist, and that you are choosing from a wide array of them in every moment, you will not be able to choose your own destiny. And it is so important for you to do that. It is so important for your joyous expression of self that you recognize that you do have a choice. You can choose to believe that your body is capable of healing itself from anything, or you can listen to the person in the white coat who tells you that this or that is incurable. You can choose to believe that you are capable of accessing all of the spiritual gifts that other people have, or you can choose to believe that only a select few are born with that type of ability. You can choose to believe that this is an abundant universe, or you can choose to believe in lack, in limitation, in a finite pie that everyone gets their slice out of.

It’s entirely up to you. You are the ones creating all of this right now, for yourselves, for your evolution, and for your enjoyment. So we recommend that you choose a path that involves your joyous evolution of your consciousness, because that opportunity is always in front of you, but it will always be one that you have to choose, that you must believe in so that it can become true in your reality.

The Gift Of December’s Solstice 3 Ways To Co-Create Humanity’s Metamorphosis Hello friends, Today I’d like to discuss the gifts of this Solstice and how these energies can help you make inner life shifts needed to become a “new you” in 2024. Continue reading for background and simple steps to take so you feel lighter and more empowered as we enter 2024. Background Solstice for centuries has been a significant energy event. Rebirth energies are in the air as we reflect on our lives. As a Divine Changemaker, you are alive now to be at the helm in orchestrating a a metamorphosis within humanity – upending how we humans have lived on Earth since the beginning of time! This has been building for thousands of years. In my book Earth’s Pivotal Years (published in 2011) – I addressed this dynamic and the revolution in consciousness underway. I gave the history leading up to these times, and the paradigm shift unfolding. Back then, the metamorphosis we will begin to witness this lifetime was building slowly. Most of humanity was “asleep” spiritually – people living in fear and conditioned to operate from ego power vs Divine power. The catalyst for humanity’s metamorphosis is a consciousness shift that will seed an unprecedented awakening across the world. Why This Matters For You This is vital to understand now as we approach a unique kind of year in 2024. The quickening of awakening will be unfolding rather silently at first. As a Divine Changemaker, part of your role is factoring this dynamic into your awareness and daily living. 3 Things You Can Do On many days, you may feel “alone” in your circles, as though people around you are simply caught up in the chaos and have no clue there is a radically-different way to be that is already in the field of humanity. Below are 3 things you can “do” in response.
  • During your meditations and spiritual practice, invite a connection with humanity’s brand-new consciousness that is now in pre-birth stage.
  • For those of you involved with my meditations and Divine Changemakers courses, apply the tools in a targeted way – assisting you with making a daily connection with the new consciousness.
  • Take to heart the opportunities you have daily to change our current status quo – act on them, letting go of any reward or seeing any visible change in your world. This starts with you, then extends to others (e.g. acceptance, patience, loving kindness).

All military aircraft and vehicles that include technologies will be shut down. Any existing nukes will be taken aboard our ships for disposal, along with bombs neutralised, also marine ships and any technological weaponry regardless of its sophistication. Furthermore, cars, appliances, mechanical devices and any guns will be inoperable to the user. Where all media networks will only broadcast our messages, including radio, TV and the Internet for the purpose of our introduction, and global state of our address to Earth Humanity. We have made it clear to all military, that interference will not be tolerated. As Earth continues to rise in frequency, the surface will be transformed before any landings take place with the economy restored and poverty eradicated.   12th January 2024. Mike Quinsey.   With the coming of a New Year there is an expectancy of a new beginning and positive energies that will give you a much better outlook. Certainly for a time these energies do lift you up but are not retained long enough to have any lasting effect. The prospects for the year based on previous events do not certainly look encouraging, yet there is a general movement of opinion that calls for a more peaceful existence. One hub for change is in the Middle East where negative energies abound, and without our intervention to keep them getting out of hand could lead to a more serious situation. However, the war between Russia and the Ukraine is teetering on extending it to a far greater region and again we try to influence both parties to look for a sensible conclusion. The outcome will clearly have a big impact on the rest of the world.   It seems that the more you  try to sort out your difficulties the harder it gets and very little progress is being made, however you are laying down a path to a better way of living and where possible we will help you along. Times of change are inevitably uncomfortable for most of you but worth the upheaval if finally world peace is achieved. However, it seems a long way off at present but many powerful souls are working hard for it.  Please bear in mind that nations like individual people are also bound by karma that has to be cleared. It can be very uncomfortable for many but is necessary before you can achieve your aims to be released from the tentacles of the dark Ones.   Every soul has to play a part in lifting up the vibrations up by ensuring that their own vibrations are held in place. After all every event on Earth has a wide affect that in part determines how things work out. However, there are many factors involved in events upon Earth and one that overrides all others is the Cosmic Plan for Earth that takes precedence.  Realise that you accepted your part in being present for the final days of the dark Ones, and undertook to do your best in all circumstances. Everyone has a life plan and you are equipped with all of the abilities and knowledge you need to be a success.   Each one of you brings experience with you suited for the tasks you have undertaken to carry out. For some souls just being on Earth is sufficient to help and influence others. It really depends on what experience and skills you have brought with you. No one is birthed upon Earth to waste their time or that of others although it may seem so. We know some souls are concerned because they cannot see how they fit in, but be assured they will be in the right place at the right time when called upon. When your time comes you will be ready to carry out the work you will have undertaken prior to your incarnation, and you will be helped in the process.   As you go about your work know that your Guides are always in touch with you and will use their power of influence to help you cope with the various challenges you may meet. Major events will have been pre-planned and be assured that you will have discussed them beforehand. Obviously other souls will also often be involved and you can be sure they will also have been informed of their part in the action. Indeed. It can become very involved at times but it is meticulously planned. Much more of the action around you is of no real consequence, but when it is be assured we are present to oversee the events and ensue all ends well.   Families will sometimes work together and most likely incarnate on more than one occasion to continue their work. In fact they may continue it through several incarnations together. The bonds between such souls are very strong and they often take on some of the more important work where there experience is needed. Such souls are members of the Royal Families and involved when a special task is requiring their experience that they will have acquired over many lives. They are dedicated to their work and normally keep strictly to the Royal line of births.   Every soul can contribute to the aim to spread the Light by sending out your love to all around, and even those who dwell in the lower vibrations, as they need help to find the Light and cast off their attachment to them. Your patience and kindness is like a beacon in the darkness that really exists in the lowest of all vibrations. Other souls can often sense your energy and it uplifts them, and makes them feel good.  It borders on healing energy and certainly helps those around you, and the word that embraces it all is “love” meaning universal love. Just imagine how powerful they are and could heal you by the power of their thoughts and sometimes they do.   Keep your aura intact and as a high expression of your love and do not allow another soul of the lower vibrations affect it by their actions. Keep calm in all situations and as we have often advised you, walk away from those who would taunt or abuse you because you are different to them. Even so they will have been affected by contact with you and remember your strength of character and willpower.
