9^th February 2024. Mike Quinsey.   You will probably be aware that I hold Kryon’s messages very highly. I am therefore recommending you read the one dated 19^th January 2018 “The One Truth”. It is just 26 minutes long and is able to clarify the position for those trying to understand facts about our existence. I would strongly recommend it, as it also explains much that is not usually covered about the gradual changes that are taking place.   9^th February 2024. Mike Quinsey.   Time marches on with world events seeming to suggest a serious confrontation is about to take place, between Nations that take different positions on matters that are not readily peacefully settled. However, whereas every encouragement is given to find amicable solutions to them some countries would rather use force. It would seem to us that the outcome is predictable and we hope it does not get out of hand.   Sometimes troublesome events over many years come to a head, and as has happened many times lead to a serious outcome. We will as always be on hand to do our best to minimise death and destruction but we cannot directly interfere unless matters get out of hand, even then there are limitations to what we can do. As we see what the future holds and where events are leading to we can try and influence the outcome. We can also direct events so that they keep you on a path that still presents opportunities for an outcome that can be used to your advantage. If matters seem to get out of control we shall be with you working for the best result.   We can assure you that regardless of what happens in the future months and years the goal for mankind will result in a wonderful outcome that will have made all of your good work well worthwhile. Try to look ahead and see what opportunities rise up to take Humanity onto a path to peace and happiness. It will come and you will see from events that take place the direction Mankind is going in. You are never fighting a lone battle against the Illuminati although at times they appear to be leading the way forwards. Trust in us and you will not be disappointed we on your side and supported by greater Beings who some call Gods.   Where possible continue your lives as usual and never lose heart, as in time you will clearly see where everything is going and it will be to your liking. Remember that your Universe is heading for a new area in space where the vibrations are much higher than what you are experiencing now. You will be uplifted by them and realise that all along what was happening was to your ultimate advantage, and it was always going to be the outcome.   Your Seers have often seen what was coming and their predictions are reliable even if they did not make a great deal of sense at the time. In other words your future as has been often said is “written in the stars” It is why virtually nothing happens by chance. Bear in mind that even when you do major work for the advancement of Humanity it involves many other people and each in turn is being guided by their Spirit Guides. When it is important you meet certain people they “arrange” events so that you meet each other. Naturally there are some in your life that have no immediate reason and are of no particular importance. Many of you sense when your Guides are around you so do not hesitate to speak to them.   As time passes you will become more psychic and able to foresee the future, and also see spirit people. They “speak” to you by putting thoughts into your mind and if circumstances require it will stop you from speaking the thoughts in your mind. Sometimes when they are around you their energy can be felt or sensed. When you begin to experience such things you will know that you are well on the way to the higher levels. Clearly when you reach the higher levels such experiences become common place.   In the future you will have so more freedom than you could possibly have imagined. It will be far removed from your present experiences that by comparison are so limited, partly by necessity so that you can focus on your life plan. Of course freewill means that you could go astray, but we would quickly help you to return to your life plan. Be assured that although karmic lessons are part of your experiences, all told each one is important for your spiritual growth. So take the knocks in your stride and take heed of the lessons that are intended to keep you on the right path.   The true potential of every soul is immense as all have had numerous experiences through so many lives set at different levels in accordance with your needs. You would not be on Earth at such an important time unless the experience was needed. All things are progressing in spite of some that seem to have no life force or movement at all, and rocks are one example. You have had so much to learn about the different forms of life as the Universe abounds in them. Soon you will be set free from the restrictions that have necessarily been placed upon you, true freedom that you have yet to experience awaits you.   The Earth is one of the most beautiful with its vast array of colour and so many varieties of animals, flowers and plants in general. Of course some planets are much like Mother Earth but few have such variety and beauty, but with an arrangement of colours that exceeds your own. Look to the future as an exciting opportunity to widen your experiences. The Universe is full of different types of planets, and naturally some are water planets similar to your own that is smaller than most of them.   So whilst your present experiences are not what you necessarily would wish for yourselves, it has given so many opportunities to continue advancing your evolution. At present you are seeing and experiencing the parting of the ways, it is inevitable at the end of your cycle that comes nearer to you as the vibrations continue to lift up. Slowly but surely you will gradually notice changes for the better taking place, although some weather extremes are inevitable. All happenings are for the betterment of all life forms and should be welcomed. We hope that with a greater understanding you will be able to accept that all events upon Earth are leading to the most acceptable changes. We are present to ensure all goes according to the greater plan and hope you are uplifted by that knowledge. 23^rd February 2024. Mike Quinsey.   Be assured that we know the plans of the Illuminati, and we use that knowledge to ensure it leads to their failure to achieve control of the world. The trap has been laid and by the time they realise their failure it will be too late to reverse the situation. Ahead lays an absolute reversal of your experiences to ones of happiness and joy. In the not too distant future you will meet your extra-terrestrial friends who will help you prepare for the ultimate experience of Ascension. The dark Ones will have relinquished their power and no longer able to interfere with your progress.  You will not have too long to wait to realise that events have advanced so much, that your progress is assured and you will be ready for the final event that will see you ascend.   Many will experience hard times but bear in mind that you knew your life plan before you incarnated. We know some will find it hard to believe but whatever your experiences, they are intended to give you those that you need to continue evolving. In a freewill Universe you make your own pathway and it can be as hard or as easy as you wish it to be. You who have clearly made the choice to follow the Light have placed protection around you, and it will remain as long as you intend it to.   Your presence on Earth at this time is an encouragement to others who look for guidance and see how you handle the negative energies. To stay calm and peaceful when others around you are confused and lack understanding, means you are a living example of how to conduct yourself and remain unaffected by the negativity. It does not come easy but clearly you have to be able to live amongst those who cannot control their feelings or actions. We know that holding a peaceful place wherever you are requires patience and understanding but it can be achieved.   You are one who can keep the peace and are contributing to the Light that permeates everything around you. As you would no doubt be aware, the higher vibrations that you carry can help relax those around you and keep the peace. For you it also means that you are healthier and less likely to experience any form of negativity. You can send your light wherever it is needed and help others.  You may well find that your presence brings calmness around you and those who are receptive will be aware of it.  Your energies are healing but would be even more affective if the “patient” was present and received the energies direct.   All through your life you are subjected to the effects of energies that are swirling around you. Some are beneficial whilst others are not but normally you can handle them depending on your own level of vibration.  Additionally you have the safeguard of the energies within your aura that encase your physical body, and it is simple to keep it intact through your power of thought by avoiding any negative feelings. You will certainly feel better and brighter as a result.   As your aura extends outside of your physical body up to possibly 2 metres or more, it is felt by any person that is near enough to it, and is why they feel good where positive energies are concerned. However, contact with someone carrying negative energies can be a very unpleasant experience.  For those people able to see auric colours as you might expect positive energies are bright, strong and clear, whilst negative ones can be dull and extremely dark. You could walk past a very negative person and feel a shudder run through your body.   Colours play an important part in your lives and those that are strong and clear make you feel good, and naturally the negative ones can be exactly the opposite. Your lives are affected all of the time and in nature and they are normally of such a great variety and beautiful designs. Perhaps that is why you get so much enjoyment walking through some of the great gardens throughout the world.   The negative forces seem to be intent on starting a world war that would not benefit any country taking part in it. Death and destruction is not the basis for lasting peace and surely a sensible way would be to discuss the differences that exist. We realise that politics are at the root of the principle differences between you, but regardless of them you all have to live together and understand that you must find a remedy for them peacefully. Otherwise without being an alarmist the end of the world as you know it may come about.   We would rather talk about joyful and happy events, but the sad fact remains that you are dangerously close to extending the clashes that are taking place into a more serious situation. However, project thoughts of peace as much as possible so that the calming energies keep a greater conflict at bay. Prayer and positive thoughts will help hold back an escalation of the war that is taking place but a wrong decision could change all of it for the worse. Whatever the outcome be assured that greater forces than those on Earth are ready to intervene if matters get out of hand, and continue to keep a watchful eye on what is happening.   We understand the frustration you feel at so many problems that have arisen in such a short time, but it has been inevitable given that your old ways of living have not proved to be adequate for meet the needs of the millions of people living on the Earth. Clearly a lot has to change and already ideas are being given as to how the problems can be overcome, but it is proving difficult in the present climate. Nevertheless, changes for the better are beginning to surface so that given the opportunity they can be put into practise. Certainly many of the old ways of living are no longer adequate for the needs of the people.   This period of time and change has been foreseen for a very long time and is not unexpected given that your last cycle has long finished. It is why the emphasis is on change as the time has long arrived when you must prepare for dramatic ones that are imminent. Prepare for the future as far as possible and let go of that which no longer serves your purpose, as new ways of living are already being discussed. They will be an advancement on the old ones and much is already waiting to be introduced. You have been deliberately held back in the past and now is the time to move on and introduce innovations that will make life easier and more enjoyable.   We have much to offer you that will make your advancement into the New Age happen very quickly and we shall do so when the time is right. You must realise that we cannot openly contact you when the world is in turmoil and it must be at peace. It will come sooner than you possibly expect as coming events will quickly change the situation on Earth. 19^th January 2024. Mike Quinsey.   The testing times are steadily becoming serious as more countries are getting involved, not necessarily by choice but for self-protection. It was always the danger as the threat of an escalation of the confrontation between Russia and the Ukraine shows no signs of being brought to a halt. Much is at stake and we have no control over it beyond trying to influence those in power to seek a peaceful outcome. You could say that Humanity is at the crossroads and the decisions you make now will have far reaching effects. In wars there are really no winners as all sides will suffer whatever the outcome.   We cannot make decisions on your behalf but will again inform you that regardless of any escalation of the battle, there is a limitation to any attempt to spread it. It is already causing countries to take sides for their own protection as matters start to escalate. The majority of human beings desire to live in peace and in harmony with all other countries. Politics should therefore be set aside in the interests of keeping the peace so that all may live their lives according to their wishes. Religion has also  historically been at the root of many upsets and it is time for all versions to agree a peaceful arrangement between the various factions. All paths eventually come together as after all, there is only the One Truth.   Your future is bright and wonderful and you will get there regardless of what happens in the meantime. The Cosmos awaits your presence as many, many souls are now ready to ascend and nothing will be allowed to prevent it. Meantime their presence will help maintain an energy that will lift others up and give them hope of a peaceful solution to the Earth’s woes. We need hardly mention that it is in a sorrow state with the prospects of it getting worse but do not despair, as with the coming of Ascension the new Earth us ready to receive those souls who have lifted their vibrations. Dear Ones, all your efforts to overcome the negativity at present upon Earth firstly help you to ensure that your vibrations are high enough to ascend, and give a lift to others who also desire to evolve to the same level.   You have come through some difficult times and kept your goal in mind even if not always aware of it. You have been helped at all stages once you committed yourself to follow the right path, and you can be proud of your achievement. All your efforts to succeed have been well worthwhile and you can look forward to dazzling future that awaits you, but have patience and do not be distracted from your goal. You have spent many lives to get this far and we will ensure that you reap your due rewards.   In the future you will have a choice of which path to take that best suits your ambitions. You have earned your achievements and it will not seem too long before you can claim them. As we recently mentioned, your future is assured and in some ways defies description as life will be so different to what you experience now. Think beauty, harmony and a blissful experience far beyond anything you have encountered so far and you will grasp the nature of life to come.   We will be with you all the way and one day we shall meet and share our experiences, indeed it will be something of a reunion as we have met many times in the past. You have been somewhat isolated as your ability to progress needs your  attention without being held back. However, as we mentioned recently, you do work when out of the body during your sleep period and may well be aware of it. There is so much for you to learn and understand, as on Earth you are reliant on people who profess to know your future needs, and you find it difficult to know who you can trust.   However, you will be all the stronger through your experiences and become more discerning when faced with new information. Again we will so to say be looking over your shoulder and helping you along. We probably know your needs better than you do as we can always see the greater picture. Your difficulty in bringing past experiences to mind is partly intentional so that you are not distracted from the work in hand and your immediate needs.   Each of you have so much to offer to other souls on a similar journey, but you cannot rush things as each one has a different approach to their experiences and some learn very little of value to their evolution. However, it normally works out well in the end as there is nothing like actual experience to help you advance. We as always are on hand to help you if so desired but would not normally interfere with your decisions. You often have to learn the hard way and that is your choice to make. You can be proud of what you have achieved do far, in the face of many attempts from the dark Ones to lead you astray.   You are very resilient and focussed on your goal and is to be recommended so that you continue to rise up in your vibrations. Practise makes perfect and you should reach a point where you can hold them indefinitely. There will be testing times to come but by now you should be able to overcome those that are of a negative vibration. You are a Light in the midst of darkness that has overwhelmed the Earth at times and other souls will feel comforted by your presence. Your energy is powerful and emanates a feeling of well-being and even healing.   You came to Earth to finish your growth as a spiritual Being, and as one that has succeeded you are ready for greater challenges. Until you return to the Godhead you will continue to evolve and become a powerful Light Being. Even now your power of thought is becoming stronger and as we recently informed you, and in time it will enable you to create virtually anything that you want. Indeed you will create everything you desire and we tell you these things to lift you up for the future.   Life on Earth can seem drab at times but not far into the future all that will change with Ascension. You should by now begin to appreciate and understand what the future holds for you and all the time you have focussed upon it, you have helped it to materialise. Your power of thought will create almost anything you need so you will become very self-sufficient in the future. You will eventually become Masters in your own right. Every effort you put in to ascend will be well rewarded as you must realise from many of the messages you read and not just through this source.
