I hope you are moving through your day with ease.
There is a part of us that learned very early on how to earn love. We became highly aware of everyone else’s needs in a way that was helpful, caring, and hyper attuned. Always trying to keep the peace, making sure everyone was happy, especial with us.
For many years, it seemed to work. It helped us blend in, feel safe, and make sense of things when life felt extra hard.
Eventually, the part of us that learned how to always be ‘on’ like this gets exhausted. Tired of having to be the rock for everyone, minimizing our own needs, and carrying the heavy armor that’s just unbearable to keep wearing.
If this feels familiar, know that I understand you completely, because I was this person for many years.
Yet, there is something emerging in our consciousness right now asking for deeper authenticity and honesty. The kind of honesty where we no longer abandon any aspect of ourselves just to stay loved, accepted, small, or safe.
The time to heal our heart and emotional body from any lingering density, trauma, and hardship loops is now.
Heart Alchemy is a 3-week live healing journey I created to support the parts of you that learned to protect, perform, hide, overextend, or guard your heart, so they can feel safe enough to heal and blossom again.
Together, we will work through the 9 Core Wounds with powerful healing, guidance, and inner child integration.
This is a space for the parts of you that have felt stuck, traumatized, left behind, and exhausted to finally be seen, loved, honored, healed, and welcomed into the present.
Live sessions are July 11th, 18th, and 25th, at 11am PT / 2PM Eastern / 7pm UK, and recordings will be sent after.
