Dear friend,
Over the years I explored all kinds of spiritual spaces.
Meditation groups…
Yoga retreats…
Spiritual communities…
and if I’m being honest…
Many of them felt off to me.
Of course…
I’m not saying all of them were…
But there was always this hierarchy.
That one person at the top…
And everyone else under their control.
And I’m just not interested in any of that.
Most people immediately assume the ego mind is at fault.
But what I’ve come to realize is…
your ego isn’t the enemy.
The ego mind is actually the part of you that’s been yearning…
For your own love and attention.
And if you honor and show up for your ego mind…
it will work with you instead of against you.
But when someone’s ego hasn’t healed…
And they haven’t worked through their pain and traumas…
The survival Self starts to take over…
Doing everything it can to protect itself.
The person begins to project their wounds onto you.
Competing and hurting you…
Instead of lifting you up.
I’ve seen it happen…
Even with beloved teachers and ‘visionaries’ in the spiritual space for years.
At the end of the day…
I believe from my core…
That we are all the same and we are all equal.
What you see in me…
You already have inside of you.
And what I see in you…
I already have inside of me.
No one is above the other.
This is where real healing…
Growth…
And miracles happen.
I’ve always looked for this.
A safe space where Everyone heals and thrives.
That’s why when I created Healing Haven…
I knew I didn’t want to recreate anything that had to do with the outdated patriarchal structures.
Instead…
I wanted a space to co-create…
Uplift…
And empower others.
To help them recognize and welcome all of their Divine gifts…
and embrace their most Authentic Self.
Whether someone is committed to doing deep inner healing work…
Or prefers to just sit back and receive healing support…
It is all honored here.
Because this isn’t about hierarchy…
But about creating an energized healing vortex…
Where you are seen…
and eternally valued.
Where healing happens horizontally in every direction.
