Happy Lunar New Year.
I’ve been looking forward to this shift…
Because it feels momentous.
We just completed the Year of the Snake.
A cycle that asked us to go inward…
To really look at ourselves.
The Snake takes its time…
Shedding what no longer fits…
This past year invited many of us to see ourselves more clearly.
To release identities we’d outgrown…
And sit with things that weren’t always comfortable…
But were necessary.
It was a refining year…
And now we enter the Year of the Horse.
And the energy is palpable…
The Horse brings big movement.
Energy…
A spirit of freedom…
And self-expression.
This year also carries the Fire element…
Which brings passion…
Visibility…
And creative energy to everything it touches.
Fire energy transforms density to light…
So if you’ve been feeling something building inside you…
A passion that wants to come forward…
This year brings it to Life.
If the past cycle helped you get clearer about who you are…
This one is asking if you’re willing to embody this version of you.
It’s about trusting what you’ve already learned…
And letting it move through you.
This is the time to reflect on things like…
What did you let go of this past year?
Who am are you when you fully accept, honor and love all aspects of yourself, the way the Universe does?
Then I ask…
What’s one small step I can take to move in this direction?
Something tangible.
This year supports growth and movement forward…
Even when everything isn’t perfectly clear.
This year serves as an Opening…
Where you can expand your consciousness a little wider.
Allowing for more blessings to enter.
May this Lunar New Year bring you vitality…
Clarity…
Abundance…
Passion…
And forward movement that feels aligned and liberating to you.
