Our hearts go out to those suffering or in shock due to the losses of life in the US, Australia, Gaza, and many other places — losses that our mind and high heart can find hard to accept.

Whole parts of our soul and heart-mind are saying No to violence, planned distractions, the machinations of the old power structure.

These difficult moments can bring our vibration down.
