Have you noticed it? All that we are, the collective and the planetary field are stirring at very deep levels.
These times are chaotic, yes, but what is chaos? It is energy in motion. It is the arising of core levels and dormant layers that cannot accomodate this higher frequencies and thus are being surfaced now.
Within the Earth and within humanity — even within our very DNA — there are energies long stored away. Ancestral stories, unprocessed grief, ancient traumas, collective wounds, patterns absorbed and held in our cellular memory. These are rising now, called up by the higher light pouring into our planet.
They are rising to be allowed to complete and dissipate. And at times to be witnessed, acknowledged, lovingly integrated, and finally resolved.
This is what empowers the physicalization of ascension; the shift into embodying more of who we truly are. As we allow all that has been hidden, silenced, or suppressed to come into the light of presence, it can be met with love, exalted and liberated.
